RCMP have issued a $2,300 fine against the organizer of a rally against COVID-19 restrictions that took place Saturday afternoon in downtown Kelowna, B.C.

The fine was issued for acting in contravention of provincial health orders meant to curb the spread of the virus, which includes a prohibition on public gatherings, police said in a statement. 

“People in Canada have a democratic right to a lawful and peaceful protest and the RCMP must use discretion when balancing a citizen’s rights with the current potential health risks associated to large public gatherings,” RCMP said.

The rally crossed several busy roadways in downtown Kelowna. Officers were on hand to prevent confrontations between the protesters and nearby residents and motorists, RCMP added. 

CBC News reporters who witnessed the rally estimated approximately 1,000 people were gathered. The protesters held up signs that said “open our churches” and “stand up for freedom.” 

RCMP said they are not releasing the name of the organizer at this time.

In a statement, Kelowna RCMP Supt. Kara Triance said most people have been respecting the public health orders. 

“While we certainly can, and will enforce the provisions available to us under the COVID Related Measures Act, we continue to encourage everyone to voluntarily comply with the provincial health orders, so enforcement is not required,” she said.

My own highlight of the anti-lockdown rally in Duncan was =  the group hug I shared with a couple of gals.  If a picture is worth a 1000 words, then that moment of warmth communicated volumes in this climate of govt.-induced psychosis.  I didn’t get the name of the one wearing the Hugs over Masks shirt,  so = thank you “Miss SuperSpreader” !   Angel spreading Joy and Truth,  that is.   Heather and I were blessed. 

For openers, the master of ceremonies announced that we were expected to ‘social distance’ and that the police had told him they would be handing out tickets. Which was greeted with restrained mirth by the crowd of about 250.    ‘So what?!’  went unspoken.  I glanced at the 6 RCMP officers standing up on the bank, no hats,  all dutifully masked like desperadoes rather than law enforcement.    One of them taking photos.

Ryan Kulbaba came on like gangbusters, delighted at the turnout… livening-up the audience with his trademark “Freedom is essential” chant … calling it “a celebration of rights and freedoms”.  Exactly !    He asked the crowd how many had been to the other rallies… half of us raised our hands.   

Every rally has had a moment when we sing the national anthem.  Particularly dear to me, is, that a bunch of ordinary folks can sing Oh Canada, acapella, on a moment’s notice. This time we weren’t as good as Christie Doerksen leading us in Vancouver, singing her heart out …  yet as ragged a chorus as we were, we proved “seeing is believing but hearing is belonging”.     Ryan congratulated us  “you are all amazing Canadian Patriots”

Then he launched in to excoriating the Pharma-shill   – namely Bonnie Henry – sending her the message that “she will not tell us what to do in our own homes. Those Orders restrictions are NOT the law! We need oxygen to breathe.  Keep protesting. Keep having your voices heard. We have the Charter right to assemble.”   best of all “WE DO NOT COMPLY!”   

He then went in to a quick explanation of how important it is to appreciate that our immune system is the best defence against the Covid case-demic.

I was delighted to hear him get right down to the nittygritty, ie.  “the whole purpose is to crush businesses then get them dependent on CRB” calling it “communism”  At every rally I’ve been to, witty signs are educating the nation that this thing is NOT about ‘health’. The fiat currency of the US of A is at the end of its use-ful-ness to the globalists. Spend time doing your own research =  you will learn that the SCAM-demic is only coverstory for the gigantic Re-set of the monetary system.

An important aspect of each of the 5 rallies, has been :  we are on good terms with the police.  The MC pointed out that, on the march, ‘we do not engage with opponents. This is a peaceful protest. The RCMP will take care of any trouble’  asking the crowd to thank them for being there.  Which got a good round of applause. So far, I’ve attended 4 major rallies since the Panic-demic was imposed.   Each time,  police were present, standing by calmly.  Dave Lindsay set the precedent back in August, in Kelowna.   There –  the local by-law officer and the Inland Health Authority minion attempted to shut down the C.L.E.A.R event in a public park but Dave talked them down from their high-horse. It went ahead with an audience of 200+.  The RCMP were exemplary … playing their proper role of directing traffic while Canadian citizens exercise our rights, unmolested by official-dumb

Witch Henry is on the idiot-tube, daily,  casting her spell upon British Columbia,  pronouncing the Central Party Line >>>  constriction unto death.

