Late last year, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) ordered the culling of nearly 400 research ostriches at Universal Ostrich Farm in British Columbia, citing concerns over H5N1 bird flu.
In December 2024, the CFIA claimed that two deceased ostriches—which had been lying outside for over 16 hours—tested positive for H5N1 via PCR testing. Just 41 minutes after receiving these results, the CFIA signed an order to cull the entire flock.
Today, all of the ostriches remain healthy, fully recovered, and have developed natural immunity against H5N1 bird flu. Their antibodies are critically important for future research efforts. The severity of the situation even prompted RFK Jr. to issue a plea to halt the cull order a few months ago:
After months of stay orders and reversals, the CFIA formally seized the ostriches last week, taking control of the farm.
A few days ago, however, the Supreme Court of Canada granted a stay on the planned cull, ordering that the CFIA retain custody of the birds while prohibiting the farm from “interfering” with federal oversight. The agency has been given until October 3 to file its response, after which the farm will have two days to reply.

The CFIA has completely ignored the Stay of Order since the day they took CUSTODY of both the FARM and the OSTRICHES (draconian). They have moved forward with atrocity after atrocity.
• Built a massive death pen to kill the healthy ostriches
• Cut all cameras so the public cannot witness conditions inside.
• Resurrected walls and black tarps to hide what’s happening on the farm.
• Threatened arrest for using drones to check on the birds.
• Fed the ostriches their own CFIA feed instead of the family’s feed, even though they were ordered not to.
• Refused to let the family test the feed they were giving the ostriches.
• Refused to let the family see the ostriches they have cared for 45+ years.
• Baited the two owners — telling them they could feed the ostriches, then arresting them when they tried.
• Dehydrated an injured ostrich with a broken leg caused by CFIA’s drones.
• Lied to the owner: promised to record the ostrich being given electrolytes if he handed over his phone, then returned his phone empty with no video.
• Made the owner wait hours with electrolytes while the ostrich suffered, then refused to let him administer them himself.
• Mishandled electrolytes because CFIA staff are not trained in ostrich care — leaving everyone to wonder if the bird is even alive.
• When Katie went up on the scissor lift this morning, instead of seeing 400 ostriches, she saw maybe 10% of the flock. The rest are ???? ….
• A closed, unmarked semi-truck entered the farm at 3 a.m. nights ago under cover of darkness, with CFIA agents shining huge lights into onlookers’ eyes so no one could see what was happening. Said it was port o potties.
• Terrified the birds with hazmat suits and drones, causing broken legs and panic injuries.
• Cut feed from 25 buckets down to 6 cups thrown on the ground, food the ostriches won’t eat.
• Tried to buy bobcats and tarps to dig mass graves right on the farm.
• Seized custody of the ostriches from the family who loved and cared for them.
• Wasted $500,000 of taxpayer money per day on this operation.
• Formed a social media task force to spread lies, bots, and attacks against farm supporters.
And here is the bigger picture of their actions overall:
• Ordered the mass killing of 400 healthy ostriches — without proof of bird flu.

If the CFIA proceeds with this barbaric cull, it will go down as one of the most reckless and shameful acts in Canadian history. Destroying hundreds of healthy, immune birds with critically important antibodies is not science — it is cruelty and corruption disguised as “public health.”
The world is watching. And if Canada allows this atrocity to happen, the country will forever be remembered as the place where bureaucratic arrogance and evil triumphed over truth, decency, and life itself.
But Canadians are rising up, fighting to stop this madness:

The following is just a gut-reaction to the events in Winnipeg involving Professor Francis Widdowson. No research went into this, so the guy who commented on my last post saying something to the effect that James is just not a good writer anymore because he rambles like Trump, you won’t like this one either.
Professor Widdowson upset the poor aboriginal children (who are adults by all appearances). Shame, their feelings were hurt again, so recently in Winnipeg, there was screaming, and temper-tantrums, and uncivilized behaviour all around. What a mess. I am done with calling a clown show something that is actually a horror show. There is nothing funny about this crap. The entire West is falling apart, and in Canada, the University of Winnipeg – who according to Professor Widdowson is “off the charts in terms of (their) inability to function as an academic institution” – seems to be ground zero for the worst excesses of hostile aboriginal, rent-seeking, myth-believing, anti-social activism.
