Dear Friends,

Today was a fruitful day electioneering at the University of Toronto, though I don’t think I am getting too many votes at this place.

Two of Canada’s potential lawyers, judges, politicians chasing Bill Whatcott and trying to get him to leave the U of T Faculty of Law building after some woke women who I assume were law students freaked out upon recieving my election material

At the Faculty of Law I started my electioneering on the top floor and worked my way down. On each floor students were studying at tables or having lunch and I would leave one of my flyers with them. I also slid my flyers under a number of doors as I walked down the hallways. I noted lots of sodomite pride flags around the Faculty of Law and maybe this explains why our judges and prosecutors think Gospel flyers critical of sodomy at an unGodly pride parade are a bigger threat to society than drug trafficking or auto theft.

Anyways, when I got to the library I handed out some of my election flyers there and then I noticed a few of the women who received my flyer started freaking out and reporting me to the librarian. I gave one to the librarian as well and walked out as she started babbling something or another at me. Then I went to the main floor and was blessed to walk into a cafeteria full of what looked like faculty members and students eating and socializing with eachother. I started giving my election flyer to people there and it wasn’t long before more women freaked out and then the two young men in the picture above started following me and tried to make me leave. Anyways, the young men disengaged after I took their photo and told them I have a Charter right to be there (R. v. Whatcott (W.), (2014) 464 Sask.R. 105 and R v Whatcott, 2012 ABQB 231 ). I handed out a few more flyers in the law faculty and then I made my way to the faculty of music.

I’m not much of a music connoisseur. I pretty much only listen to Christian pop or if I’m in the mood I might listen to my Florida trailer park sensation buddy James Carbonaro’s “Vote Bill Whatcott” song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3phrifalAI.

Anyways, the University of Toronto Faculty of Music was sort of a surreal experience. As I strolled up and down the hallways of the Faculty of Music what I heard seemed to be classical European music, violins, pianos, etc… I would poke my head in some classrooms and would see students, often young Chinese women, playing classical musical instruments and I would leave them my election flyer. But while going up and down the hallways and hearing this type of music my eyes would be assaulted with sodomite pride stickers littering the doors and windows of the Faculty of Music. And I had to ask myself what does celebrating buggery have to do with Beethoven?

Anyways, I leafletted the entire Faculty of Music and then headed back to the Faculty of Law to get my bicycle so I could go and electioneer in some of the surrounding neighbourhoods and then I ran into this campus security guard.

When I saw the guard looking at me and in possession of a fist full of my flyers I decided to try to take a photo of him. He didn’t like that and tried to block his face with my flyers and tried to tell me I am not allowed to take pictures of him. I note when he was telling me that I can’t take a picture of him, he was doing a bad job of trying not to look like he was videotaping me. Anyways, I told the security guard I did not appreciate him stealing my flyers from students who needed them to make an informed vote, and I asked for my flyers back. To my surprise he gave them back to me. I handed a couple more flyers out to people standing in front to the Faculty of Law building and then I got on my bike and rode off to some neighbourhoods north of the University to make them aware of my Christ centred, conservative, pro-life, pro-heterosexual, pro-gun, pro-animal eaters rights, candidacy.

Anyways, I might get one vote from the U of T!

A young Christian fellow who wasn’t in law or music but rather math messaged me on Whats App and asked to do a coffee with me. When I got to the coffee shop he begged me not to cause a scene or expose that he was talking to me. Anyways, I promised him I keep people’s identity confidential if they don’t want to be publicly identified with me and I assured him that I could have a coffee without causing civil disorder. Anwyays, we had a nice conversation over coffee on the best strategy to protect Canada’s unborn children. We both agreed all unborn children needed to be protected, but maybe disagreed on how best to get there. My young friend believed we needed to pass a total abortion ban and should not support any law that offers anything less. I agreed that outlawing all abortion was a laudible goal, but I believe in a secular country like Canada we should be a little more pragmatic and realistic about what we can achieve.

I think getting any law on the books ie, 3rd trimester abortion ban, gender selective abortion ban, anything…, is worth supporting, as some children could be saved with these measures and of course we can still work towards making all abortion illegal eventually. Anyways, it was nice to talk to a young man who obviously is engaged with issues near and dear to my heart. He didn’t promise to vote for me. He said he was considering who to vote for. It seemed he was considering either me or the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) candidate Andy D’Andrea.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the PPC and even though I would like his vote, I didn’t try to discourage the young man from giving his vote to the PPC. Their leader Maxime Bernier is a true conservative. In my view, Mr. Bernier showed tremendous courage and integrity when he was arrested during the lockdowns for trying to hold a political rally in defiance of totalitarian public health orders. Though Mr. Bernier is not as pro-life as me, he has publicly stated his opposition to late term abortion, and he is willingness to outlaw the barbaric proceedure; unlike the Federal Conservatives who consistently protect late term abortion. Mr. Bernier welcomes pro-lifers into his party and refuses to cancel them when the media gets hysterical about something they might say, unlike Federal Conservatives who have thrown many pro-life MPs and candidates out of their party when they say something deemed too controversial (honest) for the legacy media’s liking.

