A statewide coronavirus “forced detention” facility is scheduled to open in the former East German city of Dresden. A refugee facility will be repurposed into a Corona jail. Repeat quarantine breakers or resisters will be placed here. There are no indications of any kind of transparency or due process in terms of the incarceration of those who won’t obey. The facility is completely fenced and will be guarded by police.

The building was originally built in 2017 to house some of the hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants that were invited by Angela Merkel in 2015.

The Ministry of Social Affairs confirmed that the “accommodation facility is currently being upgraded”. Corona detention threatens repeat offenders, claims the Ministry. Corona detention takes place via a court application by the health department and only after a disregarded “urgent warning” and a non-paid fine, claims the Social Affairs ministry.

In the spring of 2020, Health Minister Petra Köpping fought to place quarantine breakers in psychiatric hospitals. These plans were discarded, as were considerations to force quarantine objectors into hotels or hospitals. These plans were abandoned because hotels were not considered secure enough and hospitals were too overloaded.

Infection Disease Protection Act (IfSG)

Forced admission to coronavirus jails is made possible through Germany’s controversial Infection Disease Protection Act (IfSG). Amendments made to the IfSG during what may be a false flag of coronavirus have stripped citizens of basic civil liberties and given Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government dictatorial powers.

As previously reported at RAIR Foundation USA, under the IfSG, the state announced a multitude of measures such as; confiscating children and placing them in ‘forced Isolation coronavirus facilities, compulsory coronavirus vaccinations, to mandating masks, imposing curfews, limits on gatherings and closing businesses.

Thousands of citizens protested against the changes in the law and the state’s coronavirus policies, many of which are directly in opposition to the German constitution. The protest made international news after German police deployed water cannons on the defenseless and peaceful protesters. Police also arrested more than 100 people. The protests have fallen on deaf ears while the policies grow harsher and more paralyzing.

Many States Planning Coronavirus Jails

Other federal states are already planning detentions for people who refuse to take the states mandatory measures. In Baden-Württemberg, holding places are currently being created in two clinics for those who refuse to be quarantined. These holding areas would be permanently monitored by a security service, said a spokesman for the Ministry of Health in Stuttgart. It is not a punitive measure they claim, but a measure of “infection protection”.

The German state, Schleswig-Holstein, also wants to detain quarantine breakers. “Accommodations” are being planned on the grounds of a youth detention center. Prison officers from the detention center will also be assigned to watching  the disobedient quarantine violators. The district council, announced the site could be ready for use in the second half of January, but no later than the beginning of February.

Bavaria’s Ministry of Health has announced that it is usually possible to persuade citizens to give in by pointing out “forced isolations and fines”.

As reported previously at RAIR, “on February 12, 2020, became the first federal state in Germany to appoint a commissioner to monitor “hate speech” on the internet. The unelected “Hate Speech Officer”, takes action against thought crimes on the Internet – including armed raids in his bullet proof vest. Those who challenge Merkel’s government’s coronavirus response and lockdown measure are considered thought crime offenders and are already able to be placed under arrest.

Angela Merkel’s government is preparing a new bill that will force Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to hand over data, including passwords, of those accused of engaging in “hate speech” online. Minister of Justice Christine Lambrecht, a member of the Social Democrats (SPD), is preparing the bill, which will force service providers, email hosts, online retailers, and others to give the government the usernames, passwords, IP addresses, and more of suspects, MDR reports. Lambrecht was slammed by many over the proposal, with Hamburg’s data protection officer Johannes Caspar calling it an attack on privacy.

“The fight against the ugly phenomena of right-wing extremism and hate crime apparently acts as a door opener for a comprehensive expansion of state control powers,” he warned.

The German minister defended herself and the bill, claiming that the passwords and data would only be requested as part of a court order and only in serious cases.

“It is not a question of asking for passwords en masse, it is a completely wrong representation and not at all the point and purpose,” she said.

Populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) politician Joana Cotar said the proposed legislation was a “fight against the free Internet” and argued it would be used to silence citizens critical of the German government. The far-left Die Linke agreed with the AfD, accusing the government of setting up a surveillance state.

Germany already has one of the most draconian sets of laws concerning “hate” on social media, including approving legislation imposing fines of up to 50 million euros on social media companies who do not remove hate content in what the government considers a timely manner.

