If Bill C-47 passes, political parties won’t ever have to abide by Canada’s privacy laws, allowing them to do whatever they want with our sensitive personal information without independent oversight, subject only to the party privacy policy they write themselves! Our right to privacy is fundamental to our democratic process. Help protect our democracy by signing the petition so that NO political party can exist outside of our privacy laws!Sign the Petition!Right now political parties are in a privacy wild west: they aren’t private companies subject to PIPEDA, our private sector privacy laws, nor are they subject to The Privacy Act, which regulates how government agencies handle our personal information. Michelle Leduc Catlin – First they came for the unvaccinated, and I did not speak out because I was not unvaccinated. Then they came for the truckers, and I did not speak out because I was not a trucker.
This petition is on behalf of North Cowichan residents and is addressed to their public officials. It provides a model for any group in Canada wishing to express their views in their own communities.
Members of the same group create town hall meetings, inviting local area policymakers to join them (even though they never do attend). The most recent was a Bill 36 Town Hall meeting in Victoria, attracting over 200 participants and several researchers. Both the audience and the other speakers at the event gasped at some of the clauses included in Bill 36. We will see if there was a recording made of that event and if so, will include it in next week’s email. About 20% of those present were those not previously known to the organizing group – a step toward eliminating the “us” and “them” paradigm that has existed for the past 3 years.

After an incredible two days in court March 1st and 2nd, everyone finally got to see what the fuss is all about – and the shock even in the media was visible everywhere in the courtroom. Even opposition media, who came out in droves hoping to see some incredible fight scene to label me with, were amazed and dismayed at what truly occurred. The video, taken by one of our loyal supporters clearly showed that THEY (security guards) pushed into David, not the reverse. And more evidence is yet to come.

In the absence of rallies every Saturday, we don’t get the funding we used to that allowed us to print all the resources we provide at the CLEAR booth, as well as the inserts that go into the Druthers newspapers for our Sunday paper deliveries. Thanks to your past donations, we have delivered over 8000 copies of Druthers, plus various inserts, in Kelowna and W. Kelowna, with lots more to go!
Future protests are being strategically planned right now for City Hall, the courthouse, and other locations.
Many people believe that the COVID-19 issue is over – and it is not. Freedom is a multi-generational struggle, where we hope to leave a better place for our children. Other serious issues are lurking ominously in the near future that we will need to focus on: 15 min cities; legal actions; digital ID and digital currencies to start. These will require ongoing research and production of signs and materials for public education. The digital ID and currency issues are two of the most critical and going to involve significant amounts of education for people.

We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants
Sign up as a Volunteer to participate in one of the many focus groups we are working to organize. Most people are too busy to commit to fighting for freedom. I guarantee you will have plenty of extra time after Canada becomes a full-fledged communist country and your jobs & businesses are gone.
Time to add freedom-fighting to your list of priorities. Much of the help needed can be done at home and even one hour per week will be helpful. Even if you don’t want to join a specific group, maybe you have something you can offer to help out. Let us know!

Dear Editor: I recently picked up a brochure from Penticton City Hall’s front desk. It’s called Reimagine Northern Gateway, and is the plan to establish the city’s first 15-minute neighborhood. There are going to be more? Funny, we were told at the March open house that 15-minute cities wouldn’t happen here in our lifetime, calling it a neighbourhood doesn’t disguise the agenda. And greater Penticton is already less than a 15- minute drive to anywhere in the city. There were committees in the recent past that applied to Infrastructure Canada, apparently on behalf of the people of Penticton, to structure our city to be a SMART city, look it up, also C40. This entails using taxpayer dollars to develop our city to be a utopia where no one owns cars or travels, except by walking, biking, riding the bus. The new lake-to-lake bike lane is finished, what’s on the agenda now is to eliminate car use by installing concrete barricades to make vehicle use a lot less handy. RNG brochure details reducing traffic for “active transportation: aka walk, bike? Building more commercial space? Meanwhile the downtown is getting more and more vacant commercial space? More indoor ice surfaces, are the ones we have over-utilized? The City is acquiring land in the area, and spending over $200 million into SOEC campus, is this why taxes are going up? We have a $10 million, or more, electric reserve, which the city is “borrowing” from, for the unasked for, by the people, bike lanes. Update — Petition to ban Kelowna Protest/Rallies
The Petition and supporting Gov’t affidavits to ban our protest rallies have now been served upon David, on Monday at 4:30 p.m. There will be 21 days to file a reply under the rules.
All documents and pleadings will be placed on our website for public viewing, as soon as service possible. Details of our position cannot be released just yet, however it will be interesting to expose their corruption as we move along.
Unfortunately, this case will have significant repercussions for every protest rally in British Columbia, and indeed, in Canada, as it is being heard in a superior court in the province.

