Ex-Political Prisoner Brad Love Heads to Court on “Mischief” Charges
FORT MCMURRAY, ALBERTA. February 10, 2021. Ex-political prisoner Brad Love heads to Court here today for yet another round in a more than 10-year battle by the RCMP and local snowflakes put off by this outspoken citizen journalist, enemy of government taxation, special privileges for minorities and demography shaking immigration.Over a 15-year period Mr. Love served nearly three years in prison from charges laid in 2002 under Canada’s notorious “hate law” (Sec. 319 of the Criminal Code.) His crime? He had written letters critical of Canada’s immigration policies to 20 MPs and other public officials.
On October 23, officers from the local detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested former political prisoner and longtime political activist Brad Love at his townhouse. He was taken to police headquarters and charged with 10 counts of “mischief under $5,000.” He was interrogated and then released on his own recognisance. Two weeks before, his home had been raided by six RCMP officers (masked, of course) with a warrant looking for glue, “Keep Canada White” posters and copies of the Canadian Immigration Hotline, published by the Canada First Immigration Committee, and which has been in publication for over 30 years. A trial date was set for May 31, 2021. Several weeks ago, a masked man who did not identify himself came to Mr. Love’s residence and presented a summons to appear on January 27 before the Court of Queen’s Bench. When Mr. Love arrived at the Court, he was denied entry to the building because of the COVID virus! Not wanting to miss a court appearance, Mr. Love phoned the Court. He eventually was subject to a telephone conference with Judge Stephanie Cleary. The Crown is desperate to prevent the savvy Mr. Love from cross-examining witnesses, especially police officers. Over his objections, a court appointed lawyer will do the cross-examination for him. He will appear again in Court today to set a new trial date and to make several motions. As he notes: “This will be my first appearance in person before a judge!”
Many of the charges go back to July of 2020. A police statement reported: ” On July 22 around 5 p.m. police responded and found racially related writings on a vehicle in the 200 block of Powder Dr.” Apparently, these were posters or newsletters. Since when did “racially related writings” become a crime or cause for police action? Mr. Love states that Fort McMurray is awash with drugs — a problem that might better occupy police time.
In the meantime, Mr. Love has received some 300 pages of disclosure. When he went to pick up his disclosure, the desk clerk interrupted him even before he could identify himself or his business and said: “We know who you are.”
His four housemates were all questioned by the RCMP, but there is no mention of this fact in the disclosure.
The hefty disclosure is light on content. There are no witness statements, photos or video linking Mr. Love to any postering. Apparently, the RCMP did access credit card sales at the Superstore close to Mr. Love’s residence and established that he had shopped there — no surprise. A more sinister revelation was the fact that Mr. Love had been the object of many hostile posts on Facebook by people who had been stalking him and taking pictures of his home and truck. There had been numerous threats against him online.
A woman, mother and small business owner, who happens to be exempt from wearing a mask, seems to have become worthy of a significant proportion of the RCMP’s time and resources in the small B.C. town of 100 Mile House.
Nicole Weir, 100 Mile House resident and owner of the Village Hair Studio, is one of our newest Fight the Fines cases. She can’t seem to shake RCMP officers, who refuse to accept her repeated statements of being exempt from mask wearing.

Ms. Humphrey, I appreciate you have many questions however we must respect that this matter is now before the court and as such reserve our comments accordingly.
The business owner has been compelled to court through an Offence Act Appearance Notice not as result of the non-compliance of the mandatory mask order but rather as a result of other numerous complaints of non-compliance of business owners under the COVID Related Measures Act. Specifically failing to comply with patron requirements.
Since December 8, 2020 RCMP has been working with our partners at Work Safe BC, and Interior Health to provide education and information in an effort to bring the business into compliance. Despite being warned of possible enforcement, the business owner allegedly failed to put into the place the protocols required for small business owners.
Following numerous complaints and violations observed at an in person inspection conducted by the representatives from Interior Health Environmental Health Office, the business owner was served with the Appearance Notice in middle of December 2020.
