Throughout France, activists and sympathizers of the CLAN and the Nationalists showed their support for Vincent Reynouard.

The historian specializing in German National Socialism has been persecuted for years because of his historical work which calls into question the conclusions of the international military tribunal in Nuremberg. He is currently in pre-trial detention in Scotland where he is awaiting his probable extradition to France.

We demand his immediate release, an end to the charges against him, and freedom of research for all historians.

Each week in Rivarol, we will have a thought for Vincent Reynouard, regretting the silence of most media about him.

For 30 years, his total commitment to the Truth has not been without consequences on his mental state and his personal life, which is complex in fact.

Whatever his mistakes, with his family or with us, he remains a hero to be supported and not forgotten.

Attached is the drawing for this week as well as the address where to write to him in prison.

Arrest of Vincent Reynouard, French Revisionist Scholar Held for Extradition

Most of you will know me. For those who don’t, I am Peter Rushton, assistant editor of the magazine Heritage and Destiny and author of the new Real History blog at the link below.  I have been involved on the UK political scene for more than thirty years (as a writer, speaker, election agent and many other capacities) and my main focus now, as will be seen with the ongoing development of the blog, is to take historical revisionism into new areas and levels, with the aid of newly released and newly discovered documentary evidence.

My recent articles below refer to the case of Vincent Reynouard, the great revisionist scholar who was arrested in Scotland last Thursday and is now imprisoned awaiting extradition.
I have learned that his present address for correspondence is:

Mr. Vincent REYNOUARDPrisoner Number 160071
HMP Edinburgh
Scottish Prison Service
33 Stenhouse Road
EH11 3LNEDINBURGHScotland
United Kingdom

Please bear in mind that Vincent faces an extradition hearing on 24th November.  It is entirely possible that the whole process will be expedited, so especially if you are writing from outside the United Kingdom, this might mean that he has already left the UK by the time your letter arrives.
Please also bear in mind the following excerpt from regulations regarding letters to UK prisoners

You can write to an individual in custody as often as you like and there is not usually any restriction on the number of letters they can receive.  When you write, remember to put the person’s prison number and name on the letter. Your family member/friend can write back to you and will be allowed to send one free letter each week.  If they want to write more often they can, but will have to pay for the postage themselves.

From 13 December 2021, new legislation will come into force which may impact on correspondence you are sending to your loved one. The legislation provides Prison Officers and employees with powers to photocopy the correspondence. The individual in custody can be provided with the photocopy and the original correspondence retained and either returned to them on release or destroyed with their consent. In regards to confidentiality, the Prison Rules and Directions remain unchanged. Prison Officers and staff are not routinely able to read correspondence.

Photographs and cards are considered as general correspondence. Governor’s will have discretion to decide how these should be managed locally. Consideration should be given in the first instance to testing all cards and photographs using the Rapiscan Itemiser drug detection machine and issuing the original copies.

Further updates on Vincent’s case will be posted to the Real History blog. For those of you have Twitter accounts, the issue is being quite widely discussed there and I have been posting regularly in reply to Scottish journalists and others. The whole matter is potentially giving revisionism very wide publicity in the UK.
Best wishes

DISSIDENTS THE WEST WORSE THAN THE SOVIET BLOC

DISSIDENTS THE WEST WORSE THAN THE SOVIET BLOC

FREE SYNDICATION: We are partners not rivals. Reprint our news stories to quickly build your news platforms.

We’re used to Russian, Chinese, Iranian and Saudi Arabian dissidents. However, the most notorious deniers of free speech are found under upturned rocks in the West.

assange

Investigative journalist Julian Assange sought sanctuary in London’s tiny Ecuadorian embassy in 2012. The whistle-blower refuses to be silenced. The Australian has been awarded more than a dozen journalism awards. Once evicted under a dodgy-deal, blackmail and bribery, Assange faces life imprisonment, perhaps a death sentence.

Thanks to a clerical error by the U.S. attorney’s office in Alexandria, Virginia, the existence of sealed criminal charges against the Wikileaks founder has been confirmed.