NOTE: As was stated to the Kelowna Protest this past Saturday, information was leaked to us from a legitimate Gov’t source, that both the B.C. Gov’t and the Feds, have been threatening to cut off funding and/or approval for projects to the City of Kelowna, if the City does not somehow stop our Protests!
This was an amazing revelation. Folks, I don’t know if you appreciate the significance of this. The Okanagan has the lowest vaccination rate in the province and one of the lowest in Canada. The interior as a whole, has some of the lowest vaccination rates as well. Everywhere in the Interior, including the Okanagan, had the lowest use of face diapers.
Everyone who has supported our Protests over the past three years has contributed to scaring the hell out of all levels of Gov’ts.
Simply put, if we had not had any significant effect on educating people on the COVID-CON, vaccine and mask issues, and other rights and freedoms issues, and imparting actual freedom activism, neither the Prov nor the Feds would bother with these Kelowna Protests. In politics, nothing happens by chance.
Rest assured, our Protests have had such an amazing effect in support of freedom and opposing Gov’t tyranny at all levels, that they are pulling out all the stops with this Petition to try and stop us.
Their further objective is to make David Lindsay publicly look bad in the hopes that people will lose faith in all leaders, not just him. Make no mistake this is a legal, public relations attempt as well. After this, the Gov’ts will want to spread the word to the media that all leaders were pushing disinformation and are lawbreakers., when in fact and law, it is THEM who are breaking the law.

After an incredible two days in court March 1st and 2nd, everyone finally got to see what the fuss is all about – and the shock even in the media was visible everywhere in the courtroom. Even opposition media, who came out in droves hoping to see some incredible fight scene to label me with, were amazed and dismayed at what truly occurred. The video, taken by one of our loyal supporters clearly showed that THEY (security guards) pushed into David, not the reverse. And more evidence is yet to come.
Are SMART Cities really so smart? Do 15 Minute Cities make them sound SMARTer? Does spending trillions of taxpayers dollars on this money laundering scheme sound like a good deal? If the answer is no, no and no then you need to get involved and make your voice heard.
In response to the global nonsense Action4Canada has created another amazing resource to help you educate elected officials as they are being sold a bill of lies in order to get them on board with SMART/15 Minute cities. This is what they are being told:

In the absence of rallies every Saturday, we don’t get the funding we used to that allowed us to print all the resources we provide at the CLEAR booth, as well as the inserts that go into the Druthers newspapers for our Sunday paper deliveries. Thanks to your past donations, we have delivered over 8000 copies of Druthers, plus various inserts, in Kelowna and W. Kelowna, with lots more to go!
Future protests are being strategically planned right now for City Hall, the courthouse, and other locations.
Many people believe that the COVID-19 issue is over – and it is not. Freedom is a multi-generational struggle, where we hope to leave a better place for our children. Other serious issues are lurking ominously in the near future that we will need to focus on: 15 min cities; legal actions; digital ID and digital currencies to start. These will require ongoing research and production of signs and materials for public education. The digital ID and currency issues are two of the most critical and going to involve significant amounts of education for people.

The advantage of delivering this time of year is that nobody is hanging out in their front yards except for the odd snowman.

