Ontario School Board Trustee Challenges Meeting Ban, Announces Reelection Bid

An Ontario school board trustee who was banned from attending all meetings between June and September 2022 is challenging the board’s ban in court along with running for reelection this fall.

Mike Ramsay, a trustee of over 30 years from the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB), said in a statement that he has filed a “Notice of Application for Judicial Review” to challenge the WRDSB’s “unconstitutional behaviour” in court, and that he is running for reelection “to give parents, students and staff their voices back.”

“This nonsense must stop!” he said. “Trustees have a duty to secure the best public school experience for all children in this region, not silence different voices.”

The WRDSB trustee board voted in June to ban Ramsay from meetings until Sept. 30 for breaching the Trustee Code of Conduct in a way that it would not disclose.

The board said it learned of Ramsay’s alleged breach in an anonymous “complaint” filed in February 2022. However, in his statement, Ramsay said that his fellow trustee Laurie Tremble had filed it. “To this day, the Board is too embarrassed to publish the complaint, the Integrity Commissioner’s report, or even the name of the Integrity Commissioner! It’s effectively an admission that the six trustees and the complainant have something to hide,” Ramsay said.

“In my opinion, the Board’s decision is unfair and the complaint has no merit. It also contravenes both my right to free expression under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and your rights as voters to fair and diligent representation on the Board,” he said.

Ramsay also said in his statement that the WRDSB trustee board is full of members pushing for political ideologies instead of for their constituents.

“The majority of the current Board are sacrificing public interest in favour of a boutique ideology,” he said. “They abused and weaponized the Board’s rules to silence their opponents.”

Ramsay spoke out against the board back in January after a WRDSB teacher who questioned the age-appropriateness of certain library books was barred from entering her school and ordered to work from home.

The teacher, Carolyn Burjoski, voiced concerns that the books contained sexually explicit material.

Ramsay supported Burjoski’s motion that the board review the library books and criticised chair Scott Piatkowski for hastily silencing Burjoski.

“The chair and majority of my colleagues have been exploiting for political gain the fears and concerns of not only our transgender friends and neighbours, but also friends and neighbours that are asking legitimate questions,” Ramsey told The Epoch Times in a previous interview.

The Ontario school board trustee elections are on Oct. 24.

            HAMILTON, August 15, 2022. Paul Fromm, a former educator and Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression declared his candidacy for Mayor of Hamilton in the upcoming October 24 municipal election. His nomination papers were filed with the City Clerk, August 11.

            “I am running for Mayor for several reasons. Hamilton City Council has become arrogant, secretive and out-of-touch. It insolently, at times, refuses to hear citizen input during the section of meetings set aside for delegations. A representative — councillor or Mayor — should LISTEN to concerned citizens.           Traffic gridlock is a costly as well as nerve wracking problem for the entire GTA. The causes are twofold: mass immigration over the past 40 years which has more than doubled the population of the GTA and politicians, at all levels, who have failed to build the infrastructure — roads, expressways, hospitals, and housing — to accommodate the influx. “The City of Hamilton must speak truth to power,” he adds, “and insist that immigration be tied to massive expenditures to accommodate the newcomers.”

          ” Individual freedom, for me, is a lifelong commitment. Since April of 2020, I have attended End the Lockdowns and End the Mandates freedom rallies, often many times in the same city, in 15 cities in Ontario and British Columbia,” he adds. “I was a proud supporter of the Truckers’ Freedom Convoy and, on a frigid Thursday, January 29, joined thousands of other Hamiltonians, to cheer the convoy on its way to Ottawa.”

What can we do now?

First, we wrote letters and contacted authorities to warn them of the Plandemic hoax.

Then we realized all the authorities were participating in the hoax.

We held multiple protests at various key locations and rallies every weekend. Now we are banned from protesting at these various locations and rallies consist only of the hard-core folks and people who truly know, “It ain’t over”.

Marcus Ray tried to unite Canadians to take action only to have critics proclaim that Canadians should do nothing to stop the slaughter.

Most of us can see the writing on the wall. We are feeling the calm before the next storm. What should we do? Sit on our hands and wait patiently for the murderous government to finish their killing spree until they have reached their depopulation goal? Then, peacefully wait for them to come for us using any means available to them?

We know that force will be necessary to take down the traitors in charge. But force should be coming from our military and police, not from ordinary citizens. Now, these organizations have been exposed as complete failures of epic proportions. The whole world has now witnessed Canada’s completely useless system of law-enforcement that not only sat by and watched but also aided & abetted their own government to establish a Dictatorship that maimed and murdered millions of its citizens at will.

This is a blight in Canadian history that will likely grace the historical Wall of Shame for centuries to come. Every complicit officer will have blood on their hands and shame on their conscience for the rest of their lives. You, however, will be part of God’s army of heroes on the right side of history. But what can we, as ordinary citizens do to win this war?

