Today’s “love in” for Bunnie Henny at the Legislature was simply stellar.
I had the second stanza of, You Can’t Always Get What You Want, by the Rolling Stones, playing in the back of my mind. It goes like this: I went down to the demonstration / To get my fair share of abuse.
Wifey, Nephew and I rode our bikes there. When we arrived it was full-on beautiful pandemonium. Truckers and assorted vehicles were driving around and around the Ledge with horns blaring. People lined both sides of Belleville with signs and flags waving as they cheered them on. The only ones being abused were the usual cast of characters whose names were prominently displayed on the placards and signs. It was a love-in for the ages.
A group of musicians was beating out their message on an assortment of drums and other instruments.
\ A handful of older sisters were sitting at the base of Queen Victoria’s statue while they smoked a fattie together. A woman with an Australian flag around her knees told me she was married to a Canadian. I met a young man who was leaving the armed forces because he was told that he had to be jabbed.
I tried to give a policeman a hug but he politely declined. Canadians are indeed a polite lot. There were no-jab nurses, and many others who had refused to bow to the demon gods.
I went straight to work handing out The Pandemic Papers to everyone. They were flying out of my hands as fast as I could peel them apart. I handed out about 500 in the two hours that undertook to do this.
The positive energy from this love in was indescribable. If you were there you know what I mean. If you weren’t there don’t miss the next one, people.
I finally left that beautiful scene to go home. As I was unlocking my bike I struck up a conversation with a man standing nearby. He told me that he was a scientist who had done thousands of PCR tests. He told me that he was fully convinced that the pandemic was real, and that thousands had died as a result. We had a very polite conversation. That conversation with someone who was just as convinced of his narrative as I was of mine was for me the highlight of the day. Dean Esquimalt BC

The Law Society of Ontario has officially initiated a Law Society Tribunal proceeding against neo-Nazi and licensed paralegal, Everett Ross Field, alleging he failed to act with integrity during while being investigated last year for his fascist history.
In December 2020, the Canadian Anti-Hate Network identified Field as “Red Serge,” a member of some of the country’s most prolific groups of hate mongers.
In January of last year, the LSO launched an investigation into Field’s conduct, specifically for:
engaging in conduct that was otherwise dishonourable.
The current tribunal proceeding against Field, however, does not deal with the aforementioned engagement racism, misogyny, incivility, or otherwise dishonourable conduct.
Rather, the LSO’s allegation is that Field failed to act with integrity during the initial investigation into his identity as Red Serge, by denying he was the man behind the screen name.
“Between February and August of 2021, the Respondent misled the Law Society during its investigation into his identity as ‘Red Serge,’ the LSO wrote, “by falsely denying this identity and any awareness of the fora or activities in which ‘Red Serge’ engaged, and thereby failed to act with integrity.”
A year after the LSO’s initial investigation, Field’s profile on the LSO directory now indicates there are ongoing regulatory proceedings against him.
If found by adjudicators to have engaged in misconduct, he faces a series of potential consequences including a reprimand, a fine, limits or conditions on the type of paralegal work Field will be allowed to conduct, and/or a suspension or revocation of his licence.
As CAHN has previously reported, Field incorporated his legal education into his fascism. As a guest on the now-defunct neo-Nazi podcast, This Hour Has 88 Minutes, Field used his legal expertise to “red pill” the hosts on hate speech laws, and lay out the boundaries of “what you can and cannot say.”
Later in the episode, Field boasted about using his knowledge of the law to his advantage when confronted about his use of hateful language.
“When you work in the legal field like I am, and you want to be as offensive as I am, you can very easily hold people over the fire. I’ve got a few guys I can basically blackmail with assault charges. Because I said the n-word at a bar and they decided to try and punch me… Well now I get to basically bend them over a barrel, fist them up the ass, legally speaking of course, and all of it translates to money. It’s hilarious that I’m doing the opposite of the Jew move. Normally it’s like ‘oh my god you said n—–,’ but I get to say it and then bend them over because of it. Most of these guys have heeb [an insult against Jewish people] last names too. So it’s just beautiful, the way I’m twisting the legal system. I anglo’d them…When you out-Jew a Jew.”
As a former president of both the Mohawk College Conservative Club and the McMaster Conservatives campus association, Field used his connections at both schools to help organize the Hamilton Conservative Christmas Formal in 2017, to which he repeatedly invited his friends in the fascist Canadian Super Players Discord server, provided they not behave in an “overtly fash” way.
As a student in both the “pre-law” program at McMaster University, and then in the paralegal program at Mohawk College, Field bragged in the CSP server about his on-campus “activism” and expressions of fascism.
On one occasion, he gleefully posted in the CSP chat about his professor while sitting in her class: “She’s bitching about one of our postering campaigns. We did it, boys. I have to contain my glee. So hard not to have a shit eating grin [right now].”
In November 2021, CAHN reported on the discourse of Canadian neo-Nazis during the deadly white supremacist “Unite The Right” attack on Charlottesville in 2018. For his part, Field told members of CSP who were attending that he hoped they “bashed some antifa skulls.”
Based on our investigations, human rights lawyer and CAHN board member Richard Warman has submitted a formal complaint that Everett Field did not at the time of his licensing, and does not now as a fully licensed paralegal, meet the “good character” requirement to remain licensed as a paralegal member of the Law Society of Ontario.

