Indian Lobbyist Wants to Make Questioning Residential School Claims A Criminal Offence & Justice Lametti Seems to Agree

In this age, victimhood is a prize commodity.. With it, a group can induce guilt into tenderhearted Europeans and with guilt comes entitlement and money. The organized Jewish lobby from the 1970s on, used the story of their sufferings in World War II — the so-called holocaust — to pry immense sums of money from Germany. (Germany just allocated another $1.5-billion to survivors. It’s been 78 years since the end of WW II!)

Guilt, though is a useful tool. The press is immensely sympathetic to Jewish interests. Canadians are meant to feel guilty about the so-called holocaust even though it didn’t happen here, it didn’t happen to Canadians, and Canada didn’t do it. Indeed, Canada fought against those who caused Jewish suffering.

Nevertheless, we have Holocaust Remembrance Day and Month and a Holocaust Monument. So powerful has this guilt tripping been that the holocaust has become almost a religion imposed by Western elites that sneer at Christianity.

However, there were soon pesky questions challenging the numbers and many other claims of the victim narrative from some former detention camp inmates (Rassinier), from scientists (Leuchter, Butz, Faurrison, Luftl, Rudolf) and historians (Irving) The power of the guilt message depends on emotionalism. Rational questions are disruptive.

So, the victim group demands that any questioning of its victim narrative be silenced or criminalized. Questioning the Hollywood version of World War II can get you five years in prison in Germany and many other European countries.Last year, Trudeau, he who smashed the peaceful Truckers’ Freedom Convoy with the Emergencies Act and who is no friend of free speech, snuck amendments into the budget criminalizing holocaust denial. No Member of Parliament opposed this gutting of free speech. The holocaust is now an imposed state religion in Canada. It is beyond historical or scientific discussion or skepticism. It must be believed, if one is doubtful, the skeptic must keep silent.

Well, now a spokesman for another entitled group, native Indians, is demanding that questioners of that group’s guilt narrative be silenced.

The guilt narrative suggests that Europeans abused and dispossessed the native people. oF COURSE, there certainly were frictions in the relations between the European founding/settler people of Canada and Native Indians.

The residential schools set up to educate Indian children — to help move them from the Stone Age to the edge of the Modern Age in one generation — were really attempts at genocide, oh, well, not real genocide, but cultural genocide, according to former Chief Justice Beverley McLaughlin. The Harper Government apologized and shovelled out billions of dollars in compensation. The the guilt just keeps on giving. Trudeau has flung more money under various guises to Indians. Then, two years ago a propaganda bonanza occurred. The Kamloops band said that ground penetrating radar had found what might have been 216 graves near a former residential school. The press was is full guilt-mongering propaganda mode. The finding was dubbed “mass graves”, suggesting an undignified one-time burial, perhaps even extermination. Two years later, no further investigation has occurred. Are there even graves there; if so, who is in those graves and how, if it can be determined, did they die?

The irrational guiltmongering allowed the wrecking crew who hate Old Stock Canadians et quebecois de souche to tear down statues including of Canada’s first Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald, to rename buildings and even institutions. Ryerson University, named after the father of education in Ontario, was renamed Metropolitan University and a statue of Egerton Ryerson was vandalized and beheaded. The head was later found on the Six Nations Reservation near Brantford. No charges were laid. Over 50 Christian churches were vandalized or destroyed or damaged by arson. Belatedly, Justin Trudeau said he did not condone the arson but said he understood.; Almost no charges have been laid in these attacks one of which destroyed a Coptic Christian church in Vancouver. The Copts came to Canada from Egypt AFTER the last residential school closed.

Our history needs rational discussion. If individual Indians were abused or assaulted by all means charge the perpetrators, if still alive.

However, as with the holocaust, discussion and questioning is not what is wanted. It would interrupt and dampen the very profitable guilt narrative. Thus, “Canada should give “urgent consideration” to legal mechanisms as a way to combat residential school denialism, said a Friday report from [Kimberly Murray] the independent special interlocutor on unmarked graves.

Justice Minister David Lametti said he is open to such a solution. …

In her interim report, Murray raised concerns about increasing attacks from “denialists” who challenge communities when they announce the discovery of possible unmarked graves.

‘This violence is prolific,”’ the report said. ‘And takes place via email, telephone, social media, op-eds and, at times, through in-person confrontations’.” (Canadian Press, June 16, 2023)

Notice that e-mail comments, post on social media and op eds are now labelled as “violence.”

No discussion or criticism is to be allowed: Just hang your head in guilt and shame and pay up! — Paul Fromm

These are reasonable questions.

Kimberly Murray wants to see tougher action on residential school denialism

Canada should give “urgent consideration” to legal mechanisms as a way to combat residential school denialism, said a Friday report from the independent special interlocutor on unmarked graves.

Justice Minister David Lametti said he is open to such a solution.

Kimberly Murray made the call in her newly released interim report, just over a year after she was appointed to an advisory role focused on how Ottawa can help indigenous communities search for children who died and disappeared from residential schools.

Her final report is due next year and is expected to contain recommendations.

The former executive director of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada spent much of the past year travelling the country and hearing from different communities, experts and survivors.

The Liberal government created her role as it looked for ways to respond to First Nations from across Western Canada and in parts of Ontario using ground-penetrating radar to search former residential school sites for possible unmarked graves.

In her interim report, Murray raised concerns about increasing attacks from “denialists” who challenge communities when they announce the discovery of possible unmarked graves.

“This violence is prolific,” the report said. “And takes place via email, telephone, social media, op-eds and, at times, through in-person confrontations.”