Activists are not a special class. They are everyone, or at least it can seem so on college campuses across the West. Just this week two young white conservative men brought a debate set-up, similar to what Charlie Kirk used to do, to Tennessee State University (TSU), a historically Black college and university. The men were chased off by an uncivilized mob of almost all black students who had no interest in debate or exchange. Students swarmed around and screamed at the brave young conservatives, security barely prevented them from being assaulted. At the University of Winnipeg activists swarmed Professor Widdowson and her supporters, disrupted proceedings, screamed at her, and threw paint and some other sticky substance on her (they physically assaulted her and her supporters).
But I guarantee if Professor Widdowson would have acted appropriately and screamed back at them, “Step Off You Fucking Filthy Savage,” then there would have been severe charges of anti-aboriginal racism. But since, as per usual, there were no white-perpetrators of anything foul, only the aborigines were foul, no attention whatsoever will be given to the incident.
Some of the people, white men I believe, who accompanied Professor Widdowson were also physically assaulted. In a video posted to Youtube after the event, Professor Widdowson told us that Professor Daniel Page was punched in the face. And writer/commentator, Michael Melanson, was at one point surrounded by over 40 aggressive activists. He was lucky to get out unhurt (at least I hope he was unhurt).
Is anyone feeling reconciled to any of this bullshit yet? Or, how about the latest church arson, this time a historic Ukrainian Orthodox church in a rural Alberta– to add to the long list of anti-Christian terrorism that has unfolded in Canada since the childish aboriginals had their feelings hurt right bad by a false story of murdered indigenous kids who never were. Let’s face it, they believe their stories because they reflect badly on white people, who they hate more than anything. The entire world is jealous and hateful of white people.
I’m going to write the most important part again: the world is jealous and hateful of white people.
But yet white people refuse to govern themselves accordingly. White people are reaping what we sow. It is only white people who exercise the notion of multiculturalism. We should never have entertained aboriginal grievances for five seconds. From the beginning it should have been assimilate or fuck off. We gave you civilization and a far better life, you undeserving ungrateful pre-barbarians. If we don’t get to a place soon where we feel emboldened enough to position our faces one half inch from the primitive face of an aboriginal savage, and say with full voice: assimilate or fuck off, then white people will soon be no more. We can’t possibly survive being attacked from practically every single non-white direction. We must strike back.
Let’s be clear, the place where the savages should go, and every other non-white who hates and harms whites, can and should be prison. White people can build the best prisons, we can build enough for all the aboriginals and non-white violent criminals if they refuse to shed their anti-social savagery. All the white race-traitor types, the Leftists, the BLM supporters, ANTIFA, and trans and queer activists can join them there. It is those white Leftists who so admire non-white savagery, so why not lock them up in a situation where they truly get to experience it?
I think it is a waste of time to try and debate black or aboriginal savages who hate white people. Do we honestly think we are going to argue our way into them liking us and not wishing harm and cultural erasure on us? Nonsense. Ugh…I have to do that thing now that is expected of me because I’m a lowly white: Of course not all blacks and aboriginals are savages, blah, blah, blah, blah —- See there it is, not racist, I made my nice white boy disclaimer and admitted that not all non-whites are the problem. But guess what? My disingenuous nice white boy mandatory ritual disclaimer thingy doesn’t change a damn thing considering that the exigency of the anti-white hatred has not by any slight degree been made less dire. White people gain nothing by being so…nice. I wish we’d knock it off.
I’m not even sure what white people gain from including non-white people in our societies at all. I also don’t think non-white societies gain much from including whites. See, again not racist. It’s a two-way street. People should really only mix cultures to a minimal degree. When you pluralize the word “culture,” you create a synonym for incompatibility. Canada, the United States, and all other Western nations, need to promote a single culture, the founding white Christian culture. Period. And regardless if it burns the non-white asses of jealous savage haters, white people must honour their ancestors and preserve and protect our own cultural heritages.
