Accountability

When you don’t have this in societal establishments, Communism will grow. The concept of freedom is an invisible thing. You only realize you’ve lost freedom when you try to exercise a God-given and Constitutional right and find yourself accused of being a criminal for doing so by the judicial system. A couple with a child were mocking the Freedom Rally last Saturday by dancing on the side-walk and claiming “we’re free… what are you complaining about?” They can’t see any chains around their ankles so are under an illusion of freedom. For over two years, they’ve been bowing to government’s infringements on their rights, so now they are fooled into thinking that they are free when government lets them stand up straight again (temporarily).

Communism seems invisible at first until you start shining lights in dark corners. But where are these dark corners? Everywhere that involves government and law enforcement. Every place where power can be found. On their own, ordinary people don’t create Communism. But ordinary people who work for entities that hold power help to grow a Communist state when they accept and enforce situations that allow those in power to avoid accountability. And your freedom pays the price.

“Big Business” with rich owners and thousands of employees is simply not conducive to individual freedom in the long term. As the Big Heads at the top take all the decision-making away from their employees, workers must do what they are told or be fired. If your ideas and input are not valued or considered for contribution to the success of a company, you stop caring. This entire business model was doomed from the start, while governmental organizations are a prime example of redundancy and duplication where accountability gets lost in a maze of bureaucratic red tape.

The lack of accountability has become evident to me as I find myself navigating through this community from a different perspective. Here is what I have learned about or experienced this past year:

  • City Council: If you have an unpopular issue that councillors don’t want to deal with during council meetings, you will not be given an opportunity to speak. You can write, email or call but CANCEL CULTURE prevails. We used to have media to help us make noise when we felt ignored in the past. But now media’s mandate is to ignore you.
  • Commissionaires & Security companies:

These are nothing more than bullies with uniforms. They don’t follow any particular Code of Conduct. They don’t know the law. Some can barely speak English. But they can harass you and tamper with personal property without justification. They are obligated to identify themselves but don’t. Are there repercussions for this behaviour? They are protected through secrecy by their superiors and you are prevented from communicating your concerns.

  • Bylaw Officers: These are now municipal gestapo directed by a political agenda to harass and intimidate law-abiding citizens who practice civil disobedience in response to criminal governmental actions. They are actively collaborating to compile an exhaustive list of evidence against people who don’t consent to having their rights and freedoms violated by the state. They will stoop as low as to fabricate lies to back up their “evidence” in order to ensure a guilty verdict.
  • Sheriffs: These seem to reside mostly at the courthouse where they can assault you without provocation and although they have an identification number on their vests, their superiors will also protect their identity to prevent you from demanding accountability for their actions. Anonymity is always a great opportunity for abuse of power.
  • RCMP: Any esteem held for this organization in the past has morphed into disgust as we have witnessed the lack of critical thinking these officers possess. If you try communicating with any of them with regards to our current situation, you will experience first-hand the robotic, rehearsed and condescending rhetoric they have been taught to use when dealing with the public. It literally sounds like a pre-recorded voice message you get when you press a number option on your phone.

Understandably, we’ve all been guilty in the past of using the “it’s not my problem” attitude to justify not getting involved with unpleasant issues unless they affect us personally. We were busy, we had more pressing priorities, we didn’t need more hassles to deal with. However, the result of this general complacency is that it is now EVERYBODY’S problem.

What can you do? Don’t be overwhelmed by all the challenges we face. Instead, focus on the little things you can do to demand accountability. Learn about your rights and Canada’s common law. When you know the facts, you can stand firmly in truth. Then, you’ll feel more empowered to deal with individuals who wear costumes and call themselves Mayor, Councilor, Commissionaire, Bylaw Officer, Sheriff and RCMP.

Municipal Politicians – Part 3

Now that you have picked your six talking points and know them well, it’s time to promote yourself. If you haven’t yet started attending council meetings every week, what are you waiting for? It’s time to brush up on that part of the job so you can find out what kind of topics are being discussed and get to know the present council’s attitudes and opinions about various subjects. Some of these people may end up becoming your co-worker after this election.