We all have a role to play in this pandemic and business owners are held to a higher standard. Standards intended not only to protect themselves, but every person who walks through the business doors seeking service.

RCMP have issued a $2,300 fine against the organizer of a rally against COVID-19 restrictions that took place Saturday afternoon in downtown Kelowna, B.C.
The fine was issued for acting in contravention of provincial health orders meant to curb the spread of the virus, which includes a prohibition on public gatherings, police said in a statement.
“People in Canada have a democratic right to a lawful and peaceful protest and the RCMP must use discretion when balancing a citizen’s rights with the current potential health risks associated to large public gatherings,” RCMP said.
The rally crossed several busy roadways in downtown Kelowna. Officers were on hand to prevent confrontations between the protesters and nearby residents and motorists, RCMP added.
CBC News reporters who witnessed the rally estimated approximately 1,000 people were gathered. The protesters held up signs that said “open our churches” and “stand up for freedom.”
RCMP said they are not releasing the name of the organizer at this time.
In a statement, Kelowna RCMP Supt. Kara Triance said most people have been respecting the public health orders.
“While we certainly can, and will enforce the provisions available to us under the COVID Related Measures Act, we continue to encourage everyone to voluntarily comply with the provincial health orders, so enforcement is not required,” she said.

My own highlight of the anti-lockdown rally in Duncan was = the group hug I shared with a couple of gals. If a picture is worth a 1000 words, then that moment of warmth communicated volumes in this climate of govt.-induced psychosis. I didn’t get the name of the one wearing the Hugs over Masks shirt, so = thank you “Miss SuperSpreader” ! Angel spreading Joy and Truth, that is. Heather and I were blessed.
For openers, the master of ceremonies announced that we were expected to ‘social distance’ and that the police had told him they would be handing out tickets. Which was greeted with restrained mirth by the crowd of about 250. ‘So what?!’ went unspoken. I glanced at the 6 RCMP officers standing up on the bank, no hats, all dutifully masked like desperadoes rather than law enforcement. One of them taking photos.
Ryan Kulbaba came on like gangbusters, delighted at the turnout… livening-up the audience with his trademark “Freedom is essential” chant … calling it “a celebration of rights and freedoms”. Exactly ! He asked the crowd how many had been to the other rallies… half of us raised our hands.
Every rally has had a moment when we sing the national anthem. Particularly dear to me, is, that a bunch of ordinary folks can sing Oh Canada, acapella, on a moment’s notice. This time we weren’t as good as Christie Doerksen leading us in Vancouver, singing her heart out … yet as ragged a chorus as we were, we proved “seeing is believing but hearing is belonging”. I was delighted to hear him get right down to the nittygritty, ie. “the whole purposeis to crush businesses then get them dependent on CRB” calling it “communism” At every rally I’ve been to, witty signs are educating the nation that this thing is NOT about ‘health’. The fiat currency of the US of A is at the end of its use-ful-ness to the globalists. Spend time doing your own research = you will learn that the SCAM-demic is only coverstory for the gigantic Re-set of the monetary system.
An important aspect of each of the 5 rallies, has been : we are on good terms with the police. The MC pointed out that, on the march, ‘we do not engage with opponents. This is a peaceful protest. The RCMP will take care of any trouble’ asking the crowd to thank them for being there. Which got a good round of applause. So far, I’ve attended 4 major rallies since the Panic-demic was imposed. Each time, police were present, standing by calmly. Dave Lindsay set the precedent back in August, in Kelowna. There – the local by-law officer and the Inland Health Authority minion attempted to shut down the C.L.E.A.R event in a public park but Dave talked them down from their high-horse. It went ahead with an audience of 200+. The RCMP were exemplary … playing their proper role of directing traffic while Canadian citizens exercise our rights, unmolested by official-dumb

The Freedom Rallies across the Country have created what is known in British jurisprudence, as = a good set of facts. At the Duncan gathering, I spoke with the RCMP officer in charge, Corporal Pharis, relating what happened in Vancouver, on September 13 when 1000 + people were gathering in front of the Art Gallery. Sgt. Roberts said
“We decided not to enforce the Order today because the Charter is higher than the Public Health Act” direct quote. Then I asked Cpl. Pharis ‘how come you aren’t handing out tickets ( Violation notices ) under the Public Health Act, for us contravening the Order of the Chief Medical health officer?” He politely told me “it’s a peaceful crowd”. And that they were “exercising their discretion’. Meaning … to enforce the Order, or not. Fine with me! So we now have 5 instances where 4 police forces did their job condoning expression of our political opinion. Would this be happening if there really was an emergency? The question answers itself.