White people, white-allied Christians of all colours, good people who just want a peaceful prosperous society, must band together and fully reject the pre-civilizational horror show occurring in Canada. It’s coming from the Left, they are all colours, they scream at people, they block free speech, they burn churches, and they are turning Canada into a shit-hole.
The silent masses, the normies, the complacent, the confused; Canada needs you. The white majority, which makes Canada what it is (what it could not be without it), needs your help. If you are non-white, but actually like white people and the societies they create, take this as your cue that we need your help, we need your voice.
Anyway, I am angry and feel like rambling. Maybe even like Trump. I really don’t care if anyone has a problem with this. I ramble for me first, readers second. Got it?
Last thought. Leftists, both non-white and white, don’t want to discuss a damn thing with anyone who isn’t a Leftist. I recommend Professor Widdowson stop doing Street Epistemology at Universities, because I fear she will get hurt. I don’t think it is worth it to risk getting hurt in this case, because the people she is trying to reach are riddled with fetal-alcohol syndrome, they are backwards, grossly under-developed, and yes in the worst cases, they are uncivilized, anti-social and savage.
The fight should be taken to the white people. The Leftist race-traitor white people. They also like to act uncivilized, anti-social, and savage, however, because they are white, they don’t have the same privilege to be violent and awful the way non-whites do. Plus, the Leftist whites are the ones who weaseled their ways into power. Getting them fired, will actually bring about positive change. Whereas, street level savages on campuses are comparatively powerless. Why bother with them, why risk your safety for them?
The Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) is concerned that key aspects of the Carney government’s proposed hate crimes legislation would unduly infringe on freedom of expression.
Among other changes to the Criminal Code, Bill C-9 would establish a standalone hate crime provision that would allow for up to life in prison for committing an act motivated by hatred, would create new intimidation and obstruction crimes related to buildings used for religious worship or primarily by identifiable groups, and would establish a new crime of wilfully promoting hatred by displaying certain symbols such as terrorist flags or Nazi swastikas in a public place.
The CCF has identified the following concerns:
Overbreadth of the hate-symbol provision (s. 319(2.2)): It could chill legitimate speech in cases where it is unclear whether a symbol is “principally associated with a terrorist group” or “resembles a symbol” outlawed under the provision;
Extreme sentencing under the new hate crime offence (s. 320.1001): A person who commits mischief against property motivated by hatred could face up to seven years in prison, rather than the current two years;
Removal of Attorney General oversight: The bill would allow police to charge a person with hate speech without receiving the Attorney General’s consent, which is an important safeguard for freedom of expression that has been part of Canada’s law for decades; and
Lowering the threshold for “hatred”: The definition of “hatred” added as a new section 319(7) appears to lower the bar for hate speech set by the Supreme Court of Canada in cases like R v Keegstra and R v Whatcott, which could chill speech and public debate.
CCF Executive Director Joanna Baron questioned the need for parts of the bill considering Canada already has “robust hate propaganda laws.”
“Creating new offences for hate-motivated crimes and lowering safeguards like Attorney General oversight is unnecessary and invites excessive prosecutions,” she said.
“The new hate symbol offence only targets displays done with the intent to promote hatred, but without Attorney General consent as a safeguard, there is a real risk that people using these symbols in art, journalism, or protest will be charged first and vindicated later,” Baron added.
CCF Counsel Josh Dehaas said that while he’s pleased to see that the federal government has tailored its provisions on intimidation and obstruction of places of worship to capture criminal conduct rather than protected speech and protest, he is concerned that the new definition of “hatred” will chill legitimate expression.
“I’m also very wary that banning hate symbols could be a slippery slope,” Dehaas said. “In free countries, we ought to criminalize violence, not speech, so this sets a worrying precedent.”

