Greetings to all concerned:
This is a request from Bill, who will be having a Bail Hearing in Immigration Court on Nov 11 th 2026 in Tacoma Washington State, before Judge Tracie Winder.
He would appreciate it, if we each write a letter to the Judge confirming we know Bill personally as a Canadian and he is not a danger to the public etc .We know he has been involved and compelled to spread his Christian faith and the Bible amongst those in Canadian gay pride parades who have little tolerance or respect for freedom of speech and association.
He was subsequently charged years later by the Ontario Attorney General when a$105-million dollar Slap Suit, undertaken by gay pride supporters, was dropped . Bill had been required to give names of all his supporters so could be included in the Suit. He refused and it was dropped.
The Ontario”hate” trial first led to a not guilty decision, but in the Appeal by the AG, he was sent for another trial and found guilty. Sentencing date is Dec 13 2026 with probable jail time. He had earlier crossed into the US to find out the procedure to claim asylum and crossed again the same day he had been found guilty. He was later picked up by ICE.

Whoever can contribute a letter in their own words could help a great deal in the Bail Hearing so he can be free to pursue the asylum .Letters are coming from others in the US. There is a big possibility that Bill will be deported back by ICE to Canada, as has an Extradition Order from Ontario and would immediately be jailed to sentencing date Dec 13th and after. Thank you for considering Bill’s request towards an assylum from Canadian duress on freedom of Christian conscience .
