As of this moment, we are closing in on 30,000 signatures, doubling the number of signatures in just a couple of weeks. For this reason, we have extended the deadline for signature delivery by two weeks. It’s important that we give you and your friends and family an opportunity to sign this petition before it placed on desks in Toronto.
It’s incredible that parents are starting to be heard. According to True North, the Toronto District School Board has shelved their Student Census to review it! This census was particularly egregious: it asked elementary school students if they knew about transgender practices such as “breast binding” and “tucking”.
But this action isn’t enough: all school boards need to stop their Student Census – and Ontario’s Minister of Education Stephen Lecce needs to apologize to parents all across Ontario for the many schools that have already conducted their Student Census.
These Student Censuses are highly inappropriate: students as young as Kindergarten are asked their gender identity, and students as young as Grade 6 are asked their sexual orientation. Options for these questions include “gender fluid”, “gender nonconforming”, “two-spirit”, “queer”, “questioning”, “asexual”, “pansexual”, and a whole host of other options.

Right now, in every school board across Ontario, students are being asked to divulge their sexual interests and their gender identity.
On orders of the Ontario government, every school board in Ontario has to gather and report data on their students through a questionnaire called the Student Census.
Through the Student Census, children in elementary school are being asked to choose whether they are a boy, girl, “gender fluid”, “gender nonconforming”, “non-binary”, “questioning”, “trans boy or man”, “trans girl or woman”, or“two-spirit”.

We must demand that the Ontario government, especially the Ministry of Education, acknowledge the harm they’ve done to parents and students through the Student Census and cease collecting this data about students!
Links to these surveys are displayed on the front pages of many school board websites across Ontario, such as the Toronto District School Board, Durham District School Board, and even Catholic school boards like the Halton Catholic District School Board.

