PEGIDA FOUNDER DENIED ENTRY TO BRITAIN

Founder of German far-right group Pegida denied entry to UK

[Britain’s all-out war on nationalism and free speech continues as a panicked Teresa May regime tries to throttle criticism on radical Islam and the immigration disaster in the UK. Note the catch all grounds for banning people — “not conducive to the public good.” One wonders how hordes of Third Worlders, many culturally incompatible with British society and many who will be lifetime consumers of the dole (welfare) and lifetime denizens of council flats (public housing), are somehow considered conducive to the public good?]

The founder of the German far-right group Pegida has been denied entry to the UK and deported, officials have confirmed.

Lutz Bachmann,  … , is the fourth foreign figure in the extreme right wing to be turned away at the UK border in the space of a fortnight.

The Home Office said it had stopped the chair of the anti-Islam, anti-immigration group at Stansted airport on Saturday and deported him the next day, adding that his presence in the UK was “not conducive to the public good”.

Pegida said Bachmann’s intention had been to appear at Speakers’ Corner, in central London, to take the place of Martin Sellner, …  who was among the far-right activists prevented from entering Britain since 9 March.

Sellner’s partner, Brittany Pettibone, and Lauren Southern were also turned away because their presence was not deemed conducive to the public good.

Tommy Robinson, the former leader of the English Defence League, … gave Sellner’s speech at Speakers’ Corner on Sunday.

A spokesperson for the anti-fascist group Hope Not Hate said the decision to deny entry to Bachmann was unsurprising given his “extreme history” and the deportations of Pettibone, Sellner and Southern.

“Far from being denied a chance to air their views, as they often like to falsely claim, these extremists have abused freedom of speech and social media platforms to spread and push toxic views,” the spokesperson said.

Hope Not Hate highlighted Bachmann’s criminal past (he has previously been convicted of drug possession, assault and burglary) and said he had “made his name as a prominent Islamophobe”. …

Referring to his case, a Home Office spokesman said: “Border Force has the power to refuse entry to an individual if it is considered that his or her presence in the  UK is not conducive to the public good.”

The Home Office also confirmed the deportations of Southern, Sellner and Pettibone for the same reason.

Married Couple Sentenced For Migrant Critical Facebook Group

Married Couple Sentenced For Migrant Critical Facebook Group

A German couple were taken to court and sentenced after they created a Facebook group that criticised migrants and the government’s mass migration policy.

The couple, who live in the German town of Vierkirchen, stood accused of inciting hatred toward migrants via the Facebook group that the pair had created called the “Anti-refugee movement” (AFB). The group is said, by the court, to have been a clear incitement against migrants and as a result both 27-year-old Peter M. and his 26-year-old wife Melanie M. were found guilty of hate speech, Merkur reports.

The statements on the Facebook group did not seem to contain anything overtly nationalistic or Nazi-inspired, but rather expressed deep concern about the situation in Germany relating to mass migration.

According to the court, the page, which has been taken down, in its first post stated: “The war and economic refugees are flooding our country. They bring terror, fear, sorrow. They rape our women and put our children at risk,” which along with a German flag as the groups profile photo, was enough to bring the couple to court for hate speech.

The group amassed around 900 followers in the two months that it was active. The beginning of the end for the group happened when a user reported the page to Facebook, who have been upfront about cooperating with the German government incensoring speech they deem as critical of migrants.

The Facebook user who reported the page took a further step and reported it to their local police station in Lübeck whereupon police were able to ascertain that the administrator of the page lived in Vierkirchen and handed the investigation over to the local police.

At the trial, Peter M. defended his remarks online and said: “One can not even express a critical opinion of refugees without getting labelled as a Nazi. I wanted to create a discussion forum where you can speak your mind about refugees.” Peter M. talked about how, in his role as an administrator of the group, he would weed out any pro-Nazi or radical remarks and delete such posts but since Facebook had deleted the page he couldn’t present the evidence to the court.

