We have warned that Christians are increasingly under attack in Canada. The cultural Marxists who own the Supreme Court of Canada and dominate many other institutions “hate” Christianity. Notice there is no talk of “diversity” or “inclusion” or “reasonable accommodation” of the Christian views of Mr. Rau.
 
Catering to the homosexual agenda and the otherly sexed means Christians are targetted for silencing and suppression. After the Jewish anti-free speech lobby, the homosexual lobby is the biggest menace to free speech in Canada.

I’m not surprised at what happened to this righteous man. Jesse Rau is fortunate that he has a church and Pastor who supports him. Still losing a good union job with a pension is huge, especially in Alberta’s new economy where thousands of people are out of work now. I pray God helps Jesse and his family to not only recover from this unjust job loss but to prosper.

I never did fully recover from the loss of my nursing career and I really hit the poverty line when the homosexual activists ruined my carpet cleaning business. It is sad that Canada’s public sector employers are absolutely beholden to the promotion of sexual deviance and that good family men like Jesse Rau have to either compromise and pay homage to Sodom or forfeit their employment. This is more evidence that the homosexual agenda is not really about acceptance, it is about imposing a level of conformity where all will meekly accept the falsehoods put forward by Sodom and where one will surrender their children to homosexual mandated brainwashing. The so-called “Pride bus” was only one cog putting forward the false message that homosexuality is normal and to be celebrated. Canadians are now also expected to embrace the pro-homosexual messages being pushed in our schools, in our workplaces (especially government workplaces), and in our media. The option of just being quiet and hoping to not be noticed is becoming less tenable.

Jesse Rau’s case shows Canadians are expected to forfeit their liberty in deference to pro-homosexual political correctness. Those who fail to conform will face job losses, vilification, and if they are too outspoken a myriad of courts and tribunals to grind them down. Jesse is not alone. Christian teachers have lost their jobs in Canada for not wanting to indoctrinate children into embracing homosexuality. In Ontario one can no longer practice law if they graduate from a Christian University that does not have a pro-homosexual code of conduct.

The Ontario College of Physicians has made it a policy that doctors must refer for abortions even if they believe the practice is the murder of an innocent human being. The college reasoned this policy change upholds the patient’s “human rights.” In reality this move violates not only the unborn child’s right to life, but it also violates the medical professional’s conscience and once again makes it impossible for Christians who believe in the sanctity of human life to work in the medical field.

Can Christian doctors, teachers and bus drivers hope to bring their stories to Canada’s “free press” to find justice? Forget it, beyond LifeSite News all of Canada’s media is completely beholden to the homosexual agenda and Culture of Death. The only hope for Canada’s increasingly persecuted Christian minority is to hope in God and find strength to endure the increasing persecution that is coming to Canada, or Christians will have to consider moving elsewhere.

CALGARY, Alberta, September 11, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) — A Calgary bus driver who is a faithful Christian and married father of two children has been fired from his job after stating publicly last week that he would refuse to drive a city bus decked out by his employer to promote the city’s Gay ‘Pride’ festival.

“They called me in and read me a statement saying that I would no longer be working for them,” Jesse Rau, former Calgary Transit Authority employee, told LifeSiteNews in an exclusive interview.

Two weeks ago Calgary Transit unveiled a “Pride Bus” it had specially decorated with a rainbow paint job to promote the city’s Calgary Pride Festival. A large banner on the side of the bus states: “Ride with Pride” and provides the dates for the celebration of homosexuality, something that Christians believe is a deviation from God’s plan for human sexuality.

Rau came out publicly last week saying that he would refuse to drive the bus if it were put on his route since he wanted no part in promoting what he said was a “very radical sexual movement” that went against his Christian beliefs.

“As a Christian I believe in the Bible as being the Word of God, and it teaches that sexual immorality is sin. I don’t want to have any part in promoting behaviors and lifestyles that put people in more trouble with God than they already are, and that create more brokenness and despair in their lives,” he said at that time.

Rau says Calgary Transit questioned him for 5 hours on Wednesday with what he called “very trapping questions.”

“They were trying to trip me. For 5 hours I played the game because I wanted to keep my job. But they had obviously already made their decision. And the next day (Thursday) around noon early in the morning, they fired me.”