As if this wasn’t bad enough,according to Upper Grand District School Board’s website, this survey that children are filling in is not anonymous (though they claim it is confidential). Schools in Ontario are required by Ontario’s Education Equity Action Plan and Anti-Racism Act, 2017 to gather and report this data. In other words, the Ontario government has created a system where: adults infecting the minds of children at a very young age with gender ideology these children are then questioned about their gender and/or sexuality this information is collected non-anonymously, where it can hypothetically be tied back to the student This is a disastrous system that should leave parents worried. Gender ideology has no place in schools, and we should not be asking young children if their “gender fluid” or keeping files of which teenage students are “queer” or “questioning”. Please, sign today to have Ontario’s government recognize this scandalous system and to stop our childrens’ schools from being infected by gender ideology through the Student Census. Ontario’s Ministry of Education must also recognize that this Student Census is a form of compelled speech. For instance, Catholic schools must survey children on their gender identity. The Catholic Church has always held the belief that humans are made either male or female (see: section 2393 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church). By forcing Catholic school boards (as left-wing as many of them may now be) to give validity to gender fluidity, transgenderism, and two-spirit (which is explicitly tied to Indigenous religious spirituality), the Ontario government is forcing Catholic schools to contradict their own teaching. Through the Student Census, the Ontario government has radically invaded schools with harmful gender ideology, and it seems to be for practically no purpose other than to collect a bit more data about students. According to Halton Catholic District School Board’s website, the overall point of the survey is to “eliminate systemic racism and advance racial equity”…what do any of these questions have to do with systemic racism? We need to put the government in its place and tell them to let kids be kids. The Ontario government is breaking the trust of parents and creating an unsafe system that is harmful to students. Parents send their children to school to learn about math, art, and science – not about queerness, asexuality, and transgenderism. We all know we are in the midst of an “information war.” How do we fight back against the enemy’s number one “weapon of mass destruction” – mainstream media? By spreading the truth, of course!
Yep, the internet is a valuable source of truth and facts. It is also a huge sewer of lies, misinformation, disinformation, deceit, propaganda, indoctrination, coercion, fear and censorship. Most of our Canadian population has fallen into that sewer. We can share the truthful videos and documents and hope the recipient might feel open-minded enough to look/read/consider it. But all this information can be easily eliminated by the click of a button; out-of-sight, out-of-mind.
We don’t have access to TV or Radio stations to build a platform of truth. No one has found a “Mr. Moneybags” on our side to fund that type of endeavour. Everything we have so far is internet-based, but, as people become severely injured or experience the unexpected death of a loved one, a little window opens up in their minds that starts questioning. 25 million Covid vaccine deaths is a lot of bodies to hide (those are the estimated numbers based on data studied so far).
However, we do have access to at least three newspaper publications in Kelowna: Druthers, The Pandemic Papers and Common Ground. How do these papers get here from Ontario and Vancouver? Every month, volunteers are travelling from those locations and carry the bundles in their vehicles. Volunteers like Sarah usually pick up the skid at the depot and forward a portion of these bundles to other destinations in BC. The papers are then stored at her place and mine for further distribution. This is a co-ordinated effort by several core people who’ve been doing this for almost two years now.
What is it about a hard-copy newspaper that’s different from everything else? It’s physical, tangible, visual. You can write your own notes on it, circle important things, read it in the kitchen, in the living room, in bed, on the bus, anywhere. You can put it aside and continue reading it another day. You can save it or cut out specific articles for referencing later. You can hand it to a friend to read. It’s in your face and you have to make a physical effort to throw it out if you don’t want it.
That’s why our Sunday newspaper deliveries are so important. December 2022 will be the two-year anniversary of the Jab-Cult. Many doctors stated at the time that the injected could be expected to live for two to five years. 25 million didn’t make it to two years. This is Bill Gates’ wet dream on steroids coming true. Our job is to spread the truth. And there is nothing more effective than putting a newspaper with relevant flyers into somebody’s mailbox.
So how are the papers prepared for delivery? Each week, I stuff thousands of flyers provided by C.L.E.A.R, Unity and Action4Canada to help educate our locals about what is taking place in our community. Then, all we ask is for some volunteers to go for a walk in a specific area for 1 1/2 – 2 hrs on Sundays to deliver these papers. Let’s be clear that we are not becoming newspaper-delivery volunteers. We are only delivering to people’s mailboxes ONCE. We never do the same area twice. The idea is to drop off one newspaper to every mailbox in Kelowna. Many people cannot be reached this way because they either live in gated communities, have community mailboxes or live in apartment complexes. But there are a lot of mailboxes out there. Once someone gets a paper in the mailbox, the seed has been planted. They now have access to all kinds of links to truthful information and they get to see important flyers that are hard to ignore. What they choose to do with this information is now up to them.

Every Sunday at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm is now also an option.
Sign-up on the Newspaper Delivery list so that you get an email confirming the deliveries for each Sunday. With winter in mind, we will only do this if roads are bare and it’s not snowing. The advantage of delivering this time of year is that nobody is hanging out in their front yards so you don’t have to worry about confrontations.

You will be provided with a printed google map of the area you will be delivering to. Bring a yellow marker to indicate which streets you completed. You may run out of papers or you may end up with extra.
We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants

