VANCOUVER, February 23, 2022. Dr. James Sears, editor of the satirical Toronto tabloid YOUR WARD NEWS,  was convicted on two counts of “wilfully spreading hate” against two privileged groups — women and Jews — under Canada’s notorious “hate law”, Section 319 of the Criminal Code. He was convicted for writing satire — telling witty jokes about the privileged groups — and, although a first time offender, was sentenced to the maximum — a year in jail.
He was released on early parole, having served four months of his sentence, on October 14. Now, he’s back in prison for having accepted the George Orwell Free Speech Award, on November 18,  from the Canadian Association for Free Expression.


“I received a phone call this morning from Dr. Sears,” says Paul Fromm, Director of the Canadian Association for Free Experience. He was arrested at gunpoint by three Toronto policemen in the parking lot behind the office of his parole officer whom he had just visited for his regular report. “He was arrested on a Canada-wide warrant, ” he told me. “This is certainly legal overkill and drama for a non-violent offender.”


Because he would not take the COVID test, Dr. Sears was kept in solitary isolation for three weeks. He had substantial funds on him when arrested and wanted to get a phone card to make calls. The prison took over two weeks to process the paperwork to get him the phone card.


His charge was “breach of probation.” Dr. Sears appeared by phone before the parole board on February 17. His offence was failure “to be of good behaviour.” He was informed by a very hostile female member of the board that his offence was “having accepted the George Orwell Free Speech Award from a known White supremacist — me!” [I’m not.] Furthermore, “the award had been started by Doug Christie, a far right lawyer, he was told.”GEORGE-ORWELL-AWARD-NOVEMBER-2021.jpg

He’ll be released on April 24. The Canadian Association for Free Expression has already held one protest outside the prison, on February 13 and will be holding more. “It’s important that we rub this hypocritical country’s nose in the mud for holding dissident writers as political prisoners, while smugly preaching freedom to countries like Russia,” Mr. Fromm explains.


“What has been done to Dr. Sears is vindictive and a disgrace,” Mr. Fromm adds. “Doug Christie warned back in the 1980s that the ‘hate law’ wasn’t about ‘hate’ it was about suppressing political or religious opinions. That’s CAFE’s view too. Parliament passed the censorship law in 1971 after four decades of lobbying by the old Canadian Jewish Congress. It has never been used against anyone on the left side of the political spectrum. It has only once been used against a non-White, Chief David Ahenakew and his alleged crime was reporting comments critical of Jews, It’s purely political and it’s censorship or silencing of political dissent disliked by powerful minorities.”


Not surprisingly, two of Canada’s fiercest supporters of censorship, the partially government-funded Canadian Anti-Hate Network, headed up by former Canadian Jewish Congress CEO Bernie Farber, and the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith have applauded Dr. Sears’ being returned to prison.


The Toronto Sun (February 23, 2022) reported: ” ‘We were highly concerned about Sears’ early release on parole when we saw no evidence of rehabilitation or any remorse on his part,’ CEO Michael Mostyn said. ‘It therefore comes as no surprise that he is alleged to have breached the terms of his parole and was reincarcerated. Sears should have served out his full sentence if we really mean to promote the objectives of sentencing, which in this case is deterring horrific hate speech.”


“Horrific hate speech?” Paul Fromm scoffs. “Dr. Sears is a gifted writer. He was writing satire. However, history shows us, that it is writers, not thugs, whom totalitarian minded regime and thought control freaks fear the most,” he added.

In its story on the arrest in Germany, January 3, of Canadian revisionist Monika  Schaefer, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (January 5, 2018) revealed that the League for Human Rights (but not free speech or thought) of B’nai Brith may well have instigated Miss Schaefer’s arrest. B’nai Brith even boasted of its network of contacts in Germany: “Monika Schaefer, a Jasper woman who has denied the Holocaust ever happened, has reportedly been arrested in Germany.  Monika Schaefer was arrested in Munich earlier this month, B’nai Brith Canada, said in a statement Thursday. The Canadian-based Jewish rights advocacy group  … praised German authorities. B’nai Brith officials said the group had filed complaints against Schaefer with German officials because of her ‘anti-Semitic incitement.’ Holocaust denial is a criminal offence in Germany. Under Germany’s Incitement to Hatred laws, those found guilty of denying the Holocaust could face a maximum of five years in prison. ‘German officials should be commended for taking action against Holocaust denial,’ said Michael Mostyn, chief executive officer of B’nai Brith Canada, in a statement. ‘We will continue to work, even across borders, to ensure that racism and bigotry find no haven in Canada.'”