But, in some ways my campaign is more truth oriented than the PPC campaign. I’ve seen their flyers aound the riding. They are silent on the sodomite agenda’s assault on our conscience and speech rights. They are silent on the unborn child’s suffering and Canada’s baby holocaust. I’m the only candidate publicly speaking about these issues.

Tomorrow, I should be able to get the last of my flyers into needy University-Rosedale mailboxes and then I will be at my friend Brother Phil’s house on election day, April 13th for a victory celebration as the election results are made public!

I have one more hearing before my trial at the Ontario Superior Court, 361 University Ave, Toronto, ON. It will be Monday, April 20th, 9:00 am

My so-called “hate crime” trial is slated to start May 25th and will run until June 12th, at the Ontario Superior Court which is in my University-Rosedale riding, 361 University Ave, Toronto, ON.

If you wish, you can certainly pray that I am the sitting Member of Parliament for University-Rosedale when I go on trial.

Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada, condemned the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, stressing that ‘no bodies were found’ at residential schools.

(LifeSiteNews) — People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier has condemned the residential school “genocide” narrative as a “hoax” on Truth and Reconciliation Day.

On September 30, as Canada observed the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Bernier pointed out the absurdity of celebrating a holiday based on the residential school “genocide” narrative, which has since been proven false.

“On this ‘National Day for Truth and Reconciliation,’ let’s remember that no bodies were found, that the residential schools ‘genocide’ is a hoax, and that reconciliation requires an end to the bs, the victim mentality, the fake white guilt, and the grifting based on it,” he posted on X.

Many Canadians commented under his post, thanking Bernier for his post and voicing their support of abandoning the holiday.

In 2021, former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau installed September 30 as the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, making it a federal statutory holiday. At the time, the Liberal-funded mainstream media began promoting inflammatory and dubious claims that hundreds of children were buried and disregarded by Catholic priests and nuns who ran once-mandatory residential schools.

Canada’s Residential School system was a structure of boarding schools funded by the Canadian government and run by both the Catholic Church and other churches that were open from the late 19th century until the last school closed in 1996.

While some children did tragically die at the boarding schools, evidence revealed that many of the children passed away as a result of unsanitary conditions due to underfunding by the federal government, not the Catholic Church.

Now, four years later, there have been no mass graves discovered at residential schools. However, following claims blaming the deaths on the Catholic clergy who ran the schools, over 100 churches have been burned or vandalized across Canada in seeming retribution.

Since then, the Canadian government has quietly backtracked on its claims, refusing to publicly acknowledge its mistake.

Furthermore, as LifeSiteNews previously reported, internal emails revealed that federal workers questioned the residential school narrative as early as 2023 despite gaslighting Canadians who were suspicious of the media’s claims.

The Leaders’ Debates Commission published its final decision yesterday, and guess what: I’ve been excluded from the TV debates.

It was all rigged from the start of course.

We knew it when they changed the criteria from the 2021 election two months ago.

If you recall, on the basis of the previous criteria, I would automatically have been allowed to participate, since the PPC got 4.9% of the vote in the 2021 election, and one of the criteria was to have received at least 4% in the previous election.

But that criteria was removed and replaced with new ones that made my participation much less likely.

According to the Commission, the PPC does not have enough support in the polls to justify inviting me.



Frederick, populist parties and politicians everywhere are being deliberately targeted and excluded by the globalist establishment.

This week, the French populist leader Marine Le Pen, who is favourite to beat Macron in the coming election, was barred from running on dubious fraud charges.

In the US, the establishment did everything they could to keep Trump away from the White House, including try to kill him.

In Romania, a populist presidential candidate was also barred from running a few weeks ago.

In Germany, the second largest party in last month’s elections, the populist AfD, is being unfairly shunned by all the others.

And here in Canada, they rigged the rules to exclude me from the debates and deprive the PPC’s 840,000 voters of a voice.

It’s more important than ever that we reach voters through podcasts and social media, instead of relying on the legacy media.

As I tour the country, I continue to do 2 or 3 podcast interviews every day, in addition to my daily press conference and events with local supporters.

And our social media team are flooding the web with memes, clips, and posts about our bold platform.

Today Justice Paul Rouleau released his verdict on Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act to violently crush the Freedom Convoy one year ago.

Rouleau concluded that Trudeau’s use of the Act was justified.

