New details have emerged about the campaign by Warren Kinsella’s Daisy Group to attack Maxime Bernier and the People’s Party of Canada in the lead-up to the federal election campaign. Kinsella, pictured here with his then-wife, Lisa Kirbie Kinsella, wanted to target Bernier as ‘racist’ and ‘a white supremacist.’ (Spencer Gallichan-Lowe / CBC News)

Audio recordings shared with CBC News reveal political strategist Warren Kinsella told employees working on a campaign against the People’s Party of Canada that leader Maxime Bernier was a “racist” and a “white supremacist” who would be “easy” to expose in the lead-up to the federal election campaign.

Dubbed “Project Cactus,” the campaign against Bernier and the PPC was run by Kinsella’s political consulting firm, Daisy Group. Kinsella made the comments during a staff meeting about the campaign in May.

“I want the hatred you have for Maxime Bernier to wash over you as a purifying force,” Kinsella tells his staff in one recording, made during a meeting on May 16. “There’s nobody in the country doing what we’re doing to Max Bernier.”

The recordings were provided to CBC News by a source who was present for the meetings and asked not to be named, due to concerns about retaliation.

In that same May 16 recording, Kinsella is heard telling staff that “Hamish and Walsh” will start to ask what Daisy Group is delivering on Project Cactus if they don’t start “spilling some blood.” Kinsella again refers to both “Hamish and Walsh” in a separate meeting discussing Project Cactus on May 30.’A purifying force’0:49″I want the hatred you have for Maxime Bernier to wash over you as a purifying force,” Warren Kinsella tells his staff in this recording. 0:49

In response to questions from CBC News, Kinsella would not say who he was talking about in those recordings. A source previously said the campaign was conducted on behalf of the Conservative Party of Canada.

Hamish Marshall was the Conservatives’ 2019 federal election campaign manager, while John Walsh is the former president of the Conservative Party and was a co-chair of the election campaign.

In a recording, Warren Kinsella is heard telling staff “Hamish and Walsh” will start to ask what Daisy Group is delivering if they don’t start “spilling some blood.” Hamish Marshall, pictured here left of Conservative leader Andrew Scheer, was the federal election campaign director for the Conservatives but says he had no role in overseeing any project with Daisy. (CBC)

Marshall denied having had any oversight role in Daisy Group’s campaign.

“I have never monitored (or overseen or any other synonym) any project or anything with Daisy or any Kinsella person or entity,” said Marshall in an email to CBC News when asked about the recordings.

John Walsh declined to comment on Daisy’s work.

“I was happy to serve as the volunteer chair of the 2019 Conservative party nation(al) campaign. My duties in that capacity ended on election night when I, sadly, did not deliver a victory for my leader, Andrew Scheer,” said Walsh in an email to CBC News.

He added, in response to questions about Daisy’s campaign: “I’m not sure what is being referred to in your email and will have no comment.”‘Hamish and Walsh’0:25In a recording, Warren Kinsella is heard telling staff ‘Hamish and Walsh’ will start to ask what Daisy Group is delivering if they don’t start “spilling some blood.” 0:25

A spokesman for the Conservative Party said the party doesn’t comment on election strategy, but follows all rules and election laws.

In October, the Globe and Mail first reported — and CBC News subsequently confirmed — that Daisy Group was behind the social media campaign to highlight xenophobic statements made on social media by PPC candidates and their supporters. Since then, Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer has refused to state whether his party had enlisted Daisy’s services for the campaign.

When contacted by CBC News on Monday and told about the recordings, Kinsella issued a statement, which he also published on his personal website.

“We do not discuss client matters publicly. It is up to the client to make public the relationship,” Kinsella wrote.

“The extremism found in the People’s Party of Canada is far worse, and far more pervasive, than anything I experienced before,” he wrote. “We were, and are, very proud to shine a light on the many extremists found in the People’s Party of Canada.”

‘Walsh is watching’

In the same recording of the May 16 meeting, Kinsella’s wife (from whom Kinsella says he is now separated) and former partner at Daisy, Lisa Kirbie Kinsella, tells the room that “Walsh” texts her when he approves of their work.