They have spent the last year creating this legal package, it has solid teeth and is based on criminal law solely as there are no immunities granted for criminal lawsuits, furthermore, the public officials to be charged cannot use tax dollars to cover the fees and/or costs associated or granted by the courts, the funds come from their own pockets.
They are currently accepting plaintiff applications and looking to expand our legal team of litigators across Canada. We made sure we were ready to rock before pulling the trigger with the press release. It was released to independent media earlier this month so the lead-in is referring to the truckers in Ottawa. Times are changing fast, but the intent has no deadline, just progress toward justice.
Dr. James Sears Arrested At Gunpoint & Sent Back to Prison for Accepting Free Speech Award VANCOUVER, February 23, 2022. Dr. James Sears, editor of the satirical Toronto tabloid YOUR WARD NEWS, was convicted on two counts of “wilfully spreading hate” against two privileged groups — women and Jews — under Canada’s notorious “hate law”, Section 319 of the Criminal Code. He was convicted for writing satire — telling witty jokes about the privileged groups — and, although a first time offender, was sentenced to the maximum — a year in jail. He was released on early parole, having served four months of his sentence, on October 14. Now, he’s back in prison for having accepted the George Orwell Free Speech Award, on November 18, from the Canadian Association for Free Expression.
“I received a phone call this morning from Dr. Sears,” says Paul Fromm, Director of the Canadian Association for Free Experience. He was arrested at gunpoint by three Toronto policemen in the parking lot behind the office of his parole officer whom he had just visited for his regular report. “He was arrested on a Canada-wide warrant, ” he told me. “This is certainly legal overkill and drama for a non-violent offender.”
Because he would not take the COVID test, Dr. Sears was kept in solitary isolation for three weeks. He had substantial funds on him when arrested and wanted to get a phone card to make calls. The prison took over two weeks to process the paperwork to get him the phone card.
His charge was “breach of probation.” Dr. Sears appeared by phone before the parole board on February 17. His offence was failure “to be of good behaviour.” He was informed by a very hostile female member of the board that his offence was “having accepted the George Orwell Free Speech Award from a known White supremacist — me!” [I’m not.] Furthermore, “the award had been started by Doug Christie, a far right lawyer, he was told.”
He’ll be released on April 24. The Canadian Association for Free Expression has already held one protest outside the prison, on February 13 and will be holding more. “It’s important that we rub this hypocritical country’s nose in the mud for holding dissident writers as political prisoners, while smugly preaching freedom to countries like Russia,” Mr. Fromm explains.
“What has been done to Dr. Sears is vindictive and a disgrace,” Mr. Fromm adds. “Doug Christie warned back in the 1980s that the ‘hate law’ wasn’t about ‘hate’ it was about suppressing political or religious opinions. That’s CAFE’s view too. Parliament passed the censorship law in 1971 after four decades of lobbying by the old Canadian Jewish Congress. It has never been used against anyone on the left side of the political spectrum. It has only once been used against a non-White, Chief David Ahenakew and his alleged crime was reporting comments critical of Jews, It’s purely political and it’s censorship or silencing of political dissent disliked by powerful minorities.”
Not surprisingly, two of Canada’s fiercest supporters of censorship, the partially government-funded Canadian Anti-Hate Network, headed up by former Canadian Jewish Congress CEO Bernie Farber, and the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith have applauded Dr. Sears’ being returned to prison.
The Toronto Sun (February 23, 2022) reported: ” ‘We were highly concerned about Sears’ early release on parole when we saw no evidence of rehabilitation or any remorse on his part,’ CEO Michael Mostyn said. ‘It therefore comes as no surprise that he is alleged to have breached the terms of his parole and was reincarcerated. Sears should have served out his full sentence if we really mean to promote the objectives of sentencing, which in this case is deterring horrific hate speech.”
“Horrific hate speech?” Paul Fromm scoffs. “Dr. Sears is a gifted writer. He was writing satire. However, history shows us, that it is writers, not thugs, whom totalitarian minded regime and thought control freaks fear the most,” he added. ________________________________

