They’ve been changing dates lately. ——————————————- o0o————————————————-EVENTSMillion March for Children Report and Next StepsREPORT About 120 of us gathered at Gyro Park at 9 a.m. and with Mary Lou as emcee, many members of the audience came to the mic to share their stories. There was a counter-protest group from SOS Pride who tried to drown us out with their loud singing and chanting, but we prevailed. Some reasonable individuals from both groups spoke with each other, and in some cases, found that we have some of the same concerns, in particular, the protection of our children. One big difference between those who are well-meaning on both sides is in who and what we see as the threat to those innocents. Another big difference is in where our funding comes from. Pro-SOGI groups receive funding and support from governments with money extorted from taxpayers, and those unions providing support and extorted funds from compulsory membership dues. Our rag tag groups depend on the donations at rallies and through individual contributions to specific freedom groups and initiatives like Druthers, Vaccine Choice Canada, Action4Canada and the other hundreds of worthy causes we become aware of almost daily. Two local reporters showed up at our Million March event. Thank you to Joe Fries (Penticton Herald) and Gord Goble (Penticton NOW) for fair and balanced reporting. While Pastor Artur maintains his innocence, with plans to appeal his conviction, he felt Justice Gordon Krinke delivered a fair sentence which credited time-served in pre-trial custody allowing him to walk out of the courtroom a free man. Pastor Artur is coming out of this stronger then ever, determined to continue to expose evil, seek justice, love mercy, feed the homeless, serve his community, and to work at the political level to protect faith, family and freedom. R v David Lindsay s. 266 Criminal Code Assault
Court trial update:
Two days for final submissions were originally set for Dec. 13, 14, 2023. Apparently, the judge was not happy with this and forced a short hearing two weeks ago. At this hearing, she insisted upon a hearing date before then. This date has now been set for Sept. 12, 2023.
Further, she demanded that I provide all my submissions in writing to the Crown prior to that date. That is not going to happen.
Had a hearing taken place as schedule on Dec. 13, I would have simply showed up with my submissions.
I am not going to give my defence to the Crown months or even weeks in advance for Mr. Grabavac to start e-mailing every prosecutor in the country for Crown responses and help. That is neither fair nor just to me.
Meanwhile, the Attorney General filed her Motion to Strike my RCMP challenge and served me on Friday morning with it. Her claim is that it is moot (ie: the reason for it no longer exists) or would have no impact on the trial.
The Crown is dependent in my case upon all law enforcement by the RCMP, including investigation, interrogation of witnesses, and Crown Report. If the RCMP have no jurisdiction, because policing is a Provincial matter under s. 92 of the Constitution Act 1867, then all evidence obtained was obtained without jurisdiction to so do, and must be thrown out. Once that happens, the Crown has no evidence to rely upon, not that it has any to begin with.
The informant was an RCMP officer. The Crown is trying to claim that under s. 504 of the Criminal Code anyone can lay an information. That is true…but the informant did not lay the Information as a member of the public or ‘anyone’, he laid it in the capacity or as the person of an RCMP officer. Being so, again, once determined that the RCMP have no jurisdiction in B.C. then the Informant also had no power to lay the Information against me in that capacity.
Although a Provincial Court cannot strike down legislation, if the judge finds it to be unconstitutional, they simply cannot apply it pursuant to s. 52 of the Constitution Act 1982.

Update — Petition to ban Kelowna Protest/Rallies
David’s Documents now up on the website! The document titled “Response” is the legal argument David has filed.
The Response or legal argument, to the Petition is now up as well as all supporting affidavits. One affidavit needs to be corrected however as it is not appearing properly formatted for some reason on the site. That will be corrected shortly.
The City is attempting to rush this into a hearing the week of August 28, however as I told the City’s counsel, it is likely to take 5-8 days for hearing of my Constitutional Challenge and other defences. It is simply not possible for me to be ready in this time period in any event.
This has now been adjourned to the week of Oct. 10 (no specific date is given until Friday the week before). Shortly, I will be filing my SLAPP application. This is done under the Protection of Public Participation Act of B.C. Essentially, it was passed to prevent governments like the City of Kelowna, from trying to stop people exercising freedom of expression and criticizing these governments, exactly what is happening here.
Once I have filed this Application, I will let everyone know and post it online as well. It will likely take a full day to be heard, and I believe that this Oct. 10 date will also be adjourned as the legislation requires that no other steps in the case can take place until this is heard.
This is the biggest attempt to control our freedom of speech and assembly in history.
The media has already confirmed to me that they were instructed by the Gov’t not to print anything contrary to the Gov’t COVID-19 narrative. If they deny us our freedom to protest where it is most effective, then other cities will follow likewise by banning our protests, and without any media assistance, the Gov’t will be free to do whatever it wants with no public exposure. Pure Communism. This is the most critical time in our struggle for freedom….right now.