“Walsh is watching on Cactus,” she says. “He texts to me and will be like, ‘That was awesome.’ Like on the Rempel stuff? So he’s watching.”

Maxime Bernier publicly criticized Michelle Rempel in multiple tweets in May, accusing her of being “aligned with Far Left transgender activism” and criticizing the fact that she had blocked users on Twitter.

I wonder what @MichelleRempel thinks of the story about the BC father who could be arrested for family violence if he refers to his daughter as a girl.

Does she support free speech and parental rights?

She seems to be pretty aligned with Far Left transgender activism.

Kirbie Kinsella responded several times on Twitter to Bernier’s criticism of Rempel, accusing him at one point of “hostility toward women.”

“I do not discuss business matters with the media. This includes commenting on staff or clients, or confirmation or denial of rumours,” wrote Kirbie Kinsella in an email to CBC News. “Further, I am no longer a member of Daisy’s management and cannot speak on Daisy’s behalf.”

During the recording of that May 16 meeting, Kinsella can be heard telling staff to cast Bernier as a racist and refers to his past experience working on federal election campaigns.

“We actually have a white supremacist trying to become prime minister of Canada,” Kinsella says. “I’ve run campaigns depicting Preston Manning, Stockwell Day, Kim Campbell, depicting them as racists.

“None of them were. But I was successful at depicting them as racists. This guy actually is a racist. Okay? So it’s low-hanging fruit.”

In his statement to CBC News, Kinsella clarified this comment.

“I have proudly been exposing and opposing racism for more than 30 years,” Kinsella wrote. “As a political assistant, in 1990, I documented known white supremacists joining Preston Manning’s Reform Party. In 1993, I documented Kim Campbell’s inadequate response to the presence of actual neo-Nazis in the Canadian Airborne Regiment.”

“In 2000, as a political advisor, I documented the presence of known racists in Stockwell Day’s Canadian Alliance,” Kinsella continues. “After lots of research, I concluded none of those leaders were in any way racist. However, their parties had a problem in those days, which was well-known.”

A spokesperson for the People’s Party of Canada told CBC News that “Kinsella wrote similar things on his website and Twitter” and that Bernier “believes these statements are clearly defamatory and is keeping all his legal options open.”

Lisa Kirbie Kinsella and Warren Kinsella. In his most recent statement, and in previous statements about the campaign, Kinsella has said that the work ended on June 29, one day before the pre-writ period and spending limits came into force and that the details were always going to be disclosed. (Frank Gunn/The Canadian Press)

Kinsella: Scheer just ‘needs to maintain a pulse’

In the same recording of that meeting, Kinsella says he expects Scheer’s popularity to grow during the campaign and the Liberals to keep sinking, based on ballot tracking data released that week — which had the Liberals under Justin Trudeau slipping under 30 per cent of the vote in a projection.

“They (the Liberals) are heading towards winter. He’s going to start saying all kinds of stuff to save his ass,” Kinsella says of Trudeau, adding that Scheer “just needs to maintain a pulse” to win the election.

Kinsella was a frequent critic of Trudeau during the election and shared or retweeted critical stories about him online.

Elsewhere in the recording, Kinsella exhorts his staff to be vigilant in their efforts.

“All of you are capable of doing it but I need somebody who doesn’t sleep, basically. I had one kid who did it. His name’s Ahmed Hussen. He’s now the minister of immigration,” says Kinsella. Hussen was named minister of families, children and social development following the election.

“I would walk in and he’d have been up listening to 1010 at 4:30 in the morning and say to me, ‘Here’s what they said’ and I’m like, ‘F–k, let’s go,’ right?'”

Workers discussed continuing into pre-writ period

Tweets attacking Bernier specifically on a Twitter account called STAMPtogether run by Daisy stopped on June 29, one day before the pre-writ period and spending limits came into force. Under new election rules, any group that spent at least $500 on election advertising during the pre-writ period was required to register with Elections Canada as a third party advertiser.

In the recording from May 30, Daisy staffers discuss registering as a third party with Kinsella. They talk about buying Facebook ads for another client and then discuss whether they might have to register if they “do a spend” for Cactus.