The psychological war on humanity

Since the beginning of time, there have always been men who want to rule the world’s population by deceit, only to reap the monetary rewards from slavery. The plan has always been the same; acquire massive wealth to control the masses.
We have all been slaves to this system since we were born. Many of us have gained the knowledge from others who have exposed it all. We are very grateful to those who have risked it all to expose the truth and reality of the evil world we live in.
The war against humanity has always been around, it was just presented by different means over the past couple of thousand years. Every system in place has been created for those in power to control the global population by a form of dictatorship hidden under the guise of a democracy.
The Chinese Communist Party has exposed this dictatorship to the rest of the world by controlling the Chinese people in every way possible. China was an experiment in complete control, and if the CCP could get away with it without massive rebellion, this model could be used by others to take over the entire global population.
The Bilderberg group has been working on plans for a New World Order and One World Government for decades. Using the CCP model for total domination and global control of the entire world’s population, they worked on economic plans to create massive wealth for the Chinese Communist Party.
I saw this plan in action back in the early 80’s as the company I worked for opted to have Chinese companies create products we made locally, which took away work and wealth from Canadians, only to destroy our economic growth. Good quality North American-made products were replaced with low quality Chinese “knock-offs” and offered at lower prices. The system promoted “made in China ” which made the CCP more powerful by creating massive wealth using slave labor.
The CCP became one of the richest nations by producing poor quality products using the slave labor system. Most Chinese-made products are now known to be totally disposable as they have a very short life expectancy and not worth repairing, and all by design to fuel their ever-growing economy. “Dollar stores” popped up en masse all across the globe selling low-quality disposable products which helped create massive wealth for the CCP. China has conquered the electronic market, and all by design. We need to stop supporting “made in China” products.
Somewhere around the mid 1990’s the globalists came up with a plan for total global control, a complete takeover of society without the use of force. A plan so evil that most of the world’s population is still not aware of it today.
As most wealthy inventors know, if you can create, build and sell a product that everyone will be addicted to and can’t live without, you will reap the rewards of your efforts. If your creation is marketed as such a convenience to the masses with a high element of fun and adrenaline rush, you will ensure that nearly everyone on the planet will want one. It will become so addictive that nothing will deter owners from being without it, ever!
What if that invention, which happens to be the biggest addiction in the history of the world, was created for ill intent under the guise of convenience and fun? The reality is that the invention of the cellular phone was to be used against the entire global population to control you and your future. Updated versions have new software ready to be used against you when the time comes. These devices are not safe, they do not ensure your privacy, and in reality, are collecting data which will be used against you in the future.
Many tests have taken place to determine mass compliance over the last few years. The Pokemon App was a good example. Create an App to see how many would actually comply with the test to use the new game to determine how many cellular users would download and use the tracking device. The test worked, as we saw masses of brainwashed people falling into the trap of compliance. The novelty wore off, but the test was conclusive to mass compliance.
A similar test was demonstrated by the media establishments when they created the toilet paper scare in 2020 to see how many people would rush out and buy toilet paper amidst a fake pandemic without questioning why. These tests proved that people could easily be manipulated by nonsense.
The next tests were forceful compliance checks. The ArriveCan & Vaccine passport Apps were introduced to see how many cell phone addicts were willing to use their devices against themselves, and guess what, far too many sheep complied.
Unfortunately, the next App the globalists are considering will not be a test of compliance, but will be a mandatory necessity to function and survive in society. The digital ID and banking Apps will soon be reality if we don’t make an effort to stop this evil plan.
So, I ask all of you: are you willing to get rid of your electronic addiction immediately to save humanity from being controlled by the most evil demons on earth?
If everyone canceled their cellular plans and got rid of their phones, this would become a war we can win as they are not counting on this to happen. So, it’s time for all of you freedom fighters to actually make a difference and help fight the war by acknowledging that by owning a cell phone, you are complying and facilitating the globalist takeover.
Please do your part to save humanity from tyranny, it’s not only free, but think of all the money you will save from not supporting the corruption. Switch to a flip phone to maintain communication. We all lived without these devices before and we can do it again, even if it’s only until we take back our Country.