Dear Thomas, we are watching with great interest what the occupied Australian “Government” is doing to push their communist agenda and biological attack against what is left of the White Race. They reveal their own utter fear of the truth by putting you into the gulag for some trumped up nonsense charges reminiscent of the methods, described by Alexander Solschenizyn, that were used for “anti Soviet agitation” back in the darkest chapter of human history when the “Bolshevik’s” slaughtered dozens of millions of the best Russian people from 1917 through to the 1960’s, lowering the average IQ of the surviving traumatised Russians by about 5 percentage points. (the best of the Goyim deserve to be slaughtered – Talmud code of conduct for Jews.)
I spent four years in the gulag in occupied Germany for a couple of videos that I produced, followed by another six months for a forbidden arm position and again one month for not coming to their inquisition, just recently, and this is what I want to talk to you about. In fact, I was released just over one month ago, on August 7th 2025.
The state prosecutor wanted me kept in chains and behind bars for almost 2 years for I don’t even know what. (arm in forbidden position or maybe it was because I questioned the 7 dwarfs of Snow White, despite the tiny shoes shown to us in Hollywood, or was it the six gazillion lamp shades and the soap made from 100 percent pure jewish fat –– who on earth would wash themselves with that kind of soap anyway !?!?)
In my last words I reminded the judge that I was also a Canadian Citizen and that my last visit to Canada was in the summer of 2017 when I went over on a speaking tour and I held 14 presentations in 11 cities. The subject of my presentation was psychological warfare and I started my talk with the subject of “Zeitgeist”. I asked the question of whether the Zeitgeist that we see as snapshots over time are the result of an organic natural development, or if the Zeitgeist may be engineered by some unseen hand or force to become what it is.
And then I told the judge that after my presentation in Toronto, a young man came up to me and told me that he had applied to work for IBM as an SE (Systems Engineer) and that he had all the credentials required, in outstanding form, and that then the final question was put to him by the personnel manager:
“If you want to work for us, are you willing to work together with transvestites?”
This question so shocked this young man that he chuckled and shook his head in disbelief, not knowing what this question has to do with the requirements of an engineering job at a renowned computer company like IBM.
Well, the personnel manager concluded that we have an attitude problem here, and this young man did not get the job.
Exactly 40 years earlier, in 1977, I applied as a 22 year old at IBM in Edmonton, Canada, for work as a technician. I had studied electronics engineering technology and had all the requirements needed to do the job. The personnel manager in Edmonton had a final question for me before making his decision.
“Mr Schaefer, if you come to work for us at IBM, are you prepared to travel or move, as this is often required from our employees.”
My response, “Of course, that is no problem.” And I got the job.
Then I told the judge at my last “trial”: If a company like IBM changes its hiring policies within 40 years, from the legitimate credentials to do the required work, to the degenerate ideology of wanting to work with quota transvestites, it had better come back to reality very fast or it is dead in the water. I went on to explain that the same is true for airline companies that may gloat that they have their politically correct quota negroes in their cockpits, but the loss of one airliner after the other will bring them to reason very fast or they will cease to exist. Then I told him that it is my sincerest intention to bring our civilization back from the abyss in as civilized a manner as possible, or we will all die.
This judge found his common sense and instincts and ordered the prisoner (me) to be released and gave me a 10 month sentence in hopes of appeasing the state prosecutor who wanted a whole lot more. (my release is officially only temporary, but that is all we need right now to move this forward).
So Thomas, believe me (I don’t have to tell you this, you know it) your incarceration is upping your value more than anyone can measure.
My one month in prison (the last of my 3 prison terms) was absolutely fantastic, once the prisoners learned for what I was in there for, they loved me, an Iraqi prisoner called me “Habibi Schaefer” which means respect and compassion, they all loved to just hear the truth spoken without fear and deceptions.
It has been 24 years since the false flag event in New York, just one of the many many big lies that have brought us to the abyss. Now all the lies are imploding under their own weight, all at once.
You probably won’t get this letter because your keepers won’t pass it through, but we will make it public, and we, the entire world, stand behind you. You and your buddies in Australia make us proud that you are showing the world what real White Men can do when they are not poisoned by the demoralizing poison that the jews have been injecting us with for far too long.