Every bit as much as Saudi Arabia is a theocracy that enforces Islam, post World War II Germany is a secular theocracy ruthlessly enforcing the new religion of holocaust.

Not surprisingly, according to the CBC report, another Canadian Jewish lobby  group rejoiced in the 58 year-old Alberta musician and former Green Party candidate’s arrest. “The Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center said it confirmed through the Bavarian State Police that Schaefer had been arrested on charges related to Holocaust denial. The Toronto-based …  organization, which is committed to countering racism and anti-Semitism, commended German police for the arrest. ‘Holocaust denial and revisionism continue to prevail across social media platforms in Canada and across the globe,’ Avi Benlolo, chief executive of the centre, said in an emailed statement. ‘Such perversion of the truth must be confronted through the use of the deterrent tools available under the law, as well as through education.'”

White Supremacist Paul Fromm Barred From Winnipeg Hotel

WINNIPEG, MB – A notorious white supremacist has been disallowed from holding a private meeting in a Winnipeg hotel room, B’nai Brith Canada has learned.

The Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites has been directed by its leadership to cancel a reservation by Paul Fromm, who had booked a room in the facility for a Wednesday night meeting.

B’nai Brith and concerned citizens in Manitoba had been advocating against the meeting after reports circulated that it had been planned.

Fromm lost his teaching licence because of his association with white supremacist organizations. He also was penalized for endorsing racist and antisemitic organizations ranging from neo-Nazis to the KKK, including their Canadian counterparts.

In a recent talk delivered in Vancouver, Fromm made antisemitic, homophobic, anti-First Nations, anti-Sikh, anti-black and anti-Muslim remarks. He also distributed material showcasing propaganda produced by Alfred Schaefer, a Holocaust denier who is facing trial in Germany on criminal incitement charges.

“B’nai Brith commends Hilton Hotels & Resorts for saying no to hatred,” said Michael Mostyn, Chief Executive Officer of B’nai Brith Canada. “There is no place for Fromm’s vile brand of hatred and antisemitism in Canadian society.”

Fromm also has endorsed and distributed the newsletter Your Ward News, a‎n antisemitic and hateful publication that has been disseminated by publishers James Nicholas Sears and Lawrence (Leroy) St. Germaine. Sears and St. Germaine were charged Wednesday with willfully promoting hatred against Jews and women.

Asked whether he had anything to say before sentencing, Arthur Topham made a statement that will ring through Canadian history about the nature of free speech and the motivations of an extremely moral and honest man.. He posted what he had as a critic of Zionism, not out of malice or hatred, but driven by a moral imperative to warn people of a perceived danger. ““I felt that I had a duty as a Canadian citizen to alert the general public of an imminent threat … the interests of the Jewish lobby,” said Topham in court March 13, according to the CBC. 

 
Arthur Topham’s 10 year ordeal of harassment for being a strong critic of Zionism, ended in a Quesnel courtroom when he was sentenced, having been convicted in November 2015 on one count of violating Canada’s notorious “hate law” Sec. 319 of the Criminal Code, as a result of postings highly critical of Zionism and organized Jewry. Ironically, the charge revolved around books readily available from mainline online booksellers.. The Internet dissident became technically another political prisoner in Canada’s sordid attack on free speech. Amnesty International defines a political prisoner as a person punished solely for the non-violent expression of his political, religious or cultural views.
 
Judge Bruce Butler sentenced Mr. Topham to a six month suspended sentence during which he must reside at his home, refrain from alcohol, report to his probation officer and not post anything on the Internet. After that, he faces two years of probation. On March 10, he shut down his massive  RadicalPress.com website, the contents of which, we assume will be mirrored by others in less repressive lands than Canada.