The judge in the case was unforgiving in his verdict on the site saying that “the description of the group is a series of generalisations with a clear right-wing background”. After sentencing Peter M. to a nine month suspended prison sentence and his wife to a fine of €1,200 the judge said: “I hope you understand the seriousness of the situation. If you sit in front of me again, you will end up in jail.”

The case bears similarities to other cases where Facebook and the German government have shut down pages critical of migrants. A 16-year-old girl who complained that she feared for her safety in a video posted to Facebook had her page taken down, and police in Berlin raided the apartments of several Facebook and Twitter users for their anti-migrant comments online. PEGIDA leader Lutz Bachmann was also taken to court over comments he made on Facebook and found guilty of hate speech.

Police Fail to Control “Anti-racist” Goons Who Attack Toronto PEGIDA Rally

Police Fail to Control “Anti-racist” Goons Who Attack Toronto PEGIDA Rally
TORONTO. September 19, 2015. Once again lousy and incompetent policing let thuggery win and free speech and the right of free assembly lose. As threatened in an anonymous posting on he equally anonymous and cowardly Anti-Racist Canada site earlier this week,  a mob of an estimated 85  “anti-racists” many of them masked, already committing a crime in seeking to disguise their identity in the commission of a crime, attacked about 25 supporters of PEGIDA rallying at Queen’s Park in Toronto this afternoon.

They shoved and fought with police and brandished placard stakes and other weapons, injuring two policemen. They repeatedly sought to attack PEGIDA organizers. The police unwilling to bring the violent “anti-racists” under control stopped the rally and led the PEGIDA group inside the confines of the Legislative Buildings from which they then dispersed.

This was another victory for thuggery and a defeat for peaceful protest and freedom of speech.
A delicious irony is that the anonymous Anti-Racist Canada site that promoted the anonymous anti-racist goons piously proclaims: “ We will not use or sanction the use of illegal actions (such as violence or intimidation) in pursuit of our desired aims and if we learn of anyone who does use these unethical methods we will report those individuals to the authorities.” Can we expect an ARC call to Metro Police supplying names of some of the violent goons? Don’t hold your breath.

The attack on the peaceful PEGIDA rally once again demonstrates that ANTI RACISM IS A CODE WORD FOR ANTI-WHITE.

PEGIDA Counter-protest Planned In Toronto

Going back to the Maoist madness of the early 70s when the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist) would organize violent assaults on nationalist or anti-communist meetings, there has been an element of the far left that appropriates to itself the right to decide who can organize or meet.

By the 1990s in Toronto, this role had been taken up by  drug-addled street thugs calling themselves Anti-Racist Action or ARA. They fought numerous pitch battles with the police, the Heritage Front and, on occasion in 1999, our monthly Alternative Forum meeting, famously seeking to stop a meeting with “Kennewick Man” expert and Asatru  leader Steve McNallen. [They did not succeed.] From time to time, the ARA worked with B’nai Brith who seek to squelch speakers and ideas through more establishment means of protest — complaints to venues and passing of anti-free speech laws.

It seems a nameless — not surprising for such cowards — group is seeking to attack a planned rally this Saturday by the Canadian affiliate of PEGIDA, the anti-immigration invasion group that has staged repeated mass rallies in Germany over the past year. The flowing message appeared on the website of Anti-Racist Canada, who claim not be be affiliated with the ARA. The Anti-Racist Canada (ARC) website is anonymous not surprising for such cowards! — and regularly slanders White Nationalists and other enemies of political correctness.

Is violence planned? That would certainly seem a fair interpretation of the language — “SHUT DOWN Pegida Canada” and “Bring flags, banners and noisemakers. … We will send a clear message to PEGIDA: ‘You will not organize in our streets.”

And once again, they prove our point: “Anti-racism is a code word for anti-White.” Europeans protesting the invasion of their lands are deemed “racist.”

EMERGENCY DEMO: SHUT DOWN “PEGIDA Canada” !
### Please Circulate Widely ####

On Saturday, September 19th, the racist and xenophobic “PEGIDA Canada” are planning to make their second appearance on the streets. After a humiliating defeat in Montreal earlier this year, the far-right group will attempt to rally and march in Toronto, beginning at 1PM in Queens Park.