When Danielle Smith was chosen by the United Conservative Party of Alberta to replace Jason Kenney as their leader early last month and consequentially became that province’s premier she started off her premiership with a bang by giving an exceptionally great speech. Even if we had not heard a word of it we would know it to be very good from the outrage it provoked on the part of Alberta’s socialists and the clowns in the legacy media, that is to say, the print and broadcast news outlets that predate cable news, talk radio, and the internet, which in Canada are all hopelessly corrupt having been bought off years ago by the dimwitted creep and lout who currently occupies the Prime Minister’s Office. The best response to the legacy media, other than to cut oneself off from it altogether, is to look at what they are promoting and root for the opposite and to look at what they are saying and believe the opposite. So when they began to howl and rage and storm and demand that Smith apologize for saying that the unvaccinated had experienced the most discrimination of any group in her lifetime, their reaction in itself was a powerful indicator of the truth of Smith’s words.
It has now been a few generations since the old liberalism succeeded in generating a near-universal consensus of public opinion, at least within Western Civilization, against discrimination. At the time the discrimination the liberals were concerned with was of the de jure type – laws and government policies which singled out specific groups and imposed hardships and disadvantages of various types upon them. It was not that difficult, therefore, for liberalism to create widespread public opinion against it. Since ancient times it has been understood that government or the state exists to serve the end of justice. In Modern times justice has come to be depicted in art as wearing a blindfold. This imagery is somewhat problematic – blindness to the facts of the case to be ruled on is not an attribute of justice but of its opposite – but is generally accepted as depicting true justice’s blindness to factors which should have no weight in ruling on a dispute between two parties or on the evidence in a case involving criminal charges against someone, factors such as wealth or social status. If this latter is indeed a quality of justice then for the state to discriminate against people on the basis of such factors is for it to pervert its own end and to commit injustice. This is what made the old liberalism’s campaign against discrimination so effective. What they were decrying was already perceivably unjust by existing and long-established standards.
Liberalism, however, was not content with winning over the public into supporting their opposition to laws and government policies that discriminated on such grounds as race and sex. Liberalism had set equality, which is something quite different from justice as that term was classically and traditionally understood, as its end and ideal and consequently with regards to discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, etc., they adopted a much more ambitious goal than just the elimination of existing unjust laws and policies, but rather set their sights on the elimination of discrimination based on such factors from all social interaction and economic transaction and as much as possible from private thought and speech. Indeed it was this goal rather than ending de jure discrimination that was clearly the objective of such legislation as the US Civil Rights Act (1964), the UK Race Relations Acts of 1965, 1968 and 1976 and the Canadian Human Rights Act (1977). Ironically, having so expanded their anti-discrimination project to target private thoughts and actions the liberals had to move away from their initial opposition to the injustice of state discrimination. The project of achieving equality by eliminating private discrimination required the cooperation of the state and laws and measures enacted by the state in pursuit of the ends of this project were themselves discriminatory albeit in a different way from the discriminatory laws to which the liberals had originally objected.
Today, decades later, the anti-discrimination project has become even further removed from the opposition to unjust laws that had won it broad public support. “Discrimination” has ceased to be defined by specific actions or even general attitudes that underlie actions and has become entirely subjective. Such-and-such groups are the officially designated victims of discrimination, and such-and-such groups are the officially designated perpetrators of discrimination, and discrimination is whatever the members of the former say they have experienced as discrimination. Loud and noisy theatrical displays of outrage cover up the fact that a moral campaign against “discrimination” of this sort lacks any solid foundation in ethics, logic, or even basic common sense.
Liberalism, or progressivism as it is now usually called having given up most if not all of what had led to its being dubbed liberalism in the first place and adopted a stringent illiberalism towards those who disagree with it, has clearly gone off the rails with regards to discrimination. If any discrimination deserves the sort of moral outrage that progressivism bestows upon what it calls discrimination today it is the sort of discrimination that the old liberalism opposed sixty to seventy years ago, discrimination on the part of the state. If we limit the word discrimination to this sense then Danielle Smith was quite right in saying that the unvaccinated have been the most discriminated against group in her lifetime.
In early 2020, you will recall, the World Health Organization sparked off a world-wide panic by declaring a pandemic. A coronavirus that had long afflicted the chiropteran population was now circulating among human beings and spreading rapidly. Although the bat flu resembled the sort of respiratory illnesses that we have put up with every winter from time immemorial in that most of the infected experienced mild symptoms, most of those who did experience the severe pneumonia it could produce recovered, and it posed a serious threat mostly to those who were very old and already very sick with other complicating conditions, our governments, media, and medical “experts” began talking like we were living out Stephen King’s The Stand. Our governments enacted draconian measures aimed at preventing the spread of the virus that were more unprecedented – and harmful – than the disease itself. They behaved as if they had no constitutional limits on their powers and we had no constitutionally protected basic rights and freedoms that they were forbidden to impinge upon no matter how good their intentions might be. They imposed a hellish social isolation upon everybody as they ordered us to stay home and to stay away from other people if we did have to venture out (to buy groceries, for example), ordered most businesses and all social institutions to close, denied us our freedom to worship God in our churches, synagogues, etc., demanded that we wear ugly diapers on our faces as a symbol of submission to Satan, and with a few intermissions here and there, kept this vile totalitarian tyranny up for almost two years. All of this accomplished tremendous harm rather than good. Towards the end of this period they shifted gears and decided to create a scapegoat upon which to shift the blame for the ongoing misery. It was not that their contemptible, misguided, and foolish policies were complete and utter failures, they maintained, it was all the fault of the people who objected to their basic rights and freedoms being trampled over. They were the problem. By not cooperating they prevented the government measures from working. Those who for one or another of a myriad of reasons did not want to be injected with an experimental drug that had been rushed to market in under a year, the manufacturers of which had been indemnified against liability for any injuries it might cause, the safety of which had been proclaimed by government fiat backed by efforts to suppress any conflicting information, or who did not want to be injected with a second or third dose after a previous bad experience, were made the chief scapegoats. These were demonized by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in terms and tone that call to mind those employed by Stalin against the kulaks and Hitler against the Jews. A system was developed, seemingly by people who regard the beast in the thirteenth chapter of the Apocalypse as an example and role model to be emulated, whereby society was re-opened to everyone else, but the unvaccinated were kept under the same brutal and oppressive restrictions as earlier in this epidemic of ultra-paranoid hypochondria. Indeed, some jurisdictions imposed new, harsher, restrictions on them.
So yes, Danielle Smith spoke the truth. Our governments’ attempt to shut the unvaccinated out of society as it re-opened from a forced closure that should never have occurred in the first place was indeed the worst case of discrimination by government to have occurred in Canada or the Western world for that matter in her lifetime. Her critics in the legacy media know this full well of course. Chinese rise up against communist regime’s COVID tyranny in biggest mainland protests since Tiananmen Square massacre

