Father, 31, jailed for one year for calling Jews ‘the enemy’ in Australia Day speech February 18th 2026A Sydney father has been jailed for one year for calling Jews the “greatest enemy to this nation” in a 40-second Australia Day speech.
Brandan Koschel, 31, pleaded guilty last week to publicly inciting hatred on the grounds of race, and appeared in Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday by videolink from custody.
Deputy Chief Magistrate Sharon Freund said if not for his early guilty plea, she would have sentenced Koschel to 16 months’ imprisonment for the statements, saying a custodial sentence was necessary to deter similar offending and “protect social cohesion”. (Protect social cohesion? In a world where the lunatic inmates run the asylum?)
She said Koschel had not apologised or shown remorse or contrition, and set a non-parole period of nine months, backdated to Koschel’s arrest on January 26, making him eligible for release on October 25.

Koschel was not charged under those laws, but under NSW legislation brought in early last year, which the magistrate emphasised was passed in response to an “uptick in anti-Semitism” to protect the Jewish community.
“All these politicians that came up here, spoke about bravery, all that bullshit, because they don’t know what it means, they came up here, gave you a bunch of words, but none of them called out the fact that the hate speech laws were pushed by the Australian, uh, the Jewish lobby groups in Australia,” Mr Koschel said in his speech, which was read to the court by Ms Freund in sentencing.
“They were behind it all. The Jews are the greatest enemy to this nation, they always have been, they are an enemy to Western civilisation, and for thousands of years, s Christians and Anglos, the White man, has known that the Jew is our greatest enemy. Free Joel Davis, hail White Australia and hail Thomas Sewell.” The magistrate noted that the charges only applied to the phrases calling Jewish people “the enemy”, but said Koschel’s final three statements added to the seriousness of the offence, and said they referred to “high profile neo-Nazis”.
“The offender’s use of the term ‘hail’ is a deliberate invocation of language associated with Nazi ideology, and a tool of racial propaganda with harmful and powerful resonance; its use in the present context was offensive and serious,” she told the court.
“Public denunciation of anti-Semitic expression is essential to the court’s commitment to equality before the law and protection of vulnerable groups.
“General deterrence is paramount to protect social cohesion.” The court heard Koschel had only been able to contact his family twice during his 23 days on custody so far, which had been spent in “onerous” conditions due to being housed in reception until February 9 because of jail overcrowding, and classified as high security by the government. Koschel’s lawyer, Daniel Grippi, told the court on Tuesday that his client’s family had been followed and harassed by the media, and the coverage of Koschel’s offending had impacted his young daughter, and argued that those circumstances would help to prevent reoffending. But in sentencing Ms Freund said she disagreed with the lawyer’s assessment, and said Koschel’s concerns for his family highlighted his lack of remorse.
“There is no evidence he shows any remorse or contrition except for the impact on family; his lack of insight is relevant to the sentence, increasing the need for the sentence to reflect denunciation and deterrence,” she said.
The offending included deliberate anti-Semitic hate speech of an overt nature, which occurred on Australia Day, when people come together for unity and social cohesion.
“Without evidence of remorse, I can’t reassess the prospect of rehabilitation; only a sentence of full-time imprisonment is suitable.”
On Tuesday Mr Grippi asked the court to impose a non-custodial sentence, citing the subjective nature of the term “hatred” in the legislation, and saying “one man’s hatred is another man’s love”.
Ms. Freund said she “dwelled on this statement overnight” but came to the conclusion that Koschel’s statements were not a matter of “taste” and were the type of language the “hate speech” laws were devised to punish.
“The laws were made in response to anti-Semitic acts, the legislative response and the introduction of [the racial hatred offence] was to target this conduct on the basis that violence starts with language,” she said.
“In context, Mr. Koschel used the phrase ‘hail White Australia’ and ‘hail Thomas Sewell’; the words were divisive and designed to provoke the type of hatred the offence was designed to prevent.
“Mr Koschel’s speech was clearly anti-Semitic and directed towards the Jewish community, which is particularly vulnerable, and that the legislation was designed to protect them, and after the Bondi massacre.
“The indication or normalisation of hatred directed at the Jewish people … will not be tolerated and [the sentence] must be used to deter others.”
She found the speech, therefore clearly targeted the Jewish community to cause them to fear harassment, intimidation, or violence, and that Mr. Koschel “used a mic to amplify his words on an iconic day that should have been about unification” with the “intention to incite”, and was “motivated by hate and prejudice”.
Last week Ms Freund sentenced paedophile soccer coach Tullio ‘Tony’ Giacomo Cigana to one year’s jail with a seven-month non-parole period for possessing child abuse material.
She noted every video and photo he was caught with depicted real child victims aged between seven and 12, ABC News reported.