wir beobachten mit großem Interesse, was die besetzte australische „Regierung“ unternimmt, um ihre kommunistische Agenda und ihren biologischen Angriff auf die Überreste der weißen Rasse voranzutreiben.
Sie offenbaren ihre eigene tiefe Angst vor der Wahrheit, indem sie Sie aufgrund erfundener, unsinniger Anschuldigungen in den Gulag stecken. (Arm in verbotener Position oder vielleicht lag es daran, daß ich die 7 Zwerge aus Schneewittchen hinterfragt habe, trotz der winzigen Schuhe, die uns in Hollywood gezeigt wurden, oder waren es die sechs Millionen Lampenschirme und die Seife aus 100 Prozent reinem jüdischen Fett – wer um alles in der Welt würde sich überhaupt mit so einer Seife waschen !?!?)
In meinen letzten Worten erinnerte ich den Richter daran, daß ich auch kanadischer Staatsbürger bin und daß ich Kanada zuletzt im Sommer 2017 besucht hatte, als ich auf Vortragsreise ging und 14 Vorträge in elf Städten hielt. Mein Vortrag behandelte psychologische Kriegsführung und begann mit dem Thema „Zeitgeist“.
Ich stellte die Frage, ob der Zeitgeist, den wir als Momentaufnahmen über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg wahrnehmen, das Ergebnis einer natürlichen Entwicklung ist oder ob er möglicherweise von einer unsichtbaren Hand oder Kraft geformt wurde.
Und dann erzählte ich dem Richter, daß nach meinem Vortrag in Toronto ein junger Mann auf mich zukam und mir erzählte, daß er sich bei IBM als SE (Systems Engineer) beworben hatte und alle erforderlichen Qualifikationen in hervorragender Form mitbrachte, und daß ihm dann vom Personalchef die letzte Frage gestellt wurde:
„Wenn Sie für uns arbeiten möchten, sind Sie bereit, mit Transvestiten zusammenzuarbeiten?“
Diese Frage schockierte den jungen Mann so sehr, daß er kicherte und ungläubig den Kopf schüttelte, da er nicht wusste, was diese Frage mit den Anforderungen einer Ingenieursstelle bei einem renommierten Computerunternehmen wie IBM zu tun hat.
Der Personalleiter kam zu dem Schluss, daß wir hier ein Einstellungsproblem haben, und dieser junge Mann bekam den Job nicht.
Genau 40 Jahre zuvor, im Jahr 1977, bewarb ich mich als damals 22- Jähriger bei IBM in Edmonton, Kanada, um eine Stelle als Techniker. Ich hatte Elektrotechnik studiert und brachte alle Voraussetzungen für die Stelle mit. Der Personalchef in Edmonton hatte vor seiner Entscheidung noch eine letzte Frage an mich:
„Herr Schaefer, wenn Sie zu uns bei IBM kommen, sind Sie bereit zu reisen oder umzuziehen, da dies von unseren Mitarbeitern häufig verlangt wird.“
Meine Antwort: „Natürlich, das ist kein Problem.“ Und ich bekam den Job.
Dann sagte ich dem Richter bei meinem letzten „Prozess“: Wenn ein Unternehmen wie IBM innerhalb von 40 Jahren seine Einstellungspolitik ändert und von den legitimen Qualifikationen für die erforderliche Arbeit auf die verkommene Ideologie umstellt, auch mit Quoten-Transvestiten arbeiten zu wollen, sollte es schnell wieder auf den Boden der Tatsachen zurückkehren, sonst ist es vorbei. Ich erklärte weiter, daß dasselbe für Fluggesellschaften gilt, die zwar damit prahlen, ihre politisch korrekten Quoten-Neger in ihren Cockpits zu haben, aber der Verlust einer Flugzeugmaschine nach der anderen wird sie sehr schnell zur Vernunft bringen, oder sie werden aufhören zu existieren.
Dann sagte ich ihm, es sei meine aufrichtige Absicht, unsere Zivilisation so zivilisiert wie möglich aus dem Abgrund zurückzuholen, sonst werden wir alle sterben.