Protests against communist Chinese dictator Xi Jinping and his regime’s draconian COVID-19 protocols erupted across China over the weekend in what has been called the “White Paper Revolution.” This uprising is reportedly the biggest since 1989, when the communist regime killed thousands of Chinese in the Tiananmen Square protests.
What are the details?
Mass protests erupted in Shanghai, Beijing, and several other cities across China, condemning the communist regime’s so-called “zero-COVID” policies. Chinese police have reportedly rounded up some protesters, pepper-sprayed thousands, and have altogether attempted to clamp down on the demonstrations in the authoritarian surveillance state.
The Daily Mail reported that over the weekend in Shanghai, protesters demanded that the regime “lift lockdown in Urumqi, lift lockdown for Xinjiang, lift lockdown for all of China!”
Several police attempted to disappear one protester in Chongqing, who declared, “Without freedom, I would rather die!”
According to Newsweek, many protesters have taken to the streets holding blank sheets of white paper to both symbolize and denounce the Chinese regime’s censorious nature, earning the movement the name “White Paper Revolution” or the “A4 revolution.”
A video reportedly went viral depicting a woman at the Communication University of Nanjing holding up a blank piece of paper, which another individual then quickly took away.
A translation of one iteration of the post on Twitter stated, “Even if you hold up a blank sheet of paper, it makes them fear. It is not the power of the blank sheet of paper, but the power of awakening. Because, it is precisely because there is nothing written, so everything is written..
CNN previously underscored how open defiance of the regime is “extremely rare,” particularly in a country where dissidents and perceived foes of the state are imprisoned, tortured, enslaved, and in certain cases tossed into concentration camps.
Why and why now?
After three years of COVID-19 policies and decades of murderous authoritarianism, the catalyst for the Chinese protests was a fire and a reimposition of localized lockdowns nationwide.
The new lockdowns reportedly came as a result of a resurgence of COVID-19 infections, with an estimated 40,000 people catching the virus daily (in a country of over 1.4 billion people).
Chinese police also brutalized and arrested BBC journalist Edward Lawrence, who had been reporting on the protests. The BBC indicated that Lawrence “was held for several hours before being released. During his arrest he was beaten and kicked by police.”
The AP reported that in response to the protests, some Chinese authorities had eased certain COVID-19 protocols by Monday, but there was no indication that Beijing would back down on its overarching virus mitigation strategy.
One easement announced was that Beijing’s municipal government would no longer barricade and fence in apartment compounds containing persons who had been infected.
Another easement announced was that mass testing would no longer be required for all residents in Guangzhou.
While Beijing made minor efforts to address protesters’ concerns, bot accounts were weaponized online to hijack the hashtags associated with the White Paper Revolution, flooding Twitter and other social media sites with adult content (i.e., pornographic images, gambling posts, ads for escorts).
Jens Monrad, a cybersecurity analyst, told Newsweek that “using a (trending) hashtag in a spam campaign potentially hides authentic content observed during a protest or event, which can move focus away from a protest or ‘drown’ vital information posted on social media platforms.”
Although Monrad could not confirm that this campaign was state-backed, it would nevertheless be in the CCP’s interest to drown out the protesters’ critiques.
When asked about the anger over the regime’s pandemic policy, foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said, “What you mentioned does not reflect what actually happened. … We believe that with the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and cooperation and support of the Chinese people, our fight against COVID-19 will be successful.”