But the mere presence of people assembled in public, breathing freely,  undoes that curse.   Witnessing against her wickedness,  David Bentley boldly announced himself a ‘born-again Christian coming from a Christian perspective’… reminding us  “you’re in a war”.  The war he’s referring to, is : the perennial contest of the Ages, between Good and Evil for control of the Planet.  In that battle,  Jesus Christ said he “came that ye may have life, and have it more abundantly”. 

I most strongly urge everyone attend these gatherings while you can. It is not inevitable that the dark night descends upon us.     There is much good information to be had that does not come across a computer screen. The internet is a mile wide but a quarter of an inch deep …  no substitute for the fun of fellowshipping with likeminded folks. Quit worrying how powerful the adversaries are … tune out Doktor Henry droning-on with her fear porn. A smile of understanding shared briefly with someone whose name you may not even know,  remedies her Mesmer-izing. 

Humans go insane in herds : they come to their senses one at a time.  Us showing up at these events, voicing our criticism of the NON-sense tells officialdom everything they need to know, if they were a’listening.   I doubt they are. But your neighbours are. We are leading by example.    Comes to mind Churchill’s quote

 “If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without blood shed, if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival.”

In all seriousness : that is where we are today

The Freedom Rallies across the Country have created what is known in British jurisprudence, as = a good set of facts.   At the Duncan gathering, I spoke with the RCMP officer in charge, Corporal Pharis,  relating what happened in Vancouver, on September 13 when 1000 + people were gathering in front of the Art Gallery. Sgt. Roberts said

“We decided not to enforce the Order today because the Charter is higher than the Public Health Act” direct quote.   Then I asked Cpl. Pharis ‘how come you aren’t handing out tickets ( Violation notices ) under the Public Health Act, for us contravening the Order of the Chief Medical health officer?”  He politely told me “it’s a peaceful crowd”. And that they were “exercising their discretion’.  Meaning … to enforce the Order, or not.   Fine with me!  So we now have 5 instances where 4 police forces did their job condoning expression of our political opinion.  Would this be happening if there really was an emergency?      
The question answers itself. 

In our law, there is a concept known as  “officially-induced error / bureaucratic indifference”.  It is crucial that these gatherings of local dissident voices continue,   regardless of how many warm bodies show up time by time in the Canadian winter.    Money cannot buy advertising like this.   While the good little serfs cower in their dwellings, paralyzed with fear,   we’re stating our case where it matters, on the ground. The so-called “pan demic” is the greatest medical mistake in history.      One of the best signs yesterday, was just the words   “We’re not having it”       So very British !!

The rally had been scheduled to march away at 2 pm precisely. But it was delayed by the first speaker going off on a tangent about the Great Flood of Noah’s Day. So by the time the marchers got back, the sun was getting low in the sky. Realizing that time was tight,  Dr Malthouse kept his remarks concise.  His presence now on the front line of this movement, is brilliant. His letter to Bonnie Henry boiled down the confusion to make the issue understandable to ordinary people.  Let’s see her rationale for subjecting the province to Medico-Stalin-ism
  

I am a great fan of pamphleteering.  So it was good to see Linda Morken there with lots of literature.    The Free Press is is the People’s friend, the Tyrant’s foe  because you never know where it penetrates.  People take it home.  It lasts.


The VaccineChoice court case is underway in Ontario. What’s going on = challenging the fools installed in provincial Legislatures =  is  “lawfare” …  having an independent judge  test the constitutionality of what the fascisti have done.   Such public interest litigation is how we confront the powers-that-Be without it getting ugly.

RCMP were called in as tensions rose outside a controversial event at the University of British Columbia Wednesday night.

The event organized by student-led group Students for Freedom of Expression invited two controversial speakers to attend. One of them was Mark Hecht, who wrote a highly-criticized anti-immigrant op-ed for the Vancouver Sun last month.

The other speaker was Ricardo Duchesne, who has been critical of multiculturalism and Canada’s immigration policies.

