Environment Canada is predicting a high of only -19 this coming Saturday, January 13, 2024, without any wind chill. Due to this bone-chilling cold, which should be centred over Parliament Hill in Ottawa not Kelowna, we are postponing our scheduled rally at Hwy 97 and Cooper until January 20, 2024, where it is predicted to be a balmy 0°. We will be there at noon. Meanwhile, stay warm for the next few days.