He said the meeting felt more like an interrogation where he was asked questions unrelated to work duties, but rather relating to his personal beliefs and even the opinions of others who had commented on his Facebook wall.

At a meeting yesterday, Rau said he was accused by his employer of misleading the public into believing that he could be fired from his job for refusing to drive the ‘Pride bus’ and for posting what his employer called — according to Rau — “anti-fascist” pictures on his personal Facebook page.

“One picture was directed against the ‘rainbow flag’ movement, indicating how it had turned into a fascist movement, and they didn’t like that,” Rau said.

Rau said he was “shocked” at the reasons given for him being fired.

“None of their concerns related to my work. On the contrary, prior to this issue, I was told that, due to my good work performance, I was supervisor material. To go from awaiting promotion to facing joblessness simply for standing for my Christian faith in a supposedly free country is horrible,” he said.

Rau told LifeSiteNews that he has no chance of appealing the decision since he was nearing the end of a year-long probation period that he had not yet completed. But he is not wavering in his trust in God, he said, but is turning to God for strength to get through this time. He already sees God working through this difficult situation with a prophetic message for Canadians.

“I think this has become a very beautiful opportunity for Canadians to see just how this sexual ideological movement is pushing its views on people, and how Christians and others who have different views are now the victims. This movement is now taking measures that are offensive to almost everyone to force compliance with this movement,” he said.

Artur Pawlowski, Rau’s pastor, told LifeSiteNews that what happened to Rau indicates how the homosexual movement brooks no dissent when it comes to differing views.

“Yesterday they were coming for the politicians, judges, and doctors, today they are coming for the bus drivers, clerks and bakers,” said Pawlowski who comes from Poland and runs Street Church in Calgary.

“Believe me, I grew up in a country (Poland) like ours has become, and I can tell you tomorrow the communists/fascists/dictators are coming for you. Will you let them?”

A vigil for Rau and his family organized by Street Church is scheduled for October 10 in Calgary. Going back to the Maoist madness of the early 70s when the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist) would organize violent assaults on nationalist or anti-communist meetings, there has been an element of the far left that appropriates to itself the right to decide who can organize or meet. 
 
By the 1990s in Toronto, this role had been taken up by  drug-addled street thugs calling themselves Anti-Racist Action or ARA. They fought numerous pitch battles with the police, the Heritage Front and, on occasion in 1999, our monthly Alternative Forum meeting, famously seeking to stop a meeting with “Kennewick Man” expert and Asatru  leader Steve McNallen. [They did not succeed.] From time to time, the ARA worked with B’nai Brith who seek to squelch speakers and ideas through more establishment means of protest — complaints to venues and passing of anti-free speech laws.
 
It seems a nameless — not surprising for such cowards — group is seeking to attack a planned rally this Saturday by the Canadian affiliate of PEGIDA, the anti-immigration invasion group that has staged repeated mass rallies in Germany over the past year. The flowing message appeared on the website of Anti-Racist Canada, who claim not be be affiliated with the ARA. The Anti-Racist Canada (ARC) website is anonymous not surprising for such cowards! — and regularly slanders White Nationalists and other enemies of political correctness.
 
Is violence planned? That would certainly seem a fair interpretation of the language — “SHUT DOWN Pegida Canada” and “Bring flags, banners and noisemakers. … We will send a clear message to PEGIDA: ‘You will not organize in our streets.”
 
And once again, they prove our point: “Anti-racism is a code word for anti-White.” Europeans protesting the invasion of their lands are deemed “racist.”

PEGIDA Canada draws on the same tired nationalist rhetoric. The following story appears on Twitter. It seems that on the morning of September 10 the Peel Regional Police removed a banner suspended from an overpass over the Queen Elizabeth Way that read “Diversity = White Genocide” on suspicion of “hate”. So, now protesting the genocide of our own people is seen by the thought police as “hate”.
 
The constipated reaction of some Tweeters show that some Canadians have little appreciation of free speech. Someone with the handle Sabocat reported: ” Banner saying – “diversity” = white genocide -hanging over QEW this morning Police on the scene removing. …  I was driving so I couldn’t take photos. Called OPP they said Peel was already on it.” So, this cankered soul actually called the cops about a banner.” And, he continued, “There was a Union Jack flying beside the banner. I don’t know but OPP dispatch said it was being treated as a hate crime. So its being taken seriously.”

