The homosexual agenda has never been about “rights”. It traces itself back to the Frankfurt School of Cultural Communists who sought to destroy Western society and pave the way for a new order of mixed race, rootless confused people — easy to manipulate and control. [Interestingly, we see this agenda at work in the fact that the recent Gay Pride parade in Toronto invited as its special guests the radical anti-White Black Lives Matter group, who promptly turned on them, sat down and blocked the parade until a blackmail list of demands were agreed to. Serves the homosexuals right.] A key target has been the family. Two prongs of the attack on the family are radical (mostly Jewish-led) feminism and the homosexual movement, with its ever changing names  —  Gay Pride, Pride, LGBTQ. The homosexual agenda involves suppression and destruction of freedom of speech and all opposition. Notice that the clear intention is the destruction and silencing of the persistent Mr. Whatcott. He uses humour in trying to win over and confront homosexuals. The politically correct are bereft of humour and HATE Whatcott’s zany promotion of Christianity.
 
George Smitherman, a former Liberal provincial politician, cabinet minister and failed mayoralty candidate (2010), makes it quite clear that the goal is to destroy Mr. Whatcott. No “inclusiveness” or “diversity” for Christian believers. Daily XTRA (August 12, 2106) quotes Smitherman as joining the lawsuit as a way  “to stamp this hateful individual out.” The lawsuit seeks, as well, to expose and potentially beggar Whatcott’s supporters:  “The lawsuit seeks in part to determine the identities of those who marched with Whatcott and those who financially supported the political stunt through subpoenaed documents.

Christians had better pay attention. The homosexual agenda is totalitarian and intent on silencing its critics. Free speech IS the issue.

I hope this class action lawsuit against me and those who choose to stand with me wakes Christians and others up to the reality of what is happening in the west. As homosexual activism and other libertine and anti-Christian movements gain power in Canada, freedom and truth are dying and those cherished principles are being replaced with falsehood, censorship and tyranny.

I have no intention of divulging the identities of anyone who has chosen to help me. My advice for my Christian friends is be wise and courageous. Pray and do what you can to stand against this tyranny. Also if you sent me some some cash, offered me a bed, or helped make a Gospel condom, keep your mouths shut if these vengeful homosexual activists come snooping. Ask your friends to keep their yaps shut too. If the Ontario courts are corrupt enough to go along with this and if they put me in jail for not cooperating with this witch hunt, just send me the occassional $20 for prison canteen, so I can enjoy some potato chips and continue to write God pleasing commentaries from my jail cell. As much as possible, I don’t want anyone to make it easy for these homosexual activists and lawyers to silence debate or attain any sort of a financial reward at my or my friend’s expense.

Prominent gay lawyer Douglas Elliott has filed a $104-million class action lawsuit against anti-gay activist Bill Whatcott for crashing the 2016 Toronto Pride parade.

Elliott is also seeking an injunction from the court to prevent Whatcott and his associates from crashing anymore Pride parades in Canada.

Whatcott and several unidentified allies suited up in neon green body suits and disseminated anti-gay literature at the July 3 Toronto parade, calling themselves “gay zombies.”

The lawsuit seeks in part to determine the identities of those who marched with Whatcott and those who financially supported the political stunt through subpoenaed documents.

“Those who paid for his airfare or donated Aeroplan miles to get him to Toronto, those who put him up in Toronto, the people who paid to print the pamphlets: anyone who helped him in any way could be on the hook for $100 million dollars.” says Elliott, whose firm Cambridge LLP is handling the lawsuit.

The two main representatives of the class action suit are well known in the gay community, Christopher Hudspeth, who owns Pegasus Bar in Toronto’s gay village, and former MPP George Smitherman, Ontario’s first openly gay provincial representative and first openly gay cabinet minister.

Both marched in the parade on July 3, 2016 — and in the case of Smitherman have marched in every parade dating back to 1986. Smitherman says he joined the suit to “do all we can to stamp this hateful individual out.”

“Too often, religion is used as the justification for the vilest of homophobia. From my life on the inside of the fundamentalist movement, I know that promoting homophobia is a great way to raise money from other fundamentalists,” explains Hudspeth, who was raised in a fundamentalist Pentecostal home and spoke of the experience at the Aug 12 press conference in Ottawa announcing the lawsuit.

“There is no doubt in my mind that some fundamentalist group, either here or in the United States, is backing these activities. We need to smoke them out.”

As a gay father, Smitherman says he is deeply offended that Whatcott is once again equating homosexuality with pedophilia.

“My outrage and disgust at the duplicitous means by which Whatcott and his so-called zombies will go to to interrupt this place where love is supposed to be safe and to use the most defamatory statements possible, to regurgitate the most untruthful and disgusting stereotypes with respect to gay and lesbian people, means this [lawsuit] is the right thing to do,” Smitherman says.

