Dr. Rochagné Kilian Update – Licence Suspended 12 Months! Additional Disciplinary Hearing Soon!
It’s been over six months since I last updated you on Dr. Rochagne Kilian, and there’s several important new developments to share. I’ve recently completed a brand new interview with her that will be available later this week.
Last fall, the Disciplinary Tribunal of the College gave her a penalty of a 12 month licence suspension (on top of the four years she had already been unable to practice), along with certain re-education courses, and costs of over $30,000 payable to the College.
This punishment was only for her failure to comply with the order to hand over her patient files. She still has an ongoing disciplinary process for their initial investigation into her practice for giving out vaccine exemptions, and speaking out publicly against mandates and lockdowns. There may be more “charges” based on their digging through her patient files as well.
During these past months, Dr. Kilian says she offered to resign if they dropped the investigation so she could move on and practice elsewhere. She tells me they declined to do so, and told me there would have been a permanent mark on her record that would have prevented her from getting licenced in another jurisdiction.
Given the College’s refusal to drop the investigation, Dr. Kilian is now preparing for a full penalty hearing that will begin later this year. This will be lengthy, and will involve a lot of experts.
You know that this investigation and prosecution of Dr. Kilian has been extremely challenging. She says the College of Physicians unjustly suspended her licence almost 5 years ago (preventing her from working as a Doctor) – which has forced her family to the brink of bankruptcy. She’s had to sell her home and a variety of other family assets to stay afloat. She has also been saddled with well over $100,000 in court costs, plus an additional $36,000 as part of her penalty, and several more thousand to complete required coursework required by the College.
She needs your help to keep fighting, would you please support her today?

To give you a recap on what I’ve shared before, Dr. Kilian is a South African born physician who was recruited to work in Canada over 15 years ago. She’s an highly skilled emergency room Doc who’s put her career and life savings on the line to stand up for patient rights.
Dr. Kilian resigned from her job after she raised the alarm about bizarre symptoms she was seeing in Vaxxed patients and her Canadian hospital employer ignored her.
Dr. Kilian told me the College initially began investigating her for allegedly giving vaccine exemptions, prescribing ivermectin, and speaking “anti-vaxx” views publicly, but they began a second investigation for “not complying” with the first investigation by refusing to handover confidential patient records without some protection for the patients’ privacy.
As with many of the unjust attacks on Doctors and Nurses in this country, Dr. Kilian tells me her initial investigation wasn’t based off any actual patient complaints. It was based off employers or other outsiders who saw exemptions signed by her, or saw her speak at rallies.
For the first several years of the investigation, she fought the release of her patients’ private medical records, even offering to provide the records with the names redacted. The College of Physicians refused, and they took her to court to fight it out. She has also been defending herself against the College’s investigation into her practice.
After going through multiple levels of court hearings, Dr. Kilian had her leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada denied. This means she was required to surrender over 519 patient records, raising serious concerns about patient privacy and confidentiality.
Since she initially failed to handover the files – they started a second investigation against her.
This failure to comply was deemed misconduct, for which she was punished with a 12 month suspension that started last fall.
She now is facing another disciplinary hearing based on the first investigation into her practice about her public speaking and vaccine exemptions. They’ve had her patient files for over a year now, and they’ve had their own expert examine the files, and they’ve asked her many questions. Apparently, they feel they’ve “found” enough to proceed with a disciplinary hearing, the details of which will be revealed in the months to come.
I’ve just completed an interview with Dr. Kilian on the latest details, and I will send that out as soon as it’s ready.
Dr. Kilian has been unable to work as a doctor since the Fall of 2021. They say we have a doctor shortage in Canada, and yet many good doctors and nurses have been run out of practice.
When it came to giving her the most recent 12 month suspension, Dr. Kilian told me the Tribunal would not count her prior 4 year licence suspension towards her punishment. This is patently unfair.
This is unusual, as in other kinds of proceedings any pre-trial punishment is typically counted as double towards any sentence. For example, if you’ve been in jail 6 months prior to a conviction, the Judge can take 1 year off any sentence. This principle was not followed in Dr. Kilian’s case. Many believe this is a pointless witch hunt.
Dr. Rochagné Kilian is one of the leading doctors in Canada (along with Dr. Trozzi, Dr. Hoffe and others) who have been bravely fighting immense battles with the College of Physicians, by trying to protect and inform patients, other doctors and the public. She is dedicated to preserving the rights of all Canadians to informed consent about medical procedures, protection of bodily autonomy, and the confidentiality of personal medical records.
If she does not solve her issues with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, she won’t be able to work in Alberta, or many other North American jurisdictions either. She must fight this and come to some kind of solution.
The never-ending delays and almost five years without being able to work have caused significant financial harm to Dr. Kilian and her family, including causing her to sell her home, and bringing her to the brink of bankruptcy. She still must pay the college well over $100,000 in legal costs. She needs your support to continue this fight.

Dr. Kilian has been unjustly penalized by this process, and simply wants to get back to work. As I mentioned she was forced to sell her home and other assets, and now lives in a mobile home with her family in Alberta. She says her licence has been suspended for over 5 years, which is an unprecedented amount of time. The College needs to back off, and let this highly skilled Doctor do what she does best – treat patients. She says there are multiple communities begging for her help.
Yet, even though she’s ready and able to work, the College will no doubt attempt to completely revoke her licence at this next disciplinary hearing.
Dr. Kilian has told me that your support for her and her family has been critical for her to be able to pull through. I want to thank-you for all you’ve done to support her family, who has had to uproot and move cross country.
On the bright side, there are movements in some jurisdictions to accept Doctors and Nurses for licencing who have been guilty of “COVID crimes”. The time will come when people like Dr. Kilian can practice again, but for now they need to fight the unjust seizure of their licences.
Stay tuned for our new interview later this week!
To a better and freer future.
God bless –Derek Sloan