Another Tweeter, one equally ignorant of the importance of free speech, a Norman Wilson piled in: “And they’re right too. Glad to hear.”
 
Later, others who do get free speech got in on the conversation,. Red Pill Rabbit noted sarcastically: “Its good we have thought police, to prevent crime think. I love Big Brother.”
 
Another calling himself the Right Voice added: “White genocide should be considered a hate crime!”
 
And J.P. Alan noted: “Why did they take it down? Are they anti-white?”

Activist Fined $5,000 for Standing in Front of City Bus Decked Out in Homosexual Colours

Kyle McKee is a long-time White rights activist in Calgary, Alberta. Some years ago, he headed up the Aryan Guardthat staged a number of White Pride marches. Huffington Post Alberta (August 31, 2015) reported: “A Calgary Transit driver, who created controversy over his refusal to drive a rainbow Pride bus, claims he’s become the target of unfounded allegations at work. ‘I feel like people at Calgary Transit are now against me because I stand firmly for my Christian faith and won’t compromise my values,’ said [Jesse] Rau in a news release on Sunday. The annual Calgary Pride Festival kicks off this week, and a Calgary Transit bus has been wrapped in a rainbow flag as a show of support. But Rau publicly said he would have to quit his job if he was assigned to drive the bus because it goes against his Christian beliefs.

On Monday, Rau’s pastor said that the driver was told that a complaint had been filed against him, alleging that he was texting while driving on the job. ‘I am very careful not to text while driving,’ Rau said, refuting the allegation. ‘I am aware that public transit is a blessing to many and I always want to keep the people on my bus safe and secure. It seems like I am being targeted for speaking out for my faith.’ Rau’s pastor, Artur Pawlowski, also alleged thatCalgary Transit had been monitoring Rau’s personal Facebook page. He said the bus driver has stopped using the social platform altogether because he’s afraid of losing his job. Rau is still under probation with Calgary Transit as he’s only been working for the company for less than a year, said CTV News.”

Kyle decided to show solidarity with the beleaguered bus driver and engaged in a brief act of non-violent civil disobedience. He briefly stood in front of the rainbow bagged bus and blocked its way. Four carloads of Calgary’s finest descended on him and issued him a $5,000 (that’s right, five thousand) ticket! He’s accused, in cop speak, of “prevent or interfere with operation of a transit vehicle.” His court date is November 3, 2015.


Mr. McKee explains: “Recently there was a story all over the news about an issue of a Calgary transit driver claiming that it would be against his religion to promote the homosexual life choices by driving a bus that was decked out in a rainbow wrap. The driver was attacked all over the mainstream media and social media for standing up for his convictions. It was as if his religious rights were far less important than those of the gay community. So, I took it upon myself to take a stand and position myself in front of the bus to prevent it from driving. This ended with the police sending four cars lights flashing to give me a ticket worth $5,000.”

Too bad Kyle isn’t a native Indian.
Nothing would have happened to him. As a form of protest, Indian protesters regularly block roads and railway lines for days at a time. They are seldom arrested. Indeed, during the protests by the curiously named Idle No More Indians (it didn’t mean they’d gotten jobs, just gone out marching and protesting) police regularly brought coffee to Indians blocking rail lines near Sarnia, Ontario. Of course, Julian Fantino, the loser of Caledonia when he was head of theOntario Provincial Police, did nothing when armed radical Indians occupied private land in Caledonia. They assaulted Whites and blocked access at times to these Whites’ own homes. Still, the police were more interested in intimidating and chasing away Whites who held protests against the occupation and the police inaction.

CATCH 22: RCMP VISIT BRAD LOVE THREE TIMES IN ONE WEEK, BUT COURT SAYS HE CAN’T TALK TO THEM

On Monday, August 24, I received an urgent call from former political prisoner Brad Love (under Canada’s “hate law” he’d received 18 months in prison for writing non-violent letters to politicians)
 
Brad was in a Catch 22 situation: damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

He’d arrived home from work in Fort McMurray that afternoon and found a business card from the RCMP. He informed his advisors at CAFE, lest he be arrested, passed the word to several others and went out to dinner with a friend.
 