In our law, there is a concept known as “officially-induced error / bureaucratic indifference”. It is crucial that these gatherings of local dissident voices continue, regardless of how many warm bodies show up time by time in the Canadian winter. Money cannot buy advertising like this. While the good little serfs cower in their dwellings, paralyzed with fear, we’re stating our case where it matters, on the ground. The rally had been scheduled to march away at 2 pm precisely. But it was delayed by the first speaker going off on a tangent about the Great Flood of Noah’s Day. So by the time the marchers got back, the sun was getting low in the sky. Realizing that time was tight, Dr Malthouse kept his remarks concise. His presence now on the front line of this movement, is brilliant. His letter to Bonnie Henry boiled down the confusion to make the issue understandable to ordinary people. RCMP were called in as tensions rose outside a controversial event at the University of British Columbia Wednesday night.
The event organized by student-led group Students for Freedom of Expression invited two controversial speakers to attend. One of them was Mark Hecht, who wrote a highly-criticized anti-immigrant op-ed for the Vancouver Sun last month.
The other speaker was Ricardo Duchesne, who has been critical of multiculturalism and Canada’s immigration policies.
But the event was met by dozens of protesters, upset over the university’s decision to give a platform to what they say is far-right hate speech.
“We did get a call from campus security that some of the people demonstrating and protesting were banging on the windows,” said Const. Kevin Ray with UBC RCMP. “There was some pushing and shoving.”
He says campus security called police when things began to escalate.

Protesters outside are pushing, blocking, & shoving attendees. Only way to enter is to be shoved in with help from security.
“When everyone went inside, security thought it was possible that they would smash the windows with their banging,” said Nicholas Kosovic, founder of the group who organized the event. “Some of the attendees were frightened.”
According to the group, about 80 people attended the event.
‘Lawful expression of ideas’
In an email to CBC News, vice-president of academic Andrew Szeri confirmed RCMP had to get involved due to safety and security concerns.
“Discussion and debate cannot occur without the free and lawful expression of ideas, even those we may fundamentally disagree with, find distasteful or even repugnant,” read the statement.
RCMP say no one was hurt and no arrests were made. Approximately 10 officers responded to the call and had to stay in place until the event was over, Ray added.
CBC News has reached out to Students Against Bigotry, the group that organized the protest outside the event.
The RCMP raided the rural Manitoba house of a military reservist who is suspected of frequenting a survivalist website that advocated preparedness for a possible upcoming civil disturbance:
No charges have been laid against Master Cpl. Patrik Mathews, a member of the Winnipeg-based 38 Canadian Brigade Group, but both RCMP and the military are investigating his alleged ties to The Base, an organization that promotes hate.
Mounties descended on Mathews’s home in the rural town of Beausejour, about 50 kilometres east of Winnipeg, late Monday, ordering him out of his house.
In a video of the raid, posted to Facebook a short time later, a voice can be heard saying: “Patrik Mathews, we have a search warrant for this residence. You can exit the back door with your hands in the air.”
RCMP said later they searched a house in Beausejour and seized a number of firearms, but no one is in custody at this time…
Sarah Lockhart, who lives across the street, said dozens of police officers and a tactical team were at the home across from hers around 10:30 p.m. CT.