But remember, the Totalitarian Tip-Toe has been creeping in for years. Many

authoritarian policies have been enacted behind closed doors that you won’t

know about until you scratch the surface. Right now, most of the general public are not aware of these policies because they rarely encounter the situations that expose them. So why worry about this? Because they are designed to silence you and make it impossible for you to demand accountability.

One example of this is the fact that councilors can ignore your concerns if they don’t like the topic. You don’t even get to bring it up since questions are vetted beforehand. Why do you think council has never once acknowledged Plandemic-related issues? They have received correspondence from concerned citizens but have the power to ignore what they don’t want to talk about.

The other example deals with the un-accountability of law enforcement and security officers. If one of them commits an offence, good luck identifying these people. Certain positions have no identification whatsoever and even though the employee is obligated to identify himself when asked, he doesn’t. If you have a run-in with a Sheriff who only has a badge number, you will be stone-walled by his supervisor who will conceal his identity to prevent you from seeking justice. As for police, they are “policy-enforcers,” NOT there to serve and protect YOU (contrary to public delusion.)

Anybody in a uniform, who may have a badge and/or weapons, represents some level of authority and law enforcement. When they are left to go rogue, as they have noticeably been doing the past couple of years, the city they patrol becomes a dangerous place for its citizens. We are now one step away from a police state. As a newly-elected Councilor/Mayor, you have the power to turn this around.

The more money you can budget for advertising, the more you can afford to market yourself. People need to put a name to a face. And just as important, they need to know what that name and face stands for. You can do mass mail-outs to every address in your jurisdiction. A simple pamphlet with your picture (colour preferred) listing your six general talking points with matching feasible solutions is a fairly inexpensive, minimal effort way to promote yourself.

If you want to use lawn signs, make sure your last name is BIGGER than your

first. And make it generic so you can re-use it for another election. For example: “Vote for (your name) this election” (don’t put dates.)

Tell everyone you meet to vote for you. Have your pamphlets with you to hand out everywhere you go. Announce your candidacy at every opportunity. Be prepared to deal with Mainstream Media. They will either ignore you or slander you (as they have already been doing to some.) Learn to ignore their derogatory comments/questions and say something positive about your platform. NEVER engage with Mainstream Media, they are nothing more than mindless minions pre-programed to attack your character and dismiss your message.

For example, if they say something like “Sir, you’ve been observed on many occasions at the anti-vaxxers’ Saturday rallies, are you an anti-vaxxer?” You could answer “Thank You (minion’s name) for acknowledging this. One of my subjects of concern is poor maintenance of public facilities and parks just like Stuart Park. Broken garbage cans and disgusting washrooms only get attention once every four years JUST before the next election. I want to ensure that all public-use items are regularly maintained and repaired so they can be enjoyed by all year-round, every year.” You’ll get your message across and it will drive the minion crazy.

If you are successful in entering the Demon’s Den, you will need to maintain a high moral compass. You will discover how many secret meetings take place that constituents will never hear about. You’ll see countless confidential provincial government directives that drive local decisions. You’ll be privy to all kinds of dirty laundry; and you get to start draining that swamp!

IF WE FAIL

We have said repeatedly that if our generation fails, there is no new generation coming up behind us, that has the intelligence to oppose the Government corruption and criminal activities we are witnessing today. If we lose, everyone will lose.

Historically, succeeding generations have had the benefits of intelligence passed along from their previous generation, combined with newly acquired knowledge and experience, to increase subsequent knowledge and intelligence—with the benefits of increasing inventions and ideas to make our lives easier and more rewarding.

For the first time, the next generation (today’s) is dumber than the generation that preceded it (ours). Their basic knowledge of math, history, science, Constitutions, law, English, grammar, geography etc., is so far below our generation, that it may be impossible for them to catch up – and their generation (our grandchildren) may have no chance at all.