But the event was met by dozens of protesters, upset over the university’s decision to give a platform to what they say is far-right hate speech.

“We did get a call from campus security that some of the people demonstrating and protesting were banging on the windows,” said Const. Kevin Ray with UBC RCMP. “There was some pushing and shoving.”

He says campus security called police when things began to escalate.

“When everyone went inside, security thought it was possible that they would smash the windows with their banging,” said Nicholas Kosovic, founder of the group who organized the event. “Some of the attendees were frightened.”

According to the group, about 80 people attended the event.

‘Lawful expression of ideas’

In an email to CBC News, vice-president of academic Andrew Szeri confirmed RCMP had to get involved due to safety and security concerns.

In a statement released last month, the university defended its decision to go ahead with the event.

“Discussion and debate cannot occur without the free and lawful expression of ideas, even those we may fundamentally disagree with, find distasteful or even repugnant,” read the statement.

RCMP say no one was hurt and no arrests were made. Approximately 10 officers responded to the call and had to stay in place until the event was over, Ray added.

CBC News has reached out to Students Against Bigotry, the group that organized the protest outside the event.

RCMP SWAT Team Arrests Canadian Man For Visiting Website Jewish Watchdog Doesn’t Approve Of

The RCMP raided the rural Manitoba house of a military reservist who is suspected of frequenting a survivalist website that advocated preparedness for a possible upcoming civil disturbance:

No charges have been laid against Master Cpl. Patrik Mathews, a member of the Winnipeg-based 38 Canadian Brigade Group, but both RCMP and the military are investigating his alleged ties to The Base, an organization that promotes hate.

Mounties descended on Mathews’s home in the rural town of Beausejour, about 50 kilometres east of Winnipeg, late Monday, ordering him out of his house.

In a video of the raid, posted to Facebook a short time later, a voice can be heard saying: “Patrik Mathews, we have a search warrant for this residence. You can exit the back door with your hands in the air.”

RCMP said later they searched a house in Beausejour and seized a number of firearms, but no one is in custody at this time…

Sarah Lockhart, who lives across the street, said dozens of police officers and a tactical team were at the home across from hers around 10:30 p.m. CT.

“He came out quietly,” she said. “It took them about five minutes to get him out…”

The Department of National Defence is investigating claims that Mathews, an eight-year member of the 38 Canadian Brigade Group, is involved in a neo-Nazi group.

If the allegations are confirmed, Mathews could be forced to undergo counseling or lose his job, among other possible consequences, said brigade commander Col. Gwen Bourque.

“It’s completely unacceptable for [Canadian Armed Forces] members to participate in any activity or have any membership in a group or organization that the members know or should have ought to have known that is connected to criminal activities,” Bourque said Tuesday in a conference call with reporters.

“Every soldier must respect the dignity of all persons, at all times.”

Details of Mathews’ alleged activities were originally revealed by the Winnipeg Free Press, whose reporter went undercover posing as a white nationalist wishing to join the group. According to the report, Mathews has training with explosives.

Bourque acknowledged Mathews, as a combat engineer, has “very rudimentary” explosives training that involves basic understanding of demolition.

Bourque also stressed that Mathews would only have access to explosives as part of sanctioned military exercises. She described his master corporal rank as a “junior” position within the Army Reserves but said he would’ve received leadership training and been in charge of a section of reserve soldiers…

(((Bernie Farber))), chair of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, described The Base as an extreme right-wing North American hate organization.

It’s focused on growing its membership through recruitment and training for violence, he said.

“They consider the alt-right to be not extreme enough,” he said. “They are almost like a neo-Nazi death cult.”

It isn’t clear how many people belong to the group in Canada, but Farber said the size of the group isn’t necessarily the most important detail.

“It only really takes one or two very committed, ultra-violent individuals to create all kinds of havoc,” said Farber.

One of The Base’s stated goals is for members to get into the military in order to receive training and then spread that to others in their group, according to Evan Balgord, executive director of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network.

He said The Base idolizes mass killers and pledges to carry out terrorist attacks to accelerate what they see as a coming race war…

Some experts estimate the membership in The Base is around 50 to 100 members…

The Military Police Criminal Intelligence Section tracked incidents of racism and white supremacy within the CAF from 2013 to 2018. Less than one per cent of the military population was engaged in racist or hate-motivated activities, according to the military police.