Why, you might ask, did he not take the card and call the cop back? Well, he’s under a probation order from Ontario Judge Kelly Wright forbidding him from contacting or expressing his views to police, media or political groups. [Yes, that Orwellian order was imposed, not in communist North Korea or in some African despotism, but in an Ontario court that gurgles on about Trudeau’s Charter of [very limited] Rights and Freedoms.
 
Specifically, Judge Wright’s July, 2012 order insisted: “Mr.  Love is to refrain from any political speech or commentary to any media  outlet, political, cultural or religious group or organization, or  police organization.“
 
So, strictly speaking, Brad was not supposed to talk to the police. Were they trying to entrap him and send him back to jail. Fort McMurray sees regular killings among its newly acquired Somali community but the RCMP seem to spend an inordinate amount of time and manpower trailing, visiting and harassing the town’s most prominent dissident.
 
Brad continues the account. “On August 26 the RCMP attended my house for the third day in a row to finally toldl me that I’m being investigated for ‘writing to Ottawa officials.’
 
It takes two cops in two cars to do all this? And am I actually being ‘investigated’ or intimidated?
 
I asked them this. I also told them that I am under  their own order as well as a Court order not to communicate with them and, as they had visited me three times to communicate with me, this constitutes a ‘conspiracy to impel an offender to breach  bail/court orders’ and I would be subpoenaing them to my October 26 trial to let a judge hear of this.
 
They were not happy campers upon hearing this.
 
And the beat goes on.
 
Locally, I am dying to have answers to the following questions, yet dare not ask a single yellow-bellied politico or media sap any of them,
 
They are:
 
1. Besides Kuwaiti money being poured into it, is any public money being thrown at the local super mosque that’s being built?
 
2. How much did our Western Summer Games cost/lose?
 
3. What is the true price of our real estate collapse in Alberta?
 
4. Who dares to take on or even discuss all of those ‘Natives only’ hiring practices?
 
5. There are so many Somali shootings here, yet no media attention. Why?
 
6. Who calls for the media’s constant stream of multicult promotion or do they make it all up themselves?
 
7. How many millions of dollars are sucked out of my country by Temporary Foreign Workers sending money home to the Philippines, Jamaica, Africa, etc.?
 
8. And what do banks like the TD, RBC or Western Union make by facilitating such a drain?
 
9. What does our over-staffed $1.25 a ride whoosh transit company lose yearly?
 
10. How many local jobs have been lost due to the $43-a-barrel oil?
 
11. What do so many sickly recent immigrants and their  large broods, whom I never see working, cost my local hospital, schools and welfare system?
 
12. There are many sports and entertainment facilities being built here that no one asked for. What are their final costs to the taxpayers? And how many people will actually use them? Beware of your government using your money to amuse you.
 
13. Why is the Food Bank here always empty?

Paul Fromm, Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression announced today that CAFE had,  instructed its lawyer Andy Lodge of St. John to seek leave from the Supreme Court of Canada to appeal against decision of the New Brunswick Court of Appeal nullifying the bequest of the late Robert McCorkill to the U.S. National Alliance.

“The July 30 decision by the Court of Appeals was dismissive and failed to deal with the substantive arguments and submissions both by CAFE’s lawyer and John Hughes, counsel for the  executor of the estate. In the end, there was no legal precedent for scrutinizing the character of the recipient,” Mr. Fromm said. “This case is crucial for freedom of belief, freedom of speech and property rights,” Mr. Fromm added.

The Court of Appeals decision was short and uninformative.

The brief two paragraph decision concluded: “Having regard to the application judge’s comprehensive reasons and his determination that  the bequest was void as it was against public policy, we can find no justification to interfere. We are in substantial agreement with the essential reasons of the application judge.”

The final paragraph then slapped CAFE with $3,000 in costs ($9,000 total) to each of the parties supporting the nullification of the will on the grounds it was against public policy.

The bequest was deemed “contrary to public policy” because of the politically incorrect ideas of the National Alliance, racial views which are entirely legal in the U.S. where the NA is headquartered.

“After extensive consultations with our supporters in Canada and the U.S., CAFE decided to take this very costly step and seek leave of the Supreme Court to appeal this horrific decision which stomps on free speech and property rights,” said Mr. Fromm.