Dear Thomas, we are watching with great interest what the occupied Australian “Government” is doing to push their communist agenda and biological attack against what is left of the White Race. They reveal their own utter fear of the truth by putting you into the gulag for some trumped up nonsense charges reminiscent of the methods, described by Alexander Solschenizyn, that were used for “anti Soviet agitation” back in the darkest chapter of human history when the “Bolshevik’s” slaughtered dozens of millions of the best Russian people from 1917 through to the 1960’s, lowering the average IQ of the surviving traumatised Russians by about 5 percentage points. I spent four years in the gulag in occupied Germany for a couple of videos that I produced, followed by another six months for a forbidden arm position and again one month for not coming to their inquisition, just recently, and this is what I want to talk to you about. In fact, I was released just over one month ago, on August 7th 2025.
The state prosecutor wanted me kept in chains and behind bars for almost 2 years for I don’t even know what. (arm in forbidden position or maybe it was because I questioned the 7 dwarfs of Snow White, despite the tiny shoes shown to us in Hollywood, or was it the six gazillion lamp shades and the soap made from 100 percent pure jewish fat –– who on earth would wash themselves with that kind of soap anyway !?!?)
In my last words I reminded the judge that I was also a Canadian Citizen and that my last visit to Canada was in the summer of 2017 when I went over on a speaking tour and I held 14 presentations in 11 cities. The subject of my presentation was psychological warfare and I started my talk with the subject of “Zeitgeist”. I asked the question of whether the Zeitgeist that we see as snapshots over time are the result of an organic natural development, or if the Zeitgeist may be engineered by some unseen hand or force to become what it is.
And then I told the judge that after my presentation in Toronto, a young man came up to me and told me that he had applied to work for IBM as an SE (Systems Engineer) and that he had all the credentials required, in outstanding form, and that then the final question was put to him by the personnel manager:
“If you want to work for us, are you willing to work together with transvestites?”
This question so shocked this young man that he chuckled and shook his head in disbelief, not knowing what this question has to do with the requirements of an engineering job at a renowned computer company like IBM.
Well, the personnel manager concluded that we have an attitude problem here, and this young man did not get the job.
Exactly 40 years earlier, in 1977, I applied as a 22 year old at IBM in Edmonton, Canada, for work as a technician. I had studied electronics engineering technology and had all the requirements needed to do the job. The personnel manager in Edmonton had a final question for me before making his decision.
“Mr Schaefer, if you come to work for us at IBM, are you prepared to travel or move, as this is often required from our employees.”
My response, “Of course, that is no problem.” And I got the job.
Then I told the judge at my last “trial”: If a company like IBM changes its hiring policies within 40 years, from the legitimate credentials to do the required work, to the degenerate ideology of wanting to work with quota transvestites, it had better come back to reality very fast or it is dead in the water. I went on to explain that the same is true for airline companies that may gloat that they have their politically correct quota negroes in their cockpits, but the loss of one airliner after the other will bring them to reason very fast or they will cease to exist. Then I told him that it is my sincerest intention to bring our civilization back from the abyss in as civilized a manner as possible, or we will all die.
This judge found his common sense and instincts and ordered the prisoner (me) to be released and gave me a 10 month sentence in hopes of appeasing the state prosecutor who wanted a whole lot more. (my release is officially only temporary, but that is all we need right now to move this forward).
So Thomas, believe me (I don’t have to tell you this, you know it) your incarceration is upping your value more than anyone can measure.
My one month in prison (the last of my 3 prison terms) was absolutely fantastic, once the prisoners learned for what I was in there for, they loved me, an Iraqi prisoner called me “Habibi Schaefer” which means respect and compassion, they all loved to just hear the truth spoken without fear and deceptions.
It has been 24 years since the false flag event in New York, just one of the many many big lies that have brought us to the abyss. Now all the lies are imploding under their own weight, all at once.
You probably won’t get this letter because your keepers won’t pass it through, but we will make it public, and we, the entire world, stand behind you. You and your buddies in Australia make us proud that you are showing the world what real White Men can do when they are not poisoned by the demoralizing poison that the jews have been injecting us with for far too long.