The next generation of grandchildren are further being confused at birth as to the binary male/female nature of gender, supplying children who are sexually misinformed from the moment they enter the school system. This alone, should provide all of us with the continued desire for freedom to oppose our corrupt and criminal governments today.

It should further provide a basic and fundamental reason for every parent to be involved and/or run for their school boards and municipal councils.

Thank you Sibille for this link, showing basic questions that Americans are unable to answer. Canadian school children, youth and early adults, are not much better, while the Communists looks laughingly upon us, knowing that their day of invasion draws close, as our people are too dumb to even defend themselves anymore.

On a sad note, now six (6) doctors (up from four) recently have died shortly after mandatory vaccines were required for their fourth shot. Notwithstanding, the MSM continues to either ignore this situation, or portray it as a “coincidence”, or try and blame the deaths on previous co-morbidities. If these previous co-morbidities existed, these doctors would not have been working.

One recent doctor had been participating in marathons and many other strenuous outdoor events and was only 27 years of age. Healthy doctors do not just die, unless they have been injected with experimental vaccines.

In 2021, a Trudeau-created body, the COVID Recovery Unit, consisting of 20 persons, was instructed by Trudeau to recommend to the PM that COVID restrictions be imposed on travel. This body is not registered anywhere, has no website, and is virtually non-existent in any Government records.

Hello fellow Freedom Fighters! Welcome to the first edition of the CLEAR Skies Ahead newsletter column. CLEAR Skies Ahead will manifest when you get involved in your community. By taking action to stand up for your rights and holding people accountable for violating them, you will help create the type of community that reflects your values.

Our society has been steadily sinking into the depths of debauchery, greed and hatred. While good people were preoccupied with family and enjoying life, evil characters motivated by selfish ambition have been working to implement rules and policies that infringe and violate people’s rights and freedoms.

In September 2021, Action4Canada started successfully producing Notices of Liability (https://action4canada.com/covid-liability-notices/) for various circumstances in response to the unlawful Covid Vaccine mandates. At my suggestion, David obtained Tanya’s permission for assistance and helped produce the long-awaited Mask NOL which became available in April of this year. Of course, the mandates had been temporarily lifted by then but many people continue to wear masks out of fear or are forced to at work or to attend certain premises. As long as you have the name of the person who discriminated against you and the date of the offence, you can fill out an Action4Canada NOL and serve it in person or via Registered Mail. We served two Mask NOL’s in April to our Bank Manager for refusing us entry last December 2021.

For many, the NOL’s have been successful while for others, they have been ignored. Now people are asking what to do when that happens. This is where you need to be willing to walk the talk. David Lindsay authored a book called “The Annotated Criminal Charging Procedure in Canada.” This is a compilation of 30 years of research and first-hand experience on how you can file criminal charges without a lawyer. The book is available at the CLEAR booth on Saturdays and online: https://clearbc.org/products/ . David is always happy to answer questions and provide guidance. If you don’t want to do this yourself, you can hire an “awake” lawyer which is expensive and ironically, an extremely rare specimen ever since Canadians’ rights started getting blatantly violated in March 2020.

We need a brave person to not only take a stand, but be willing to follow through to the end. We need to re-establish justice in our corrupt legal system by using the courts to uphold our laws or commit treason by denying them. We WILL win either way because our laws form the pillars of our country and corruption must be exposed before it can be eliminated.

It is becoming more and more frequent in our media and reports to various levels of gov’ts from assorted special interest, Socialist and Communist organizations, whereby unsupported allegations are made against people demanding freedoms, people who simply don’t believe our gov’t narratives, and/or people who are against globalism and prefer our national identity.

Gov’ts sponsor these groups with funding to get the reports that they then rely upon to attack us.

So it is with this Dec. 3, 2021 Report: Anti-Lockdown Activity: Canada Country Profile, written former Gov’t of Canada officials and Socialists/Communists. You can tell by the title page, it is lumping all freedom lovers with haters and disseminators of disinformation. Read between the lines: only the gov’ts have a monopoly on truth and science, anyone else is an extremist and should be in jail.