Ottawa Trucker’s Rally Report
It was a long trip to Ottawa, fraught with hours of snow, treacherous roads, and slow moving vehicles…but make it we did. Winnipeg has huge volumes of snow everywhere!
On Friday morning we attempted to get in via the Rideau Centre bridge, over the Rideau Canal. Hundreds of police from Toronto, Ottawa, RCMP, Quebec were present. Drones, snipers everywhere. Tow truck drivers who gave up their morals and ethics for a paycheque, were seen to bust into a camper, breaking windows and hauling out the person and arresting him. A woman attempted to stand in front of a semi-truck, as visible thrown to the ground by at least six cops and was clearly seen to be assaulted.
They then towed the camper and proceeded to haul out the semi-trucks.
Cops barricaded the bridge preventing anyone from crossing. All exits to downtown from the 417 were simultaneously blocked by police. By this time, we began to walk back to the car and try and get downtown from another entrance point. We had to drive later to Quebec and enter from one of the bridges there. And was it cold…-15 with strong winds blowing in from the Ottawa River. I think we have been acclimatized to the Okanagan too long for this type of weather!
Prior to leaving, Bettina from the World Wide Rally was scheduled to speak at a special meeting in Vernon on Sunday. Thank you to supporters at this meeting for their generous donations which we distributed to the truckers. Some of them were even locally from B.C. (Keremeos and Abbotsford). A couple of them actually looked like they were going to cry when I told them the donation was from our Vernon BC freedom activists. CLEAR and the WWR further helped out some additional truckers. There was so much appreciation from them it was hard for us not to cry. The emotional energy was amazing and inspiring, not just from the truckers, but everyone present. Several truckers told me that they were in tears driving at the support they got along the way. An insight many of us were not privy to because each driver was in his/her own truck. Those are people with true feelings.
It was amazing to talk to the truck drivers and people present – thousands. The media reports are not exaggerated – they are falsified. There is no violence of any kind anywhere. Just love – everyone says hi to each other whether stranger or not. Where else do you see that in Canada today?
We were grateful to be able to go into the heated tent area and meet more people and I witnessed actual homeless people be allowed in to eat as well. These people are not the terrorists that Trudeau and the media portrayed them to be – but we all knew that to begin with, didn’t we?
On our way back later that night, the Quebec police had set up gates and were letting people out but refusing entry. Same with Saturday morning. At this time as we were going to try and get across again, I noticed that the wood on one of the bridge sidewalks had been removed from one side of the bridge. Interesting.
So, we travelled until we got to the Confederation Bridge and were able to get across there and park about a 30 minute walk away – again in bitterly cold weather and sustained 40-50 KPH winds.
It was wonderful to see Kyle, Sarah (from the Resistance), Marcus Ray, Dan Dicks, Laura Lynn, and others, as well as local friends.
Things had changed significantly overnight and in the early morning. Almost all trucks were gone and the police had pushed everyone from the Rideau Bridge all the way to the Confederation Building, at Wellington and Bank St.
Cops would push with their batons and then stop. People tried to set up a chain but were pushed back by the brute force of these terrorist “law enforcement” officers – a difference I have said for years is much different than a peace officer.
A tank of some sort was behind the front-line cops, (these aren’t cops – they are glorified military officers in times of peace) who all had pepper spray and used it profusely on innocent people.
At some point, a large number of officers left only to cross over and come back down Sparks St., with another tank. Horses then followed up behind on Wellington St., however they too left after about 45 minutes or so. The crowd by this time, had they desired to so do, could have pushed the remaining police back – there were many more of us at this time than the police. But as a testament again to the peace loving nature of the protesters, no such attempt was made of any offensive action.
We stayed for hours again in this bitterly cold weather and wind. Many people were having to leave by this time, many with icicles on them. It is difficult to describe this cold wind – and unfortunately though we were prepared for cold, we were not prepared for this wind. Finally, after hours of a stand off, we were simply too frigidly cold to be of much use and had to leave. Shortly after, long time B.C. freedom supporter Kyle Cardinal was hit with rubber bullets which destroyed his camera.
The new Ottawa Police Chief fill in, held press conferences lying to the press that we were assaulting them. I witnessed no such assaults other than the police pepper spraying innocent protesters. Nor did anyone else.
The police meanwhile were filming everyone in attendance and the police chief fill in has warned their investigation will continue for months and more charges will be laid. For what? This Emergencies Act Order will go down in history as the largest unlawful and unconstitutional use of power in the history of Canada.
MSM of course was there, to cover only those parts to support the gov’t narrative.
No doubt Trudeau has been on his knees to Jagmeet Singh of the NDP to get his support for the passage of this Emergencies Act. If Trudeau fails on Monday in either the House or the Senate, it will be a non-confidence vote and an election will have to be called. Trudeau knows full well he will never get re-elected right now, as does Singh, and thus is likely offering Singh anything he wants.
The truckers have relocated to a location to kept silent for the time being. But they will be back – and so will we!!!
Now the Gov’t and police propaganda wheels begin. They are now personally attacking the leaders. False allegations will be made, including criminal charges, in order to convince the gullible MSM public that people who love and organize for freedom, are terrorists.
Watch in the media, especially from the Ottawa police, as they begin to attack everyone attending these rallies in the public MSM, on the direct instructions from the PMO and Freeland.
Speaking of Freeland, she is using this protest as a basis to immediately give FINTRAC more powers to steal your property. The Emergencies Act Order will continue the Gov’t says, but refuses to say for how long. This is frightening as now, the alleged reasons for the Order, ie: the protests, are over in Ottawa, and the ability of the police anywhere in Canada to now steal your property and arrest and beat you without cause, still remains.
Freeland – you need to be in the jail cell next to Trudeau!