Dieser Richter besann sich auf seinen gesunden Menschenverstand und Instinkt und ordnete die Freilassung des Gefangenen (mich) an. Er verurteilte mich zu zehn Monaten Haft, in der Hoffnung, den Staatsanwalt zu besänftigen, der viel mehr wollte. (Meine Freilassung ist offiziell nur vorübergehend, aber das ist alles, was wir im Moment brauchen, um die Sache voranzubringen.)
Also, Thomas, glauben Sie mir (ich muss Ihnen das nicht sagen, Sie wissen es), Ihre Inhaftierung steigert Ihren Wert mehr, als irgendjemand messen kann.
Mein einmonatiger Gefängnisaufenthalt (der letzte meiner drei Haftstrafen) war absolut fantastisch. Als die Gefangenen erfuhren, warum ich dort war, liebten sie mich. Ein irakischer Gefangener nannte mich „Habibi Schaefer“, was Respekt und Mitgefühl bedeutet. Sie alle liebten es, einfach die Wahrheit zu hören, ohne Angst und Täuschungen.
24 Jahre sind seit dem False-Flag-Ereignis in New York vergangen – es war nur eine von vielen großen Lügen, die uns in den Abgrund getrieben haben. Jetzt implodieren alle Lügen auf einmal unter ihrer eigenen Last.
Du wirst diesen Brief wahrscheinlich nicht erhalten, weil deine Wächter ihn nicht durchreichen, aber wir werden ihn veröffentlichen, und wir, die ganze Welt, stehen hinter Dir. Justice Centre lawyers continue to defend Matt and Nicole Alexander, who were abruptly fired from their teaching positions for “not celebrating and affirming LGBTQ issues.” There were no complaints against either teacher about failing to treat a student with respect and kindness. Their union refused to take their grievances to arbitration. However, we are pleased to announce that the Ontario Labour Relations Board recently ruled against an attempt by the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario and the Renfrew County District School Board to have the Alexanders’ case dismissed. No Canadian should be fired for refusing to affirm and celebrate an ideology that contradicts their moral or religious convictions.
We continue to provide lawyers for BC nurse Amy Hamm, recently found guilty of “unprofessional conduct” by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives because she said publicly that there are only two genders. Amy’s professional regulatory body also ordered her to pay $93,639.80 in legal costs. The legal battles continue.
On the east coast, Justice Centre lawyers are in court to challenge Nova Scotia’s irrational ban on walking in the woods, imposed by Premier Tim Houston. Our lawyers represent Jeff Evely, a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. Conservation officers fined him $28,872.50 for merely walking in the woods. This anti-human law views people as the problem, rather than targeting higher-risk activities like smoking, campfires and cooking in dry, wooded areas.
We continue to defend peaceful Freedom Convoy protestor Chris Barber against the Crown’s demand that his truck, “Big Red,” be seized and that he spend the next eight years of his life in prison. To imprison a man who sought and followed legal advice while peacefully protesting harmful Covid vaccine mandates would bring the administration of justice into disrepute.
Justice Centre lawyers represent Terry Francois in a Federal Court case highlighting serious concerns about accountability and due process within First Nations governance. The Indigenous father of five was banished without warning from his home and family on the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation reserve in Manitoba. “I was totally shocked. I felt crushed,” said Mr. Francois. “I’ve worked all my life and raised five girls on my own. I didn’t think this could happen.”
Our lawyers continue to defend peaceful protestor Evan Blackman, who was arrested and charged with mischief and obstruction for his involvement in the 2022 Freedom Convoy. Now, a court has ordered the RCMP and TD Bank to produce records related to the freezing of his bank accounts. This ruling marks a significant step in the first Charter challenge to the freezing of personal bank accounts under the Emergencies Act.
The Justice Centre continues to collect petition signatures against Bill C-2, the Strong Borders Act (which I prefer to call the “Strong Surveillance Act”).The Bill would grant the federal government new regulatory powers over electronic service providers and would allow law enforcement to conduct warrantless searches. The Bill would also outlaw cash transactions of $10,000 or more, which opens the door to eventually outlawing all cash payments and donations.