“We need to get right to the heart of the matter, which is the financial resources that allow for this disgraceful person to continue his act, which is hurtful to the thousands and thousands that it has impacted.”

When reached by Facebook, Whatcott tells Daily Xtra that he should have been welcomed into the Pride parade, not sued for participating.

“I just read the statement of claim. It seems to me the poor homosexuals are angry at God and the Gospel. They should have welcomed me in their parade as a much needed truth teller and indeed I was far less disruptive than BLM [Black Lives Matter]. Not sure why the homosexual activists aren’t suing them,” Whatcott writes.

If the class action is certified, Elliott says he intends to ask for a summary judgment.

“Where a case is clear cut, there is no point in going through the expense and delay associated with a trial, [so we can] bring a motion to the court for a summary judgment and get it over with, quickly and inexpensively,” Elliott says.

However, they still need to serve Whatcott who, without a permanent address, has been difficult for them to track down, the plaintiffs say.

Whatcott is well known to courts and tribunals in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia as an anti-gay activist for previous protests, both at parades and on university campuses.

In 2013, the Supreme Court of Canada upheld part of a 2005 Saskatchewan Human Rights Tribunal against Whatcott, for distributing flyers targeting gay and lesbian Canadians.

Before infiltrating the Toronto Pride parade in 2016, Whatcott had similarly faked his identity in 2014 to march along with the Vancouver Pride parade, that time under the disguise of fictitious Calgary Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, to distribute anti-gay leaflets disguised as condoms.

Whatcott told Daily Xtra that he and six of his supporters distributed 3,000 flyers at the Toronto Pride parade, including to parade goers, that warned of risks allegedly associated with gay sex.

The two-page flyer featured graphic photos of anal warts and a dead body described as an “AIDS fatality.” A second page criticizes the “homosexual activism” of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne and former Liberal defence minister Bill Graham.

They, among other Liberals, are being listed as a subclass to the class action suit, as having been targeted by the content of the pamphlets and singled out for their political affiliations. The two main classes of the suit are those marchers who legitimately signed up and marched in the Pride parade, and those who received copies of the flyer at the parade.

After Cardinal Antonio Cañizares of Valencia said “we have legislation contrary to the family, the action of political and social forces, with added movements and actions of the gay empire,” a coalition of militant homosexual (“LGBT”) groups charged him with hate crimes under Spanish law.

Criminal proceedings under hate speech laws have been initiated against a Spanish cardinal for his commentary on theories styling gender as a personal preference, in which he termed them “the most insidious ideology in the history of humanity,” and for his warnings against  a “gay empire.” The Spanish Network of Help to Refugees has filed a complaint against Cardinal Antonio Cañizares of Valencia for his remarks, made on May 13. Under Spanish law, such a charge is required to be investigated.
 
“The family is haunted today, in our culture, by an endless threat of serious difficulties, and this is not hidden from anyone,” Cañizares said in his May homily. “We have legislation contrary to the family, the action of political and social forces, with added movements and actions of the gay empire, of ideas such as radical feminism, or the most insidious of all, gender theory,” he said.  In Catholic circles, the term “gender theory” is used to describe the ideas of some scientists and cultural critics who argue that sexual differences between men and women are socially constructed rather than given in nature.
 
Soon after Cañizares spoke, a coalition of 55 pro-LGBT associations accused him of being homophobic, saying that his words “go beyond freedom of expression and can be considered hate crimes.”  One of these associations is Lambda, which unites Valencia’s LGBT community. They presented a formal complaint against Cañizares, a former prefect of the Vatican’s Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments. 
 
Fani Boronat, coordinator of Lambda, said that what they expect from the prelate now is for him, in a different homily, to make a “strong” declaration in favor of the LGBT community, supporting diversity, equality, and feminism. On Monday, the pro-migrant network initiated criminal proceedings, saying Cañizares’s words against gender theory constitute hate crimes, as do, in their eyes, statements he made about migrants last October.  At that time, Cañizares asked if all the migrants arriving to Europe from the Middle East and Africa were “clean wheat,” asking if it’d be possible that some of those arriving are in reality “Trojan horses.”
 
In a statement, the pro-migrant network said that Cañizares “is an ultra-conservative trying to subvert the constitutional order,” accusing him of nostalgia for “times when immigrants, gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transsexuals and women were subjected to the dictates of a society governed by the powers of the Catholic Church.”  They also say that in his opposition to open borders, the prelate was “aligning himself with neo-Fascist organizations” that “consider persons of other ethnicities or religious beliefs as dangerous and potentially criminal.” 
 