Political Defiance is still our most powerful “weapon.” Simply not complying to anything and everything that violates your rights takes power away from the government. If the majority of Canadians told the tyrants to “go pound sand,” it would be the beginning of the end. The more people do this, the faster the regime will crumble. We need to get the truth out as much as possible by distributing various forms of literature throughout town. The best non-confrontational way to do this is by becoming a “Mailbox Warrior.” Come and grab the various newspapers and pamphlets at the CLEAR Booth on Saturdays and make it part of your freedom mission to deliver these in various neighbourhoods throughout town.

Have mask pamphlets on you to hand out to the lost souls still wearing them. Deliver the Rally cards that discuss the jaw-dropping Grand Jury series that exposes EVERYTHING. Take some of the NOL’s (Notices of Liability) and deliver them to various establishments that need educating. Give the NOLs to various business owners now while you still can get in. It will be much more difficult once mandates are back to haunt us.

Regardless of what any Freedom group attempts to organize in order to show force in numbers, you as an individual can make a HUGE

difference by simply sharing knowledge.

Never under-estimate your power to save Canada!

AFT union promotes method for teachers to help kids change their pronouns without parents knowing

The American Federation of Teachers union also included ‘two-spirit’ as a gender identity

The American Federation of Teachers promoted the use of a pronoun card which included a question of whether the student wanted their parents to know about their pronouns, Fox News Digital has learned. 

The AFT’s “Share My Lesson” website promoted using the cards in an “all” grade levels section, such as middle school. “Something as simple as a Student Introduction Card could make a student feel seen and affirmed,” the lesson, by the AFT’s Vision and Mission of the Identity Affirming Classroom Team, said.

The “Introduction Card” asked whether the student wanted their pronouns used when calling the student’s parents. 

“Can I call you this name outside of class?” the card said. “May I use these pronouns when calling home?”

I-ACT “believes an equitable learning community must engage and nurture authentic, inclusive relationships that cultivate student identity… [and] affirm the whole person.” 

In a list of LGBTQ+ vocabulary, the I-ACT included “two-spirited” as a gender identity and said it means a “mixed-gender consciousness that results from being born with both a male and female soul; people with two spirits inhabiting one body through a continuum of gender identity variations and attractions.”

“Gender pronouns, while not always stagnant throughout the year, can be equally important to a student’s identity as the pronunciation of names, language of origin, race, or nationality,” I-ACT said.

“The harsh reality is that language can be an act of oppression or an act of resistance. When marginalized groups experience oppression in the classroom through misgendering, not only can it be difficult to feel safe enough to learn, but sometimes it can also be reflected in the suicide rates of young people.”

The AFT also published an article in June on “AFT Voices” about the pronoun cards. Amber Chandler, who is a president of a union affiliate of the AFT, said, “It is still not the norm in my middle school to ask the simple question: Which pronouns do you prefer?”

“I’m embarrassed to say that I did not ask that question on the survey I gave students and families at the beginning of this school year, but I plan to add that for next year,” she said. 

“Years ago, I quit assuming that my students’ parents were necessarily the people raising them, and I decided to go with ‘family’ or ‘cheerleaders’ or ‘supporters.’ It has made a world of difference for the people whose nontraditional family structures were always left out. I believe that asking for pronouns is going to do the same thing.”

Fox News Digital reached out for comment from AFT but did not immediately receive a response.

TORONTO: The Canadian Constitution Foundation is in the Federal Court today seeking the disclosure of information which goes to the heart of the government’s decision to invoke the Emergencies Act on February, 14, 2022. 

The CCF will seek an order for the Attorney General to deliver unredacted documents, including minutes of the Incident Response Group and Cabinet meetings leading up to the declaration of the Emergencies Act. 

The government invoked cabinet confidence, and subsequently, national security privilege over many documents relevant to a judge’s determination of whether the government was justified in declaring a public order emergency. 

“The government’s failure to disclose wide swaths of evidence that go to the question of whether it was justified in invoking the Emergencies Act is an attempt to evade meaningful judicial review. Municipal Politicians – Part 3

Now that you have picked your six talking points and know them well, it’s time to promote yourself. If you haven’t yet started attending council meetings every week, what are you waiting for? It’s time to brush up on that part of the job so you can find out what kind of topics are being discussed and get to know the present council’s attitudes and opinions about various subjects. Some of these people may end up becoming your co-worker after this election.

But remember, the Totalitarian Tip-Toe has been creeping in for years. Many

authoritarian policies have been enacted behind closed doors that you won’t

know about until you scratch the surface. Right now, most of the general public are not aware of these policies because they rarely encounter the situations that expose them. So why worry about this? Because they are designed to silence you and make it impossible for you to demand accountability.

