Travesty of British Justice: Tommy Robinson – Guilty!

Travesty of British Justice: Tommy Robinson – Guilty!

For years, Tommy Robinson has worked to save English communities from the destructive effects of Islamization – the rape culture, religious bigotry, violence, intolerance, and suppression of free speech – and for years he has been defamed for it. His interviews and activism show him a passionate defender of British liberty and the rule of law, yet authorities treat him as a menace. Critics have unjustly called him a racist and an Islamophobe despite his good faith outreach to moderates of all racial and religious backgrounds.

On numerous occasions, he has been physically attacked, has received death threats, and has had his family menaced. Slander and verbal abuse follow him everywhere. The police have repeatedly arrested him on the thinnest of pretexts.

Tommy Robinson personifies moral courage in an age when such courage is an extremely rare commodity, the possession of which can threaten one’s life. He is one of the few who truly deserves the label of hero.  He is my personal hero and yet it must be said that all he has done to become heroic is something that we all can do, should do, and must do: he has spoken the truth.  And for speaking the truth, the British Government has turned him into “An Enemy of the State”.

One would think that the constant threats made against Tommy Robinson would wake people up to the true nature and lethal character of the enemy we face. Yet even as Tommy Robinson is defamed, vilified and marginalized, he is being proven right by the events of every day – and the light of the truth he tells shines more brightly all the time.

I travelled to London and spent 2 days at the Old Bailey at his trial. Friday afternoon, the verdict came down – guilty. Britain – the land of the Magna Carta – really has no future if this is now their sense of justice. The criminals – the grooming gang rapists – are afforded all the protection as the prosecutor was only concerned that Robinson “caused distress while overlooking the appalling nature of the crimes and had the temerity of filming them at a time of high anxiety for them” when Tommy asked them how they felt about the verdict at their trial. Tommy’s expenses are now over £150,000 – while the free legal services given to the rapists and paid by the taxpayer has exceeded £1 million. The only hope is that the Government will recognize the time he has already served (in solitary confinement breaking all the rules of the Geneva Convention) and bring it to an end (this way allowing the government to save face). As well, the cost of this trial and special Police protection has also exceeded £1 million.

At this announcement, Tommy Robinson’s friends and supporters across the world were shocked and disheartened to hear that he has been, for a second time, convicted of contempt of court for filming outside a courthouse where members of a Muslim rape gang were being tried. The party-line is that he imperilled the course of justice by breaking a poorly-publicized reporting ban (which actually he had taken pains not to do).

In fact, justice in Britain has been imperilled for decades by a corrupt establishment all too willing to overlook Muslim crimes in the interest of cultural appeasement. And Robinson’s conviction has been relentlessly pursued – he already spent 10 harrowing weeks in solitary confinement – because he has become the symbol of white, working-class British anger and a convenient target for elite moralizing about the so-called “far right.” I fear that if the Crown sends him back to prison, this will be the spark that ignites a class war and will be a defining moment in British history.

This monstrous travesty of justice must be immediately appealed. There are well-grounded fears that another stint in a British prison may end in Tommy’s permanent incapacity or even death.

We MUST help Tommy because effectively Tommy has no voice. He can’t do what he did when he had one million Facebook followers and almost one million Twitter fans. They shut him down. Tommy has been de-personned. Tommy Robinson has all but been completely silenced by the mainstream platforms following pressure from the establishment not to mention a number of other pressure groups, with his removal from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Paypal and now YouTube in the hope that his voice is no longer heard by people who oppose the mainstream bias, the fake news perpetuation, the two-tier justice system, the mass censorship and the democratic betrayal of the Great British electorate.

Please consider donating to his legal appeal fund:

“In summation, Tommy Robinson’s QC urged the hearing not to convict his client on the basis of who he was rather than what he had done: routine for reporters across the land since time immemorial.

No journalist has been jailed, let alone to three months’ solitary since the 1940s, and many have collapsed trials receiving cursory fines — Tommy never did, commenting outside a courthouse in line with judicial guidelines, against the already convicted, and never risked doing so.

The “Reporting Restrictions” pretext is a sham to ensure the secrecy of nationwide horrors and institutional failures testified to in countless nationwide mass Muslim-implicating child rape trials.

Ask yourself why Mr Furlong pled that the judges not do the former — condemn the person based on who they were — as the judicial panel in fact did. Because they were perfectly free so to do.