My name is Stef and my husband Jorne and I own a home at the end of Meadow Creek road in Celista BC. The fire department and forestry lit a back burn around 4pm on Thursday Aug 17th knowing there were 30km winds coming. No news outlet is talking out this. My husband has been monitoring the winds and the Adams creek fire for weeks. On Tuesday Aug 15th we knew the winds were coming. The fire was approx 15km away from us. We don’t know who decided to light a back burn knowing the wind forecast. They lit a 14km back burn right to our back door and never notified us. My dad who lives in Kelowna knew about a “out of control back burn” before we did. They didn’t even come to tell us. They notified the locals by posting it on a piece of paper at the gas station.
At 845 pm we saw the fire just over the ridge. And by 12pm it had reached meadow creek road and was in back yard. Without the back burn we could have had a whole day to prepare. We did have sprinklers up, water tanks loaded and generators ready to go. We knew we were pretty much on our own and would not receive much help. The fire department did come down the road and were there briefly. Once they deemed the fire out of control they left. When the fire came into the valley we watched it burn up the sides of the mountain due to the humidity dome created with all the sprinkler and water. The fire department abandoned us. About 2 hours had passed when some locals came down our valley with resources and help. I was notified the fire department was sitting in a field having coffee so I went t to get them. When I got there I asked them to come help us, told them the situation.
One of the firemen told me they wanted to help but had orders to sit. I yelled at them to get in their trucks and come help us. They said they would. I went back down the road to notify our crew they were coming. I sat and waited but no one came. About 15 minutes had gone by so I went back up the road and found them sitting about 1km away. They told me they were assessing the situation. I asked how they could assess if they couldn’t see it? I again asked them to come help and they finally did. Everyone ran around putting hot spots out. We wore water packs and half masks with headlamps for the next 3 days making sure our houses made it through.
In the initial days after the “superfire” the locals were able to get water, gas and supplies but now there is a heavy police presence. They have the roads blocked off saying they are preventing looting. The locals are being told to return to their homes. They are not allowed to be helping at all. There are spike strips on the roads. Police blocks everywhere. There are people trying to get essential supplies in such as water, gas and food by boat. They are being turned away. Police are patrolling the roads and water. They have the gas stations blocked off.
We need the real story to get out so we can get help.
We are more than equipped to help put this fire out but are being stopped. We need resources such as gas, diesel to keep us going. They’re trying to starve us out so they can let it burn.

NOTE: Similar incidents occurred in the 2003 Okanagan fire. It appears that the management prefer to let these fires get out of control rather than stop them at source, in the hopes they will burn out. They rarely do and get out of control, then they all pat themselves on the back for all the dedication to put them out.
Now no doubt there are tons of committed firefighters doing their best – it appears this is a top management and financial issue.

Many people believe that the COVID-19 issue is over – and it is not. Freedom is a multi-generational struggle, where we hope to leave a better place for our children. Other serious issues are lurking ominously in the near future that we will need to focus on: 15 min cities; legal actions; digital ID and digital currencies to start. These will require ongoing research and production of signs and materials for public education. The digital ID and currency issues are two of the most critical and going to involve significant amounts of education for people.

The advantage of delivering this time of year is that nobody is hanging out in their front yards except for the odd snowman.

Grab a free small Kelowna mapbook that can help you get situated. Your cell phone will be tracking and tracing you. Learn how to read maps again
You will be provided with a printed google map of the area you will be delivering to. Bring a yellow marker to indicate which streets you completed. You may run out of papers or you may end up with extra
We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants
Sign up as a Volunteer to participate in one of the many focus groups we are working to organize. Most people are too busy to commit to fighting for freedom. I guarantee you will have plenty of extra time after Canada becomes a full-fledged communist country and your jobs & businesses are gone. Time to add freedom-fighting to your list of priorities. Much of the help needed can be done at home and even one hour per week will be helpful. Even if you don’t want to join a specific group, maybe you have something you can offer to help out. In case you missed events this past week …
We had the full set of the elementary Tuttle Twins books there to continue our discussion of the law and economies represented in these books. We looked at the concept of “spontaneous order” through a story about the simple pencil – a product that could never be made by any single person, but which involves the collaboration of thousands of people in the production chain, each of whom may not even know any of the others.
Just as we were setting up, a gentleman came by who raised goats as workers (not for food but for lawn mowing). That attracted more than half a dozen families with children wanting to pet the goats. Mary Lou invited a couple of them over to look at the Tuttle Twins, and one six-year-old was enthusiastic about having The Miraculous Pencil read to her while we were waiting for the late arrivals.
Afterwards, we sat and discussed some of the concepts in the books and the original sources on which they were based. There was some interest shown in restarting a book club like the one we held in 2021 about the classic book The Law by Frederic Bastiat. News of any book club will be posted as we learn about it.