“I don’t think Hamish wants us to, I think,” says Kinsella, adding, “Walsh is in Saudi Arabia.”

“It might not be a bad idea to do some paid tweets for STAMP before June 30 just to get our followers up, so then when we get to June 30 we have more followers,” says a staffer in response.

In his most recent statement, and in previous statements about the campaign, Kinsella has said that the work ended on June 29 and that the details were always going to be disclosed. He added that “we have proactively reached out to Elections Canada and disclosed everything we did up until June 29, 2019, when our work ended – as the law requires.”

A separate body, the Commissioner of Canada Elections, investigates any complaints related to elections.

“The Commissioner of Canada Elections does not comment on whether or not the office is carrying out an investigation into a particular matter. This is in keeping with the confidentiality provisions of the Canada Elections Act,” wrote spokesperson Michelle Laliberté in an email to CBC News.

SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR DR. JAMES SEARS AND YOUR WARD NEWS — ATTEND THE FINAL SUMMATIONS & LAST DAY OF THE TRIAL
Things have been going very well in Warren & Lisa Kinsella’s vanity prosecution of Dr. James Sears and Leroy St. Germaine for allegedly “uttering a threat” in YOUR WARD NEWS against the Kinsella. These drama queens took their complaint to two different police personnel and two different Crowns. All told them there was no threat and no case. They laid a private charge and the Crown took it over.

As you have seen from my reports, Dr. Sears lawyers have humiliated the Kinsellas, caught them in, er, shall we say, many untruths and exposed their visceral hatred of Dr. Sears and desire to bankrupt him and shut down the hilarious, satirical YOUR WARD NEWS by any means necessary.

On Thursday, the judge delivered a directed verdict and the charges against Leroy  ST. Germaine were withdrawn. One down; one to go.

In a somewhat frightening incident, during the noon break, defence lawyer Chris Murphy was assaulted at Starbucks by a sixtyish, fat, greying woman who spat on him before several witnesses. She may have been part of what Dr. Sears terms “post-menopausal crazy cat ladies” who seem to make up part of the Kinsellas’ anti-racist entourage. The assault was brought to the attention of the Court,.

Come out and by your presence witness for free speech. The final day of the trail is Tuesday, October 20 at 10:00. It will be on the second floor of the College Park Building, southwest corner of Yonge and College.

The Complaining Kinsellas Unravel During Withering Cross-examination in the YOUR WARD NEWS “Uttering Threats” Case

The Complaining Kinsellas Unravel During Withering Cross-examination in the YOUR WARD NEWS “Uttering Threats” Case

TORONTO, October 24, 2018. The trial of YOUR WARD NEWS editor Dr. James Sears and publisher Leroy St. Germaine of charges of “uttering threats” continued in Toronto today Defence lawyers (Chris Murphy for Mr. St. Germaine) and (George Gray for Dr. Sears) painted a picture of an ugly feud going back to 2015 as the Kinsellas and their group STAMP (Standing Together Against Mailing Prejudice) sought to drive the satirical tabloid out of business by any means necessary, including, Warren Kinsella admitted trying to bankrupt Dr. Sears: “I want to do whatever it takes to shut this paper down,” he snapped.

The defence attorneys shredded the credibility of the complainant couple is rigorous cross-examination. George Gray revisited Kinsella’s extraordinary assertion from the previous day that he was only “vaguely aware” that Dr. Sears was running for mayor of Toronto. After some technical fumbling the testimony from yesterday was played back to the court. Mr. Gray said:   “I submit you absolutely knew he was running” and references a tweet where Kinsella praised John Tory for refusing to participate in any “all candidates” debate where either Dr, Sears or populis videographer Faith Goldy were present because they were “White supremacists.” Having tried to muddy the waters by saying it took 25 signatures to nominate a candidate and that he did not keep close track of Dr. Sears’ campaign, Kinsella admitted: “I authorized the article. James Sears name never passed Mr. Tory’s lips. We do not want to legitimize White supremacy, misogyny and anti-Semitism,”

Mr. Gray also reminded Mr. Kinsella of his fighting tweet on October 22, urging supporters to come to the court proceedings, or help in other ways by donating money. However, as the Crown is prosecuting the case, the Kinsellas have no expenses. “In your view, it’s ethical to solicit funds for other proceedings.” Earlier Kinsella had admitted the funds would assist in other legal cases, a defamation action, they are pursuing against YOUR WARD NEWS.

