In case you missed events this past week …
Laureen has become quite excited about the potential for adult learning in Tuttle Twins books and shared an overview of volume 1 “The Law” at last week’s rally. She intends to keep bringing her set of books to each rally so everyone has a chance to flip through them on their own. Mary Lou purchased a few sets of these books during that last super sale of Tuttle Twins books and will bring a few sets to this Sunday’s rally for those who wish to have their own sets.
Shawn Buckley was a guest speaker on BC Rising the week before talking about the dangers of Bill C47, concerning regulation of the Natural Health Products and what needs to be done to protect that industry. You will find further on in this email, Laureen’s brief recap of that Zoom call and links to the full session for those who want to learn more. Bill C47 is another piece of legislation to fit the political agenda of making sure that big pharma holds on to its Intellectual Property (patent protection), and they have buried in the Bill, clauses that attack the Natural Health Products you rely on regularly.

His lawyer, Michael Alexander has been doing a phenomenal job getting witnesses like Dr. Peter McCullough on the stand as an expert witness. Dr. McCullough also tore apart any of the studies presented by the prosecutors’ expert witnesses, by using the same data their studies used, but saying that he has come to an entirely different conclusion from the data. Lawyer Michael Alexander also won major points on Freedom of Expression Rights and the lack of any description of “standards of practice” in the rules of the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons, effectively tackling either of those reasons for punishing Doctors for expressing their own opinions. This is high drama and crucial to the potential success when these cases reach the Supreme Court. The results could affect every medical professional and potentially every other case where a professional has spoken out against any government overreach. Their Mission Statement says it all. ——————————- o0o————————————- Shawn Buckley – The Attack on Natural Health Products Laureen shared some of her notes with us on the recent BC Rising Zoom call featuring Shawn Buckley. We paraphrase Laureen’s notes here: Natural Health Products Protection Association NHPPA – has three videos in which Shawn Buckley / Constitutional Lawyer talks in depth about Federal Bill C47 / The Budget Bill and how sections 500 to 504 will have a devastating impact on all Naturopathic Doctors and Natural Health Products. https://nhppa.org/As a guest speaker in the BC Rising Zoom meeting on July 19, 2023, Shawn talked about how Canada’s drug laws are there to protect “Intellectual Property” and not the people. With Bill C47, the Government is trying to do the same. Bill C47 is not about ensuring that Natural Health Products are safe, it is about making changes so that the Government can protect the Intellectual Property (patents) of the Big Pharma.For instance, White Willow Bark is a natural pain killer. Bayer wanted to be able to somehow patent this, so they isolated one specific part of White Willow bark, then added other things to the part they isolated which they then called the finished product “Aspirin”. In so doing, they were then able to Patent it. Bill C47 sections 500 to 504 are also about creative ways to collect fees from Natural Health Providers and Health food stores etc. Those same fees they will be collecting will be used to help fund Health Canada in controlling Natural Health Products in the manner that best protects Intellectual Property. Most of Health Canada’s budget comes from fees. This is a conflict of interest and Bottom Line Health Canada is basically a Trade Association which deals in “Rent Seeking”. “Rent” in rent-seeking is based on the economic definition of the term, which is defined as economic wealth obtained through shrewd or potentially manipulative use of resources.Shawn also criticizes the Bill C47 SOS Postcard campaign, which does not talk about the fees which are the real issue of Bill C47. He also says that the SOS postcards don’t ask to repeal this bill and other than sending these postcards to MP’s, they don’t ask for any other actions to be taken. Shawn also said that because the SOS postcards don’t mention the real problem with bill C47, MP’s are receiving them and looking into the matter only to find that what the postcards are saying is not what is actually taking place. Shawn calls the SOS postcards an ineffective campaign as it misses the real problems and it makes people think they are taking real action when they aren’t. In addition, the Canadian Health Food Association, which sponsors the SOS campaign also gets funding from the Federal Government. (Editor Note: The CHFA is a membership organization with both very large and very small businesses as members, with the larger organizations providing most of the membership dues. This makes it a helpful tool for supporting the larger corporations which could benefit the smaller players out of the market.)Health Canada has tried twice before to get complete control over Natural Health Products. First in 1997 then again in 2004. I remember signing a petition in 2004 against this. The NHPPA fought back hard on this and won. However, out of that came the regulation of Natural Health Products. Fast forward to today. The Government is using a new tactic by including the control of Natural Health Products in the Budget Bill as their other attempts to do so by separate Bills, failed. They think people won’t notice if it is included in the Budget Bill along with other unrelated items.I highly recommend everyone go to the NHPPA website and watch the 3 videos with Shawn Buckley. · Cash jobs on the side will no longer be an option, which creates economic hardship and higher debt.
· Tech companies have invested heavily in making electronic transactions secure but hackers are always one step ahead. In a world of 100% electronic payments, the risk of falling victim to fraud rises significantly.
· If cash dies, your location and purchases will be tracked automatically. You won’t be able to opt-out or unsubscribe.
· If you are on any government funding whatsoever, they could restrict you from spending that money on certain things that the government does not condone.
· Cash allows you to make anonymous purchases or donations. If cash dies, there will be no such thing.
· People in abusive situations are often financially reliant on their abuser. If cash is removed, their way out will be that much harder or close to impossible.
· Elderly, blind and people with disabilities will struggle. Many people can’t or don’t know how to use technology. They would also be vulnerable to scams and other technological difficulties.
WHAT ARE THE TECHNOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS OF A CASHLESS SOCIETY?
· We will be reliant on technology every day. If you want access to funds, you will need the latest devices and software to enable payments. If you are not a very tech savvy person, this could become a big problem. It is also extremely expensive and inconceivable for some households.
· You won’t be able to leave your home without some sort of device.
· Cash protects you from being at the mercy of electronic forms of payments during power outages and looming high energy costs.