In case you missed events this past week …
Laureen has become quite excited about the potential for adult learning in Tuttle Twins books and shared an overview of volume 1 “The Law” at last week’s rally. She intends to keep bringing her set of books to each rally so everyone has a chance to flip through them on their own. Mary Lou purchased a few sets of these books during that last super sale of Tuttle Twins books and will bring a few sets to this Sunday’s rally for those who wish to have their own sets.
Shawn Buckley was a guest speaker on BC Rising the week before talking about the dangers of Bill C47, concerning regulation of the Natural Health Products and what needs to be done to protect that industry. You will find further on in this email, Laureen’s brief recap of that Zoom call and links to the full session for those who want to learn more. Bill C47 is another piece of legislation to fit the political agenda of making sure that big pharma holds on to its Intellectual Property (patent protection), and they have buried in the Bill, clauses that attack the Natural Health Products you rely on regularly.

His lawyer, Michael Alexander has been doing a phenomenal job getting witnesses like Dr. Peter McCullough on the stand as an expert witness. Dr. McCullough also tore apart any of the studies presented by the prosecutors’ expert witnesses, by using the same data their studies used, but saying that he has come to an entirely different conclusion from the data. Lawyer Michael Alexander also won major points on Freedom of Expression Rights and the lack of any description of “standards of practice” in the rules of the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons, effectively tackling either of those reasons for punishing Doctors for expressing their own opinions. This is high drama and crucial to the potential success when these cases reach the Supreme Court. The results could affect every medical professional and potentially every other case where a professional has spoken out against any government overreach. Their Mission Statement says it all. ——————————- o0o————————————- Shawn Buckley – The Attack on Natural Health Products Laureen shared some of her notes with us on the recent BC Rising Zoom call featuring Shawn Buckley. We paraphrase Laureen’s notes here: Natural Health Products Protection Association NHPPA – has three videos in which Shawn Buckley / Constitutional Lawyer talks in depth about Federal Bill C47 / The Budget Bill and how sections 500 to 504 will have a devastating impact on all Naturopathic Doctors and Natural Health Products. https://nhppa.org/As a guest speaker in the BC Rising Zoom meeting on July 19, 2023, Shawn talked about how Canada’s drug laws are there to protect “Intellectual Property” and not the people. With Bill C47, the Government is trying to do the same. Bill C47 is not about ensuring that Natural Health Products are safe, it is about making changes so that the Government can protect the Intellectual Property (patents) of the Big Pharma.For instance, White Willow Bark is a natural pain killer. Bayer wanted to be able to somehow patent this, so they isolated one specific part of White Willow bark, then added other things to the part they isolated which they then called the finished product “Aspirin”. In so doing, they were then able to Patent it. Bill C47 sections 500 to 504 are also about creative ways to collect fees from Natural Health Providers and Health food stores etc. Those same fees they will be collecting will be used to help fund Health Canada in controlling Natural Health Products in the manner that best protects Intellectual Property. Most of Health Canada’s budget comes from fees. This is a conflict of interest and Bottom Line Health Canada is basically a Trade Association which deals in “Rent Seeking”. “Rent” in rent-seeking is based on the economic definition of the term, which is defined as economic wealth obtained through shrewd or potentially manipulative use of resources.Shawn also criticizes the Bill C47 SOS Postcard campaign, which does not talk about the fees which are the real issue of Bill C47. He also says that the SOS postcards don’t ask to repeal this bill and other than sending these postcards to MP’s, they don’t ask for any other actions to be taken. Shawn also said that because the SOS postcards don’t mention the real problem with bill C47, MP’s are receiving them and looking into the matter only to find that what the postcards are saying is not what is actually taking place. Shawn calls the SOS postcards an ineffective campaign as it misses the real problems and it makes people think they are taking real action when they aren’t. In addition, the Canadian Health Food Association, which sponsors the SOS campaign also gets funding from the Federal Government. (Editor Note: The CHFA is a membership organization with both very large and very small businesses as members, with the larger organizations providing most of the membership dues. This makes it a helpful tool for supporting the larger corporations which could benefit the smaller players out of the market.)Health Canada has tried twice before to get complete control over Natural Health Products. First in 1997 then again in 2004. I remember signing a petition in 2004 against this. The NHPPA fought back hard on this and won. However, out of that came the regulation of Natural Health Products. Fast forward to today. The Government is using a new tactic by including the control of Natural Health Products in the Budget Bill as their other attempts to do so by separate Bills, failed. They think people won’t notice if it is included in the Budget Bill along with other unrelated items.I highly recommend everyone go to the NHPPA website and watch the 3 videos with Shawn Buckley. I presume that there will be many many folks all over the lawn of the Legislature so our message would get lost in the crowd.
Now three years to the day when I first attended a gathering of dissident voices there, by no means am I discouraged from witnessing
We know that it took the perpetrators years, to manufacture the myth of the SARs2Covid19 thing, secretly. What’s coming out is irrefutable hard evidence proving that it most certainly was a crime against humanity. My own calling – and that of my friends who have the Gift of Government, is – to tell the truth.
The major breakthrough lately, is the Grievance Board of the Canadian Armed Forces ruling that the way forces personnel were mistreated during the Covid HOAX, was gross violation of Charter/ civil rights. Immediately thereafter that declaration a lawsuit was originated in Federal Court with 300 Claimants versus His Majesty the King / the federal gov’t. It will take years to grind along, with some individuals settling out of Court. Doesn’t matter. Good news, is the Plaintiffs have already declared they WILL NOT sign a non-disclosure agreement. the mills of the gods grind slow, but they grind exceeding fine
At issue in the case, is : evidence of harms caused by the Quackzeens. Even though Victoria BC has a large military presence, you didn’t read that in the Timely=Colonic newspaper, though, did you? ! Which is why our presence at the Gates of the City / the Legislature is precious. Asserting our rights to freedom of Speech, particularly, the Press, and to association, with hard copy form via DRUTHERS newspaper which is the Free Press The People’s Friend the Tyrant’s Foe. Lots of cheering for all the Wins of the Week. Open Mic. Sarah shared about the difference in the meaning of love in our lives since the beginning of the COVID plandemic. Paula listed the things anyone can do to reduce toxins in your home environment, and how to eat more healthily, even if you can’t afford organic foods all the time. It was a rousing round of “one more things” for anyone wanting to come to the mic. Lots of laughs, cheering and heart-felt hugs followed by 13 of us going out for dinner together proudly wearing our “Resistance” hoodies. (It was chilly that day. )
Monday, June 19 – “Unacceptable” documentary at the Oliver Theatre
Thanks to Gary, Laureen, and a nudge from Shar, we were treated to one of the most moving and inspiring films about the lasting legacy of the 2022 Truckers Convoy. There were tears; there was applause; there was booing and hissing at certain points and cheering at others, and the message that love conquers all came through in a most powerful way through the brilliance of Benjamin Haab, the producer of the film. Watch for it on line in the coming months. You will find heroes there. True heroes.
Tuesday, June 20 – Protest at Kelowna city hall against a petition to ban CLEAR events in downtown Kelowna
About a dozen of us carpooled in 5 vehicles and met up with The Resistance convoy in West Kelowna to make a very welcomed, high energy, high-five circuit or two, cheering on, then joining the large, colourful crowd already gathered in front of city hall. David Lindsay and Ted Kuntz gave rousing speeches to the crowd, with police and bylaw officers standing by. The few anti-protesters soon ran out of steam. Best of all, Klaudia, the Global News reporter provided a very fair picture of what the protest was all about. .