This is exactly why the Magna Carta insisted on the invention of jury trials, and why too the Attorney General did his utmost to ensure a lengthy incarceration by means that would guarantee no jury would ever be empanelled.

It was the perfect fix, that no legal mind as astute as Geoffrey Cox MP’s could ever pass up.

The already un-personned Tommy Robinson, whose blood parliament had been baying for for months, would never plead guilty, and could be locked up for years, to die: with no panel of twelve Englishmen and true to ever stand in the way of the orchestrated coup de grâce.”

Tommy Robinson, Embattled Hero

The hero Tommy Robinson has been reconvicted of contempt of court, after his previous conviction was overturned and he was released from prison, but the door was left open for the attorney general to relitigate if he so chose.  He duly did, leading to Robinson’s trial at the Old Bailey on July 5. There were only two judges and no jury at Tommy’s trial at the Old Bailey.  One was Rt. Hon. Dame Victoria Sharp, DBE, president of the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court of England and Wales, the other Justice Warby, two executioners acting on behalf of the establishment.  It’s time for British citizens to tear down the Old Bailey as French citizens tore down the Bastille in Paris on July 14, 1789.

This Tommy Robinson Verdict Is a Travesty of Justice

With what might strike some observers as the most extraordinary double standards, the prosecution lawyer laid into Robinson for causing distress to the rape gang trial defendants — while pointedly overlooking the appalling nature of the crimes which had landed them in court in the first place. Caldecott the prosecutor is deeply concerned about the rapists. He just complained that Tommy had the temerity of filming them “at a time of high anxiety for them”. I haven’t heard a word from Caldecott about the high anxiety of the dozens of little girls raped by these men.

Subjective Recklessness

Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC saw fit to bring charges against Tommy again. The first round of political persecution failed miserably, not of course without a cost. Tommy already served pretty much three months in solitary confinement and came out of prison a different man; he now needs medication to control mental health issues.

Tommy talks about those issues HERE.

Verdict Tension Diffused by Tommy Robinson’s Men at Old Bailey Court

After Tommy Robinsons 2-day Trial at the Old Bailey, judges found him guilty on 3 counts, and tensions rose quickly with the police. Thanks to Danni, Kev and Richard for diffusing the situation.

In contrast, when Tommy was recently campaigning for the European Parliament, he held a perfectly legal, peaceful and family friendly election rally in Oldham. When hundreds of masked and tooled up Muslim thugs arrived (escorted there by police) and began pelting women and children with bricks and bottles, not one police baton was drawn against them in defence of these women and children. In fact, the police can clearly be seen standing around chatting amongst themselves, as missiles flew over their heads, utterly indifferent to the fact that citizens might be killed or injured. In contrast, at the Old Bailey, it only took unarmed civilians pointing and chanting, ‘Shame on you’ to have the whole line of police swiftly drawing their batons and brandishing them in a menacing way. Clearly the police are much more sensitive to their own safety than they are of the general public. Missiles thrown at families is not important enough to warrant police intervention, but pointing and chanting at the police is very frightening indeed.

I am Prepared to Die for Freedom of Speech

Tommy Robinson has been found guilty by a U.K. court for “violating a reporting ban”. Tommy joins Alex Jones to discuss the precedent now set against freedom of speech in the U.K.; his reaction to the verdict and how far he is prepared to go. This is a powerful interview and must be watched to understand the essence of Tommy Robinson.

Lucy Manning of the BBC was not interested in what the ruling means for journalism because she works for a biased Broadcasting Corporation. One of the charges laid against Tommy was for “aggressively confronting and filming” Muslim paedophile groomers.

Activists Are Trying to Force Mastercard to Cut Off Payments to The Far Right

Activists Are Trying to Force Mastercard to Cut Off Payments to The Far Right
BuzzFeed News

Activists have successfully forced Mastercard to hold a vote by shareholders on a proposal which, if passed, could see the company monitoring payments to global far-right political leaders and white supremacist groups. The proposal aims to see Mastercard establish an internal “human rights committee” that would stop designated white supremacist groups and anti-Islam activists, such as Tommy Robinson, from getting access to money sent from donors using the company’s card payment services. It’s been conceived by US-based political activists SumOfUs, who want to escalate the battle against white supremacists and far-right groups from tech platforms like Facebook, Google, Twitter, Patreon, and PayPal to one of the biggest companies in world finance, in an attempt to choke off donations.