If wars start by lies they can be stopped by truth

What is typically left out is that Wikileaks originally released the diplomatic cables in piecemeal form, with names removed to prevent loss of life and minimize harm. It was only after a Guardian journalist’s error led to the full legally edited cables leaking to third parties on the web that Wikileaks also published them. Assange even attempted to warn the office of Hillary Clinton, then U.S. Secretary of State.

Julian Assange

In other words, Wikileaks behaved precisely as any responsible journalist would in handling sensitive material should by removing information that could cause harm. The removals stopped only when they became pointless. The Pentagon later admitted under oath that they could not find any instances of individuals losing their lives as a result of being named in Manning’s leaks to Wikileaks.

When it comes to negligence a far stronger case can be made against Hillary Clinton for the way she handled State Department emails. Yet, no criminal charges have been laid against a woman mired in corruption and whose snail-trail lies over a score of corpses.

Assange is being targeted because he dared to challenge the western establishment but he is far from alone. Western governments routinely target scores of news reporting dissidents.

Sylvia Stolz 2

Imprisoned in Germany merely for investigating holocaust related fraud; Ursula Haverbeck (90), lawyer Sylvia Stolz, Music tutor Monika Schaeffer and her brother Alfred Schaeffer. In France, Professor Robert Faurisson, Brigitte Bardot, and Vincent Reynouard. The list of Western dissidents is as long and silent as are the names on the Cenotaph situated in Whitehall.

Moniker and Alfred 1

Any who associated with Julian Assange are pursued. Another well-known dissident is the National Security Agency (NSA) whistle-blower Edward Snowden. It was a time of globalist unease at the power of the internet to undermine authority.

! Petition

Who would have thought that the highest court in Europe would uphold a case in which a woman was prosecuted for blasphemy against Islam? Who would have thought that Britain, the supposed birthplace of liberalism and the free press would ban an independent journalist from its shores for satirising the same religion?

Free speech now a hate crime

Who would have thought that Germany, whose living memory of the totalitarian Stasi is just three decades old, would put its largest opposition party under surveillance? Just a few years ago, all three would sound far-fetched. But cases like these have become common as elites in virtually every western country mount a panicked attempt to contain the rise of populism.

! Tommy, one of these men is in gaol

A case in point is Tommy Robinson, the British critic of Islam who was dragged through Britain’s courts on fuzzy contempt-of-court charges. Sentenced to an astounding thirteen-month imprisonment, Robinson was eventually freed after a successful appeal. Robinson now awaits a final trial before Britain’s Attorney General. Shaky charges that have been successfully appealed were exploited to persecute a British citizen who was inconvenient to the establishment.

Alison Chabloz is endlessly re-cycled through British courts at the urging of Jewish special interest groups. She has been sentenced, fined and ordered to work for the State without charge.

Jez Renegade picture

Her crime, she satirises the spin of World War II propagandists. Again in Britain, Jez Turner is sentenced to 12 months in prison merely for publicly stating that Britain’s regime is overly influenced by Zionists; ironically, Zionists boast much the same thing.

In the self-styled cradle of democracy, one of the last European countries to give voting rights to men and women, Michael Walsh was handed down 6 x 4-month prison sentences for publishing fliers critical of immigration.

BRITAIN-US-INTELLIGENCE-SNOWDEN

Britain routinely bans foreign politicians and media figures from the country for being right-wing.  Michael Savage, Geert Wilders, Lauren Southern, Pamela Geller, and Robert Spencer all enjoy this dubious distinction. Theresa May, who was responsible for internal affairs and immigration when Spencer and Geller were banned, is the Prime Minister.

Trump’s White House, supposedly an ally of populists, failed to intervene on behalf of the American citizens banned from the U.K. for expressing populist viewpoints.

Assange and shitheead

Julian Assange, a leftist oriented libertarian may share little ideological ground with right-wing critics of Islam. But they all share at least one thing: persecution by the Western States coupled with anti-establishment political speech or activities.

We also see attacks on free speech, with governments and politicians across the West pressuring Silicon Valley to suppress its critics. These toxic unaccountable, unelected elite can sweep away a person’s livelihood in minutes, and cut their political message off from millions of American citizens.  PayPal, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook routinely disconnect the accounts of even small ‘c’ conservatives.

sneaky_paypal

Undeniably, the West is as repressive as was the former Soviet Bloc. Who would have thought that countries like Ecuador, Russia, and Iran would offer sanctuary, safe passage and freedom to speak to Western dissidents; journalists, authors, poets, writers, libertarians and political activists?