Kinsella was visibly angry when confronted with his nickname “Prince of Darkness.” He insisted that short-lived Tory Kim Campbell called his that after her disastrous campaign. Kinsella had been a close war room advisor to victor Jean Chretien. He then added that his publisher had insisted on this handle. He concluded by asserting: “It’s what Mr. Sears does manipulating Wikipedia.” How he might do this was never explained.

Mr. Gray then confronted him with the name of the punk band he has played in SFH. Kinsella feigned surprise that Mr. Gray did not know what the initials meant and then explained “Shit From Hell”. Mr. Gray suggested that Prince of Darkness and Shit From Hell might explain the demonic and religious themes in some of YWN’s cartooning about the Kinsellas.

In the afternoon, Lisa Kinsella took the stand. In her testimony, she exposed the snowflake nature of this complaining couple. She explained the various action they and STAMP have taken — using her lobbying skills and insider Ottawa connections to get Dr. Sears and Mr. St. Germaine’s mailing rights removed, calling advertisers urging them to cease advertising in YWN, and lobbying with Jewish groups to get Dr. Sears and Mr,. St. Germaine charged under the “hate law”..

However, when Dr. Sears sought a review of the Interim Prohibitory order, she asked the review panel “not to ask her to give her address” as she was sworn in. [Paul Fromm, representing CAFE at these hearings had objected to this special privilege. He had argued for openness and transparency.]

The alleged threat in this case arose out of a reaction by Dr. Sears to the Children’s Aid Society being called to investigate his family and care of their young son. Six months later, Dr. Sears said he had not written about this malicious trick earlier because  “there was the chance that some hothead … would lose it and do something illegal, like bludgeon the Kinsellas to death … I chose to turn the other cheek and let enough time pass for (those) people to react with cool heads. As a Christian, I don’t want to see harm come to the Kinsellas and have delayed this information to let tempers cool”

As on the previous day, questioning centred on a tweet by Warren Kinsella calling Dr. Sears a “neo-Nazi serial sex offender” and attaching an article which posted his picture, street address, picture of his house, car, licence plate number and a picture thereof. She said her husband never posted Dr. Sears’ address. The article said: Dr. Sears ” seems to think he can sexually harass people and promote all kinds of racist Nazi bullshit with little consequence … here’s his home address and some personal info for anyone who’s interested.”

“Do you think this is a call to action?” Mr. Gray asked. Lisa Kinsella bobbed and weaved: “Well, my husband didnt’ write this and I am not responsible for what my husband does. I cannot  speculate” whether it’s a call to action.

Finally, she insisted: “It’s not a call to action when compared to what was written about us.”

The trial continues before Judge Dan Moore on Thursday. — Paul Fromm

FREE SPEECH SUPPORTERS PUSH BACK & MAKE SHAMBLES OF ANTI-RACISM TOWN HALL MEETING IN TORONTO

FREE SPEECH SUPPORTERS PUSH BACK & MAKE SHAMBLES OF ANTI-RACISM TOWN HALL MEETING IN TORONTO

TORONTO, February 22, 2018. It was billed as a town hall meeting to discuss anti-racism. Called by Beaches-Woodbine MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith and local MPP Arthur Potts, the sponsors invited two anti-racist heavyweights, Pakistani Moslem MP Iqra Khalid, who introduced the notorious M-103, anti-Islamophobia motion last year which sparked outrage across the country, and Michael Coteau, the Minister Responsible for Anti-racism — no kidding there really is such a position in lesbian Kathleen Wynne’ cabinet. And just to be ever so diverse and politically correct, the meeting was held in the basement of  the Grant African Methodist Episcopal Church on Gerrard Street,

About 150 packed the steamy church basement. There was standing room only.