We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants
Sign up as a Volunteer to participate in one of the many focus groups we are working to organize. Most people are too busy to commit to fighting for freedom. I guarantee you will have plenty of extra time after Canada becomes a full-fledged communist country and your jobs & businesses are gone. Time to add freedom-fighting to your list of priorities. In case you missed the rally last Sunday…
Darren honoured us by leading us in singing the four verses of O Canada. Thank you, Darren.
Then Rita Harter, (formerly Rita Chretien), shared her “Mother’s Day Miracle” story about how she survived for 7 weeks in the Nevada Desert with only a small bag of trail mix, Omega 3’s and her faith. Rita’s husband, Dale provided musical support.
This was a message for never giving up hope.
Updates were also provided on the following initiatives:
1. Recall David Eby Campaign (Laureen, Wayne, Derrick): the numbers are in. Although fewer than 3,000 voter signatures were acquired, volunteers handed out 80,000 information pieces to alert the public to the dangers of Bill 36. Thank you to all who participated in the campaign with your time and dollars. We are the messengers!
2. Cash is King campaign (Steve): Brochures and signs have been dropped off at several stores. At one in Keremeos, a trucker saw the brochure and immediately asked for their entire supply so he could drop them off at every stop he makes in his travels. You never know when one piece of information will motivate someone to jump right in and get involved.
3. Doctor Package deliveries (Shar, Steve, Mary Lou): All pharmacies in Penticton and OK Falls, plus a few doctors’ offices have already received packages. Volunteers are back at it this week, and by publication time, close to 50 packages in total have been delivered. It’s fun and gratifying work to see the appreciation from those who were receptive to our message.

In case you missed the rally last Sunday… Updates on the following initiatives:
1. Recall David Eby – Laureen, Derrick & Wayne, just back from another trip to help out with the Recall David Eby campaign, left us with great tips:
a. Handing out materials at elementary schools can be effective if done at the end of the school day when parents come to pick up their children.
b. Remember, regardless of the final count of votes to recall David Eby, there are many thousands of people who now know about Bill 36, most of whom are shocked and upset and will be watching our politicians (especially David Eby) more closely.
c. There has already been another attempt to recall one of our MLAs, and another recall in the Prince George area is simply waiting for the go-ahead to launch their Recall campaign.
2. Penticton Council Open House – Elsie shared her experience there.
a. 15 minutes cities: She asked the Mayor “What about these 15-minute cities?” to which he responded, “That will never happen here!”. So, what about that rumour that Penticton has already received a huge hunk of change to focus on that very project?
b. Penticton Bike Lanes: Three of the councillors are against the bike lane plans but cannot do much about it because they are still required to spend the grant money provided to complete the project. Sounds like a couple of gotchas to me.
3. Doctors’ Packages – Shar and Mary Lou shared tips from handing out 11 Doctors’ packages to Pharmacists on Friday. A fresh supply of 100 packages will be picked up for us to go out again this week. Woohoo! Eleven were delivered for Pharmacists last Friday in less than two hours!
4. Steve’s Cash is King project will continue for at least another week – dropping off posters for merchants to use to encourage the use of cash in their stores. Bring your results to the next rally for a draw prize draw.

Support our Pastors and Supremacy of God against draggers
All Provincial ministers and officials, as well as Federal, have all sworn an Oath of Allegiance and Oath of Office to the Monarch (Oaths). They are the agents of the Monarch…if the Monarch cannot take specific actions, nor can his/her officials and Ministers – or Judges. Delegates have no more powers than the delegator.
Recently, Alberta Pastor Derek Reimer was released on unspecified conditions, only after he agreed to be released on health issues, from jail.
Paster Reimer was charged for mischief and causing a disturbance – the ‘go-to’ charges of police when nothing else applies.
In his attempts to protest drag queen events sexualizing our children, he was assaulted and beaten by parents who clearly care not for their children (or are the parents protecting their own perverted inclinations?). The video has gone viral around the world and despite this – these parents have not been charged with assault, and should be.
Opposing child grooming and child sexualization, is not a hate-crime, as Calgary’s Sikh Mayor Jyoti Gondek promotes. It is our dutiful protection of our children and our founding laws of God, which clearly Mrs. Gondek does not support and should not be in Office on that basis alone.
These activities are clearly the antithesis of that which God has taught us. Though our Municipal officials do not take these Oaths to the Monarch, they cannot be permitted to not take them. Provincial officials cannot refuse to take these Oaths and cannot delegate or permit people in these legislative Municipal corporations to do that which they cannot do.
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
God is the supremacy of our law and always has been, yet He has never been more under attack than today. And look at the results in society – our culture is being destroyed from within, our families are being destroyed, and morals and ethics have been virtually removed from society.
Gov’ts are placing tattooed police officers who will just follow orders in all our police forces, to give them the “look of authority.” (is this now a job requirement?)
Queers, drag queens, sky high divorce rates, loss of Christianity and massive non-Christian (read Communist) immigration, statutory supremacy of politicians over God’s laws, Communist and other non-believing judges, and other treasonous activities, are destroying our society and the laws which founded our once great nation.
We need to support the few pastors who have the courage to stand up on God’s laws against these corrupt and criminal politicians.
Do not look to the Charter for the Supremacy of God – look to the founding Constitutional document of our Commonwealth – the Coronation Oath of the Monarch, for it is there that the Monarch gets all their powers and their duties are severely restricted.
The Monarch cannot Constitutionally give Royal Assent to any legislation/rules/regulations/orders/decrees/policies etc. that are contrary to God’s laws and principles in the Bible. They are prohibited by their Oaths from so doing.
If they do – they either lied while taking their Oaths, or they are lying now by breaking their Oaths. This includes creating Municipal corporations that do not have to take these Constitutionally required Oaths.