The German authorities are also known to engage in large-scale raids of citizens accused of spreading “hate speech” online, with a 2016 raid seeing 60 homes searched across 14 states.

Poll: Only 18 Percent of Germans Feel Free to Voice Views in Public

For years, we have discussed the unrelenting attacks on free speech in Europe with the expansion of hate speech laws and the general criminalization of speech, including international speech crimes.

Some in the United States would like to follow down that dangerous path (and universities are reinforcing the view of the need to regulate speech). The implications of such anti-speech policies are evident in Germany where a survey, conducted by the Institut für Demoskopie Allensbach(and published in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung) found that only 18 percent of Germans feel free to express their views in public. It is the most vivid example of how Europeans are learning to live without free speech. Undeterred, Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, the successor to Angela Merkel, is now calling on greater limits on free speech during election periods — a concept that would normally be viewed as counterintuitive outside of the new European model.

Notably, over 31 percent of Germans did not even feel free expressing themselves in private among friends. Just 17 percent felt free to express themselves on the Internet and 35 percent said that freedom to speech is confined to the smallest of private circles.

Even at the height of the Stasi, citizens were not nearly as controlled in East Germany. It is the irony of our times. It has been otherwise liberal governments that have succeeded with authoritarian regimes failed in getting people to give up their free speech rights. All in the name of fighting intolerance . . . by codifying intolerance to an ever-expanding range of speech.

Over the course of the last 50 years, the French, English and Germans have waged an open war on free speech by criminalizing speech deemed insulting, harassing or intimidating. There are encroachments appearing in the United States, particularly on college campuses. Dear Madam or Sir,

Today, 58-year-old Canadian Monika Schaefer visited the political show trial of Sylvia Stolz, accused of Holocaust denial. Ms. Schaefer, who lives overseas, was visiting her brother Alfred Schäefer, who lives in Germany.

For the first time, she was noticed by a video from 2016 in which she publicly apologized to her parents for not believing their stories about National Socialist Germany, which are contrary to today’s “official“ portrayal! After some research into the story, Ms Schaefer came to the conclusion that the Holocaust, in her opinion, could not have taken place, as she expressly said in her video!

Well, the sole “non-belief“ in this event is, as most people already know, a punishable offense in Germany, as long as one expresses this “non-belief“ publicly. This “crime“ is prosecuted under section 130 of the StGB “Volksverhetzung“ and severely punished!

Ms. Schaefer was until the publication of this three-minute video a respectable woman who has no criminal record! Her only crime is to be in “doubt“ of a historical event, which is like no other, “legally“ protected by the state! She has not hounded or offended any people in this statement. I do not know if this video is still online. But for “criminal“ reasons, I will understandably not post it here!

Ladies and gentlemen, our “judiciary“ not only introduces Stasi methods, but even surpasses them, is an unspoken secret. The fact that GSG9 intervenes with unpredictable people with infantry, enters their doors and condemns them to prison sentences for non-violent expressions of opinion is also already known! Even if you have to fly these “criminals“ especially from abroad, without passport and papers and thus illegal, as happened in the case of Gerhard Ittner!

It is also known that disgusting show trials are held in the FRG against 90-year olds, because they worked in wartime in a concentration camp as an accountant or guard and who can not even prove the concrete participation in a crime!

Alone the above paragraph should, if you have a limited understanding of the law, freeze the blood in your veins! The Inquisition is literally chasing cavalry all over Germany to arrest even the last “Nazi“, even if he is 99 and is already on his deathbed.

It is also accepted that these people, some seriously ill, die during these nerve-wracking trials, as happened in the case of Reinhold Hannig. Later, to make matters worse, it is not regretted that the accused, who in his life did not personally harm a fly, was “legally“ tortured to death, but complained that he had the nerve to die before that Judgment became final. You have to let that melt on your tongue !!

But now one resorts to such perfidious and disgusting means that one can say without doubt: The Russian Bolshevism has finally arrived in Germany! If you do not know what that is, in Russia under Stalin harmless people were politically persecuted, tortured and murdered for their mere expression. The “noble statesman“ managed to eradicate in this way approximately a quarter of his own people and it was him, as the present “FRG justice“ does not matter, whether it was men, women, old people or even children!