Robinson and several other leading figures in the global far right have been forced in recent months to solicit donations directly on their websites via Mastercard, Visa, and American Express after PayPal banned payments to them. Facebook also disabled the donation function on Robinson’s fan page before deleting it completely.

“Spreading hate involves spending money,” Eoin Dubsky, from SumOfUs, told BuzzFeed News. “Whether it’s paying for online advertising or organising violent rallies, white supremacist groups need financial services from companies like Mastercard.”

Tommy Robinson launches his EU election campaign in Wythenshawe, England. Over several months, SumOfUs has been locked in a battle with Mastercard executives behind the scenes in order to get the new committee proposal put to the shareholders ahead of the company’s June annual general meeting. It would see the formation of a “human rights committee” at the board level, which would monitor financial transactions with designated hate groups.  Documents seen by BuzzFeed News reveal that the US Securities and Exchange Commission has given the green light for shareholders to get the chance to vote on the formation of the committee, despite staunch opposition from the Mastercard board and executives.

In the material to be sent to shareholders, the activists refer to a website called Blood Money, which tracks online payments to white supremacist groups from the likes of Mastercard, American Express, and Stripe. The website currently claims that Mastercard services are being used by groups like Counter-Currents Publishing, Covenant People’s Ministry, the United West, Sultan Knish, and the Fitzgerald Griffin Foundation.SumOfUs has also pointed to the activity of Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. The former English Defence League founder is running as an independent in May’s European election.  In November 2018, PayPal banned donations to the anti-Islam activist, with the online payment company saying that its services wouldn’t “be used to promote hate, violence, or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory”. More recently, Robinson has been calling on his global network of supporters to donate to his election campaign through his website, which allows payments from Mastercard.

“Having a Mastercard logo on their website also gives these groups a veneer of legitimacy, and allows those who want to donate to do so quickly and quietly,” Dubsky told BuzzFeed News.  “Mastercard also benefits, pocketing a transaction fee for each purchase or donation.”  Mastercard declined requests for comment, pointing instead to the board’s position laid out in the information sent to shareholders ahead of the general meeting.  “Mastercard is committed to treating all people fairly and with dignity, and our interest in human rights extends to all areas in which our business is involved and where we have particular expertise,” it reads. “The Board does not believe that establishing a separate human rights committee is necessary to properly exercise its oversight of this important area.”

It’s unclear whether the proposal stands a chance of succeeding at June’s meeting. But the move to confront such a big, mainstream company like Mastercard over issues like the funding of white supremacy and the far right comes after action from smaller, online financial platforms like PayPal and Patreon in the area.  PayPal has banned payments to Robinson, US far-right group Proud Boys, and Canadian anti-Islam activist Laura Loomer. It also acted against several US anti-fascist groups because the company had no tolerance for groups that promoted “hate” and “violence”.  Last year, Patreon banned YouTuber Sargon of Akkad over a 2015 video that featured the Gamergate leader repeatedly saying the n-word in a Google Hangout with the alt-right. According to the New York Times, Sargon of Akkad, whose real name is Carl Benjamin, had 3,000 subscribers and was being paid $12,000 a month on Patreon when he was removed from the site.

In a recent YouTube video, Benjamin and Robinson talked about being de-platformed by social media companies. But Robinson also suggested that he has long-term fears beyond the big tech companies.

“I am being completely un-personed,” Robinson said. “What’s next—my mobile-phone contract?”

Facebook bans British anti-immigrant groups including EDL, BNP and Britain First: Anti-White Purge Continues

[Facebook continues its anti-White purge. Nationalists are being deplatformed at an insane rate. People who support free speech must insist that social media near monopolies like Facebook, You Tube, PayPal, etc. be treated as public utilities and COMPELLED to serve all people not directly engaged in proven criminal activities. The latest Zuckerberg rampage in political censorship pure and simple. Communists of all sort, who have over 100-million corpses on their record, are, of course still welcome on this minority tyrant’s site.]

Facebook bans British anti-immigrant groups including EDL, BNP and Britain First
Facebook has banned 12 high-profile, anti-immigrant British organizations and individuals including the English Defence League, the British National Party, Britain First and Jayda Fransen.

The silicon valley company said it took the decision because it bans users who “proclaim a violent or hateful mission or are engaged in acts of hate or violence.”