Punishment for this type of behaviour ranges from counseling to career consequences, including dismissal and legal repercussions. The military said seven administrative reviews have been conducted related to extremism and racism, which has led to two individuals being released from the Forces.

So Matthews was arrested but committed no crime except perhaps a “thought crime” which apparently is treated far more seriously than an actual crime with an actual victim.  When police go to arrest a common rape suspect, do they surround his house with a SWAT team comprised of dozens of tactical warfare experts?  Need we ask?

Keep in mind that everything being alleged about this “hate group” comes to us from a self-appointed jewish expert on “hate”.  Nowhere is there any attempt to be fair-minded about this group and see it in the most reasonable way.  This group is obviously not preparing to instigate violence; rather, it is preparing to defend themselves and their families when the anti-White violence perpetuated by the Bolsheviks who occupy the Comintern in Ottawa reaches critical mass, and to not prepare for it is the height of foolishness.

Those like Matthews who oppose this destruction of Canada and the replacement of those who built it are dangerous “enemies of the people” who will be diagnosed as mentally ill and given remedial “counseling” or “re-education” per the model of the “former” Soviet Gulag system.

in fact : about 4 years ago, I moved  to Sidney British Columbia.  Driving a taxicab around town gave me a special perspective on the quiet, prosperous charming little burg.   I encountered a certain RCMP officer but I did not know her name at that time.  She was unremarkably just a lumpy broad with a crewcut lesbian hairstyle, in a rumpled regular duty  RCMP brown uniform with the yellow stripe down the pantleg, I’d guess not more than 40 years old. Back in my day  you’d never see an RCMP officer so sloppily dressed. I found it curious that she was obviously in such poor physical shape for a police officer.

A few years later,  I had trouble at the house I was renting ;  street people, to whom I’d rented rooms – not knowing  how verminous they are – had turned on me.  It was pan-demonium.  The cops were there 9 times in the last 3 weeks before I vacated as the place before it was  demolished.  This particular officer, then the RCMP Watch Commander, attended  a couple of the incidents. She was instrumental in cooling-out the altercation by taking charge of the little witch who was the worst troublemaker.   For which I was grateful.  I had no complaint about the officer’s  policing. She was always pleasant to me when we’d cross paths on the street, later.   At that point in time – spring 2018 – the woman RCMP officer had a noticeable beard, but it was very thin like a teenage boy.

A few weeks ago ( early 2019 )  driving the cab out to the ferry, a passenger remarked that she worked as a civilian employee at Sidney North Saanich RCMP detachment.  In a roundabout delicate way, I mentioned that I’d seen the RCMP officer with a more-or-less full beard. And my understanding was,  that the RCMP dress code prohibits an officer having a beard.  The passenger told me that the uniform code had been changed very recently.  Without me asking, she told me the name of the particular officer whom I’ll call Corporal X.   Even though I’d described the police officer as a woman,  my passenger was careful to refer to Corporal “X” as “he“.
A century ago, Canadians considered the Bearded Lady a freak of nature, to be pitied. They were found in sideshows when the Circus came to town.   Yesterday I saw her go by on patrol in the Commander’s car. Worst of all,  as the Mao-ists informed us :  “political power flows out of the barrel of a gun!” .   Corporal X wears a loaded sidearm on her hip,  with power to imprison someone if he were to disobey the Order uttered by the BC Human Rights Commission arising from the case of Oger versus Whatcott. In that Soviet-style showtrial, we saw the naked face of evil … when the Tyrant figures she controls the Man with the Gun.  Namely =  fanatical Devyn Cousineau,  one of the ‘change agents’  seconded by BC’s Attorney General to ensure that thepolitical opponent of the New Democratic Party was vilified as an Enemy of the State.  If there’s one thing the antichrists cannot abide, it’s the prophetic type such as Bill Whatcott,  out in the public square,   denouncing sin … naming names. I can’t help an ironic smile when I go in to the local copshop and see the big poster on the wall …    A classic image of a Mountie in full red serge, posed on a coal black horse, against a picturesque mountain backdrop. The propaganda we all grew up with … so far-removed from the present reality.   Would the white Christian men who made up the Force a generation ago …  upon whose dedication to duty our respect of the RCMP was based  … countenance ( so-called ) “trans-gender-ism” ?  Would they take orders from a female demanding to be addressed as a male?   What would they say about 2 Sodomites disgracing their uniform by dressing in it as they  ostensibly!  got “married”?