His Red Chinese spymasters (if he is, indeed, a spy) can easily reissue him a new passport and he could leave his phone at home and be ought of the country in a few hours. It’s a sick joke. Alleged Chinese spy in Quebec freed on bail ahead of trial

A former employee of Quebec’s power utility who is charged with spying on behalf of China was granted bail Monday, after a judge said the accused was more likely than not to stay in Canada awaiting trial.
Yuesheng Wang, 35, is the first person to be charged with economic espionage under Canada’s Security of Information Act. He also faces three charges under the Criminal Code: fraudulently using a computer, fraudulently obtaining a trade secret and breach of trust.
Federal prosecutors opposed his release because they felt he was a flight risk. But Quebec court Judge Marco LaBrie said detention pending trial wasn’t necessary because of the “serious guarantees” that Wang offered as a condition of release.
“Zero-risk doesn’t exist, but the court is convinced the probability is much more likely that Mr. Wang will remain in Canada and present himself for his trial,” LaBrie said, as Wang listened to a translation in Mandarin.
Wang agreed to surrender his Chinese passport, carry a cellphone at all times so police can use GPS to geolocate him, and put up his two properties as a guarantee. Wang must also check in weekly at RCMP headquarters and is forbidden from contacting the Chinese government — except to seek assistance with his case, and only after the contact is approved by his lawyer.
Wang, a Chinese national living in Canada on a work visa, worked in a specialized centre at Hydro-Quebec that developed technology for electric vehicles and energy-storage systems. He is alleged to have given information about the public corporation to a Chinese university and Chinese research centres, and to have transferred confidential documents and unauthorized photos to his personal email address. Police also allege that Wang used information without his employer’s consent, harming Hydro-Quebec’s intellectual property.
Last week, he took the witness stand during his two-day bail hearing — an unusual move, as most defendants don’t testify to the evidence against them during preliminary court proceedings. Wang denied all the charges and said he wanted to remain in Canada to clear his name.
During his testimony, Wang told the court that the information he is accused of stealing was “open source” and not a trade secret. He added that the photos he had taken of the laboratory were to identify security concerns. He said he had not shared the photos.
The judge said on Monday that there was no evidence presented at the bail hearing to suggest Wang had attempted to flee the country after his Nov. 14 arrest and his termination from Hydro-Quebec. He had been under RCMP surveillance for more than a month before he was charged.
Federal prosecutor Marc Cigana told reporters after the ruling that the judge’s decision was “legally sound.”
“The judge believed yes, there was a flight risk, but that risk was manageable, and he was able to manage it by imposing those conditions,” Cigana said.
“I respect the judge’s decision and I hope that Mr. Wang will also.”
Defence lawyer Gary Martin said he accepted with humility the judge’s ruling. “There’s still a lot of work to be done, many things that are still coming from the Crown,” Martin said. “I’m sure there’s more reports, more evidence, more surveillance tapes. We’ll have to work with that and get this case ready for a trial.”
Wang’s girlfriend, Yunfeng Zheng, put up $1,000 as part of his bail conditions. “Personally, I don’t think he’ll run away … I trust him very much,” Zheng told reporters.
The resident of Candiac, Que., will remain detained until a notary draws up a court-ordered mortgage for his properties. The case will return to court on Dec. 13.