People and groups opposing the Gov’t COVID-19 narrative to strip of us our fundamental rights and freedoms in the name of Socialism and/or Communism, are portrayed as the enemy, or the “far right”.

“As noted throughout this paper, anti-mask, anti-lockdown and anti-vaccination movements in Canada are commonly propagated by the far-right, as well as alternative media echoing far-right talking points.”

An interesting method employed in these reports and articles, is to outline the beliefs, usually of the extremist elements but even those who simply demand our rights and freedoms be respected. Then the authors attack everything linked to such people, from rallies/protests, to even the few supportive media outlets.

For the most part, no attempt is made to claim that our views are incorrect or wrong, the articles are worded in a manner so that the reader simply gets this impression from reading between the lines.

People who believe in our common law principles of freedom, are portrayed as extremists or the “far right”, as if this is unlawful or wrong.

All forms of “far left” extremism and violence, are either ignored, supported and promoted as being the norm, or associated violence is blamed on us for allegedly causing others to oppose us for refusing to be Socialists or Communists.

Everyone who believes in freedom is characterized as being part of labels that corrupt Socialist/Communist judges have attached to people, or associated with people who truly do advocate stupid agendas or theories, such as “I am a sovereign and no law applies to me”. Virtually no one supports these ridiculous concepts, and those that do, are generally shunned even by freedom lovers.

The “far left” and Antifa members regular incite violence and infiltrate with symbols of hatred, that are then claimed to be promoted by us. One Antifa member will show up with an unpopular sign amongst thousands, and the media will pounce on it claiming that we all support them, in the hope of frightening people away and from also believing in freedom. Underlying the whole agenda, is to simply get everyone to do as their told and accept that they have to give up their rights and freedoms for everyone else, which is pure fiction.

Despite our entire history and present day law, including Constitutional, being founded purely and exclusively on Christian principles, these “far left” organizations and media, as well as gov’t promoted lobby groups, represent those Christians as being a major source of the problem of people refusing to comply with Unconstitutional legislation and refusing to do as their told.

This Report here, specifically attacks Pastor Artur Pawlowski as being “far right” religion. How did our Constitutional Christianity become “far right”?

The attack on Christianity underscores all “far left” attacks on our rights and freedoms. These articles, treatises, and reports from various lobby groups, all seem to attack our actions, and even our stated reasons for so doing, however none of them do investigative journalism to verify our position, and the merits of our position and unlawfulness of the Gov’t’s position, is simply ignored.

Ultimately there are people who believe in our cherished common law rights and freedoms, and our history, and those who want to take it away. Or participate in so doing for their own personal benefits, including employment.

Because these Socialists and Communists cannot debate us on facts, laws or science…they all resort to labelling, name calling, bullying, monopolistic media activities, and similar tactics. That they are so doing, reflects upon the success we are having at refusing to lose our cherished rights, freedoms, properties and Constitutional history.

In a recent News Release this week, linked to above, the Federal Gov’t announced that we no longer require vaccines to fly in Canada. This was leaked to the public on Monday of this week, a day earlier than the Gov’t’s press release.

Already, the freedom social media lines were buzzing with excitement.

HOLD ON – I said. We haven’t even seen the Press Release and/or orders yet. I predicted that they would still require face diapers on these same flights. Sure enough, while the MSM and even freedom lovers hollered in excitement that maybe they could once again travel the country in a reasonable period of time, the Gov’t announced that it would continue to enforce the wearing of masks on these flights. A little comment stuck in the middle of the News Release and ignored by everyone.

I told you so.

For those who love freedom – how can there be any excitement in this announcement? Freedom is all or nothing. No negotiation.

No vaccines but still having to wear masks, is not a victory.

Moreover, look at the wording of this News Release by the Feds, and accompanying media reports.

“Suspension of the vaccine mandates for domestic travellers..”. Notice the word “Suspension”? Or the title of the Global News article, “Unvaccinated Canadians able to board planes, trains as feds pause COVID-19 mandate”. Notice the word, “pause”?