In a delirious statement, he claims that it was reasonable to believe that this peaceful and joyful protest posed “a threat to the security of Canada”!

I have to say, I am profoundly disappointed, but not surprised.

Justice Rouleau was hand-picked by Trudeau to oversee the inquiry. We can’t forget that Rouleau has a history as a Liberal activist and worked with former Prime Minister John Turner.

This Commission was not independent, as it should have been. It was Liberals investigating Liberals.

Is anyone really surprised that Liberals protect their own?

At the end of the day, the findings of Rouleau don’t really matter.

We all know that Trudeau would not have resigned even if the Commission had found he overstepped his powers.

We all know that Jagmeet Singh would not have held Trudeau accountable by withdrawing his support and forcing an election.

No matter the findings of this illegitimate inquiry, Trudeau’s actions of one year ago exposed him as the tyrant he is.

He crushed peaceful protesters with police horses.

He threw people in jail on false charges.

He froze people’s bank accounts without due process.

The Freedom Convoy forced Trudeau to show his true colours.

It exposed the opposition, the NDP, Conservatives, and Bloc as incompetent and incapable of holding the government to account.

Frederick, we must replace these corrupt politicians with People’s Party MPs willing to govern in the best interest of all Canadians!

Maxime Bernier Hails the Anniversary of the Truckers Freedom Convoy

One year ago today marked the beginning of a historic moment in Canadian history.

The beginning of the largest human rights protest Canada has ever seen.

The beginning of the most inspiring act of civil disobedience I have ever experienced.

The Freedom Convoy.

After 2 years of government tyranny, of lockdowns and travel bans, of curfews and stay at home orders, of governments pitting families and friends against each other, of propaganda and psychological manipulation…

Brave Canadian truckers started a movement that would wake up a nation and inspire the world.

Starting in the Western heartland, they drove east. The line of trucks and cars grew as they passed through each city and province.

Patriotic Canadians gathered on highway overpasses, waving flags and raising homemade signs.

A year ago today they began to arrive in Ottawa.

The corrupt hacks and career politicians that walk the halls of Parliament were reminded that these buildings, this country, belongs to us.

They were reminded that Canadians are not just serfs paying taxes to support their insane globalist projects and inflated MP salaries.

We are a proud people not to be treated like slaves or cogs in some broken machine.

Trudeau smeared the protestors as racists and misogynists. “A small fringe minority with unacceptable views”.

The fake news media painted it as an “occupation.” They claimed the citizens of downtown Ottawa were being “terrorized” and lied about protestors committing arson and other crimes.

But I was there in person. I experienced it first hand.

And I can tell you, it was the most beautiful, peaceful, and patriotic event I have ever seen.

After two years of misery and discrimination, of being separated from friends and family, there was a special sense of love and togetherness in the streets of Ottawa.

People were proud to be Canadian again.

But just as pride and patriotism was resurging in Canada, Justin Trudeau stomped it out, like a campfire at the end of the night.

He gave himself unprecedented powers, meant to protect Canadians at times of war.

He did things that should never be done to peaceful Canadian citizens.

He weaponized the financial system, shutting down fundraisers and freezing people’s bank accounts without due process.

Storm troopers took to the streets, shooting journalists with tear gas and trampling people with horses.

Pride in our country evaporated. We were reminded the tyrants are still in control.

Even though the Freedom Convoy was violently crushed, it was still a brilliant success.

Public opinion had turned. Provincial governments started to quietly drop mandates and restrictions.

We must not forget about what the tyrannical Liberals did to us. What the NDP and Bloc Québécois enabled. What the Conservatives failed to oppose.

We must recapture the fervor and passion of the Freedom Convoy and start fighting now to make change in the next election.

We must replicate what the Freedom Convoy accomplished. After filling the streets of Ottawa with the People, we must fill the House of Commons with People’s Party MPs.

Two-week trial underway today in Saskatoon against Maxime Bernier and dozens of other protestors for peaceful protests

SASKATOON: The Justice Centre announces that the trial of the Honourable Maxime Bernier, leader of the Federal People’s Party of Canada, and dozens of other protestors charged for attending an anti-lockdown rally in Saskatoon on May 9, 2021, started today in Saskatoon.

The trial is being held in Centennial Room ‘B’ at TCU Place, 35 22nd Street East, Saskatoon, and is scheduled to run for two weeks.

On May 9, 2021, a peaceful outdoor protest against government violations of Canadians’ constitutional rights and freedoms was held near the Vimy Memorial in Kiwanis Park. The Saskatoon Police Service aggressively targeted the protestors by posting images of many of them online, and subsequently issuing dozens of summons tickets, each with a $2800 fine. Later, Saskatchewan prosecutors also issued charges via Criminal Code Information against 46 individuals.