Like it or not, the Oger Whatcott ruling is the last word on “hate speech” in this poor suffering Dominion.   Cousineau’s Order  puts me in a quandary.   I had given Bill $60 to publish his flyers.  Even though I announced that I was his accomplice in the dastardly deed,   the Tribunal wouldn’t let me come on the hearing as an Intervenor.  So I have not yet had my say as to the validity of the 104 pages of Cousineau’s gobble-de-gook absurdity.   When I do, one of my chief arguments will be that when my Dad marched away from the RCR Barracks in London Ontario, in 1940, he assumed he was going to war against the very same mindset of the God damned fascisti as I face, here, 2 generations later. It cannot be that one of the foundational precepts in this country – preaching of the Gospel —  is illegal.   Adolph Hitler and his pals were national socialists who sent their critics to concentration camps  : Devyn Cousineau & the NDP are international socialists who send their critics to gaol.     See the difference?

I stood as a candidate in the BC provincial election in 2001.  I expect to do so again. Last time round, I had some very harsh things to say about the NDP ; all true.    There’s more of the same, and worse, that needs to be said, now.   Do I have to put me-self in jeopardy of going to prison, for publishing my political and religious opinion, which is ; that the New Democratic Party administration in BC is nothing less than Marxist thugs in 3 -piece suits … antichrists whose handmaids from Hell – Cousineau, Juricevic and Trerise –  formally outlawed the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven?

How the above relates to the curiousity of Corporal; X the bearded lady RCMP officer, is :

Cousineau’s wicked Order in the Oger Whatcott Order thing, legitimizes the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Regiment policy re   ‘trans-gender-ism” …  a textbook demonstration of how the Frankfurt school of Marxists do their damn’d’st …  sabotaging genuine Christianity so sexual perversion becomes normalized.   No mere co-incidence that the lame-stream newsmedia published not a line of print,  informing the public what’s going on in the office of the RCMP Commissioner.    You sure didn’t see a fullpage article in the Trawna Grope & Flail about trans-gender-ism polluting police forces.  Rather =  puff-pieces as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau crows about his new version of “Core values” in this ‘post-national state‘.  All the while he and his treasonous pals in high places undermine the very foundation of the Dominion  = ie.  presumption that we are a white, Christian society.  Evidence that Justin Trudeau was sired by Fidel Castro, is overwhelming, for those who can muster the intellectual honesty to examine the facts.  No surprise then that ‘the apple didn’t fall very far from the tree’.  Papa Fidel would be so proud of him … infiltrating the soft underbelly of capital-ism by stealth.    The antichrist Marxists know full well what they’re doing = installing rebellion to God at every position  in the institutions of government.

the ruling of the BC Human Rights Tribunal in the  Whatcott v. Oger matter is of utmost importance to all right-thinking Canadians : penalty of $55,000 against Whatcott … $20,000 of it punishment for  “mis-gendering”  the pathetic creature, Oger the Ogre ( or is it the other way ’round? )  … for the sake of him publishing his political and religious opinion during an election, mind you!   It directs Bill Whatcott  henceforth, to use the pronoun “he” when referring, in public, to the man in the dress, Complainant Ronan aka Morgane Oger.  Or go directly to gaol. ‘And no more posting to social media/ the public square, your quibbles about how  color of law was used to disguise Oger’s mental illness’.

Words fail me to define how profoundly evil is Cousineau’s monstrosity.   Suffice to use the Biblical language :   Wrong was put in place of right : right is now called ‘wrong’.    Such absurdity cannot be allowed to stand.  The good news, is: this too = the bizarre fad of Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria =  will pass. But it’s going to take some ugly skirmishing and persistence and serious amounts of $$s  in the courts and on the hustings to re-establish our right to freedom of the Press.