The network is a lobbying organization that advocates on behalf of migrants amid what is considered Europe’s worst refugee crisis since the Second World War. Critics, however, point out that it does not operate any refugee assistance center, while the diocese of Valencia under Cañizares’ command helped an estimated 40,000 migrants in 2015. Valencia is an autonomous community, currently the only Spanish region governed by Podemos, a left-wing populist party, through a coalition forged with Compromís, a leftist association, and IU-Valencia, a communist party.
 
Last week, the region’s government decided that students who receive a scholarship with public funding can’t use it in a private university, most of which are Catholic. They also ruled that medical students who attend private universities can’t perform their mandatory internships in public hospitals. Some legal experts believe the two decisions violate a concordat between Spain and the Vatican, which stipulates that students of Catholic institutions should be treated the same way as those of other universities.
 
The governor of Valencia, Ximo Puig, has denounced Cañizares’ statements, accusing him of “fomenting hatred” and claiming that “the whole world understands that each person can love whom he wants.” Puig’s vice-president, Monica Oltra, likewise accused the cardinal of being a “misogynist,” and sided with those who accused him of inciting hatred.
 
For his part, the cardinal hasn’t relented, issuing an open letter asking for “objective” lawyers and jurists to read the full homily in which he delivered the controversial remarks, and to point out what part of his text broke the law. Cañizares also has called for Christians in Valencia to refuse to comply with a bill that would allow minors to have a gender reorientation surgery, financed by the state, even without their parents’ consent (which under the law they would still need, for instance, to get a tattoo). 
 
In what was supposed to be a private letter to Puig and Oltra, but which was leaked and appeared in the Spanish press, Cañizares told the regional leaders that they reminded him of the regime of Spanish dictators Francisco Franco.
 
Despite recognizing Catholicism as the official religion, Franco also prohibited “seditious” sermons and other actions deemed offensive to the government or the military, or damaging to the unity of Spain. Manolo Mata, the spokesman of Valencia’s socialist government, saidWednesday the party considered the issue “resolved” after they failed to get the needed support to make the Corts Valencianes, the autonomous region’s main legislative body, condemn Cañizares. The criminal proceedings, however, are on-going.

The fanatical establishment hatred of Christianity has claimed another victim — actually several victims. A Calgary Stampeders wide receiver who objected to the hiring by the NFL of an open homosexual has been fined and denounced by his own team. Other players who criticized this past weekend’s selection by the St. Louis Rams of homosexual Michael Sam (complete with a hug and kiss from his White lover) have also been fined and one has been sent to a Soviet-style “re-education” camp.

 

CAFE has warned that the homosexual agenda which now seems triumphant in Canada and the U.S. will severely restrict freedom of religion and freedom of speech. If you’re not a fan of buggery, you’d better shut up.

CBC News (May 13, 2014) reported: “Calgary Stampeders receiver Maurice Price has been fined an undisclosed amount by the CFL for inappropriate comments about the NFL’s St. Louis Rams draft pick, Michael Sam. ‘The CFL will not tolerate discrimination of any kind,” said CFL commissioner Mark Cohon. ‘Whether it’s race, religion or sexual preference, our values are of acceptance and equality. We fully support openly gay athletes in our league, and in the sports community in general.’” Well, that’s not quite true, Mr. Cohon. You are quite ready to silence and persecute players who proclaim their Christian faith. So much for inclusiveness and tolerance. Believing Christians seem to be neither ‘accepted’ nor tolerated under your regime!

The CBC report continued: “Calgary Stampeders’ Maurice Price now faces a fine after ‘inappropriate negative comments on social media’ towards St. Louis Rams defensive end Michael Sam and openly gay professional athletes.” There’s that vacuous politically correct term of condemnation “inappropriate.” Cohon should have been honest and admitted Price is being punished because he is a professed Christian.

The story continued: “Sam is the first openly gay player to be drafted by an NFL team.’My faith won’t let me accept what took place over the weekend. Sorry, not sorry! #AdamAndEve #NotAdamAndAdam,’ tweeted Price. 

‘And it’s highly disturbing that under the current constitution individuals have been fined for verbalizing their thoughts.'” Indeed it is! Homosexuals are the new privileged minority du jour. People who might object to publish flaunting of homosexuality, whether for personal or religious reasons, had better keep their mouths shut in the new grim politically correct order.   • In the NFL, Miami Dolphins safety Don Jones was fined an undisclosed amount and will undergo educational training after he tweeted “OMG” and “Horrible” shortly after Sam’s name was announced Saturday. The tweets were taken down a short time later.

     

    Jones apologized for his comments and described them as inappropriate. The Dolphins said Jones has been excused from all team activities until he completes training related to his comments.