The media trumpeted all over this news as if we are somehow indebted to Trudeau for the “privilege” of flying.

They are telling you right to your face – it is a temporary relief that we are going to take back in the fall.

By the time masks requirements are contemplated being lifted, they will claim that all vaccine and other requirements must be enforced again.

Teresa Tam recently warned that there would be a 7th wave of the non-isolated COVID-19 virus this fall – remember, she has a crystal ball.

So, when the proverbial fan gets hit by you know what this fall, the restrictions will be put back, because they are only temporary and the Feds have the power to take them away anytime they want. Or so they unconstitutionally claim.

In just as worrisome a development, Tyson “Freedom George” Billings was released from jail in Ottawa today after pleading guilty to one count of counseling people to commit mischief, after spending 116 days in jail.

My heart goes out to this man for spending 1/1000th of the time in jail that Trudeau, Henry, Horgan, Dix and hundreds of others should be in.

I’m disappointed to see the guilty plea however. I do look forward to hearing his story if they abused him in jail. This would be no surprise.

What is frightening however is the comments that originated from the mouth of the corrupt judge: “The judge credited Billings with becoming the first person charged during the Freedom Convoy to accept responsibility for his role in the demonstration, calling Billings “the first out of the gate.”

This is a veiled message to everyone, that we are going to force you to plead guilty and if you don’t, we will convict you anyway.

Just what right does an alleged “independent judge” (???) have to insinuate that the rest of those charged out of the Trucker’s Rally, are going to be found guilty?

This is a clear message that the entire judiciary, all of whom wore masks with plastic shielding and bought shares in the kool-aid company, will never give anyone a fair and impartial hearing.

A complaint needs to be made to the Canadian Judicial Council in relation to these comments from Superior Court Justice Robert Maranger, which would lead any reasonable Canadian to believe that the judges are biased against anyone involved in the Trucker’s Convoy that has been charged.

It Ain’t Over

At this time, it cannot be forgotten that the COVID-19 Communist takeover scam continues. Criminals in our gov’ts appear to have given us a break – all the while admitting that they will be back in the fall.

This break has not prohibited these Gov’ts from continuing to falsify charges against and prosecute innocent people who simply refuse to comply. These criminals continue to promote masks/vaccinations at various locations such as hospitals as well. Our goal for the absolute return of our rights and freedoms, will and must continue. Do not be led to believe that it is all over. It is not – far from it.

We urge everyone to obtain a copy of the book, “The Politics of Obedience” by Etienne de la Boetie, written over 400 years ago to obtain an excellent understanding of the power we have by simply exercising our Constitutional right/power to peaceful civil disobedience.

This Constitutional right/power originates from the breach of the Coronation Oath contract with the Monarch.

The End of the Gov’t Office?

At the beginning of the lockdown in 2020, when gov’ts and employers began letting staff work from home, I predicted that, minimally, most gov’t officials would then continue to do so after this was over, eliminating a significant part of our ability to contact our own gov’ts in person. Moreover, because officials no longer work in the same office, there are inherent delays as staff cannot immediately contact others, and home workers decide their own hours to work (aka flexibility), which is to their benefit and not yours.

Sure enough, a Liberal Gov’t poll recently suggests that 43% of workers said they would look for other work if mandated back to the office, and 55% said they would be less likely to accept a new job if required to work from the office.

Of course, cherry picked people are then interviewed to show their support for a hybrid mixture of home and office work. Soon, all relations with our own gov’t will come to a halt as the lines of personal communication are all but denied to us.

And the ongoing situation where you must leave messages and gov’t officials will get back to you when it is convenient for them, will simply continue unabated. Plan for more delays in gov’t services in the future, if you get them at all.

Most people in the private sector, whose work does not involve manual labour, are also striving to work from home, resulting in a two-tiered system where higher paid positions also work from home, while menial workers in construction and retail, must work from the site.

