Unless the Government Of Canada can produce substantial evidence
that public demand exists for mandatory masks, the Canadian Nationalist
Party will not comply.
If and when the Government Of Canada attempts to mandate
medical facemasks on the population, in public spaces there must be
lawful grounds to do so. The local authorities cannot enforce masks on
the citizens unconditionally without the public’s approval or consent.
As it stands right now, neither has been earned by the Government Of Canada.
In March of this year, the Canadian Nationalist Party served the Provincial Government Of Saskatchewan a notice of objection to their declared state of emergency
regarding COVID-19 due to having “a high probability of causing undo
suppression of our economic conditions – especially in rural areas of
the province.”
We believe those words to be self-evident today.
This declaration of emergency was unnecessary to begin with. It may or may not remain that way,
but ultimately the cost of such an alarmist reaction can be seen and
felt on the streets of our towns and cities – where small business has
taken the greatest hit and many storefronts have been boarded up and
closed down. Meanwhile, the Globalist Elite buy up properties for a
fraction of the price they would otherwise fetch on an open market,
unrestricted by these very COVID-19 emergency measures.
Unless the Government Of Canada can produce substantial evidence that public demand exists for mandatory masks, the Canadian Nationalist Party will not comply.
My main point of contention lies with the idea that CBC, as a publicly-funded media broadcaster, has paid no
attention whatsoever to the fact that a federal political party
espousing the ideology of nationalism has been (for all intents and
purposes) excluded from the democratic channel during and leading up to
the recent 43rd Federal Election. It is unacceptable to justify
this lack of coverage by claiming that the Canadian Nationalist Party
is a “small party” and therefore does not warrant this kind of coverage
when the subject-matter at hand demonstrates it is essentially
impossible to grow any party who is not permitted to host public events
and communicate their policies during an active election. This is a fundamental violation of our constitutional rights and self-determination.
In terms of mandate, the CBC is obligated to report on current affairs within the country which are in the public interest. The aforementioned claim is indeed
in the public interest because Canadian citizens are not only being
kept in the dark about the electoral policies of a federal political
party but they are being denied meaningful representation when it comes
to the ideology of nationalism. To not report on the exclusion of the
ideology of nationalism from democratic proceedings in Canada is contrary to the public interest.
The
Canadian Nationalist Party currently has active lawsuits in court
regarding these claims. This too is in the public interest to know about
– yet no coverage whatsoever has been brought to these very important
issues which relate to the democratic and constitutional integrity of
our society.
The willful lack of coverage of these developments,
combined with the track record of CBC ubiquitously reporting
negatively-oriented information about the same political party, provide
reasonable grounds to conclude that our publicly-funded media broadcaster has departed from its mandate of journalistic integrity and balanced reporting.
Therefore,
unless they can make amends and keep Canadians informed of these very
serious violations against our democratic and constitutional integrity,
the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation cannot be said to be acting in the public interest and should not expect the support of taxpaying citizens.
How often have I heard this note of discouragement when we speak of activism, whether it is attending a protest or writing a letter to an MP? I don’t feel it myself, but I know some others do. What pretends to be the voice of “realism” is really the chattering devil of planned discouragement. The Dark Forces seeking to vacuum away our freedoms have been fascinated by the study of psychology — what makes people’s minds tick and, then, how can this information be used to manipulate or control them. Modern tyranny has come to the conclusion that they don’t have to physically eliminate all dissenters or doubters. Just scare the majority into compliance (as they have with masks in the COVID Craziness). Then, convey the idea that their position is inevitable. Not everyone will agree, but as long as they are discouraged and passive, the evil agenda prevails. This brings me o a protest on October 18, the day Lady Michele Renouf was to go on trial in Dresden for remarks made in 2018 at a February 13 memorial held every year for the 300,000+ German civilians incinerated in that city on February 13-14, 1945. The war was essentially over. Dresden was not a manufacturing or military target. It was, indeed, acity to which perhaps 250,000 refugees fleeing the Soviet armies just 70 miles away had fled. Churchill himself in sending the waves of incendiary bombers had gloated that he would roast the German people. Anyway, Lady Michele’s brief impromptu speech caught the attention of the German thought police. She was detained, interrogated, released and an |”investigation” begun to see whether she had violated Sec. 130 of the German Criminal Code — “racial incitement of the masses”. Her speech had made no reference to race.This law, however, is used to persecute anyone who questions the Hollywood version of World War II or the Jewish tribal history more often called he holocaust. In due course, she was charged. The trial was to commence October 16. On that day, supporters of the Canadian Association for Free Expression (CAFE) held a protest outside the German Consulate in Toronto. We had a good many discussions with curious passersby. A short video was made of the protest. Reports of the protest spread over the Internet. We had only a vague report later that day. Something happened in the German court but both Lady Michele and her assistant Peter Rushton were under some sort of gag order. We would not learn until November 2 that the German prosecutor had, at the last minute, withdrawn the charges. The gag order was in place until the formal papers had been signed and filed.Lady Michele was free. What’s the Use?Here’s what Peter Rushton wrote: ” It was great to see you campaigning for Michèle’s acquittal: for once the international pressure and fear of official embarrassment has succeeded!“ The fake news media may not have covered our protest but people in Germany were watching. There were several reasons likely motivating the German authorities to retreat from the battlefield having menaced Lady Michele with this case for 32 months. However, international notice and condemnation were one of them We did our part! We did some good! Years agoU.S. patriots had a motivational saying: “The letter not written influences no one.” We don’t alway see the results of our actions. Sometimes, indeed, they are ignored but our input goes into the mix influencing the decision makers. As Luther said as he nailed his 95 theses or arguments to the cathedral door in Wittenburg setting off the Protestant reformation: Here I stand, I can do no other.” ( Hier stehe ich, ich kann nicht anders).