In Germany the PEGIDA (Patriotische Europäer Gegen die Islamisierung des Abendlandes, or Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West) movement managed to draw tens of thousands to the streets in reactionary fervor against ‘Islamization’. PEGIDA Canada draws on the same tired nationalist rhetoric. They claim they are not racist, they simply are “protecting Canadian culture” by targeting Muslims and calling for tougher immigration laws.

Amidst the current humanitarian crisis on the borders and the broadening struggle for the rights of refugees and migrants, it is crucial we do not allow far-right groups the space to organize and mount a backlash. PEGIDA Canada is a new development in Southern Ontario and there is reason to believe this rally may draw more supporters and be better organized than their Montreal counterparts.

Join us on September 19th at 12PM SHARP to give PEGIDA the welcome it deserves – we will rally on University Ave and College St (Queen’s Park Station on the Yellow Line). Bring flags, banners, noise makers, and friends while we put our words to action and demonstrate our strength. We will send a clear message to PEGIDA and their would-be fellow travelers: You will not organize in our streets!

CSIS Threat to Immigration Dissent

CSIS Threat to Immigration Dissent

We urge all Canadian supporters to contact their MPs this week by e-mail, phone, FAX or in person and INSIST they vote against Bill C-51. This enhanced anti-terrorism law is nothing of the sort. It will criminalize certain types of communication, it will vastly expand the definition of threat to national security and will allow CSIS, with a warrant, to “disrupt” such activities — planting evidence, lying, stealing one’s computer, defaming one to one’s neighbours – (anything, except rape, murder or inflicting bodily harm). Now these activities are NOT terrorism.

Here is the definition of “threats to national security” above and beyond the sensible definitions — espionage, spying, sabotage or using serious acts of violence against persons or property to achieve political or other goals — already in the CSIS Act: “
“activity that undermines the security of Canada” means any activity, including any of the following activities, if it undermines the sovereignty, security or territorial integrity of Canada or the lives or the security of the people of Canada:
(a) interference with the capability of the Government of Canada in relation to intelligence, defence, border operations, public safety, the administration of justice, diplomatic or consular relations, or the economic or financial stability of Canada;”

“Territorial integrity of Canada”? Could that mean a separatist movement? “Public safety” is incredibly broad. Terrorist activities are ALREADY covered. Why these additional definitions.

Here is the legalese that allows CSIS “disruption” of these additional but apparently not terrorist threats to “national security”: “Part 4 amends the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act to permit the Canadian Security Intelligence Service to take, within and outside Canada, measures to reduce threats to the security of Canada, including measures that are authorized by the Federal Court.”

Now, C-51 says: ”
For greater certainty, it does not include lawful advocacy, protest, dissent and artistic expression.”

Now, here’s the problem. If terrorist acts or plans are CSIS’s legitmate purview, then any of the activities covered in the new broad definitions, if they involved serious acts of violence, are already covered and the new wording is unnecessary. Or is this, really a massive expansions of the spy state?

Consider the story below whgich refers to the formation several months ago of a Canadian branch of PEGIDA, a peaaceful group iin Germany that has held weekly rallies for months against the Islamicization of Germany.

"Even if they are not drawing thousands into the streets, the Canadian government is apparently watching right-wing groups like PEGIDA, Québec Identitaire and the JDL closely. The Canadian Press reported on Tuesday that Canada’s spy agency (CSIS) recently advised the office of Public Safety Minister Steven Blaney of its concerns during a secret September briefing, noting that Canada’s burgeoning anti-Islam movement poses an 'ongoing risk, particularly as its proponents advocate violence.'” (National Post, March 5, 2015) This is largely a lie. The Jewish Defence League is listed in the U.S. as a terrorist group by the FBI. PEGIDA hasn't done anything public yet. Neither Quebec Identitaire, a nationalist group, or PEGIDA "advocate violence.| So much for the promise that threats to national security do " not include lawful advocacy, protest, dissent and artistic expression."

Even under the present CSIS Act, CSIS has repeatedly spied on non-violent dissent.

Bill C-51 is a shameless power grab. Now is the time to speak up.