wir beobachten mit großem Interesse, was die besetzte australische „Regierung“ unternimmt, um ihre kommunistische Agenda und ihren biologischen Angriff auf die Überreste der weißen Rasse voranzutreiben.
Sie offenbaren ihre eigene tiefe Angst vor der Wahrheit, indem sie Sie aufgrund erfundener, unsinniger Anschuldigungen in den Gulag stecken. Der Staatsanwalt wollte mich fast zwei Jahre lang in Ketten und hinter Gittern halten, ich weiß nicht, wofür. (Arm in verbotener Position oder vielleicht lag es daran, daß ich die 7 Zwerge aus Schneewittchen hinterfragt habe, trotz der winzigen Schuhe, die uns in Hollywood gezeigt wurden, oder waren es die sechs Millionen Lampenschirme und die Seife aus 100 Prozent reinem jüdischen Fett – wer um alles in der Welt würde sich überhaupt mit so einer Seife waschen !?!?)
In meinen letzten Worten erinnerte ich den Richter daran, daß ich auch kanadischer Staatsbürger bin und daß ich Kanada zuletzt im Sommer 2017 besucht hatte, als ich auf Vortragsreise ging und 14 Vorträge in elf Städten hielt. Mein Vortrag behandelte psychologische Kriegsführung und begann mit dem Thema „Zeitgeist“.
Ich stellte die Frage, ob der Zeitgeist, den wir als Momentaufnahmen über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg wahrnehmen, das Ergebnis einer natürlichen Entwicklung ist oder ob er möglicherweise von einer unsichtbaren Hand oder Kraft geformt wurde.
Und dann erzählte ich dem Richter, daß nach meinem Vortrag in Toronto ein junger Mann auf mich zukam und mir erzählte, daß er sich bei IBM als SE (Systems Engineer) beworben hatte und alle erforderlichen Qualifikationen in hervorragender Form mitbrachte, und daß ihm dann vom Personalchef die letzte Frage gestellt wurde:

Diese Frage schockierte den jungen Mann so sehr, daß er kicherte und ungläubig den Kopf schüttelte, da er nicht wusste, was diese Frage mit den Anforderungen einer Ingenieursstelle bei einem renommierten Computerunternehmen wie IBM zu tun hat.
Der Personalleiter kam zu dem Schluss, daß wir hier ein Einstellungsproblem haben, und dieser junge Mann bekam den Job nicht.
Genau 40 Jahre zuvor, im Jahr 1977, bewarb ich mich als damals 22- Jähriger bei IBM in Edmonton, Kanada, um eine Stelle als Techniker. Ich hatte Elektrotechnik studiert und brachte alle Voraussetzungen für die Stelle mit. Der Personalchef in Edmonton hatte vor seiner Entscheidung noch eine letzte Frage an mich:

Dann sagte ich dem Richter bei meinem letzten „Prozess“: Wenn ein Unternehmen wie IBM innerhalb von 40 Jahren seine Einstellungspolitik ändert und von den legitimen Qualifikationen für die erforderliche Arbeit auf die verkommene Ideologie umstellt, auch mit Quoten-Transvestiten arbeiten zu wollen, sollte es schnell wieder auf den Boden der Tatsachen zurückkehren, sonst ist es vorbei. Ich erklärte weiter, daß dasselbe für Fluggesellschaften gilt, die zwar damit prahlen, ihre politisch korrekten Quoten-Neger in ihren Cockpits zu haben, aber der Verlust einer Flugzeugmaschine nach der anderen wird sie sehr schnell zur Vernunft bringen, oder sie werden aufhören zu existieren.
Dann sagte ich ihm, es sei meine aufrichtige Absicht, unsere Zivilisation so zivilisiert wie möglich aus dem Abgrund zurückzuholen, sonst werden wir alle sterben.
Dieser Richter besann sich auf seinen gesunden Menschenverstand und Instinkt und ordnete die Freilassung des Gefangenen (mich) an. Er verurteilte mich zu zehn Monaten Haft, in der Hoffnung, den Staatsanwalt zu besänftigen, der viel mehr wollte. (Meine Freilassung ist offiziell nur vorübergehend, aber das ist alles, was wir im Moment brauchen, um die Sache voranzubringen.)
Also, Thomas, glauben Sie mir (ich muss Ihnen das nicht sagen, Sie wissen es), Ihre Inhaftierung steigert Ihren Wert mehr, als irgendjemand messen kann.
Mein einmonatiger Gefängnisaufenthalt (der letzte meiner drei Haftstrafen) war absolut fantastisch. Als die Gefangenen erfuhren, warum ich dort war, liebten sie mich. Ein irakischer Gefangener nannte mich „Habibi Schaefer“, was Respekt und Mitgefühl bedeutet. Sie alle liebten es, einfach die Wahrheit zu hören, ohne Angst und Täuschungen.
24 Jahre sind seit dem False-Flag-Ereignis in New York vergangen – es war nur eine von vielen großen Lügen, die uns in den Abgrund getrieben haben. Jetzt implodieren alle Lügen auf einmal unter ihrer eigenen Last.

Footage obtained by Noticer News shows Mr Sewell, the leader of political organisation White Australia, being handcuffed at his in-laws’ home on Friday morning after police threatened to break a glass door down with a battering ram.
After first telling Mr Sewell that he wasn’t being charged and was only being asked to attend a voluntary interview over an alleged affray and assault, officers said he would be arrested if he did not come outside, and that they “didn’t need” signed documents to take him into custody.

“Look what you’re doing to my family – you know I haven’t committed a crime,” Mr Sewell told the officers, who did not have their body worn cameras attached, after opening the door.
“You have no legal right to be here, you’re trespassing on this property.”
One of the officers said “Thomas you need to come with us”, and when Mr Sewell asked if he was under arrest, the officer then said “yes, you are”.
“There we go, we’re under arrest, you didn’t say that before, did you?” Mr Sewell replied.
“I am under arrest for defending myself.”
Mr Sewell then told the officer he was a “thug and a goon”.
“You’re a goon for the Jews, that’s what you are, that’s all you are, you’re a goon for the Jews,” he said as he was taken away.
Video footage of the march by the National Socialist Network through Melbourne’s CBD earlier this months shows a man running up to Mr Sewell as he walked at the head of a column of about 150 activists, spitting at him and punching him multiple times.
The video shows Mr Sewell responding with punches of his own before knocking the man to the ground.
Police said after the march that a man of no fixed address was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Photos of Mr Sewell taken after the march show him with cuts to his ear and temple, and earlier this week he told reporters that he had also suffered a back injury as a result of the attack.
“I was attacked by a deluded deranged person that decided to jump in front of the ‘White man fight back’ rally,” he said, and showed journalists the injuries to the side of his head.
“We were performing a peaceful demonstration in the city, which we have the right to do as Australian citizens, I was attacked at the front of that rally by a deranged lunatic, and I defended myself.”