The advantage of delivering this time of year is that nobody is hanging out in their front yards except for the odd snowman.

You will be provided with a printed google map of the area you will be delivering to. Bring a yellow marker to indicate which streets you completed. You may run out of papers or you may end up with extra
We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants
Sign up as a Volunteer to participate in one of the many focus groups we are working to organize. Most people are too busy to commit to fighting for freedom. I guarantee you will have plenty of extra time after Canada becomes a full-fledged communist country and your jobs & businesses are gone. Time to add freedom-fighting to your list of priorities. The dangers of digital gov’t ID and currencies are here… you need to use cash. As recognized by Freedom Rising, there are many inherent dangers of using digital currency. What do you do, not if, but when:
The internet is down
There is a power outage
The card reader malfunctions
Your phone battery dies or doesn’t work for other reasons

NOTE: Bill C-9 is currently in the Senate, to amend the Judges Act. I will discuss this in more detail in next week’s newsletter, suffice it to say here, that changes do not happen without a reason. This new legislation appears, at first glance, to make it even more difficult to get rid of corrupt or incapacitated judges, and removes the Minister out of the picture. In other words, it is creating another unelected body, with no minister accountable for its actions. More to come.

Another Trudeau scandal. And rumours on Parliament Hill are alleging that he is possibly going to prorogue this session of Parliament after the budget is tabled.

Interestingly, as David is now challenging the Constitutionality of the RCMP-BC agreements to permit the RCMP to police in the Province, Alberta is now considering restricting the RCMP as well to combat Federal policing incursions into their area of legislative supremacy.
Calgary begins to eliminate free speech. Hurting someone’s feelings, or talking in public in a manner someone else finds offensive, will now result in liability for bylaw charges and fines.
“COVID 19 mandates are political in nature and not based on science,” says Hildebrandt in the release.
“I am encouraged some Crown Attorneys are beginning to prioritize the prosecution of serious criminal and quasi-criminal offences. Prosecuting individuals such as Pastor Hildebrandt, whose wrongdoing was attending a public rally and giving a speech critical of government policy, has always been a waste of the court’s time,” said (counsel) Fleury.
To begin, and most importantly…I am so grateful to all those who came out from all over the Okanagan for these court proceedings over the past two days….and even to those couldn’t be there but sent me messages and love and support.