One example of this is the fact that councilors can ignore your concerns if they don’t like the topic. You don’t even get to bring it up since questions are vetted beforehand. Why do you think council has never once acknowledged Plandemic-related issues? They have received correspondence from concerned citizens but have the power to ignore what they don’t want to talk about.

The other example deals with the un-accountability of law enforcement and security officers. If one of them commits an offence, good luck identifying these people. Certain positions have no identification whatsoever and even though the employee is obligated to identify himself when asked, he doesn’t. If you have a run-in with a Sheriff who only has a badge number, you will be stone-walled by his supervisor who will conceal his identity to prevent you from seeking justice. As for police, they are “policy-enforcers,” NOT there to serve and protect YOU (contrary to public delusion.)

Anybody in a uniform, who may have a badge and/or weapons, represents some level of authority and law enforcement. When they are left to go rogue, as they have noticeably been doing the past couple of years, the city they patrol becomes a dangerous place for its citizens. We are now one step away from a police state. As a newly-elected Councilor/Mayor, you have the power to turn this around.

The more money you can budget for advertising, the more you can afford to market yourself. People need to put a name to a face. And just as important, they need to know what that name and face stands for. You can do mass mail-outs to every address in your jurisdiction. A simple pamphlet with your picture (colour preferred) listing your six general talking points with matching feasible solutions is a fairly inexpensive, minimal effort way to promote yourself.

If you want to use lawn signs, make sure your last name is BIGGER than your

first. And make it generic so you can re-use it for another election. For example: “Vote for (your name) this election” (don’t put dates.)

Tell everyone you meet to vote for you. Have your pamphlets with you to hand out everywhere you go. Announce your candidacy at every opportunity. Be prepared to deal with Mainstream Media. They will either ignore you or slander you (as they have already been doing to some.) Learn to ignore their derogatory comments/questions and say something positive about your platform. NEVER engage with Mainstream Media, they are nothing more than mindless minions pre-programed to attack your character and dismiss your message.

For example, if they say something like “Sir, you’ve been observed on many occasions at the anti-vaxxers’ Saturday rallies, are you an anti-vaxxer?” You could answer “Thank You (minion’s name) for acknowledging this. One of my subjects of concern is poor maintenance of public facilities and parks just like Stuart Park. Broken garbage cans and disgusting washrooms only get attention once every four years JUST before the next election. I want to ensure that all public-use items are regularly maintained and repaired so they can be enjoyed by all year-round, every year.” You’ll get your message across and it will drive the minion crazy.

If you are successful in entering the Demon’s Den, you will need to maintain a high moral compass. You will discover how many secret meetings take place that constituents will never hear about. You’ll see countless confidential provincial government directives that drive local decisions. You’ll be privy to all kinds of dirty laundry; and you get to start draining that swamp!

IF WE FAIL

We have said repeatedly that if our generation fails, there is no new generation coming up behind us, that has the intelligence to oppose the Government corruption and criminal activities we are witnessing today. If we lose, everyone will lose.

Historically, succeeding generations have had the benefits of intelligence passed along from their previous generation, combined with newly acquired knowledge and experience, to increase subsequent knowledge and intelligence—with the benefits of increasing inventions and ideas to make our lives easier and more rewarding.

For the first time, the next generation (today’s) is dumber than the generation that preceded it (ours). Their basic knowledge of math, history, science, Constitutions, law, English, grammar, geography etc., is so far below our generation, that it may be impossible for them to catch up – and their generation (our grandchildren) may have no chance at all.

The next generation of grandchildren are further being confused at birth as to the binary male/female nature of gender, supplying children who are sexually misinformed from the moment they enter the school system. This alone, should provide all of us with the continued desire for freedom to oppose our corrupt and criminal governments today.

It should further provide a basic and fundamental reason for every parent to be involved and/or run for their school boards and municipal councils.

Canadian school children, youth and early adults, are not much better, while the Communists looks laughingly upon us, knowing that their day of invasion draws close, as our people are too dumb to even defend themselves anymore.

On a sad note, now six (6) doctors (up from four) recently have died shortly after mandatory vaccines were required for their fourth shot. Notwithstanding, the MSM continues to either ignore this situation, or portray it as a “coincidence”, or try and blame the deaths on previous co-morbidities. If these previous co-morbidities existed, these doctors would not have been working.

One recent doctor had been participating in marathons and many other strenuous outdoor events and was only 27 years of age. Healthy doctors do not just die, unless they have been injected with experimental vaccines.

In 2021, a Trudeau-created body, the COVID Recovery Unit, consisting of 20 persons, was instructed by Trudeau to recommend to the PM that COVID restrictions be imposed on travel. This body is not registered anywhere, has no website, and is virtually non-existent in any Government records.