The Supreme Court grants leave in about only 10 per cent of cases. “However, ” said Mr. Fromm, “this case is of national importance. Its opens the door to endless litigation whenever a bequest is made to a controversial person or organization. It nixes the right of a person to dispose of his property as he sees fit.”

“We were assured by the lawyer for the Attorney General of New Brunswick during the original application that this was a once in a lifetime decision.”

Yet, Mr. Fromm noted, just eight months later, in the Spence case,  an Ontario judge tossed out a will where a Negro preacher disinherited a daughter who had a mixed-race child in favour of her sister who had adhered to her father’s racial views.

The executor for the estate is now appealing this decision.

“This is one of the most serious cases in which CAFE has ever been involved,” said Mr. Fromm. “However, freedom of belief, freedom of expression and property rights are on the line. In the words of Martin Luther,‘Here I stand, I can do no other, so help me God. Amen.” (Hier stehe ich. Ich kann nicht anders.)

The executor for the estate is now appealing this decision.

Tim Horton’s is an iconic and very successful Canadian company. Personally, I like their coffee and prefer it to the wildly overpriced and bitter swill poured out at Starbucks, which, to add insult to injury is fanatically pro-homosexual and pro-Israel.

That being said, Tim Horton’s really disappoints.

1. It is notorious for using Temporary Foreign Workers instead of Canadians. I confronted the Board of Directors about this at their May, 2014 shareholders’ meeting in Toronto. They refused to give me an assurance that, in Canada, “they’d keep employment Canadian.”

2. In February of this year, CAFE exposed and denounced Tim Hortons for having filters in many of its restaurants that filter out “White supremacist” websites, oh, yes, and porn too, as an afterthought. You cannot access Stormfront or American Renaissance. CAFE’s protest resulted in a snotty insolent reply from corporate headquarters. Jon Domanko, Senior Corporate Counsel, provided this reply to a lawyer we asked to protest this policy to Tim Hortons: “In reference to your note below, let me respectively [he may mean ‘respectfully”!] decline your request to change the Tim Hortons Acceptable Use Policy as it relates to wifi available Tim Hortons Restaurants. As a private entity providing a wifi service to guests, it is our contention that it is entirely appropriate to request that guest expressly consent to be bound by the Acceptable Use Policy prior to using the wifi service. If our guests do not agree with the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy they are free not to use the service.” Contrary to Domanko’s assertion, this is not an honour system. Tim Hortons plain and simple has a censorship filter in place.

3. Now it’s clear Tim Hortons continues to censor access to certain sites, including Arthur Topham’s Rqadicalpress.com. I have sadly come to the conclusion that many Big Businesses are heartless and hostile to White interests. They are no friends of free speech or Canadian workers, but huge fans of cheap foreign labour. And have you noticed the shameless support and promotion of the homosexual agenda by our major banks and their advertising promoting and featuring miscegenation — mixed race couples.

Will it ever end? Everywhere we turn these day on the Internet someone is trying to censor you. Now it appears that one of Canada’s oldest coffee outlets, Tim Hortons, has also joined the Zionist Jews in deciding who they will allow their customers to visit online while they’re having coffee and a donut.

Over the past while I’ve had a number of readers email me telling me that when they’re in Tim Hortons they can’t access my website and when they try to they get the following message pop up on their screen:

“inappropriate content”???!!! Says who? Is there someone working in this coffee venue who sits and views every website on the net and makes some subjective, arbitrary decision that they don’t like RadicalPress.com and so they simply block it to spare their thousands of customers from seeing the site?

Well I certainly don’t think there’s anything “inappropriate” on my site and so on August 11, 2015 I sent an email to Tim Hortons at the address they provide in their pop-up window TimHortonsWiFi@timhortons.com saying:

Dear Tim Hortons WiFi,

It has been brought to my attention by a number of my readership both here in British Columbia and also in Alberta that when frequenting your coffee outlets they are unable to access my website RadicalPress.com.

Being a regular visitor to one of your outlets in Quesnel, British Columbia where I live and run my publishing business I have also experienced this. Here is a screen shot of what readers and I see when we go to visit my site and read articles and news stories which I have been publishing online for the past 16 years. (see above)

I am not sure where you have received your information that there is “inappropriate content” on my site but my educated guess is that whatever software you are using for your WiFi system has erroneously and/or possibly intentionally included my website for purely political reasons.