I am sorry that many of you had to wait all day for court to start, and worse, that many had to leave without seeing anything. This unfortunately is the nature of court in B.C. where they double and triple book courtrooms without your knowledge or consent.
The two charges of assault originate from a protest outside the Interior Health building in Kelowna, on Aug. 19, 2021. Yup, that long ago.
The Crown is alleging I assaulted two guards by pushing into them to enter the building, after I was allegedly banned from the building.
Court began on Wed. March 1, and it was nuts from the beginning. About 50 wonderful freedom supporters showed up. Sheriffs immediately set up a table outside of courtroom #9 to search people’s bags b/c the Chief Sheriff said more people arrived than last time. I objected and asked everyone not to go in. I initially refused to enter the courtroom and have my bags searched, and so the Judge issued an unendorsed warrant while was in the hallway. Crown Prosecutor Grabavac was apparently smiling to the gallery while he demanded Judge Cathie Heinrichs issue a warrant, which she so cheerfully did.
Sheriffs were going to use physically force on me to force me into court from my place in the hallway if I refused, so, being in this catch-22 situation, I went in and told the Judge we were not being searched, including myself.
Case was adjourned due to some in custody hearings unexpectedly put on the Judge’s docket ahead of mine, from 9:00 – 10:30 – 12:30, then 2:30. I had arguments with the Judge on the searches and she did not want to talk about them and claimed to have no power to stop them, which, being an inferior court, is likely correct. However, the Chief Sheriff did tell me that he would obey any judicial order to let us in.
I am going to now have to look at filing another challenge in the near future so that we don’t have to be searched to go into courtrooms without reasonable and probable grounds to believe someone is carrying something. In reality it is pretty stupid – I could be carrying a knife on me personally and they would never know because they are only searching bags. Me and my friend Gordy challenged these types of searches in Winnipeg and were successful.
After court started today the Judge trapped me – I could go into the hallway and get my stuff without bringing bags into the courtroom.
I told the Judge she could “talk to the hand” and that I was not going to participate in the court trial at all if I had to be searched. Now, any appeal would have lost as an appeal judge would have claimed I could have got my material out of the hallway and not needed bags. This however is wrong as I need to carry them to and into court in something from home…but I saw the trap coming, so went outside and got my stuff out of my bags. This only worked because I had people outside to watch my bags. I told people to try and avoid coming into court with bags today and not be searched and gratefully they for the most part they agreed. After lunch most people left their bags in their cars, and came in without being searched.
This was sad and took away valuably needed focus on the actual trial. This is so frustrating having to give up Constitutional rights and freedoms, to exercise other Constitutional rights and freedoms.
Crown put first cop on the stand today by video. I begin cross examination tomorrow (Thursday). Then Crown will put other cops and security guards on the stand right after – six in total. Not sure if we will get done tomorrow so there may be another date set.
A brief respite from the seriousness of the situation happened when some shagged looking woman with a face diaper on in the front row, decided to let a ripper go and grace the front row with her foul odours. This sounded like she was sitting on a wooden chair and the sound was heard virtually throughout the courtroom. I saw this woman on Thursday talking to the Crown, and have some suspicions that she was there in some capacity for the Crown or Gov’t.
CBC reporter Brady Strachan asked for an interview. I set the boundaries up front…no pejorative name calling, labels etc. If he was going to interview a lawyer, he had to do one from our side as well. I believe the interview went well, though once again, his online article repeated previous myths about me without mentioning successes.
Castanet BS reporter Nicholas Johansen continued with his ongoing attacks against me without my side of the story of course. I attacked him in court during a break today for his ongoing writing lies and misrepresentations. He claims I have a “long, unsuccessful history in the Canadian court system”, without considering or reporting on people I have kept out of jail, 50+ charges I have had thrown out including nine (9) s. 238 Income Tax Charges 30 months ago in Ottawa, a successful s. 11(b) Charter application, a successful Constitutional challenge to courthouse security searches, many of the wonderful comments from the judiciary, sentence reductions, and further ignores the ongoing attacks by the Crown to keep me out of the court system from exposing their criminal activity. It is much easier to quote a corrupt judge(s) and other prosecutors, than examine facts.