If you want to experience this here and now, then I can reassure you: if we keep quiet now and do not finally stand up against such barbaric methods, then we may have made it there by next year! And our own children will sincerely thank us if their lives are destroyed just because they once thoughtlessly expressed a thought! In this specific case, Ms Schäefer was arrested during the process break, without warning from out of nowhere by police officers (ie the friends and helpers of the German people) and immediately arrested! She is now in custody and will receive her detention order tomorrow! Amazing how quickly the law’s mills grind in the case of a “crime of opinion“ while taking months or even years and 5000 proofs to arrest a convicted, partially documented and proven guilty violent criminal. Assuming, of course, you are prosecuting your crime!

In the fabulous New Year’s Eve for “Merkel’s guests“, our “friend and helper“ could not take action when it was a psychological and physical threat to hundreds of women who, thanks to the skills of the executive, will now be traumatized for a lifetime! And even if the public media are blaring and gagging that once again a “refugee“ has killed a German girl, the borders remain open and the “guests“ will continue to be generously funded by the taxpayer!

I openly ask you now: Which kind of offender do you feel more threatened by? The unpunished “opinion criminal“ who believes his parents‘ stories more than the narratives of the media? Or the violent felon? How is it that the first one is punished the harder? It does not matter what you believe or what I believe! This is basically a way such as called “law and law“, which should actually serve to protect the people, is implemented and exercised !?

I urge you for your help! Spread this judicial crime, because otherwise I can not label it, in your blogs and videos! The German people must learn to what means is seized here and by what standards is spoken here right!

Do not let it go so far, as the poor Russians under Stalin’s blood-soaked hands had to experience for themselves and make your contribution! If you think that’s overdone, think again. Even then in Russia there was a “harmless“ beginning. Even if this is no longer harmless, but at most scary! We are Germany, the land of poets and thinkers! And how did Walther Rathenau say so beautifully? “Thinking means comparing!“ You listen to things, you take a look at the one and the other side and then draw your personal conclusions, taking into account “all“ arguments.

That much must be allowed !!!

Yesterday morning, 6th of July, a 6:00 AM our door bell rang ferociously, as if some berserk madman was about to kick in the door. My wife and I jumped out of bed, I told her do not open just yet, hold them off for just a few seconds.  OK, then in they came, 7 armed thugs with guns, bullet-proof vests and handcuffs and one “witness” from the town administration. They were not about to make the same mistake as the last summer when they raided and robbed me, obediantly following their orders from the Jewish Criminal B’nai Brith Canada. That time I was able to provide my own “witness”, who happened to be a Graf, which is a Count, or an Earl who lived across the street.  Not only is he a Count, but he is well aware of the Jewish lies of the “Holohoax” and so much more, so obviously and visibly on my side. That time they only stole all of my computers, this time they were after my studio. I think it ticked them off that I made a video about that entire episode afterwords, which is:

These thugs working at the behest of the Jewish B’nai Brith, wanted my ability to make video’s destroyed. They know that nobody believes their lies anymore and are desperate now to prevent anyone from spreading truth about the things they have done, lest it may upset anyone.

On the “state prosecutors” paper to justify this theft of my equipment we find:  “Why do YOU support open debate on the Holocaust?” They claim that this is absolutely illegal. You may NOT question the six million gassed Jews that were turned into soap and lampshades and shrunken heads. After all, the German people paid a lot of money to all the millions of Jews who somehow did not end up as soap or a lampshade. And if you understand that it is all a big Jewish scam, the German people may ask for their shekels back. Or the goods. (Sort of like 9-11, which is why that is now also illegal to question). The “State Prosecutor” claims that any questions regarding 911 or the “Holy Cause” is incitement to racial hatred.

I wonder why they never bothered Steven Spielberg an outspoken Jewis propagandist for his evil fiction “Schindler’s List” which incited several generations of young children in schools to HATE the German people. Or what about all those “Holy Cause” memorials that our little children are obliged to visit at such a tender young age?    What about the fraud Anne Frank?