I have ran a publishing business here in British Columbia since June of 1998 and have been online since 1999. While Radical Press is known to be a part of the Alternative News media rather than the Mainstream media this does not imply that the content on my website is somehow “inappropriate”. It may be contrary to the Mainstream media but then that is perfectly legitimate in a free and democratic society such as Canada is.

I would therefore request that you please unblock my website so that your customers can not only enjoy your fine coffee but also whatever news sites that they, of their own free will, choose to visit while they are in your restaurant.

Since realizing that you are censoring my business I have stopped visiting my local Timmy’s and now spend my money at Starbucks instead. I would like to be able to buy your coffee and donuts as I have been doing for many many years but of course I expect you to respect my right to remain in business as well.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter at your earliest convenience.

Good day,

Thank you for your email.
We have received your request and it is in the process of being reviewed.

TimHortonsWiFi@timhortons.com

I immediately replied saying, “Thank you for your prompt reply. I will await your review.”

By August 16 I still had no response and so I wrote again saying:

Dear TimHortonsWiFi,

It is my understanding that you are in the coffee and food industry and not in the business of censoring websites that are legitimate business enterprises.

I feel that you’ve had more than sufficient time to come to what ought to be a very simple solution which is to unblock my site.

We in the Alternative News Media don’t take too kindly to harassment and censorship as that is the main reason why we exist because the mainstream media isn’t doing its job.

I will ask you civilly once again to unblock my site and should I not get a clear answer from you within 48 hours then you will have to bear the consequences of your irresponsible actions.

You have absolutely NO reason to be doing this and ought to be ashamed of your undemocratic, communist tactics.

The next day, August 17, I received an identical reply as I did the first time I contacted them telling me that my “request is in the process of being reviewed”.

Again I replied by stating:
It’s apparent that you either have a robot responding to my emails or else you are not serious in attending to my concerns regarding your censorship actions against my website.

As I stated I would like my site unblocked within 48 hours.

By August 19, 2015 there was still no reply forthcoming from TimHortons so I sent them one final email stating:

Dear TimHortons,

This is my final gesture of good will. You need to ask yourselves whether or not it’s worthwhile for you to be censoring other business’s websites.

I have yet to go online with my planned campaign of telling Canadians and the world at large about your illegal and unethical practises and the boycott of your business.

The following graphic is but a sample of what you will have to deal with.

Please reconsider your position and respond to me immediately or else I will take it that you are determined to block my site.
As of August 22, 2015 and numerous requests I’ve yet to hear back and so I’m taking my concerns online as I advised Tim Hortons.

Obviously whoever is in charge of dealing with blocked sites on Tim Hortons wifi is asleep at the wheel and in dire need of a Extra Large Triple Triple dark roast in order to wake them up.

This is where you, dear friends on Facebook and readers elsewhere can lend me a hand. It won’t cost you a cent. All you need to do is take a moment of your time and send Timmy a brief email asking them to unblock RadicalPress.com. When you do that please bcc me a copy of your email atradical@radicalpress.com so I can get an idea of how many requests are being sent to them.

I’m hoping that if they start to receive more requests than just from me that they will unblock the site.

Also, Tim Hortons is on Facebook as well so maybe those of you on FB might pop over to their page and post a comment regarding this matter.

Your company is well-known around the world as a genuine Canadian symbol and as such carries the responsibility of reflecting and supporting Canadian values.
 

 
One of the most important – if not the most important value – is freedom of speech.  Successive Governmentshave dedicated the country to its preservation and over one hundred thousand patriots have given their lives in its defence, including comrades and relatives of the writer.  For this hard fought freedom to be trashed by dubiously-motivated individuals who in all likelihood have sacrificed little or nothing in building a democratic society in Canada, is both a betrayal and an insult to your clients as well as your esteemed company and the country, especially Veterans.
 
 
 
I recommend strongly, therefore that you reconsider your censorship of Arthur Topham’s Radical Press. I know Arthur to be 100% patriotic, a conscientious freedom-fighter and righteous in all his endeavours.  He deserves acclaim, not abuse.