“He came out quietly,” she said. “It took them about five minutes to get him out…”
The Department of National Defence is investigating claims that Mathews, an eight-year member of the 38 Canadian Brigade Group, is involved in a neo-Nazi group.
If the allegations are confirmed, Mathews could be forced to undergo counseling or lose his job, among other possible consequences, said brigade commander Col. Gwen Bourque.
“It’s completely unacceptable for [Canadian Armed Forces] members to participate in any activity or have any membership in a group or organization that the members know or should have ought to have known that is connected to criminal activities,” Bourque said Tuesday in a conference call with reporters.
“Every soldier must respect the dignity of all persons, at all times.”
Details of Mathews’ alleged activities were originally revealed by the Winnipeg Free Press, whose reporter went undercover posing as a white nationalist wishing to join the group. According to the report, Mathews has training with explosives.
Bourque acknowledged Mathews, as a combat engineer, has “very rudimentary” explosives training that involves basic understanding of demolition.
Bourque also stressed that Mathews would only have access to explosives as part of sanctioned military exercises. She described his master corporal rank as a “junior” position within the Army Reserves but said he would’ve received leadership training and been in charge of a section of reserve soldiers…
(((Bernie Farber))), chair of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, described The Base as an extreme right-wing North American hate organization.
It’s focused on growing its membership through recruitment and training for violence, he said.
“They consider the alt-right to be not extreme enough,” he said. “They are almost like a neo-Nazi death cult.”
It isn’t clear how many people belong to the group in Canada, but Farber said the size of the group isn’t necessarily the most important detail.
“It only really takes one or two very committed, ultra-violent individuals to create all kinds of havoc,” said Farber.
One of The Base’s stated goals is for members to get into the military in order to receive training and then spread that to others in their group, according to Evan Balgord, executive director of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network.
He said The Base idolizes mass killers and pledges to carry out terrorist attacks to accelerate what they see as a coming race war…
Some experts estimate the membership in The Base is around 50 to 100 members…
The Military Police Criminal Intelligence Section tracked incidents of racism and white supremacy within the CAF from 2013 to 2018. Less than one per cent of the military population was engaged in racist or hate-motivated activities, according to the military police.
Punishment for this type of behaviour ranges from counseling to career consequences, including dismissal and legal repercussions. The military said seven administrative reviews have been conducted related to extremism and racism, which has led to two individuals being released from the Forces.
So Matthews was arrested but committed no crime except perhaps a “thought crime” which apparently is treated far more seriously than an actual crime with an actual victim. When police go to arrest a common rape suspect, do they surround his house with a SWAT team comprised of dozens of tactical warfare experts? Need we ask?
Keep in mind that everything being alleged about this “hate group” comes to us from a self-appointed jewish expert on “hate”. Nowhere is there any attempt to be fair-minded about this group and see it in the most reasonable way. This group is obviously not preparing to instigate violence; rather, it is preparing to defend themselvesand their families when the anti-White violence perpetuated by the Bolsheviks who occupy the Comintern in Ottawa reaches critical mass, and to not prepare for it is the height of foolishness.
Those like Matthews who oppose this destruction of Canada and the replacement of those who built it are dangerous “enemies of the people” who will be diagnosed as mentally ill and given remedial “counseling” or “re-education” per the model of the “former” Soviet Gulag system.

in fact : about 4 years ago, I moved to Sidney British Columbia. Driving a taxicab around town gave me a special perspective on the quiet, prosperous charming little burg. I encountered a certain RCMP officer but I did not know her name at that time. She was unremarkably just a lumpy broad with a crewcut lesbian hairstyle, in a rumpled regular duty RCMP brown uniform with the yellow stripe down the pantleg, I’d guess not more than 40 years old. Back in my day you’d never see an RCMP officer so sloppily dressed. I found it curious that she was obviously in such poor physical shape for a police officer.