“In a sense, the thought control freaks got part of what they wanted — the silencing of this dissident,” said Paul Fromm, Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression which had backed Mr. Topham during the first legal assault by complainant Harry Abrams,a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission under the now repealed Sec. 13. CAFE continued to back him when Abrams, a B’nai Brith spokesman in Victoria, teamed up with chronic Ottawa complainer Richard Warman who complained to the British Columbia “hate squad” which led to the  Sec. 319 charges.
 
In sentencing Mr. Topham, Judge Butler rejected Crown submissions for a stiffer sentence and 200 hours of community work. The judge also rejected allegations that Mr. Topham indirectly advocated violence. The CBC (March 13, 2017) reported: “One piece that Topham called ‘satire’ advocated the forced sterilization of all Jews. ‘He does not call for violence; his views were political satire,’Butler told the sentencing hearing. ‘It is not his intent to indirectly incite violence.’ Butler ruled that Topham deliberately used the internet to disseminate anti-Semitic information but said the man was not calling for violence.” The satire in question was Israel Must Perish, a parody Mr. Topham wrote of a hideous blueprint for genocide Germany Must  Perish, written in 1941 by an American Jew named Theodore Kaufman, calling for the mass sterilization of German Jews after the war, an act which would eliminate the Germans as a people within a few decades.
No one was happy with the sentence. Free speech supporters see the gagging of Arthur Topham as one more atrocity committed under Pierre Trudeau’s fadulent Charter of minority special rights and diminished Majority freedoms.
Defence lawyer Barclay Johnson sadly observed: “The difference between Canada and the Soviet gulags is only one of degree. The communists put dissidents into a physical prison. The gag order is a psychological; prison imposed to enforce a multicultural society. The Charter is little more than a fine document to be hung on an office wall. It looks good. However, judges have repeatedly gutted promised rights like freedom of speech and invented rights not mentioned, like same sex marriage.”
The mainstream media, even in British Columbia, were strangely silent. “The Jewish lobby doesn’t like this sentence,” remarked Dr. James Sears publisher of the satirical YOUR WARD NEWS, another target of arch- complainer Richard Warman.’s  “They were hoping for a harsher sentence and, then, the controlled media would have crowed about a ‘Nazi’ tongue-lashed by a judge and sent away for a long prison term.”
Their victory over the former teacher,  placer miner and publisher. after a decade of attack seemed like a mouthful of bitter ashes to B’nai Brith. “B’nai Brith Canada, which had alerted the RCMP to Topham’s activities back in 2007, said it was “strongly disappointed” with the sentencing. In a statement, Michael Mostyn, CEO, described the sentence as “a mere slap on the wrist which will do little to protect Canadian Jews or preserve the multicultural mosaic of our society. Mr. Topham is a committed and unrepentant Jew-hater, who persisted in publishing lurid anti-Semitic content on his website throughout this legal process,’ Mostyn continued. ‘Canada’s laissez-fair approach to hate crimes continues to fail minority groups and puts them at increased risk of attacks against their lives or property.’ Mostyn said the timing of the lax sentence was especially disturbing ‘as Canada’s Jewish community reels from a series of bomb threats against our community centres, inspired by the same hateful ideology that drives Mr. Topham.’” (Canadian Jewish News, March 14, 2017)

Free speech in Canada? The right to dissent from perceived orthodoxy? You have to be kidding?
 
The snoops and censors of B’nai Brith sniffed out an article in a London, Ontario Arabic magazine, Al Saraha, that questions the numbers that have now formed a doctrine of the new religion of holocaust — namely, 6-million. B’nai Brith howled. The compliant London thought police, er “hate squad”, (yes, we really have political police in Canda, never mind all the phony window dressing about the rights of freedom of speech and freedom of the press in Trudeau Sr.’s fraudulent  Charter of Rights and Freedoms) hop to it and investigate. Advertizers are contacted and, being firm believers in free speech, promptly jump ship and abandon the poor Arabs.. Liberal politicians, ever sucking up to the Third World vote, suddenly find themselves embarrassed and promise to pull future advertising. Actually, it all looks good on the multicultural crowd. Don’t confuse their stated commitment to “diversity” to mean diversity of opinion.
 
