Criticizing the homosexual shame parade in Toronto can lead to criminal prosecution and while truth is a defense in theory it may not prevail in reality as the Canadian and Ontario governments prefer pro-homosexual narratives over what is true.

I talked to my lawyer about trying to get access for those who are interested in attending my court by zoom.`I guess Justice Malloy wants to be the final arbiter of who is allowed to view the proceedings and who isn’t. During the trial she rejected 100% of my friend’s requests, rejected MassResistance even though they have been covering my case for years, and she allowed a couple media outlets and a couple lawyers who were out of province to view the proceedings. It seemed to me the Crown liked the restrictions on the observers, who were overwhelmingly sympathetic to my cause and who were for years were well behaved and did not disrupt the court in any way.
Anyways, if you want to try to convince the judge to allow you to view the verdict on zoom you can send an e-mail to:

Address the heading of your e-mail with: “Request to Attend a Virtual Proceeding” and ask for the link to “R v Whatcott” for Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and make your argument as to why you should be allowed to attend via zoom. Last time the judge said she needed a good reason to allow someone to attend via zoom and she wasn’t too differential in regards to my desire to have my supporters present. It seemed her own kind, lawyers and the media were allowed. People who donated thousands of dollars to my legal defense over the years and who had a clear interest in my case were not given any consideration.

Please pray for Monday. Justice Malloy will be holding a case conference with my counsel and with the Crown Prosecutors Monday Morning, I think 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time. I am not sure why. A conference only two days before the verdict date is not something I have seen before. Please keep me in your prayers as the sentencing draws near.

Dear Freinds,
Please pray for travel mercies as I head back to Alberta tomorrow. I had a very fruitful time ministering to the unborn and sodomites in the state of Wisconsin. This trip through the United States on my way back from my latest so-called “hate crime” trial has really brought home to me how much Canada and the United States have drifted apart. Since, I have been away, Canada has passed Bill C-9 banning so-called hate symbols and removing the “good faith” religious defense when one is charged with Wilful Promotion of Hatred.
During the last 10 years Liberal governments have been incrementally chipping away at fundamental rights such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, property rights and especially firearms rights, and expanding fake rights such as euthanasia, sexual deviance, and legalized (sometimes taxpayer funded), illicit drug use. Canada is a darker, less prosperous place than it use to be. Being in the USA there is work to do to keep the nation free and morally coherent (as evidenced in the video and pictures above), but there is a more receptive public and a freer atmosphere politically to share the law and Gospel.
Please pray for me as I await my final court judgment on September 16, 2026 at the University Park Courthouse in Toronto. I believe I lost this time; even though I had the so-called religious defense it was obvious to me that it was worth very little when Justice Molloy opined “you can’t rely on a good faith religious argument when you are clearly not acting with good faith by promoting hate.” Strangely, hate in this context is telling sodomites to keep their pants up as their favourite sex practices puts them and others at high risk of a host of maladies that I listed in my flyer at the 2016 Toronto sodomite parade and got prosecuted for. Such is the sorry state of Canada and its judiciary.