Edward Snowden faces life in Russia as an exile for revealing the National Security Agency (NSA) mass surveillance of Americans. Before that, he sought refuge in Hong Kong, a Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

Vincent Reynouard is a French revisionist who disputes the official version of the massacre at Oradour-sur-Glane. On 9 June 2004, his previous conviction on a charge of “approval of a war crime” was upheld on appeal and Reynouard was sentenced to two years in prison with 18 months of that time on probation, plus a 3,000 Euro fine. The court also upheld the confiscation of his research papers which had been seized in May 2001. Essentially, Reynouard’s crime was that he claimed that survivors of the Oradour massacre lied about the tragedy, and that the women and children were killed by an explosion in the church which was not set off by the Waffen-SS soldiers who were in the village that day. Contrary to Reynouard’s revisionist claims, the women and children were burned alive by a fire that was set in the church by the Waffen-SS soldiers, according to the official story. Reynouard wrote an article which was published in German on this web site, which has since been taken down: http://www.deutsche-stimme.com/Ausgaben2004/Sites/10-04-Oradour.html

http://revisionists.com/revisionists/reynouard.html

Vincent Reynouard is an independent French historian specializing in the Second World War who has been punished repeatedly for violating France’s controversial “Gayssot” law, which criminalizes dissident views on certain aspects of twentieth century history.  For more by and about him, see the French-language website: http://www.phdnm.org/ , and http://sansconcessiontv.org/phdnm/

Born in 1969, Reynouard studied in Caen, Normandy, and graduated as a chemical engineer. He then taught mathematics at professional secondary schools. In 1997 he was dismissed as a teacher by the French Education Minister after the discovery of revisionist texts on the hard disk of the computer he used at school. Since then Reynouard has survived on his writings, videos and other work as an independent historian.

BRUSHES WITH THE LAW

On October 8, 1992, a court in Caen, France, sentenced him to one month in prison (suspended), and fined him 5000 francs (about $850) for violating the country’s “Gayssot” law that makes it a crime to “contest” or dispute certain “crimes against humanity,” as defined by the Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal (IMT) of 1945-46. Specifically, he was punished for having sent to 24 secondary school pupils anonymous letters along with copies of writings that dispute claims of gas chamber killings during World War II.  In June 2004 Reynouard was sentenced to two years in prison for having produced and distributed a video on the tragedy of Oradour-sur-Glane that allegedly approved war crimes. However that ruling was later overturned by another court. An earlier confiscation of his research papers was validated.

On November 8, 2007, a court in Saverne (Lower Rhine), France, sentenced Reynouard to one year in prison, and to pay a fine of 10,000 euros (about $13,000) for “contesting crimes against humanity” by writing and distributing a 16-page brochure entitled “The Holocaust: What They Hide from You.” He was also ordered to pay 3,000 euros to the anti-racist association LICRA. His incarceration attracted public attention, and hundreds signed a petition to press for his release and the repeal of the French “denial” law.

On June 25, 2008, the Court of Appeals in Colmar (Alsace) upheld the one-year prison sentence and ordered Reynouard to pay a total of 60,000 euros, which included a fine of 20,000 euros, damages, and the cost of publishing a notice with extracts from this judgment in the “Official Journal of the French Republic,” as well as in two French daily newspapers. Meanwhile, Reynouard fled with his family to neighboring Belgium.

In June 2008, a court in Brussels, Belgium, declared Reynouard and Belgian VHO publisher Siegfried Verbeke guilty of “disputing crimes against humanity” for having written and published “Holocaust denial” literature. The two men were sentenced to one year imprisonment and to pay a fine of 25,000 euros, as well as damages and various other costs. In 2011 an appeals court upheld the sentence.