It was Orwellian to hear four politicians who have deeply drunk the poisoned Kool Aid of equality. For them if results are not equal, then there is a systemic problem and government must fix it to make results equal.

Organizer Erskine-Smith told people with cellphone cameras: “Film us politicians but not the audience.” Everyone ignored him, includiing the media,.

Things went badly for the anti-racists almost from the beginning. The opening speaker was lanky Lisa Kinsella, who, with husband Warren, has led a three-year anti-free speech jihad to try to drive local satirical newspaper YOUR WARD NEWS out of business. Lisa Kinsella, apparently, is trying to use her freshly burnished anti-free speech and anti-racist credentials to secure the trendy leftist vote in a run for the local councillor’s  Ward 32 seat left vacant by the retiring Margaret-Mary McMahon.

Mrs. Kinsella ticked off the various things she and her husband had done to try to suppress YOUR WARD NEWS. Long-time Liberal party activists, they had pressured the then minister in charge of the Post Office, Judy Foote to issue a rarely used bit of police state power — an Interim Prohibitory Order to deny both the editor, Dr. James Sears, and the publisher Leroy St. Germaine the right to send ANYTHING, not just YOUR WARD NEWS, through the mails.

“Isn’t that denying government service to people?” a man in the audience demanded to know.

She ignored the question and droned on: “We shall do whatever it takes to shut down this hate rag.”

A squeaky voice  called out a propos of nothing: “Paul Fromm, get the fuck out of here.”

No one seemed to notice. Kinsella concluded: “There is no place for a publication preaching bigotry and hate in this community.” Acknowledging YOUR WARD NEWS‘ fighting spirit and determination to keep publishing, she added that the battle to silence YOUR WARD NEWS is “a marathon not a sprint.”

Then, master of ceremonies Erksine-Smith introduced Iqra Khalid, the bubbly smiling well made-up sponsor of M-103. Referring to hostile messages she had receive for promoting the anti-Islamophobia motion, Erskine-Smith marvelled : “As a White man, I would never be subject to such comments.” [I wondered whether he had ever read some of the hateful things said about White nationalists or people who question political correctness.]

A middle aged man, reminded Erskine-Smith; “It’s OK to be white.”

Iqra Khalid smiling said: “Yes, it’s okay to be white or black or yellow.”

She tried to downplay the threats to free speech implied  in M-103. Canada is so wonderful because of its “diversity” and “inclusion” she said. We just have to improve on it.

“Define Islamophobia.” a member of the audience demanded.

Another reminded her: “You wouldn’t answer this question in Parliament.”
A brown man, perhaps East Indian shouted:’ “Don’t vote Liberal. Vote Conservative.”

He was menaced by several white anti-racists who sprang up shouting at him: “Racists out!”

Miss Khalid resumed her sunny ways generalities about promoting diversity,

Another member of the audience demanded:  “How does Islam treat minorities?”

Another asked: “How does Islam treat women?”

Eventually a definition was given of Islamophobia. It is “the irrational fear of or hostility to Moslems.”

“But what is irrational?” a member of the audience wanted to know.

To give the panel complete control over questions, people had to submit them in writing.

Several persistant members of the audience were not to be silenced. Finally, MP Erskine-Smith gave two the microphone for short questions. A woman with a purple hat asked: “Does political Islam exist with the imposition of sharia law as its goal?”

Iqra Khalid dodged that one — her family has close ties with the radical Moslem Brotherhood: “I am not here to talk of ideology or religion.”

“You’re a fraud,” a man yelled at her.

Things were spiralling out of control The politically correct group-think of the Cultural Marxists was being challenged from many quarters and by people of various colours. Organizer Erskine-Smith explained the lack of police presence: “We did not want the police here as some people were disturbed by a police presence,” he said, referring to Negroes. Actually, although the event was held in a Negro church, only about 10 per cent of the audience was Black. The Jewish Defence League, listed in the U.S. as a terrorist group by the F.B.I.’ had promised to attend. Warren Kinsella had tweeted in advance that he was attending: “But now that an Islamophobic hate group is coming, I’ll be there in full Peaky Blinders mode.” Peaky Blinders were a vicious English street gang from the 1930s. It’s not clear who Kinsella had in mind as a “hate group.” Also, I saw no evidence of the JDL.