Let your MP an MLA know that you are opposed to gov’t workers working from home while the majority of us are denied this, and what truly is, a benefit, nor a right.

Following on the heels of the Quebec Government’s decision to back off from firing all non-vaccinated nurses, and the New Brunswick Government’s decision to back off their threats prohibiting all non-vaccinated people from shopping even for food, the Federal Government has now retreated from its decision that all truckers had to be vaxxed before January 15, 2022. With at least 12 000 truckers refusing to vaccinate, the Federal Government had no choice but to retreat or face serious supply chain problems.

Anti-Vax Tax

Recently Quebec Premier Legault, pictured demonstrating the size of his brain, has declared that it will impose a tax upon the unvaxxed. In politics nothing happens by chance. Less that one day before Quebec announced its recent health tax, the Minister of Health, who clearly knew this was coming, resigned.

In other words, if you don’t agree to let your employer or the State commit the criminal offence of assaulting you, they will tax you for refusing to be assaulted.

Our concern is that these types of cases begin in Quebec, under their civil code. Then the adverse judgments are applied in all common law provinces. For example, in response, Ontario has recently declared, that they will not follow suit.

These and other provinces are merely waiting to see what happens with the inevitable Quebec challenge under the civil code, to then comply with adverse court rulings, passing the buck onto the courts. It won’t be the last time during this falsified pandemic, that gov’ts have stated a position only to reverse it months if not weeks later. This time, they will simply claim they had to follow the court’s decision.

Quebecers need to oppose this unequal tax on your right to choose what goes into your body.

Constitutional Creep – Declare all provincial offences to be administrative and charge fees to defend yourself

Fundamental principles cannot be set aside to meet the demands of convenience or to prevent apparent hardship

The common law principle above herein, could not be more appropriate to the present situation in our country – on all fronts. Constitutional creep is now the new norm. Beginning in 2013, Alta. began this administrative creep by denial of court protections for drinking and driving. Now they are expanding this to all driving tickets. YOU will be presumed guilty and have to pay to challenge these tickets!!! And if you lose…more administrative penalties. The Alta. Gov’t further intends to expand this to all provincial offence tickets. Drinking was easily sold to the public due to the effects this caused which meant all of us had to forego some of our rights and liberties, (appropriate for China maybe).

Instead of an independent judge, you appear before a gov’t appointed biased adjudicator, with significant limitations on what evidence you can submit, and no appeal process only a limited judicial review. And YOU have to pay for this hearing!

Make no mistake, judges are one of the foremost lobbying force behind these changes. They simply want to see these ‘piddly’ little cases taken out of the courts so they don’t have to deal with them, though the publicly stated reason is to: “make …roads safer while restoring justice system capacity.” Please tell us how stripping you of your fundamental procedural and Constitutional rights to natural justice and procedural fairness, will make the roads safer? By having less people win in court?

This is a cryptic way of stating that due to gov’ts in the past penalizing every action on the highway, mismanagement, judicial laziness, and COVID-19 fear mongering, the courts were backlogged.

Every time changes are made for expediency or for ease, or safety, YOU lose your fundamental Constitutional and/or procedural guarantees. NEVER forget this. It’s like a new menu at your favorite restaurant – you just know the prices are going up despite any new products being offered. Menus are not changed, with corresponding costs, for nothing. Similarly, changes to the system only occur for your detriment. When was the last time you read a statute and said to yourself: “Wow, I’ve just gained more rights or liberties!”?

Don’t think for a moment this won’t come to your province. All courts are backlogged in every province and they will use this as a scapegoat to screw you and make YOU pay up front for it.

With our Canadian governments already starting to vaxx kids as young as 5 years old, much support is needed for parents and teachers both to do what we can to prevent that and to make available the option of homeschooling. Mama bears is actively recruiting volunteers now!

** We will have Notice of Liabilities for signing at the Rally’s – If you need help to start your own Notice of Liability, please ask we have people that can help.

We started the delivery process to all city councillors and need one for the CAO too given we want to be ‘inclusive’.