Justice Centre lawyers represent 23 of the defendants at this trial, including Mr. Bernier, a Saskatchewan freedom advocate Mark Friesen (known as the Grizzly Patriot), and Darrell Mills.  On behalf of Mr. Mills and a young mother who attended outdoor protests, Justice Centre lawyers argued a constitutional challenge in the Court of Queen’s Bench (now King’s Bench) to the Saskatchewan government’s strict restrictions on outdoor protests on June 29, 2022.  The Court’s decision in that matter is pending.

Meanwhile, Saskatchewan prosecutors are continuing to pursue charges against individuals who attended even small anti-lockdown protests.  No charges were issued to people who participated in protests for other causes that exceeded the 10 to 30 person limits the Saskatchewan Government imposed on outdoor gatherings.  In the next six months, Justice Centre lawyers are scheduled to defend protestors in more than a dozen other trials scheduled in Provincial Courts in Saskatchewan.

“There is no legal or medical justification for the strict numerical restrictions imposed on outdoor protests in Saskatchewan,” states Marty Moore, a lawyer with the Justice Centre.  “Yet, an incredible amount of public resources, including prosecution and court time, has been committed to prosecuting protestors. The targeting of these protestors is not on the basis that their protests were a health risk, but rather because they expressed opposition to the government’s unjustified restrictions on Canadians’ constitutional rights and freedoms. Not a single transmission of Covid has been associated with an outdoor protest in Saskatchewan, and yet the government continues to go after protestors for exercising their constitutionally-protected freedoms of expression and peaceful assembly.”

. The People’s Party and Canada (PPC) & the Conservative Party of Canada both backed the students. Brescia University, a Catholic college have strongly come out in support of them.

 They initiated a “Storm the phone lines” campaign this morning and gave out the Provost, President & VPs phone numbers and emails along with all the numbers of top admin…. all top admin have locked their twitter accounts because of so much messaging. Then Brescia University, a Catholic college (governed by Western U and a Western affiliate) dropped their VX mandate this afternoon and made masking optional.

Students have organized a protest for Saturday, according to the Instagram account students4agency, which is using the hashtag #ENOUGHISENOUGH to protest the mandates.

“(We) will not be backing down any time soon,” reads one social media post. “We’re prepared to support alternative peaceful demonstrations in the coming weeks if necessary.”

The backlash has prompted the student government to intervene.

“The USC (University Students’ Council) is aware of students’ concerns about the recent COVID updates shared by Western University,” USC president Ethan Gardner said. “We are in the process of collecting feedback and elevating student voices to decision makers.”

However, the school’s faculty is supporting the mandates. In a statement on Wednesday, officials said “our priorities are to keep everyone safe and to minimize any disruption to teaching and learning which might result from widespread outbreaks.”

One of Western University’s affiliated campuses, Brescia University College, will not require students to wear masks or show proof of vaccination.

“Our top priority is our students’ ability to access an inclusive and empowering education,” Brescia’s president, Lauretta Frederking, wrote in an emailed statement. “As it pertains to masking, Brescia expects students to act in accordance with their personal comfort levels and specific health care needs.”

Greetings,I was in a meeting a couple of days ago and the Dutch Farmers are asking for a world wide protest on July 23rd, 2022 in support of their fight to save their farms and our food supply.  I am currently on vacation but I managed to put up a quick website and will be following the protest locations as they pop up.  I really would like to have one in Burlington and or Hamilton but I will still be in Atlantic Canada where I hope to join one.  Please spread the word and stay tuned.  If you can organize signs and a Rally in your city let me know or make plans to go to Toronto or Slow Roll Moose Jaw to Regina as those are the two I know of at the moment.

Since our founding, the People’s Party has been on YouTube, and I’ve been posting to it for over a decade, back when I was a Cabinet Minister. YouTube is a great way to reach people.

But they’ve gone too far with their censorship.

In the past month, we’ve received two strikes to our channel for promoting what YouTube calls “covid misinformation,” in two videos that were recorded last year.

These were the episodes of the Max Bernier Show where I interviewed Dr. Roger Hodgkinson and Dr. Julie Ponesse. Two serious persons with an interesting viewpoint.

But YouTube simply doesn’t want us to discuss anything that covid fanatics find controversial. So our account has again been frozen for two weeks.

The promise of social media and the internet was that it would give us, the people, freedom to communicate and free access to all types of information.

But now, we seem to be going in the exact opposite direction. Information and knowledge, discussion and debate, these things are being more and more restricted by Big Tech companies.

Viewpoints that threatens the globalist elites’ narrative are actively removed, and dissidents are cancelled.

I’m not going to put up with it anymore. That’s why we’ve decided to move to other platforms.