To try to ease the fears of some members of the audience, MP Erskine-Smith said it wasn’t “Islamophobic” to criticize a religion for, say, not treating women equally or being against LGBTQs, the alphabiet soup of the sexually weird. What was wrong, he clarified with a burst of fog, was to oppose a person just because of his religion.

MPP Arthur Potts added: “Everyone’s opinion is valued. It’s all about being tolerant.”

The final speaker was Michael Coteau, the cabinet minister in charge of anti-racism. Traditional voters tend to oppose government preaching at us and telling us what to think, but, then, this is Kathleen Wynne’s Ontario. Coteau was born in England in Yorkshire of an English mother and Grenadan father. He grew up in Flemington Park, an area with a lot of Negroes and a lot of welfare housing.

He has the gift of the gab. “We spend $68-million per year to police and incarcerate people in Jane/Finch” a heavily black, high crime area in northwest Toronto. If Negroes could achieve better, this money could be spent elsewhere, he explained. “We have to identify the causes of disproportionate outcomes,” he said. [One possibility Is the catastrophic 82 per cent illegitimacy rate among Negroes which leads to poverty, children being brought up by single mothers and often drifting into gangs.]

Then, in an unusual leap, he predicted: “Nigeria will be number 10 in terms of wealth by 2050 and Canada will be 25th.” Where he came up with this nonsense he didn’t say. He seemed to be arguing that, if we could improve the living standards of Negroes in Canada, we wouldn’t fall behind Nigeria.

MP Erskine-Smith worried: “The fastest growing proportion of the prison population is Black.” That’s true, but his implication was that somehow this was unjust or unequal. Despite our perrmissive legal system, that Blacks end up in prison in numbers much greater than their proportion of the population is no mystery. They commit more crimes!

“There’s a very scientific process to address disparity of outcomes,” Mr. Coteau insisted.
A member of the audience challenged the notion that only Whites are “racist.”

MPP Coteau agreed. “Go to Peel Region and black kids are fighting against brown kids and Chinese are fighting black kids.”

“Separate the races,” shouted a member of the audience to some applause.

“If the First Nations (Indians) had done that you wouldn’t be here.” This illogical silliness struck a small but loud cadre of supporters as a brilliant piece of wit and they gave sustained applause to the Minister in charge of anti-racism.

MP Erskine-Smith and the other politicians began to talk out the clock.

The crowd was told that “the UN praises Ontario as the world leader in anti-racism.”

“What does that have to do with M-103?” a member of the audience wanted to know, trying to get the meeting back on topic.

MP Erskine-Smith said he had been shocked when he learned recently that “90 per cent of children apprehended by Children’s Aid in Manitoba are aboriginal. There’s a great deal of racism,” he insisted — the old belief in equal outcomes blinding him to the more obvious conclusion: that there is a disproportionate degree of child abuse and neglect among many Indians!

While MPP Potts may have spoken of valuing everyone’s opinion, that was not the case with Warren Kinsella. The next day, the writer, lawyer and improbable public relations man with a manic obsession with Nazis offered this example of “inclusion” and openness to “diversity” (of opinion): “And then the pigs got up on their hind legs and started squealing. They started squealing and screeching, their little pig eyes all red, about ‘sharia law’ and Muslims ‘raping’ children and the need to ‘separate the races.’ The pigs looked human, but they weren’t. They were racists and anti-Semites and haters who roughly resembled humans, but weren’t human. They were pigs.” — Paul Fromm

YOUR WARD NEWS “Hate Law” Case & Kinsella’s Charge of Threatening” Set Over Until January 4

YOUR WARD NEWS “Hate Law” Case & Kinsella’s Charge of Threatening” Set Over Until January 4

TORONTO, December 21, 2017. With the Crown hinting that charges of “uttering threats” launched in a private prosecution by Warren Kinsella may be dropped,  January 4 was set down as the date for next court appearance, the Crown told the Court

Publisher Leroy St. Germaine and editor Dr. James Sears are also charged with two counts of wilfully promoting hate under Canada’s notorious “hate law” against women and Jews. This case was put over also to 10:00 a.m. on January 4.