World Economic Forum founder and Chair Klaus Schwab recently sat down for an interview with a Chinese state media outlet and proclaimed that China was a “role model” for other nations.
Schwab, 84, made these comments during an interview with CGTN’s Tian Wei on the sidelines of last week’s APEC CEO Summit in Bangkok, Thailand. Schwab said he respected China’s “tremendous” achievements at modernizing its economy over the last 40 years.
“I think it’s a role model for many countries,” Schwab said, before qualifying that he thinks each country should make its own decisions about what system it wants to adapt. “I think we should be very careful in imposing systems. But the Chinese model is certainly a very attractive model for quite a number of countries,” Schwab said.

Twitter’s new boss Elon Musk has announced he is rolling out a blanket amnesty for accounts that were permanently suspended on his recently acquired social media platform.
Earlier this week, Musk ran a poll to ask Twitter users if they’d support such an amnesty.
“Should Twitter offer a general amnesty to suspended accounts, provided that they have not broken the law or engaged in egregious spam?” he wrote.
More than three million users voted in the poll, with nearly three-quarters of voters, 72.4%, voting “yes,” while just 27.6% voted “no.”
After an overwhelming number of users voted in favor of the idea, Musk announced that he will begin rolling out the amnesty next week.
He revealed that Twitter will begin unbanning accounts en masse, except for those who broke the law or engaged in excessive spam.
“The people have spoken,” Musk wrote after the poll concluded.
“Amnesty begins next week. Vox Populi, Vox Dei.” Musk has already unbanned a number of popular accounts that were permanently suspended before he took over as “Chief Twit.”
Before the poll ended, Musk seemed to indicate that in effect, the platform would significantly curtail content moderation to target illegal content and increase transparency.
“Please limit content moderation to illegal content (or, at most, a narrow interpretation of moderation under Section 230) and give users the tools that enable the freedom to choose what content they see,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton replied to the poll.
“That’s the general idea,” Musk replied.
“[W]hatever it decides to do, twitter should be clear and consistent about it’s rules and penalties for breaking them, enforcement should be unbiased, and the mechanisms of enforcement shouldn’t be easily abused by people who have an agenda,” Billy Markus, the creator of DogeCoin, replied to the poll.
Musk agreed with Markus’s suggestion, replying with the “100” and “bullseye” emojis.
In a separate tweet, Musk indicated that Twitter’s old policies and enforcement methods were dishonest.
“The more I learn, the worse it gets,” Musk said.
“The world should know the truth of what has been happening at Twitter.
“Transparency will earn the trust of the people.”
Twitter’s blanket amnesty policy is Musk’s latest move in his effort to restore free speech on the social media giant.
Under his leadership, Twitter has already restored the accounts of several high-profile conservative and right-leaning influencers.
The list includes Christian satire site The Babylon Bee; renowned clinical psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson; conservative undercover investigative journalism outfit Project Veritas; and President Donald Trump.
As Slay News reported, Musk announced earlier this week that he plans to publish all of Twitter’s internal discussions regarding the company’s decision to block the Hunter Biden laptop story in the run-up to the 2020 election.
“This is necessary to restore public trust,” he said of the move.