“I am trapped in my own police state and it’s called Fort McMurray, Alberta,” exclaims Brad Love, an outspoken dissident and former political prisoner, after a police raid on his Fort Mac residence on March 23
 
The police came with a blank warrant — no mention of what they were looking for. They left with three bags of property but left Mr. Love with no receipt for the goods stolen.
 
Mr. Love lives with three other room mates. He was in the shower when seven burly cops used a ram to hammer open an unlocked door and storm in with rifles and guns drawn.  “They’ve been watching too much television,” says the unarmed writer and dissident.
 
The next day in traffic court, Mr. Love spoke to a legal aid lawyer in another matter. The lawyer said: “The police can pretty much do what they want. You could hire a lawyer and apply to the court for reasons for the warrant and a list of what was taken.”
 
Mr. Love has searing contempt for lawyers in Fort Mac. “Half the lawyers in town are afraid of me and won’t talk to me. They are afraid of the police. I need a headhunter lawyer. This is a small town and the cops, the courts and the lawyers are in a comfy, cozy relationship,” he adds.
 
Anyone else would be able to march down to the police station and inquire about the blank warrant and ask for a list of the goods stolen However, Mr. Love is in the final year of a three-year probation order, imposed on him, not in North Korea but in Ontario. He is forbidden to communicate his views to any political, press, police or religious organization.. Thus, strictly speaking, he is not allowed to even speak to the police. And justice is not just blind, it is brainless and literal as well, in Mr. Love’s case.

He wonders whether the incident was cop payback for a confrontation the day before. He and a friend were driving in town. They noticed a car pulled over and being ticketed by the RCMP. Mr. Love who was in the passenger seat called out, “Go get him, di Pasquale.” Moments later two RCMP cruisers chased after Mr. Love’s vehicle. He was ordered out of the car, but said: “I am not the driver. I don’t have to get out.” The police searched the car, without a warrant and then issued Mr. Love, who was not the driver, a $600 ticket for “stunting”.
 
“Stunting”, in Alberta, is defined as:
 “115 (2) A person shall not do any of the following:

(e) perform or engage in any stunt or other activity that is likely to distract, startle or interfere with users of the highway;
(f) drive a vehicle so as to perform or engage in any stunt or other activity on a highway that is likely to distract, startle or interfere with other users of the highway;

 
The policeman in question wasn’t even driving or using the road at the time of the incident. Mr. Love described officer  di Pasquale as “a head hunter. There is bad blood between us.”

Justin Trudeau’s government is forcing through a Parliamentary motion, M-103, that proposes a “whole of government” ban on Islamophobia.

Every part of the government — from the CBC, to the RCMP, to the Canada Revenue Agency, to the Canada Border Services Agency — will work on “eliminating” Islamophobia, a term they never define.

In effect, it will mean anyone who criticizes Islam itself, or mass Muslim immigration, or the slow creep of sharia law in our schools and courts and public institutions. Take my word for it — I was prosecuted for 900 days for daring to publish the Danish cartoons of Mohammed back in 2006. And that was even before this Islamophobia ban was proposed.

So, who’s behind it all? Who’s financing it?

Well, it’s no secret. Last September, Justin Trudeau put out a press release bragging about it.

VICTORIA, British Columbia, August 10, 2016. Political police in Canada? You’d better believe it. Back in June, at the last minute CAFE was called by the very arrogant and abusive manager of the Quality Inn Waddling Dog who announced he was cancelling our meeting scheduled for the next afternoon. This, despite the fact we’d held at least five meetings there, without incident, over the past few years.
 
The manager was rude, ending his conversation with me by denouncing Paul Fromm whom he had called,  as a “racist piece of shit.” [They hadn’t discussed race or ethnicity.]
 
The next day Gordon Watson arrived at the Waddling Dog to see what was happening and to redirect any people who might not know of the new location of our meeting, There he found five (5) members of the Central Saanich Police who ignored the effort of the manager, one Brandon Petraroia to body check him and provoke retaliation. A member of the RCMP also showed up — quite a police presence to shut down a political meeting — in CANADA! not Cuba.

Two days later Mr. Watson filed a Freedom of Information request with the Saanich Police.
 