The Justice Centre has released a new report, “Post-Covid Canada: The rise in unexplained deaths,” available at www.jccf.ca/reports. Statistics Canada data shows that more Canadians are dying after the government imposed lockdowns and vaccine mandates. According to Statistics Canada, the 2022 and 2023 death rate for children was 15% higher than in the years before lockdowns, and deaths among Canadians under the age of 45 are up by more than a quarter. Drug overdose deaths are up by 55%, and alcohol-induced deaths are up 18%. The additional deaths among children and younger Canadians were not caused by Covid. Incredibly, there was a 26% increase in Covid deaths after most Canadians had been injected with Covid vaccines.

Irish rap group Kneecap have been banned from entering Canada

Irish rap group Kneecap have been banned from entering Canada ahead of their tour of the country on the grounds of alleged “hate speech” and “glorification of terrorism.”
“Recently the rap group Kneecap has engaged in actions and made statements that are contrary to Canadian values and laws that have caused deep alarm to our government,” Parliamentary Secretary for Combatting Crime Vince Gasparro said in a video announcing the ban Friday morning.
“The group have amplified political violence and publicly displayed support for terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah and Hamas,” Gasparro said.
The lawmaker noted that one member of Kneecap is facing terrorism-related charges in the UK. He also claimed that the band displayed “hate symbols that directly target the Jewish community,” though he did not specify what these were.
“That is why, as parliamentary secretary for combatting crime, I am announcing that effective immediately, the members of Kneecap have been deemed ineligible to enter Canada,” Gasparro said.
They were due to perform in Toronto and Vancouver starting October 14.
Kneecap responded to Gasparro’s allegations in a statement issued on X, calling the lawmaker’s claims “wholly untrue and deeply malicious” and announcing that they intend to file “legal action” against Gasparro.
“When we beat you in court, which we will,” the Belfast-based group said, “We will donate every cent to assist some of the thousands of child amputees in Gaza.”
The band further claimed that “significant Zionist lobbying groups” had pressured the Canadian government, including the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs and two others.
CIJA’s spokesperson Nicole Amiel told CNN Friday that CIJA had been “very vocal about them not being allowed to come into Canada.” In a statement Friday, the group welcomed Gasparro’s announcement as the “right decision.”
CNN has also reached out to Kneecap’s management and Gasparro for further comment.
This is only the latest controversy involving the outspoken Irish-speaking rap group, which was formed in Northern Ireland in 2017 and been praised for their efforts to revitalize the Irish language through hip hop.
The trio frequently speaks out against Israel’s actions in Gaza, often leading crowds in chants of “Free Palestine” at their shows.
The British government has accused one member, Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, of displaying a Hezbollah flag at a 2024 concert in violation of UK terror laws, in a case that is currently in the courts, with the next hearing on September 26.(CNN, September 19, 2025)

Jewish control of Hollywood goes back a century. Henry Ford warned about it in the 1920s. Marlon Brando noted their power as did actor/producer Mel Gibson. Jewish author Neal Gabler even wrote a book boasting about this achievement. Wikipedia states: ” An Empire of Their Own: How the Jews Invented Hollywood is a 1988 non-fiction book whose topic is the careers of several prominent Jewish film producers in the early years of Hollywood. Author Neal Gabler focuses on the psychological motivations of these film moguls, arguing that their background as Jewish immigrants shaped their careers and influenced the movies they made.” AIPAC, the America Israel Political Action Committee funnels huge sums of money to Congressmen and Senators of both parties, ensuring almost unanimous and largely uncritical support for the State of Israel. Money talks and principles walk. The few politicians who refuse to play ball can expect to be challenged by a well-funded opponent in the next primary.And then there’s the endless procession of politicians of both parties to Israel, the men usually slapping on a yamulke and bowing before the Wailing Wall. There is no such procession of American politicians to far larger traditional allies like France, Italy or Japan. So, Elisa Serret’s comments are essentially accurate. Canada’s largest Jewish lobby group the Centre for Israel and Jewish affairs howled:

And lo and behold, Canadian politicians jumped to obey. When antisemitic language is used by journalists, or anyone in a position of trust, it risks normalizing hatred in deeply dangerous ways,” he said.