The irony is, it was Jews who wanted to exterminate the German people the after the Germans wanted to free themselves from the Jewish immorality and usury.  They came very close to succeeding by murdering many millions of Germans AFTER the end of the fighting. A million or more  died in the Rhine Meadow Death Camps and the deliberate poisoning of the meager bread being fed to the German prisoners as well as their the Jewish poisoning of the German water supplies with the intention of mass murdering millions more of innocent Germans. One of many documented examples of these intentions is the book written by Theodore Kaufman, “Germany must Perish“. The Jewish lobby is  busily trying to whitewash this information and make it disappear.

The fact that the “German authorities” raided me to shut me down and intimidate me, does provide us with great opportunity at this time. The double standards on display now, can not escape even the mentally challenged or zombies. (Zombies are those who, now in 2017, still believe the “Holocaust – TM” because, “if the Jews say it happened, then it must be true”.)

What is particularly interesting about this raid is that they not only stole all of my studio equipment worth thousands of Euros, but they also stole all of my stockpile of Architects and Engineers for 9-11 truth DVD’s and other information. They now consider this description of the forensic evidence as illegal as “denying the holocaust”. All of this information is now classified as “incitement to racial hatred”.   So, if you are an engineer, and you are caught with evidence of the controlled demolition of the three towers on 9-11, you are now deemed “guilty of racial incitement to hatred”.  If you tell your children that the German people turned Jews into soap and lampshades, then you are a hero.

The timing of this raid and the consequences are amazing.   I just returned from a Canadian speaking tour that consisted of 14 presentations in 11 cities, from Toronto to Victoria.   After arriving in Toronto I learned that Global News  wanted to interview me in Calgary when I was due to arrive there about a week later. Upon arrival, they backed down with a pathetic excuse after our team insisted on recording the entire interview as well.   It may also have something to do with the fact that B’nai Brith were the ones who provided me with priceless material for my most recent video’s, in particular this one:   1984 + 33 = 2017

The speaking tour in Canada, sponsored by the Canadian Association for Free Expression, gave me great optimism, learning that many people are coming to the same conclusions, independently, and finding their new direction and purpose, by working to resolve this. In fact, most young people no longer need explaining when the meme “JQ” is used. They know it is the “Jewish Question”.

Every move that the Jews now make seems to accelerate the inevitable total implosion of their unsustainable construct of lies and deceptions. They will have a lot of explaining to do.

Some people may be depressed by what is happening, but I am so happy to be living now, with the ability to do constructive work to remedy an otherwise seemingly hopeless situation. With your help, we can do so much more.

Of course, the rub is just what constitutes ‘fake news”. In the latest round of persecution of Vancouver dissident videographer Brian Ruhe, the management of the Meet Up site has decided that any reference to or link to ‘holocaust denial” is forbidden. So, you can question the existence of God or UFOs, but not a single tenet of the new secular religion of ‘Holocaust”.

 

Europeans will have to fight hard for their much diminished freedoms of speech and assembly.

Germany is considering imposing a legal regime that would allow fining social networks such as Facebook up to 500,000 euros ($522,000).

Germany is coming completely undone.

In a move that will most certainly lead the way to other EU vassal states adopting similar measures, Angela Merkel is considering imposing a 500,000 euros ($522,000) fine on Facebook, and other social media platforms, for each day they leave a “fake news” story up without deleting it.

The German government will consider the bill in the new year. The initiative has bipartisan support, allowing both official and private complainants to flag content that is considered “fake news”.

The law forces social networks to create in-country offices focused on responding to takedown demands, and makes social networks legally responsible for compensation, if a post by individual users were found to slander someone…and we are confident that no private individuals will abuse such laws for financial gain.

With George Soros financing the “third-party fact checking” organization retained to flag, and censor “fake news” on Facebook, we are positive that any publication not of the neo-liberal, globalist kind, will be properly removed from social media platforms, so as to avoid Merkel’s book burning fine.

Germany’s parliamentary chief of the Social Democrat party, Thomas Oppermann in an interview with Germany’s Der Spiegel magazine said…

“If after the relevant checks Facebook does not immediately, within 24 hours, delete the offending post then [it] must reckon with severe penalties of up to 500,000 euros.”

After such laws are passed in Germany, if Facebook were truly an open communication platform, they should pull out of Germany and see how the populace reacts to Merkel’s brutal attack on free speech.

Do not be fooled, this is a move that clamps down on free speech, and is something a dictator in a banana republic would do.