“Individuals and organisations who spread hate, or attack or call for the exclusion of others on the basis of who they are, have no place on Facebook,” it said in a statement.

The following organizations and people are now prohibited from the site: The British National Party and Nick Griffin, Britain First and Paul Golding and Jayda Fransen, English Defence League and Paul Ray, Knights Templar International and Jim Dowson, National Front and Tony Martin, and Jack Renshaw.

ALSO ON RT.COMTommy Robinson banned from Facebook, Instagram over ‘hate speech’They were all outlawed under Facebook’s ‘Dangerous Individuals & Organisations policy’. They will no longer be allowed a presence on Facebook or Instagram and posts and other content which expresses praise or support for them will also be banned.

“Our work against organised hate is ongoing and we will continue to review individuals, organisations, pages, groups and content against our Community Standards,” the statement added.

The Knights Templar International said it was “horrified” by the ban, and that it was investigating legal options. “Facebook has deemed our Christian organisation as dangerous and de-platformed us despite never being charged, let alone found guilty of any crime whatsoever,” it said in a statement. “This is a development that would have made the Soviets blush.”

In February the social media giant banned EDL founder Tommy Robinson from its platforms saying the prominent anti-immigration activist repeatedly breached its policies on Hate speech.

FREE SYNDICATION: We are partners not rivals. Reprint our news stories to quickly build your news platforms.

We’re used to Russian, Chinese, Iranian and Saudi Arabian dissidents. However, the most notorious deniers of free speech are found under upturned rocks in the West.

Investigative journalist Julian Assange sought sanctuary in London’s tiny Ecuadorian embassy in 2012. The whistle-blower refuses to be silenced. The Australian has been awarded more than a dozen journalism awards. Once evicted under a dodgy-deal, blackmail and bribery, Assange faces life imprisonment, perhaps a death sentence.

Thanks to a clerical error by the U.S. attorney’s office in Alexandria, Virginia, the existence of sealed criminal charges against the Wikileaks founder has been confirmed.

If wars start by lies they can be stopped by truth

What is typically left out is that Wikileaks originally released the diplomatic cables in piecemeal form, with names removed to prevent loss of life and minimize harm. It was only after a Guardian journalist’s error led to the full legally edited cables leaking to third parties on the web that Wikileaks also published them. Assange even attempted to warn the office of Hillary Clinton, then U.S. Secretary of State.

Julian Assange

In other words, Wikileaks behaved precisely as any responsible journalist would in handling sensitive material should by removing information that could cause harm. The removals stopped only when they became pointless. The Pentagon later admitted under oath that they could not find any instances of individuals losing their lives as a result of being named in Manning’s leaks to Wikileaks.

When it comes to negligence a far stronger case can be made against Hillary Clinton for the way she handled State Department emails. Yet, no criminal charges have been laid against a woman mired in corruption and whose snail-trail lies over a score of corpses.

Assange is being targeted because he dared to challenge the western establishment but he is far from alone. Western governments routinely target scores of news reporting dissidents.

Sylvia Stolz 2

Imprisoned in Germany merely for investigating holocaust related fraud; Ursula Haverbeck (90), lawyer Sylvia Stolz, Music tutor Monika Schaeffer and her brother Alfred Schaeffer. In France, Professor Robert Faurisson, Brigitte Bardot, and Vincent Reynouard. The list of Western dissidents is as long and silent as are the names on the Cenotaph situated in Whitehall.

Moniker and Alfred 1

Any who associated with Julian Assange are pursued. Another well-known dissident is the National Security Agency (NSA) whistle-blower Edward Snowden. It was a time of globalist unease at the power of the internet to undermine authority.

! Petition

Who would have thought that the highest court in Europe would uphold a case in which a woman was prosecuted for blasphemy against Islam? Who would have thought that Britain, the supposed birthplace of liberalism and the free press would ban an independent journalist from its shores for satirising the same religion?

Free speech now a hate crime

Who would have thought that Germany, whose living memory of the totalitarian Stasi is just three decades old, would put its largest opposition party under surveillance? Just a few years ago, all three would sound far-fetched. But cases like these have become common as elites in virtually every western country mount a panicked attempt to contain the rise of populism.