A few years later, I had trouble at the house I was renting ; street people, to whom I’d rented rooms – not knowing how verminous they are – had turned on me. It was pan-demonium. The cops were there 9 times in the last 3 weeks before I vacated as the place before it was demolished. This particular officer, then the RCMP Watch Commander, attended a couple of the incidents. Shewas instrumental in cooling-out the altercation by taking charge of the little witch who was the worst troublemaker. For which I was grateful. I had no complaint about the officer’s policing. She was always pleasant to me when we’d cross paths on the street, later. At that point in time – spring 2018 – the woman RCMP officer had a noticeable beard, but it was very thin like a teenage boy.
A few weeks ago ( early 2019 ) driving the cab out to the ferry, a passenger remarked that she worked as a civilian employee at Sidney North Saanich RCMP detachment. In a roundabout delicate way, I mentioned that I’d seen the RCMP officer with a more-or-less fullbeard. Andmy understanding was, that the RCMP dress code prohibits an officer having a beard. The passenger told me that the uniform code had been changed very recently. Without me asking, she told me the name of the particular officer whom I’ll call Corporal X. Even though I’d described the police officer as a woman, my passenger was careful to refer to Corporal “X” as “he“.

Oger matter is of utmost importance to all right-thinking Canadians : penalty of $55,000 against Whatcott … $20,000 of it punishment for “mis-gendering” the pathetic creature, Oger the Ogre ( or is it the other way ’round? ) … for the sake of him publishing his political and religious opinion during an election, mind you! It directs Bill Whatcott henceforth, to use the pronoun “he” when referring, in public, to the man in the dress, Complainant Ronan aka Morgane Oger. “I’m trapped in my own police state,” say ex-political prisoner & dissident Brad Love, raided by cops with blank search warrant
“I am trapped in my own police state and it’s called Fort McMurray, Alberta,” exclaims Brad Love, an outspoken dissident and former political prisoner, after a police raid on his Fort Mac residence on March 23
The police came with a blank warrant — no mention of what they were looking for. They left with three bags of property but left Mr. Love with no receipt for the goods stolen.
Mr. Love lives with three other room mates. He was in the shower when seven burly cops used a ram to hammer open an unlocked door and storm in with rifles and guns drawn. “They’ve been watching too much television,” says the unarmed writer and dissident.
The next day in traffic court, Mr. Love spoke to a legal aid lawyer in another matter. The lawyer said: “The police can pretty much do what they want. You could hire a lawyer and apply to the court for reasons for the warrant and a list of what was taken.”
Mr. Love has searing contempt for lawyers in Fort Mac. “Half the lawyers in town are afraid of me and won’t talk to me. They are afraid of the police. I need a headhunter lawyer. This is a small town and the cops, the courts and the lawyers are in a comfy, cozy relationship,” he adds.
Anyone else would be able to march down to the police station and inquire about the blank warrant and ask for a list of the goods stolen However, Mr. Love is in the final year of a three-year probation order, imposed on him, not in North Korea but in Ontario. He is forbidden to communicate his views to any political, press, police or religious organization.. Thus, strictly speaking, he is not allowed to even speak to the police. And justice is not just blind, it is brainless and literal as well, in Mr. Love’s case.

He wonders whether the incident was cop payback for a confrontation the day before. He and a friend were driving in town. They noticed a car pulled over and being ticketed by the RCMP. Mr. Love who was in the passenger seat called out, “Go get him, di Pasquale.” Moments later two RCMP cruisers chased after Mr. Love’s vehicle. He was ordered out of the car, but said: “I am not the driver. I don’t have to get out.” The police searched the car, without a warrant and then issued Mr. Love, who was not the driver, a $600 ticket for “stunting”.
“Stunting”, in Alberta, is defined as:
“115 (2) A person shall not do any of the following:
(e) perform or engage in any stunt or other activity that is likely to distract, startle or interfere with users of the highway;
(f) drive a vehicle so as to perform or engage in any stunt or other activity on a highway that is likely to distract, startle or interfere with other users of the highway;
The policeman in question wasn’t even driving or using the road at the time of the incident. Mr. Love described officer di Pasquale as “a head hunter. There is bad blood between us.”