Thrive Potluck
When the majority of society is in the grips of chronic mass hysteria, what can you do while you wait for them to wake up? Attempting to have logic-based conversations is usually an exercise in futility. The Plandemic has been a long-term investment for these people with no return on capital except for the mirage on the horizon that remains out of reach. Your logical information is a rude wake-up call that they don’t want to acknowledge.
So, the year 2020 tested the population with the mask. 2021 introduced the “cure” with the vax. Now it’s 2022 and we know we’re in for a “rinse and repeat” scenario. It’s old, it’s tedious and although we must keep standing in truth and freedom, we must also get on with our lives. There’s a great article in the June issue of Druthers titled “The Stay Sane Approach: Respecting People and Recognizing Paranoia.” Those who are awake need to simply continue living life in a “parallel reality.” We live (and by golly, we actually Thrive) WITHOUT masks and WITHOUT jabs. If you wear a mask, stop now. If you got a jab, don’t get any more. We were supposed to be dead from COVID-19 a long time ago. But here we are, still walking this earth. It’s hard to kill people who have functioning immune systems with a so-called virus that has a 99.74% survival rate.
But it’s not enough to just “exist.” We should be living life to the fullest and there is a world of possibilities out there for those who won’t settle for anything less. Those who have chosen to live in perpetual fear will get exhausted and they will eventually notice the greener grass on the other side. The world we live in now sucks and it’s falling apart – yeah! It’s extremely satisfying to watch the elite ding dongs of the world self-sabotage because they think they are more powerful than God. Lunacy is certifiable and we’ve got front-row seating to the propaganda clown show.

We are creating community where we value each other. Communism Pays!
Canada’s top Communist Health Officer Theresa Tam not only was just appointed for another three year term, but also received……..get this……a whopping 22% pay increase of $59 000.00…from $265 – $325 000/year. A cool million + in her greedy Communist little hands for letting her bosses know that she will continue to steal our rights and freedoms from us in the future.
Recently we noted that the Federal Government continues to force travelers to wear masks on planes and trains, despite the US Courts ruling this is unconstitutional, and other countries around the world have eliminated this useless requirement.
Transport Minister Alghabra stated on July 19, 2022:
“Masks continue to prove to be an effective tool at reducing transmission. Our science and data have proven and continue to prove that,” he said.