It demonstrates to the entire City, Province, and to the world that we continue to be one of the largest anti-lockdown areas of B.C., and with the lowest vaccination rate!
With the longest Freedom marches in the BC Interior, you can participate in our ongoing historical opposition to gov’t tyranny. Support in the public is higher now than ever! So too is the need to public visibility.
With the Trudeau Gov’t now planning increased FINTRAC powers and ongoing rights and freedoms deprivations, and Bonnie the Commie clearly not quitting in her attempts to impose Communism under the guise of concern for your health, “it ain’t over” and we need your ongoing peaceful participation to these rallies/protests and refusal to comply with all Gov’t COVID-29 mandates.

Despite recent attempts by a Provincial Interior Health official, Elliot Penner, to organize a counter rally, only about 10 people showed up, compared to 1000 in support for freedom! Attempts have been made previously at counter protests which have all failed miserably, confirming that our support for freedom remains the dominant force. Even those advocated by the Provincial Government, are wretchedly failing. Clearly Elliot Penner was not acting on his own but in his capacity as an IH official.

Freedom Convoy Rallies Outside Constituency Office of B.C Premier Horgan
The Convoy payed a boisterous, not un-friendly visit to the office of MLA John Horgan today Feb 22 2022. It was bright and very cold at noon hour as about 40 vehicles did a slow-roll through the parking lot a few times, at a little stripmall in Langford.
Of course, the office was locked tight against listening to ‘the rabble’. So, folks pasted votes of NON-confidence on his window. An excellent, cheap spontaneous expression of DIS-approval. Let’s do that on every one of the 87 constituency offices of MLAs in B. C. ! The medium IS the message !!
I saw a poster this evening with the logos of the BCGEU and CUPE, the big unions of gov’t. workers in British Columbia, promoting rallies in Vancouver this week. IF that’s true , then the Horgan administration is in BIG trouble. The New Democratic Party being the labour movement in 3-piece suits. If the NeeDiPpers have lost the support of unions, especially those employed by the gov’t., then they’re in death-spiral.
When Carole James departed, the NeeDiPpers were at a loss. Horgan stepped in and managed to form a gov’t., doing OK as long as he contained his infamous “Irish temper”. The Peter Principle, is people rise to the level of their INcompetence. For at least twoyears, it’s been obvious that John Horgan was over his head, as Premier. The presser last week …where he peddled the notion that “anti-vaxxers had harassed a health care worker‘, calling it “thuggery” … tells me he’s ready to blow a gasket. Desperately making stuff up to deflect attention from our GATHERINGS on the lawn of the Legislature I hope he does it publicly. It’ll be great entertainment ! A suitable climax punctuating the end of his disastrous performance.

Huge Protests Against Forced Vaccination Spread to New Zealand
This is me at the New Zealand protest against mandatory vaccines, in front of parliament building Wellington. There are 800 tents, including free food tents, medical tent, church tent, Hari Krishna tents and many others. There are teachers, plumbers, builders, truck drivers, farmers, preachers, people from all walks of life, all ages. The atmosphere is very friendly, calm, peaceful. About 2000 people.
The dog is ancient and I had to baby sit it ALL day. Micky is his name and he can’t hardly walk. Heaps of people took photographs and shared the love. — Lanya Murray