Merkel, for her part will brush such claims aside, and resort to the standard EU/US excuse of blaming Russia for their home grown sinister agenda to rule their nations with an iron fist.

Heat Street reports that the legislation is being push to combat Russian election hacking in Germany, before such elections take place, and with no evidence of such hacking having been proven by German of US officials.

German lawmakers believe this bill will help tackle the possibility of Russia meddling in Parliamentary elections scheduled for next year. This follows the allegations that the Kremlin was behind the hacking of the Democratic National Committee that led to the leak of thousands of emails by key aides to Hillary Clinton.

The German intelligence agency has warned that Russia could try to undermine the elections next year by employing automated bots on social media to spread fake news articles.

Some members of the government have advocated criminalizing the spread of so-called “fake news”. Patrick Sensburg, a senior MP in Merkel’s party said recently: “Targeting disinformation to destabilize a state should be a criminal offence.”

Hans-Georg Maassen, the head of Germany’s domestic intelligence agency, told Bild am Sonntag: “Facebook is earning an awful lot of money with fake news.” He added: “A company that earns billions from the internet also has a social responsibility.”

Ironically, the Basic German Law of 1949 brought in during the Allied occupation guarantees freedom of speech. However, just as with notions of “liberte” or the “freedom of thought, freedom of belief, freedom of speech and freedom of the press” guaranteed by Mao-lover Trudeau I’s mendacious and weasely Charter of Rights and Freedoms, no one in the increasingly repressive West takes these promises seriously.
 
The New Unhappy Lords eager to flood the White world with the Third World and replace us with their grim New World Order are in a panic that more and more once complacent people are on to their game and to the phony New Religion of Holocaust designed to keep the masses ashamed, guilty and accepting of imposed “diversity.”
 
As a German Canadian, I am outraged that my father’s and mother’s generation sacrificed part of their youth and many sacrificed their health or their lives in a fratricidal war against fellow Europeans. Idealistically, they THOUGHT they were fighting for “King and country and democracy.” That, of course, was not the real agenda, but they were well intentioned and brave and that is what they imagined they were fighting for. What a sham, what a waste, what a shame to see the leaden hand of thought dictatorship smashing down door and seizing computers all for the non-violent expression of a person’s opinion. That’s the very thing my parents’ generation thought they were fighting against.

Suffice to say that Anetta can be the life of the party, especially if that party is like the DDR’s Socialist Unity Party (SED) or lately, the CDU (same difference).

As full disclosure is one of the conditions that eHarmony requires of its clients, whether they be men seeking women or women seeking men, we must point out that like all human beings, Frau Kahane does on occasion show her warts. But let’s be realistic, Ms. Right can never be Ms. Perfect. Not in this world. And besides, you are not getting any younger, are you? Beggars can’t be choosers, can they now? Adjust your standards man.

The jealous type, Anetta will confess that she is somewhat of a stalker. Just out of habit, she will monitor her man, track his movements and report his comments to her superiors. It all goes to show that a leopard can’t change its spots.

If anything, Anetta is first and foremost a career woman, and pleasing her superiors is just as important as pleasing you. Look, this is 2016 and you can’t expect a woman to forfeit career satisfaction or upward mobility and build a life just around you, can you?

Well, whatever her faults may be, you can count on one thing. Anetta is consistent. She doesn’t have those ups and downs that many women have. She is the same woman now that she was then, before 1989. Young at heart. The only difference is that back then, Anetta liked walls. But now she wants all the walls to come down. Just like her boss Angela. Or her soul mate, Hillary.

Bottom line: don’t despair, young man. You will not have to live out your days as a bachelor, or a widower if that is your present status. The opportunity is there for the taking. Take heart, for as the saying goes, for every Jack, there is a Jill—or an Anetta. And eHarmony will find her for you. Of course you and your true love will have your differences but as Canadian Prime Minister Justice Trudeau continually reminds us, it is our unbridgeable differences that make us strong. There is “Unity in Diversity”. Repeat that often enough and you will come to believe it. Or else.

