Tomorrow night in Toronto, Canada’s largest food bank is hosting a debate about hunger and food prices — while banning the PPC candidate who wants to challenge the dairy cartel.

Daily Bread Food Bank is hosting the Beaches—East York all-candidates debate.

There are six candidates on the ballot. Only four are being allowed on stage.

PPC candidate Michel Lachance is one of the two being excluded.

And here’s what makes this especially outrageous.

Daily Bread lists Dairy Farmers of Ontario among its largest in-kind food donors, while every party it is allowing on stage supports supply management — the government-protected system that keeps milk, eggs and poultry artificially expensive.

The PPC is the only party that wants to end it.

At a debate supposedly about hunger and food affordability, the one party willing to challenge this system is the party they don’t want Canadians to hear from.

That’s why we need your help tomorrow.