Richard Stengel, the point man on state-owned media for Joe
Biden’s transition team, has said protection of hateful speech that can
provoke violence is a “design flaw” in the Constitution and should be
fixed with “new guardrails.”
Stengel, a former MSNBC
contributor, is transition team leader for the US Agency for Global
Media, which includes broadcasters Voice of America, Radio Free Europe,
Radio Liberty and the Middle East Broadcasting Networks. He’s likely to
head the agency if Biden becomes president in January. Ironically, that
means Washington’s foreign propaganda outlets, which traditionally have
promoted America’s founding principles, would be overseen by a man with
restrictive views on the most fundamental of those tenets – freedom of
speech.

“All speech is not equal,” Stengel wrote last year in an op-ed published by the Washington Post. “And
where truth cannot drive out lies, we must add new guardrails. I’m all
for protecting thought that we hate, but not speech that incites hate.”
Stengel gave the example of “sophisticated Arab diplomats” who had questioned why constitutional rights would allow a US citizen to burn a copy of the Koran. “It’s a fair question,” he said. “Yes,
the First Amendment protects the thought that we hate, but it should
not protect hateful speech that can cause violence by one group against
another. In an age when everyone has a megaphone, that seems like a
design flaw.”

Another example that Stengel cited was alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election. “Our foremost liberty protects any bad actors who hide behind it to weaken our society,” he wrote. “Russian
agents assumed fake identities, promulgated false narratives and spread
lies on Twitter and Facebook – all protected by the First Amendment.”
Stengel
added that it’s time to consider hate-speech laws, like those enacted
by other countries to discourage incitement of racial and religious
tensions after World War II. He argued that mass shooters Dylann Roof
and Omar Mateen were consumers of hate speech, which created a climate
that made their heinous crimes more likely.
Stengel, formerly
editor of Time magazine, was a US State Department undersecretary for
public diplomacy and public affairs in the Obama-Biden administration.
He referred to his former State Department role as “chief propagandist.”
“I’m not against propaganda,” Stengel reportedly told the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018. “Every country does it, and they have to do it to their own population. And I don’t necessarily think that’s awful.”
That
Biden would choose a media chief who calls for restrictions on free
speech came as little surprise to Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe, who
tweeted: “Of course he does.” Another Twitter commenter took
issue with Stengel’s free-speech curtailments being based on the
offended party’s propensity for violence: “They are 100 percent advocating differential speech protections based on decibel level of complaints.”
Lawyer Horst Mahler released from prison in Germany after serving 10 years

Mahler’s long-awaited release from prison was not covered by the
mainstream media. He’s one of those charismatic “heroes of the Right”
the establishment tries to “cancel.”

THE
84-YEAR-OLD LAWYER WAS RELEASED FROM A PRISON IN THE EASTERN STATE of
Brandenburg on Monday afternoon, Oct. 26, a spokesman for the
Brandenburg Justice Ministry said.
He was
released under strict security conditions, which may have included ‘no
welcoming party’ because it seems there is practically a news blackout
on the whole affair.
Mahler
was jailed in 2009 after being given a 10-year-plus sentence for
“incitement to racial hatred” and for Holocaust denial — which is a
crime in Germany.
Mahler
was temporarily released in 2015 for medical reasons—he suffers from
diabetes and reportedly has had two foot-leg amputations while in prison
because of lack of exercise and inadequate diet, and is now confined to
a wheelchair. After being released in 2015, he made ‘non-permitted’
statements and traveled to Hungary where he requested political asylum.
The Hungarian authorities (under Orban) refused his request and
extradited him back to Germany where he was transferred back to prison
in 2017.
New Charges
Mahler’s freedom may be once again cut short because German authorites are already coming up with new charges against him. Prosecutors in the city of Cottbus (on the German-Polish border) say they are putting out a new arrest warrant against him for remarks published online. A spokesman for the Potsdam Regional Court announced a total of six charges for texts, writings and publications, all of which are intended to constitute an offense of sedition.
Mahler
has denounced the new charges, saying his remarks were “purely opinions”
that he has never denied. “These are contributions to the
interpretation of contemporary events on an ideological basis,” said
Mahler.