I have one very simple thing to say…THE KEY IS THAT WE ALL SAY NO TOGETHER!!! No matter what they try, we must say “NO” at the same time! I am not an expert on money or bartering! However, it can’t hurt to at least start thinking and talking about what you would do in this scenario. Assuming you refuse to get any form of digital ID or digital currency and you can no longer work or go grocery shopping…what would you do? You don’t have to know the answer right now, but there’s no harm in thinking and talking about it. Doing this will provide you peace of mind and prepare you so you can say “NO” when/if this scenario plays out. Start planning: Even if this scenario doesn’t play out, what harm is there in planning? If you have spare money to purchase gold and silver, consider that. The smaller pieces could be very useful for bartering. What is something you can grow or make now that would be good for bartering? Maybe start becoming an expert in just one vegetable or one type of alcohol, Or start to stock up on an item that might be good for bartering like coffee, tobacco, tea etc. Network locally with people who are already growing their own food or have a skill that will be useful in this scenario. Help them in exchange for knowledge. It can’t hurt to grow your skill base regardless of what the future holds. Use this as a motivator to learn a new skill. Everyday Tips! Use cash as much as you can. See step 1 for more info on this. Fiat currency has its flaws, we know! But this is still a good way to show them that we’re aware of their ploys. Delete all payment methods from your devices (apple pay, digital bank cards etc). If enough people stop using these convenient services, it will send a message. Talk about it…raise awareness. The cash and digital ID topic is a very good conversation starter.