Recently he received a heavily redacted response — secrecy’s the name of the game in Canada: can’t let the taxpaying sheoples know too much!
 
It turns out the RCMP Internet snoops learned of the meeting and alerted to Central Saanich Police who approached the hotel manager. Not a believer in free speech in the bunch! This, of course, is political policing and state censorship. There had never been trouble at our meetings; our agenda was entirely non-violent political opinion. Trudeau’s Charter, however flawed, does mumble something about freedom of speech freedom of believe and freedom of assembly. Apparently, the word hadn’t reached the cops in Victoria.

In their own hard copy, is evidence that the RCMP in Sidney “… had picked up a meeting on social media that was scheduled to take place at the Waddling Dog. … The meeting had appeared via a twitter account named “Canadians Against Mass Immigration”
 
So, THE WADDLING DOG HOTEL WAS APPROACHED BY THE LOCAL POLICE. … after which the manager IMMEDIATELY DECIDED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING !!!
 
So, there you have it : the RCMP taking the initiative to meddle in political activity, telegraphing to a private business that ‘it might not be a good idea to let this guy express his political views‘ (my paraphrase).

Paul Clarke’s hit piece on me in the July 14th 2016 edition of the Fitzhugh requires a response. First, what is the story? The Fitzhugh reports that the RCMP is not currently investigating the matter. It is also reported that the Alberta Human Rights Commission neither confirms nor denies receiving a complaint. What is the news? 
 
It appears that the only real substance to Paul Clarke’s smear is his detailed account of Ken Kuzminski’s antagonism towards my video. On the basis of his political judgement, Kuzminski seeks to criminalize me and evict me from my home. He declared on social media that I am not welcome in Jasper. From my perspective, my peaceful expression of disagreement with official orthodoxy is being met with a publicized incitement to hatred against me. Who is most in danger here?

I invite my friend Ken to consider the authoritarian implications of his draconian interventions. Do we have freedom of speech in Canada or not? How far does Ken wish to go in criminalizing dissent?
 
Ken Kuzminski’s announcement that I am banned from the Jasper Legion, of which he is president, raises the most profound issues. We were always told that Canadian soldiers fought for our freedoms, including freedom of speech and association. Shutting me out of the Legion demeans the values that our veterans supposedly fought to protect. 
 
Kuzminski contacted the German Embassy. Why? Is he trying to get Canada to follow Germany’s even more repressive police-state censorship on the issue of what actually happened in WW2?

The truth does not fear investigation. Only lies need protection by law. 
 
I will exercise my freedom of speech here. I insist on some reckoning with facts and evidence. 
 
After the Toronto “Holocaust trials” of Ernst Zündel in 1985 and 1988, the curators of the Auschwitz State Museum in Poland reduced death statistics from 4 million to 1.5 million. Why did the 6 million number remain unchanged?
 
Evidence in those trials brought to light the fraud of the gas chamber story. The French Professor Robert Faurisson was a pioneer in this line of investigation. He has been repeatedly convicted in French courts and physically assaulted for persisting with his scientific inquiry. Faurisson was instrumental in bringing Fred Leuchter, America’s top gas chamber specialist, into the Toronto trials. Leuchter conducted a thorough scientific examination of the facilities at Auschwitz and concluded that there were no homicidal gas chambers. 
 
Robert Faurisson’s trials and tribulations speak of the high stakes nature of genuine historical inquiry into the evidence of this subject. He has famously summarized, in a 60-word sentence, his conclusion from decades of research on the forbidden subject: 
 
“The alleged Hitlerite gas chambers and the alleged genocide of the Jews constitute one and the same historical lie, which made possible a gigantic financial-political fraud, the principal beneficiaries of which are the state of Israel and international Zionism, whose principal victims are the German people — but not their leaders — and the entire Palestinian people.”
 
Many people, including Jews, died in WW2. Most of the concentration camp deaths occurred in the final months of war because food was not reaching the camps. The Allies carpet-bombed Germany, in particular transportation corridors. Camp inmates died of starvation and disease. The International Red Cross figure for total deaths in all the concentration camps was 271,301. Look it up.
 