Things today began to look ominously repetitive of the previous day, when a supporter noticed at 9:15 a.m. that there were four other cases listed in my courtroom.
Fortunately, within 10 minutes they were transferred to other courtrooms.
Court began with myself beginning to cross examine a police officer who was barely involved in the incident. After being told by court staff that all I needed was a laptop and they had all the cables, I discovered that I needed MS Teams as this cop was down under vacationing at our expense.
Needless to say, ½ hour later, we got the video working but not the audio. After trying to cross examine without audio, I finished with the agreement that we would have him appear on another day when he returned, as we would not be finished today in any event. My cross examination took up virtually the entire morning in large part because of these digital issues.
Finally, the Crown brings on its first real witness, Taj Smith, a Palladin security guard who was one of three guards blocking me from entering the IH building on Aug. 19. I caught Mr. Smith wearing an ear piece behind his neck, which he said he forgot to take off this morning. It was not directly in his ear (getting messages as we caught a Federal witness doing last year with headphones), and he said he could not get messages from it. On we went.
I expressed some reservations to the Judge about having to give up my defences so early, but it appeared I had no choice. The Crown was objecting to every hearsay question I tried to get in. Other objections were on relevance, which I believe time will confirm that these questions were relevant to my defence.
The Crown had a silent interior IH video they put as an exhibit. Questions then flew around about what was happening in the video, which was clear, but the people were so far away it was difficult to see clearly unless it was directly on your computer screen.
I then put our first video into evidence. I began to run this video showing Mr. Smith and the other two guards, and what was happening. Mr. Smith confirmed that I was not violent, said no threatening words or made any such gestures, etc.
Then we get to the part where I introduced the video taken by Leo, one of our group volunteers. Despite the threats of initial objections, the Crown conceded to it being an exhibit.
This incredible video shows the truth, it was actually the guards who assaulted me. It was so visibly obvious that gasps from the gallery were immediately heard throughout the courtroom, who witnessed this video for the first time, even from 30 feet or more away.
Taj Smith tried to deny the video evidence, but my analysis of this video, second by second, clearly showed otherwise. When he continued to insist otherwise, I asked if he wished to take a break and go and obtain a quality pair of glasses to assist his vision (remember, he was only 5-7 feet from the screen).
The Crown jumped up quicker than an update by Microsoft needs to be patched, yelling I was berating the witness etc. to which the Judge of course agreed. But I did not back down and repeated that clearly, he couldn’t see the video because it was clear they assaulted me, or was deliberately lying.
This witness had to back down and/or agree with me on several other points of importance as well.
Smith further confirmed that if not for the order allegedly banning me from entering the building, I had a right of entry and he could not stop me, despite being authorized to use force under provincial legislation.
Shortly after we were done with Smith, the Crown’s second witness Jason Davis sat his lying butt on the witness stand. He began by repeating what the previous witness had stated when we ran out of time.
A date has been set next week for myself and the Crown to obtain another 2-3 days of trial time. If I were to lose, then my Constitutional Challenge that the RCMP have no jurisdiction in B.C. would be heard, including a further disclosure application, subpoenas and another minimal 3-4 days of trial time. This could conceivably take almost two weeks of trial time for something which, even if proven, is nothing more than brushing against someone on the bus, as everyone in the courtroom discovered for the first time today.
People are going to be really mad when they see how much money is being spent on this case and the politics behind it.
Examinations and cross examinations on this witness, the Interior Health witness, and three police officers, is going to be interesting for sure.

As I keep saying—-how many ‘have not ‘Provinces are there drooling for more money? Five, for sure, and look at Canada’s California, near bankrupt Ontario, and they sure are not getting all excited about Provincial jurisdiction —they are getting $23 billion in health transfers just this year. And stumbling Newfoundland and Labrador are doing all sorts of deals with the Feds to emasculate oil and gas rights offshore which had been dully negotiated in the Province’s favour.
Just oil and gas —revenues—Provinces want —-
Health expenditures — another matter Provinces not so eager
That’ s the problem Premier Smith now has —she was alone and had no choice but to accept —-and she knew it. Saskatchewan on side now and then.
BNA Act —Section 91 (7) Exclusive Provincial jurisdiction over health
But as I keep informing anyone who will truly listen, and as Professor Savoie points out in his book ‘Democracy In Canada , The Disintegration Of Our Institutions, ‘ we have not adjusted our bargain of 1867 and are now captured by an encroaching Federal entity aided and abetted by the traditional centre—Upper and Lower Canada, Ontario and Quebec and a bunch of have not Provinces , more eager in taking the money from the Feds than get blamed by having to raise revenues and spend like they should.
And in changing the Constitution—-same thing——too many Provinces in the Federal Corner ( you need 7 Provinces , 50% of the population to change the Constitution) Alberta is cornered —taking Federal health money that’s really provincial jurisdiction, But hollering to keep all non-renewal royalties because it is provincial ——-and captured by inter provincial transmission which is Federal —Newfoundland and Labrador , its hydro power and the western Provinces, especially Alberta, their oil and gas.
And the Peoples Party of Canada speaks to this, giving more power to the Provinces through tax points—-but now you know why it does not gain the traction you would think it should. The 30 pieces of silver is easier and the blame is shared.
That’s why The Constitution Act of 1982 is so important. The Federal Government was put in its place in the September 1981 Supreme Court of Canada decision declaring federal unilateral moves to change the Constitution —-UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
Guess what ———the back doors opened wide with the Canada Health Act and other Social Transfers, an activist Court system that began legislating not interpreting——a living tree theory of the Constitution not what was written and its clear intent, and a total fabrication of how the Constitution Act 1982 came together in the first place and presto ——
A made for measure fabricated Pandemic comes along —

The Federal nature of our country is now, no bargain at all.”