1. I am requesting a copy of all the said “science and data” Minister Alghabra claims is being relied upon in this statement, to prove that masks continue to be an effective tool at reducing transmission, (of the SARS-CoV-2, aka COVID-19 virus).
It will be interesting to eventually see just what ‘garbage science’ that the Feds paid to get, that they are now relying upon. I suspect that they will reply with either huge fees in an attempt to dissuade me from acquiring this material…or they will claim someone else asked for it and it was provided for or denied.
Likely if provided for, it was not the exact same request and they will be covering this up because Alghabra is only quoting from his aids who wrote this nonsense for him and there really isn’t any science and data at all.
If it was denied in the past, they will try and do so again, claiming some inapplicable exemption again, in the hopes I will go away, or simply that they will delay this as long as possible.

On June 10, 2022, another legal action was brought in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
A B.C. medical professional, Dr. Hsiang and two other doctors, filed a Petition with the Court seeking a declaration that the Nov. 18, 2021 Order of Bonnie the Commie (Bonnie Henry, PHO) insofar as it applies to health care professionals, should be reviewed and subsequently set aside.
In my opinion, this is a very well drafted Petition to the Court. All supporting facts are listed to show that this Order is no longer required and simply has no reasonable effect anyway. It is, even if it once was – which is denied – not applicable at this time.
Excellent references are made circapara. 177-184, confirming not only the supremacy of the individual in our common law as I have articulated for years, but also the various SCC case law confirming our supremacy over our own bodies, and that medical treatment cannot be forced upon us without informed consent.
Considering that this Petition is 38 pages and some 250 paragraphs, it is clear that long documents can be accepted by the Court, despite the arguments made by the Crown in the A4C case a few weeks ago.
Bonnie the Commie has until July 4, 2022 to file her reply.
Pastor Artur Pawlowski has been in court for a three day trial for feeding the homeless when the City of Calgary refused to do so last year. Rebel News has been covering this case.
Interestingly, the Calgary Herald, who was so quick to jump on the bandwagon when Pastor Artur was charged, has had no coverage on its website. I suspect if an injustice occurs and Pastor Art is convicted, they will have pages of articles. If he is found innocent as he should be, I suspect you will either not see a word mentioned in the paper, or maybe just a little note tucked away on the last page.