According to Clarke’s article, Martin Sampson, director of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, claims “it is the most well-documented genocide” and “the truth is the Holocaust was industrialized, state-sponsored murder committed by the Nazis against the Jewish people”. Yet, in the many thousands of government documents and archives that were seized by the Allies after the war, not a single item was found indicating a plan to exterminate the Jews. How could the mass murder of 6 million people take place without a plan? 
 
I have always been a peace activist, and I am still a peace activist. What we have now is a world of war and turmoil, structured by lies and deception. I am standing up for a better world.

. Creative Commons photo.A video shot by a local resident denying the Holocaust has been widely condemned by the community and at least one resident has filed a formal complaint with the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

On June 17, Monika Schaefer, a well-known Jasper resident and former Green Party candidate, appeared in a video on Youtube denying the Holocaust. The video was subsequently posted on her Facebook page.

“This is the most persistent and pernicious lie in all of history,” said Schaefer, about the Holocaust.

In the video she described the Holocaust as the “the six-million lie” in reference to the six million Jews who lost their lives at the hands of the Nazis during the Second World War.

The six-minute video quickly went viral and garnered more than 30,000 views at the time of publishing.

At the end of the video Schaefer invited viewers to read several books published by Holocaust deniers, including Ernst Zündel, who lived in Canada for four decades before being deported to his native Germany where he was imprisoned for five years for denying the Holocaust.

Ken Kuzminski, president of the Jasper Royal Canadian Legion, described the video as hate speech.

“Monika has a right to say whatever she wants to say, but once she’s published it I feel that’s moved on to hate speech,” said Kuzminski.

“She can stand up and say whatever she wants, but she has to accept the consequences of doing that.”

He said he has written a formal complaint to the Alberta Human Rights Commission, contacted the local RCMP detachment and the German embassy.

“By her denying that this ever happened it perpetuates hatred, racism and discrimination,” said Kuzminski, adding he’s heard from several young people in town that they no longer feel safe.

“This is not the community we are and what we believe in.”

The Alberta Human Rights Commission neither confirmed nor denied it had received a formal complaint.

“All of the information that comes into the human rights commission with regards to complaints is confidential,” said Susan Coombes, with the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

With that said, she said any complaint involving hate would fall under section three of the Alberta Human Rights Act.

“It’s really difficult to prove,” said Coombes, about whether someone is in violation of the act. “What you have to do is say that there was intent to incite hate.”

The Jasper RCMP confirmed it was aware of the video, but said no formal investigation has been launched.

“At this time what I can say is that I’m aware the video exists and it was brought to my attention,” said RCMP Sgt. Rick Bidaisee. “Discussions are ongoing.”

Schaefer said she stood by her comments in the video during a telephone interview July 11.

“Right now the issue for me is freedom of speech,” said Schaefer. “Last I checked I thought we had freedom of speech in Canada and suddenly I’m the criminal.”

She confirmed she shot the video in Germany, where it is illegal to deny the Holocaust.

“If we don’t have the right to question a historical event then we don’t have freedom of speech,” said Schaefer.

Schaefer was slated to perform during Canada Day, but was pulled from the schedule after the Canada Day committee learned a group of residents were going to protest her performance.

“We had really reliable information that there was going to be a protest and in the interests of public safety and her safety for that matter, we decided it would just be in everybody’s best interests if she stood down for this year,” said Pattie Pavlov, general manager for the Jasper Park Chamber of Commerce.

Kuzminski confirmed she is also banned from the legion.

The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) quickly condemned the video after learning of its existence.

“As a Holocaust denier, Ms. Schaefer, who appears in this absurd video, has earned her place on the very margins of society,” wrote Martin Sampson, director of communications for CIJA.

“Her comments would be laughable but for the intense pain they cause the survivor community and their descendants. Denying the Holocaust exposes her as an anti-Semitic ignoramus.”

“The truth is the Holocaust was industrialized, state-sponsored murder committed by the Nazis against the Jewish people. It is the most well documented genocide—by both perpetrator and victim—in history. To deny this fact is to spit in the face of truth.”

News that a formal complaint was lodged with the Alberta Human Rights Commission, comes after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, on July 10 in Poland, where one million people, mostly Jews, were killed in the Second World War.