So say goodbye to loneliness. You will never have to be alone again, unless you are sent to a prison for a thought crime because a former Stasi informant ratted on you. All you have to do is keep your mouth shut. If you grew up in the DDR, that should be second nature to you anyway, right? And if you are not yet ready to do that, we can always send you to training camp in Sweden for conditioning. If they can’t find a spot for you, Canada will do. By the way, you just have tosee Canada’s model “re-education” camp, adorned with a sign over the entrance gate that reads “Diversity will set you free”. See, you feel “vibrant” already, don’t you? Admit it.

  • Facebook is now removing speech that presumably almost everybody might decide is racist — along with speech that only someone at Facebook decides is “racist.”
  • The sinister reality of a society in which the expression of majority opinion is being turned into a crime has already been seen across Europe. Just last week came reports of Dutch citizens being visited by the police and warned about posting anti-mass-immigration sentiments on social media.
  • In lieu of violence, speech is one of the best ways for people to vent their feelings and frustrations. Remove the right to speak about your frustrations and only violence is left.
  • The lid is being put on the pressure cooker at precisely the moment that the heat is being turned up. A true “initiative for civil courage” would explain to both Merkel and Zuckerberg that their policy can have only one possible result.

It was only a few weeks ago that Facebook was forced to back down when caught permitting anti-Israel postings, but censoring equivalent anti-Palestinian postings.
Now one of the most sinister stories of the past year was hardly even reported. In September, German Chancellor Angela Merkel met Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook at a UN development summit in New York. As they sat down, Chancellor Merkel’s microphone, still on,recorded Merkel asking Zuckerberg what could be done to stop anti-immigration postings being written on Facebook. She asked if it was something he was working on, and he assured her it was.
At the time, perhaps the most revealing aspect of this exchange was that the German Chancellor — at the very moment that her country was going through one of the most significant events in its post-war history — should have been spending any time worrying about how to stop public dislike of her policies being vented on social media. But now it appears that the discussion yielded consequential results.
Last month, Facebook launched what it called an “Initiative for civil courage online,” the aim of which, it claims, is to remove “hate speech” from Facebook — specifically by removing comments that “promote xenophobia.” Facebook is working with a unit of the publisher Bertelsmann, which aims to identify and then erase “racist” posts from the site. The work is intended particularly to focus on Facebook users in Germany. At the launch of the new initiative, Facebook’s chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, explained that, “Hate speech has no place in our society — not even on the internet.” She went to say that, “Facebook is not a place for the dissemination of hate speech or incitement to violence.” Of course, Facebook can do what it likes on its own website. What is troubling is what this organization of effort and muddled thinking reveals about what is going on in Europe.

The mass movement of millions of people — from across Africa, the Middle East and further afield — into Europe has happened in record time and is a huge event in its history. As events in Paris, Cologne and Sweden have shown, it is also by no means a series of events only with positive connotations.
As well as being fearful of the security implications of allowing in millions of people whose identities, beliefs and intentions are unknown and — in such large numbers — unknowable, many Europeans are deeply concerned that this movement heralds an irreversible alteration in the fabric of their society. Many Europeans do not want to become a melting pot for the Middle East and Africa, but want to retain something of their own identities and traditions. Apparently, it is not just a minority who feel concern about this. Poll after poll shows a significant majority of the public in each and every European country opposed to immigration at anything like the current rate.
The sinister thing about what Facebook is doing is that it is now removing speech that presumably almost everybody might consider racist — along with speech that only someone at Facebook decides is “racist.”
And it just so happens to turn out that, lo and behold, this idea of “racist” speech appears to include anything critical of the EU’s current catastrophic immigration policy.


By deciding that “xenophobic” comment in reaction to the crisis is also “racist,” Facebook has made the view of the majority of the European people (who, it must be stressed, are opposed to Chancellor Merkel’s policies) into “racist” views, and so is condemning the majority of Europeans as “racist.” This is a policy that will do its part in pushing Europe into a disastrous future.


Because even if some of the speech Facebook is so scared of is in some way “xenophobic,” there are deep questions as to why such speech should be banned. In lieu of violence, speech is one of the best ways for people to vent their feelings and frustrations. Remove the right to speak about your frustrations, and only violence is left. Weimar Germany — to give just one example — was replete with hate-speech laws intended to limit speech the state did not like. These laws did nothing whatsoever to limit the rise of extremism; it only made martyrs out of those it pursued, and persuaded an even larger number of people that the time for talking was over.