The Crown told the Court it is “still deciding whether to proceed with the charges” of uttering threats.

The uttering threats refer to a non-threatening sentence in  the summer issue of YOUR WARD NEWS. Warren Kinsella, a mortal enemy of the satirical newspaper tried two police and several Crowns and was told the comments did not rise to the level of threats. Nevertheless, on June 21,he laid a private charge against Mr. St. Germaine and Dr. Sears, a charge which the Crown has since taken over.

The National Post (June 21, 2017) reported that in the Summer, 2017 issue of YOUR WARD NEWS, editor Dr. James Sears explained “that his family had been targeted by a ‘hoax’ complaint to the Children’s Aid Society. In his column, Sears accused Lisa Kinsella of …  being responsible for the complaint. Kinsella, for her part, vehemently denied any involvement.Sears said he waited months to inform his ‘thousands’ of friends and followers about the apparent CAS investigation due to fear that ‘some hothead who cares deeply about me and my family, would lose it and do something illegal, like bludgeon the Kinsellas to death.’” That passage, the Kinsellas alleged, constitutes a threat.

Kinsella went wild over a story. A person who is all elbows and insults in politics, Warren Kinsella went scurrying to the Metropolitan Toronto Police. The National Post’s account continued:  “Kinsella brought the article to Toronto Police, but she was told that there was not enough evidence to pursue criminal charges.Toronto Police spokesman Mark Pugash told the National Post that a detective looked at the case, then asked the advice of a Crown attorney. That Crown attorney, in turn, asked another Crown. ‘Both Crowns came to the same conclusion as the detective’ Pugash said, “which was that there wasn’t enough evidence.'”

So, the Metropolitan Toronto Police and two Crown Attorneys found no evidence of a crime. Still, the relentless Kinsellas initiated a private charge. This harassment is a time and resource waster. Dr. Sears and Mr. St. Germaine had to attend a court hearing August 2. The Kinsellas did not attend.

Neither Kinsella was in Court today. “This is the 7th or 8th appearance in this matter,” Dr. Sears told the Court: “I want the charges dropped by the next court date and, if not, I want an immediate date set for a judicial pretrial conference. This has been over six months and every delay has been the Crown’s fault.”

Again, there was no sign of the Kinsellas following up on the time and money wasting judicial mischief they’d caused.

More than a dozen free speech supporters jammed the tiny courtroom competing for seats with some two dozen sad sack accused all of whom had their cases adjourned. — Paul Fromm

Court Tosses Out Kinsellas’ “Threat” Charges Against Dr. James Sears and Leroy St. Germaine

Court Tosses Out Kinsellas’ “Threat” Charges Against Dr. James Sears and Leroy St. Germaine

TORONTO. September 7, 2017. A Toronto judge today tossed out a private charge of uttering threats (Sec. 264.1 of the Criminal Code) laid by Liberal Party attack dog Warren Kinsella and his wife Lisa against YOUR WARD NEWS publisher Leroy St. Germaine and editor Dr. James Sears. The private prosecution was undertaken by the combative Kinsellas who specialize in dumping heaps of yak doodoo and vitriol — “neo-Nazi; White supremacist” — on a host of political opponents. They have been  strident antagonists trying to get the satirical anti-ZioMarxist publication shut down.

Kinsella went wild over a story in the Summer issue of YOUR WARD NEWS.

The required disclosure to the defence was not ready. The case was adjourned to September 7.

Dr. James Sears leave Toronto court victorious over

Warren & Lisa Kinsella

Again, the Kinsellas were no shows at the ordeal they had inflicted on the controversial editor and publisher. Again, the required disclosure was not forthcoming.

The judge dismissed the charges.

When the charges were laid, Dr. Sears had commented that the Kinsellas’ charges were a “mischievous, impotent complaint laid in desperation by these publicity whores. My legal team and I will mop the floor with the Kinsellas on our first available opportunity in court”

Today the anti-free speech Kinsella crusaders were duly mopped.