! Tommy, one of these men is in gaol

A case in point is Tommy Robinson, the British critic of Islam who was dragged through Britain’s courts on fuzzy contempt-of-court charges. Sentenced to an astounding thirteen-month imprisonment, Robinson was eventually freed after a successful appeal. Robinson now awaits a final trial before Britain’s Attorney General. Shaky charges that have been successfully appealed were exploited to persecute a British citizen who was inconvenient to the establishment.

Alison Chabloz is endlessly re-cycled through British courts at the urging of Jewish special interest groups. She has been sentenced, fined and ordered to work for the State without charge.

Jez Renegade picture

Her crime, she satirises the spin of World War II propagandists. Again in Britain, Jez Turner is sentenced to 12 months in prison merely for publicly stating that Britain’s regime is overly influenced by Zionists; ironically, Zionists boast much the same thing.

In the self-styled cradle of democracy, one of the last European countries to give voting rights to men and women, Michael Walsh was handed down 6 x 4-month prison sentences for publishing fliers critical of immigration.

Britain routinely bans foreign politicians and media figures from the country for being right-wing.  Michael Savage, Geert Wilders, Lauren Southern, Pamela Geller, and Robert Spencer all enjoy this dubious distinction. Theresa May, who was responsible for internal affairs and immigration when Spencer and Geller were banned, is the Prime Minister.

Trump’s White House, supposedly an ally of populists, failed to intervene on behalf of the American citizens banned from the U.K. for expressing populist viewpoints.

Assange and shitheead

Julian Assange, a leftist oriented libertarian may share little ideological ground with right-wing critics of Islam. But they all share at least one thing: persecution by the Western States coupled with anti-establishment political speech or activities.

We also see attacks on free speech, with governments and politicians across the West pressuring Silicon Valley to suppress its critics. These toxic unaccountable, unelected elite can sweep away a person’s livelihood in minutes, and cut their political message off from millions of American citizens.  PayPal, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook routinely disconnect the accounts of even small ‘c’ conservatives.

Undeniably, the West is as repressive as was the former Soviet Bloc. Who would have thought that countries like Ecuador, Russia, and Iran would offer sanctuary, safe passage and freedom to speak to Western dissidents; journalists, authors, poets, writers, libertarians and political activists?

Edward Snowden faces life in Russia as an exile for revealing the National Security Agency (NSA) mass surveillance of Americans. Before that, he sought refuge in Hong Kong, a Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

Founder of German far-right group Pegida denied entry to UK
The Guardian

[Britain’s all-out war on nationalism and free speech continues as a panicked Teresa May regime tries to throttle criticism on radical Islam and the immigration disaster in the UK. Note the catch all grounds for banning people — “not conducive to the public good.” One wonders how hordes of Third Worlders, many culturally incompatible with British society and many who will be lifetime consumers of the dole (welfare) and lifetime denizens of council flats (public housing), are somehow considered conducive to the public good?]

The founder of the German far-right group Pegida has been denied entry to the UK and deported, officials have confirmed.

Lutz Bachmann,  … , is the fourth foreign figure in the extreme right wing to be turned away at the UK border in the space of a fortnight.

The Home Office said it had stopped the chair of the anti-Islam, anti-immigration group at Stansted airport on Saturday and deported him the next day, adding that his presence in the UK was “not conducive to the public good”.

Pegida said Bachmann’s intention had been to appear at Speakers’ Corner, in central London, to take the place of Martin Sellner, …  who was among the far-right activists prevented from entering Britain since 9 March.

Sellner’s partner, Brittany Pettibone, and Lauren Southern were also turned away because their presence was not deemed conducive to the public good.

Tommy Robinson, the former leader of the English Defence League, … gave Sellner’s speech at Speakers’ Corner on Sunday.

A spokesperson for the anti-fascist group Hope Not Hate said the decision to deny entry to Bachmann was unsurprising given his “extreme history” and the deportations of Pettibone, Sellner and Southern.

“Far from being denied a chance to air their views, as they often like to falsely claim, these extremists have abused freedom of speech and social media platforms to spread and push toxic views,” the spokesperson said.

Hope Not Hate highlighted Bachmann’s criminal past (he has previously been convicted of drug possession, assault and burglary) and said he had “made his name as a prominent Islamophobe”. …

Referring to his case, a Home Office spokesman said: “Border Force has the power to refuse entry to an individual if it is considered that his or her presence in the  UK is not conducive to the public good.”

The Home Office also confirmed the deportations of Southern, Sellner and Pettibone for the same reason.