In February 2015, a criminal court in Normandy sentenced Reynouard to two years in prison for “Holocaust denial” (or négationnisme) in videos he had posted on social media. In addition, the French court ordered him to pay 4,500 euros in damages. Reynouard had represented himself in the three-hour trial in the city of Coutances, although he was not present for the verdict. This sentence came in the aftermath of emphatic expressions of support for freedom of speech — by politicians, in the media and in large rallies — following the killing by Muslim extremists of staff members of the French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo, which had enraged Muslims for its demeaning cartoons of Muhammed. The sentence of Reynouard showed, once again, that in France there are very real limits on freedom of speech – restrictions that reflect the outlook and interests of those who have power and influence.

Reynouard has written (Used on the Interview video with Jim Rizoli)

“Historical revisionism belongs to no one. Its findings are the fruit of traditional methods of inquiry where scientific expertise assists in the appraisal of testimonies and in documentary research. They will be obvious to any honest individual, whether on the political left or right, [religious] believer or atheist …

“… Its implications extend well beyond the historical scope. The stakes involved, gigantic ones, are political and even theological. If some refuse to see this – because of blindness, cowardice or mistaken strategy – our adversaries, for their part, have understood quite well. They know that a sudden bursting through of the historical truth about the period 1914-1946 would call into question the world order founded at Nuremberg in 1945-1946 …

“The way ahead, therefore, is all laid out for us: we must continue to repeat the truth, the whole truth, including the truth about what’s at stake in this struggle. Far from being merely a sterile quarrel between devotees of the past cut off from present-day realities, the fight for historical truth is, on the contrary, the continuation, on the intellectual level, of the war whose armed phase ended in 1945 with the defeat of the Axis forces. And it’s clear that this conflict, having begun not on September 3, 1939, but on January 30, 1933, is the modern form of the eternal struggle between Light and Darkness. In the twentieth century, National Socialist Germany embodied – doubtless imperfectly but successfully all the same – the very last attempt to return to a well-ordered society, that is, a society respecting the natural order.

“This is the reason why, even after the Third Reich was completely crushed militarily, the war continued, and has continued up to today. Our opponents in this never-ending fight have a weapon of mass destruction: the alleged ‘Holocaust.’ Since 1945, this lie has prevented any dispassionate debate on National Socialism and, more generally, on societies that respect natural order. ‘We know where that led! …’ is how people constantly respond to those who, against the ‘Rights of Man’ and their natural offspring: the unleashing of all selfish inclinations, dare speak of order, the Common Good, wholesomeness, moral standards, safeguarding the genetic heritage, the birth rate, rights of kinship …

“The German homicidal gas chambers never existed. Yes, ‘the Holocaust’ is a myth. For my part, I add: Yes, Hitler embodied the hope of Europe in the face of the ruinous ideals of 1789; Yes, we must take up the best of what National Socialism comprised in order finally to surpass it and forge a doctrine that will be able to save our Old Continent.”

JIM RIZOLI:  Cofounder, producer/interviewer (Fred Leuchter and Assistant, Diane King) of the Series, LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY REVISIONISTS.  This also entails seeking out UNSUNG HEROES and German survivors of Allied atrocities – The German Story, The German Way.  Hard core historical revisionist, Jim and, his brother, Joe moved from combating the illegal immigrant hordes in their cable shows to dealing with the fundamental and pervading issue of the holocaust. Their immigrant battles led them to the plight of Ernst Zundel in Canada, being prosecuted for having reprinted *Did 6 Million Really Die*! Thus Jim and Joe’s efforts and cable shows also turned toward the issue of the holocaust.  That’s when their troubles accelerated. In 2002 – 2003 they began producing numerous (1000s of videos) dealing with many issues and 100s of videos about the holocaust. Consequently, YouTube videos (700) under the name of Jim Rizoli were banned. His name was banned on Facebook. In 2010, their cable shows were suspended. They returned and then were permanently removed in 2014. We are back to provide a venue of/freedom of, telling the story for tried-and-true revisionists and Germans throughout North America, Europe and Australia.

SEND CHRISTMAS GREETINGS TO THESE IMPRISONED OR PERSECUTED REVISIONISTS

For the upcoming Christmas season, please remember our fellow German revisionists sitting in prison, being on the run, or being prosecuted. Send them a nice Christmas card or even a letter!
If sending letters into prison, abstain from any remarks that might lead to the letter being confiscated! “Illegal” statements can get our comrades into even deeper trouble.

These are our men/women “behind the wire.”