We ask, were Elisa Serret’s words true” They were. How is the truth hate? Even Guilbeault’s language mimics Jewish lobby denunciations of criticism of Israel. His accusation of “pernicious anti-semitic tropes” echoes statements regularly made by the ADL and Jewish writers. They love the seldom used word “trope.” I can say this as a person holding an M.A. in English Language, Literature and Linguistics, with considerable further post graduate studies. ” A trope refers to a figure of speech, turn of phrase, or idea that carries a deeper meaning beyond its literal meaning.” Elisa Serret’s comments are facts, not figures of speech.
Sadly, it would appear that unemployment will be the fate of this reporter with nine years experience, punishment for having crossed this powerful minority lobby.

Journalist ‘relieved from duties’ at Radio-Canada after Jewish group calls out ‘antisemitic’ comments

A journalist has been “relieved from her duties” at Radio-Canada, CBC’s French-language service, until further notice after a Jewish group condemned comments she made on air as “antisemitic.”
“My understanding, and that of multiple analysts here in the United States, is that it is the Israelis, the Jews, that finance American politics a lot,” said Elisa Serret, the Washington correspondent for Radio-Canada, who was speaking in French.
“There is a big machine behind them, making it very difficult for Americans to detach themselves from Israel’s positions. It’s really money here in the United States. The big cities are run by Jews, Hollywood is run by Jews…”
The comments were made in response to host and news anchor Christian Latreille asking Serret to break down why Americans “have such difficulty distancing themselves from Israel, even in the most difficult moments.”
This episode of sur le terrain (or “on the ground,” in English) aired on Monday. It covered U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s visit to Israel and meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
A clip of the episode was posted on social media by Jewish advocacy group, Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA).
“Antisemitism is absolutely unacceptable on Canadian airwaves, especially on our public broadcaster. Yet these words were aired earlier today,” the group said on X on Monday, quoting some of the phrases used by Serret, who has worked for the public broadcaster since 2014.
The group said it expected “immediate and unequivocal condemnation from all relevant leaders, including Heritage Minister” Steven Guilbeault. On Tuesday morning Guilbeault released a statement on X saying that “antisemitism has no place in Canada.”
He said the public broadcaster “belongs to all Canadians, and as leaders, we have a responsibility to hold it to account and demand the highest standards in journalism.”
“The words used last night were pernicious antisemitic tropes and have absolutely no place on Canadian airwaves. When antisemitic language is used by journalists, or anyone in a position of trust, it risks normalizing hatred in deeply dangerous ways,” he said.
The vice president for CIJA Quebec called the decision to suspend Serret “the only appropriate course of action” that Radio-Canada could have taken. Eta Yudin called the journalist’s comments “vile.”
“However, this incident cannot be allowed to pass without serious internal reflection on the damage such hateful rhetoric inflicts on our democratic values,” said Yudin.
“Antisemitism is corroding the fabric of our society. Its persistence is made possible by the very environment that enables it. We expect Canada’s national public broadcaster to recognize this reality and to take concrete steps to ensure that neither such comments — nor the systemic issues that enabled them to be aired — are ever allowed again on Canadian airwaves.”
In a statement released in French on Tuesday afternoon, Radio-Canada said the analysis by Serrat “about American policy in the Middle East led to stereotypical, antisemitic, false, and harmful allegations against Jewish communities.”
“These unacceptable comments contravene Radio-Canada’s Journalistic Standards and Practices and in no way reflect the opinion of the public broadcaster. As a result, newsroom leadership has decided to relieve the journalist from her duties until further notice,” the statement said.
“We recognize that these remarks have hurt many viewers. We are sincerely sorry and apologize.”(National Post, September 17, 2025)