Ongoing lies, misleading comments, omission of material facts, admissions that the B.C. Gov’t have told media to not give people who love freedom or are opposed to Bonnie the Commie a “platform”, libelous and defamatory statements, and representing freedom lovers as the enemy, has required more vigilant activities to expose the media fraud in the Okanagan.
Colin Dacre of Castanet has been one of the more vocal criminals in this regard, intentionally portraying freedom activists as conspiracy theorists and other false labels. Many of his comments truly amount to nothing less than pure libel. Other reporters have reported in a similar manner.
Almost all rallies in Canada have been peaceful, yet the media continues to falsely label us being associated with racist and violent groups and spreading misinformation. No one is immune, as Maxime Bernier has learned.
We would not be in this position had the media asked the appropriate damning questions of our Governments and Bonnie the Commie right from the beginning. The primary reason for the destruction of our rights and freedoms, and the ignorance of Canadians, lies directly with the compromised media.
We would not be here if the media correctly reported that the problems at hospitals lie not with the number of cases, but with the number of nurses and doctors who have quit or resigned rather than be vaxxed.
Lies include:
that the injection is a vaccine when in fact it has no actual viral particles in it – it changes your DNA
that activists are violent right-wing people, who are racist and extremists. Nothing is further from the truth. We never see pictures of violence at Canadian rallies – just peaceful marches and demonstrations
reporting gov’t press releases with no verification of statistics – most of which are direct lies or lies by omission
that we need to wear masks, when it is physically impossible for masks to prevent viral transmission (and not telling the public Bonnie the Commie has admitted this under oath)
refusing to inform the public that the PCR test is not the gold standard for COVID-19 testing, but fool’s gold, does not test for live viruses and has a 97.5% false positive rate at gov’t testing cycles
that vaccines do not prevent viral transmission, but, if and when they work, only reduce the symptoms
deaths are reported as COVID-19 even if people die from other causes
hospitals have been routinely seen to be empty – not overfilled
any problems at hospitals are because medical personnel are quitting en masse, rather than be subject to the experimental jab
that we don’t believe in science, when everything we promote is scientifically based and in fact, we do believe in science, just not their junk science….and…
Castanet has criminally published letters from people advocating those infected with COVID-19 to come to our rallies and intentionally infect people!!
Following on the heels of the Quebec Government’s decision to back off from firing all non-vaccinated nurses, and the New Brunswick Government’s decision to back off their threats prohibiting all non-vaccinated people from shopping even for food, the Federal Government has now retreated from its decision that all truckers had to be vaxxed before January 15, 2022. With at least 12 000 truckers refusing to vaccinate, the Federal Government had no choice but to retreat or face serious supply chain problems.
Next time you see them on the road, or at your diner or hotel, thank your truckers!!!
Recently Quebec Premier Legault, pictured demonstrating the size of his brain, has declared that it will impose a tax upon the unvaxxed. In politics nothing happens by chance. Less that one day before Quebec announced its recent health tax, the Minister of Health, who clearly knew this was coming, resigned.
In other words, if you don’t agree to let your employer or the State commit the criminal offence of assaulting you, they will tax you for refusing to be assaulted.
Our concern is that these types of cases begin in Quebec, under their civil code. Then the adverse judgments are applied in all common law provinces. For example, in response, Ontario has recently declared, that they will not follow suit.
In Manitoba, in a carefully crafted statement, the Gov’t said: “We’re certainly not looking at something like that now.” The implication is clear – it will be coming just not right now.
These and other provinces are merely waiting to see what happens with the inevitable Quebec challenge under the civil code, to then comply with adverse court rulings, passing the buck onto the courts. It won’t be the last time during this falsified pandemic, that gov’ts have stated a position only to reverse it months if not weeks later. This time, they will simply claim they had to follow the court’s decision.
Quebecers need to oppose this unequal tax on your right to choose what goes into your body.
Constitutional Creep – Declare all provincial offences to be administrative and charge fees to defend yourself

The common law principle above herein, could not be more appropriate to the present situation in our country – on all fronts. Constitutional creep is now the new norm. Beginning in 2013, Alta. began this administrative creep by denial of court protections for drinking and driving. Now they are expanding this to all driving tickets. YOU will be presumed guilty and have to pay to challenge these tickets!!! And if you lose…more administrative penalties. The Alta. Gov’t further intends to expand this to all provincial offence tickets. Drinking was easily sold to the public due to the effects this caused which meant all of us had to forego some of our rights and liberties, (appropriate for China maybe).
Instead of an independent judge, you appear before a gov’t appointed biased adjudicator, with significant limitations on what evidence you can submit, and no appeal process only a limited judicial review. And YOU have to pay for this hearing!
Make no mistake, judges are one of the foremost lobbying force behind these changes. They simply want to see these ‘piddly’ little cases taken out of the courts so they don’t have to deal with them, though the publicly stated reason is to: “make …roads safer while restoring justice system capacity.” Please tell us how stripping you of your fundamental procedural and Constitutional rights to natural justice and procedural fairness, will make the roads safer? By having less people win in court?
This is a cryptic way of stating that due to gov’ts in the past penalizing every action on the highway, mismanagement, judicial laziness, and COVID-19 fear mongering, the courts were backlogged.
Every time changes are made for expediency or for ease, or safety, YOU lose your fundamental Constitutional and/or procedural guarantees. NEVER forget this. It’s like a new menu at your favorite restaurant – you just know the prices are going up despite any new products being offered. Menus are not changed, with corresponding costs, for nothing. Similarly, changes to the system only occur for your detriment. When was the last time you read a statute and said to yourself: “Wow, I’ve just gained more rights or liberties!”?
Don’t think for a moment this won’t come to your province. All courts are backlogged in every province and they will use this as a scapegoat to screw you and make YOU pay up front for it.