NOTE: I have said for decades the Feds have no power into exclusive Provincial jurisdiction in s. 92 of the BNA Act or Constitution Act 1982, starting with the Income Tax Act 1948. This division of powers is the fundamental basis for my Constitutional Challenge as well to the RCMP. Policing is exclusively Provincial – what does “exclusive” mean to you?
The Provinces are wimps – they rarely challenge the Feds simply b/c they want the money – Constitutional prohibitions mean nothing when they are offered finances to turn a blind eye to the Fed’s unconstitutional legislation.
As part of the new agreement between the Provinces and the Feds, the Provinces must agree with the Federal Canada Health Act, which in pith and substance, is exclusively Provincial.
The transfer comes with very few conditions, though provinces do have to abide by the principles of the Canada Health Act. That means Ottawa can, and has, clawed back funding if the provinces charge patients for health services that are supposed be funded by the public purse.

In a clear response to those politicians who continue to claim that we are one of the best countries in the world to live, a recent poll shows that the majority of Canadians agree that our country is “broken”. The real question is how can it be repaired?? Answer: return to our fundamental starting point – the principle enshrined in our Coronation Oath of the Monarch.
On a most alarming issue, now the Church of England is contemplating a gender-neutral God. Will the Church next claim that Christ was a transexual or some other perversion? The perversion of our governments in only a matter of years, has been sickening, surpassed only by the number of parents and citizens who continue to do nothing to stop them.
After resolutely promising no agreement with Trudeau that would involve digital ID, both Sask. and Alta. have now signed on board with the Feds for more health care monies. Details have yet to be fully released, however it appears that they both now have lied to the people and reneged on their word.
I agree and stand firmly with @PremierScottMoe in protecting Albertans’ private health information. I will ensure that any agreements with the Federal Government do NOT include the sharing of any such personal information with the Feds or third party.
Compare that with the terms of the agreement:
To access the enhanced CHT, provinces must first commit to improving how health data is “collected, shared, used and reported to Canadians to promote greater transparency on results, and to help manage public health emergencies,” the government said in a background document supplied to reporters.
Among the metrics the federal government says it will be looking at to assess whether tangible progress comes from the bilateral funding arrangements are:
The net new family physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners in each province and territory;
The percentage of Canadians who have access to a family health team or family doctor;
The size of the COVID-19 surgery backlog;
The median wait times for community mental health and substance abuse services; and
The percentage of Canadians who can access their health records electronically.
As a condition of this agreement, the Provinces will have to agree to develop and increase digital access. Reading between the lines, this means digital ID.
And look what Trudeau said if you refuse to be vaccinated – you can’t travel. Once digital ID is in place, you won’t be traveling without the Gov’t telling you what you can do to your body.
Over 1000 New Brunswickers report adverse effects to the COVID-19 vaccine, with over 300 considered “serious”. These are undoubtedly unreported as many people seem unable to link the vaccine to the injury or death.
New Brunswick has a population of only 812 061 in 2022, having .06% with adverse effects, or 6/10 000.
Here in B.C., our population is 5 368 266 million, with 14 199 479 vaccine doses administered. Assuming this same ratio, we would have here in BC, 8 519 adverse effects (just reported ones), and 2 555 “serious” reactions.
These are NOT insignificant numbers, nor does this show that these vaccines are safe. Is this a risk you are willing to take? Especially if it was YOUR family member – or YOU!
Edmonton and Ottawa are eerily close to implementing this complete restriction on our liberties with their 15 min cities.
A pilot project in Oxford, England, has become the poster child for the idea. Oxford introduced three low-traffic districts in 2022 and will implement another six in 2024 to blanket the city, with the goal of “targeting unnecessary journeys by cars.” The use of traffic “filters” will also begin in 2024, which involve cameras that monitor vehicles driving through roads with time restrictions and facilitate the charging of fines for violations.