And the pathetic publisher is left babbling that he really didn’t know what was in the article and claimed he didn’t know Hitler is alleged to have killed six million Jews. [Come on, even the most inattentive high school student has had this number drilled into his head as our education system often demeans our own European history but slavishly peddles the tribal history of a special group.] It’s a sordid story all around.
 
The London Free Press  (July 21, 2016) reports: “Condemnation is raining down on an Arabic magazine in London after it published a column questioning the Holocaust, the Nazi murder of six million Jews during the Second World War. But while the London police hate crime unit is investigating, and a national Jewish group urged Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne’s government — an advertiser in the publication — to distance itself from the monthly Al Saraha, its publisher says he was unaware of the facts and apologizes to Jewish people.‘I didn’t mean to reject something that happened historically,’ Abdul Haidi Shala, speaking in Arabic translated into English, told The London Free Press on Thursday.’I was curious to know why Hitler killed Jews during the Holocaust, so I read through his article and I found information,’ the publisher said. …

B’nai Brith Canada, a national Jewish human rights organization, complained about the piece in the magazine’s June-July issue, with its chief executive calling the column “despicable” and “hateful.”

While some Holocaust deniers flatly reject that Adolf Hitler and his Nazi regime in Germany ran a campaign to wipe out Europe’s Jews, complete with notorious death camps that were killing factories, others quibble over the numbers killed and the history behind it.

The piece that ran in the London monthly falls into the second category, an English translation shows, describing the six million killed as ‘a number of impossible magnitude’ and blaming ‘Jewish propaganda’ that ‘managed to spread it and establish it.’

Shala, the magazine’s owner and general manager, said he didn’t know that the facts in the piece, which he said was written by an Egyptian journalist for another publication, were incorrect.

London police confirmed hate crime investigators are reviewing the piece, whose disputed edition carried a prominent Ramadan message by Premier Kathleen Wynne and members of her governing Liberals, and a smaller ad by hometown MPP Deb Matthews, the province’s deputy premier. … London Const. Chris Loizides confirmed police are investigating whether a Criminal Code offence occurred. …

[ Ontario Liberal cabinet member Deb] Matthews issued a statement saying the Ontario Liberals were ‘completely unaware’ of the magazine’s intent to publish the piece when they bought advertising for Ramadan greetings, and condemn ‘in the strongest possible terms’ the ‘anti-Semitic and homophobic views’ in the piece. [One wonders whether Christian publication can expect Christmas greetings from the wildly pro-homosexual, anti-Christian Ontario Liberals?]

‘I assure you that our caucus and I will no longer purchase advertising space in this publication,’ she said in the statement. …

A provincially-funded London agency that helps immigrants, the London and Middlesex Local Immigration Partnership, condemned the piece Thursday and yanked the magazine from its resource list for newcomers.

[B’nai Brith CEO Michael] Mostyn called that move and a statement by the organization’s co-chair, saying it doesn’t condone racist and homophobic views, a ‘positive step.’”

And thus works thought control in politically correct Canada.

Whatever happened to a good old letter-to-the-editor to set the magazine straight. However, the apostles of the tyrannical tribal religion of holocaust do not discuss or debate. And heresy is severely punished.

If this were a matter of historical FACT, it ought to be debatable. Indeed, the number of Jews allegedly killed in WW II has fluctuated wildly. Initially, a figure of 11-million was claimed; then, it was 7-million.By the 1970s, with the creation of the new religion of holocaust, the figure of 6-million became dogma. To question it might mean prison, job loss or fines in  Germany and France — a situation suggestive that we are not dealing with history here but tribal legend. After the fall of communism, documents from Auschwitz revealed that the death toll there, formerly claimed at 4-million (about 70 per Jews) was actually about a million . Applying the same 70 per cent figure, this would reduce the Jewish death toll, from all causes, by some 2-million, but,strangely, this never reduced the 6-million  figure. This is a mathematical miracle unparalleled since Jesus, we are told, multiplied five small loaves of bread and two fishes to feed a multitude of 5,000.

If this were merely Jewish tribal history, the figure wouldn’t much matter. They can tell one another whatever they like. However, as the new religion of holocaust is imposed on the West, it has implications — guilt mongering, a free pass for Israel, huge reparations payments. As such, it does become of matter of concern to know or. at least, discuss and debate whether what we’re being told is the truth.