Murray listed several examples, including after the May 2021 announcement by the Tk’emlups te Secwepemc Nation that ground-penetrating radar had discovered what are believed to be 215 unmarked graves at the site of the former Kamloops Indian Residential School.

The findings garnered international media attention and triggered an outpouring of grief, shock and anger from across the country, both in Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.

Murray said in her report that on top of dealing with an onslaught of media attention, the First Nation in British Columbia had to deal with individuals entering the site itself.

“Some came in the middle of the night, carrying shovels; they said they wanted to ‘see for themselves’ if children are buried there. Denialists also attacked the community on social media.”

Kukpi7 Rosanne Casimir of Tk’emlups te Secwepemc said she no longer uses social media without heavy filters because of the intensity of the “hate and racism” she experienced, according to the report, and believes the issue needs more attention…

Murray said Canada has a role to play to combat this sentiment and that “urgent consideration” should be given to what legal tools exist to address the problem, including both civil and criminal sanctions.

Lametti, who appointed Murray to her role, said that he is open to all possibilities to fighting residential-school denialism.

He said that includes “a legal solution and outlawing it,”  adding some countries have criminalized denial of the Holocaust during the Second World War.

The federal government followed suit last year, amending the Criminal Code to say someone could be found guilty if they wilfully promote antisemitism “by condoning, denying or downplaying the Holocaust.”

The measure does not apply to private conversations.

NDP MP Leah Gazan has also called for Parliament to legislate residential school denialism as hate speech.

“I recognize the damage denialism does,” Lametti said Friday as he joined the event in Cowessess First Nation by video conference.”

Hope Not Hate infiltrates alt-right – heeds advice on how to improve website

Hope Not Hate infiltrates alt-right – heeds advice on how to improve website

A year has passed since my legendary performance at the London Forum, now subject to criminal proceedings as already explained in detail here on this blog.

Desperate to see me further punished for the crime of singing humorous songs about Jewish power and influence, my accusers and longtime stalkers fail to grasp that I am not in the least afraid. Once one knows the Truth, it simply feels right and there is no going back. If the British authorities wish to imprison a singer for her satirical songs – so be it!

Unable to perform and speak freely (my laptop STILL in police possession after almost a year), I might just as well be in prison: the experience would no doubt spark further artistic inspiration, not to mention increase Joe Public’s ever-growing distrust of police, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and our elected leaders.

Anyway, on to the topic of this blog which deals with last week’s news concerning how a Hope Not Hate ‘researcher’, Patrik Hermansson – a queer Swede – managed to infiltrate the alt-right in a ‘year-long’ investigation which began last January.

Already, I can hear you say we are still only in September. Yes, the consummate liars down at Hope Not Hate (HNH) never fail to impress when it comes to trying to outdo mainstream gutter press for touting misleading headlines. Hermansson’s infiltration ended with the Charlottesville demonstration in August: seven or eight months at the most – hardly a year.

Admittedly, the Swede did manage to fleece several hardened dissidents by worming his way into the London Forum, masquerading as a masters student researching the doxing and deplatforming of figures such as David Irving, Vincent Reynouard, myself and others. The tactics used to infiltrate are largely described on HNH’s website for those of you who are interested. I shan’t be sharing any links here – apologies, but you’ll have to search for yourselves.

Hermansson used a top-of-the-range button camera to secretly film ‘interviews’ with some of the world’s leading alt-right figures. Yes, some of the footage is rather embarrassing. However, at the same time, Hermansson fails utterly to reveal anything of note. The short clips published so far prove that those targeted say the exact same things in private as they do in public. A documentary is scheduled for release at a later date.

There have been a few lukewarm press reports, mostly from the state-funded BBC. When interviewed, the Swede sticks to HNH boss Nick Lowles’ predictable script.

It is an eyebrow-raising reflection of the times we live in when a queer publication reports more even-handedly than the state-funded broadcaster.

No doubt attracted to the story by way of the Swede’s sexual preferences, Pink News has produced the most balanced report so far. Hermansson admits to engaging in dishonest behaviour, as well as lamenting the fact that he has received ‘murder threats’ – from people he’s never met!

My interview with Hermansson took place early April, just after my scheduled ‘trial’ had been adjourned and Senior District Judge Arbuthnot had recused herself after being outed as a pro-Israel stooge.

With hindsight, Hermansson had been well-trained in the art of deception.

We met in a cafe near Victoria Station in London and for the first half hour, as far as I can remember, we chatted generally about my case. Hermansson then feigned dismay that he hadn’t switched on his iPhone voice recorder from the start. Of course, all the while he’d been secretly filming me through his very expensive button camera.

I told him the facts as recorded here on my blog. As well, I gave my opinion of Hope Not Hate and the poor content of their website. A musician’s memory is a useful tool. Checking my email history confirms that, at the time, I had been researching the very organisation which had sent a paid infiltrator to spy on me in the hope of gleaning intelligence about the UK alt-right.

Unlikely that that particular section of footage will be used in the upcoming documentary. With my ‘trial’ ongoing, it’s equally doubtful that a documentary would show any discussion involving my case – especially not the part about my accusers outing themselves as abusive Twitter trolls in court last December.

Two weeks after my interview with Hermansson, HNH trumpeted their brand new revamped website. Little by little, all the archives that had back then been wiped and transferred to a holding site have begun to reappear. The main difference with the old site is that comments are no longer possible – not that anyone bothered commenting much on the old site, something I remember pointing out to Hermansson during our conversation. The content is as predictable and shoddy as ever. In fact, HNH’s MO can be summed up in four words:

Nazis! Nazis everywhere! Donate!

HNH’s infiltration of the alt-right coincides with the organisation’s desire to branch out into the US Donate Button For Gullible Goyim market. There is now a second website – a dot com – as well as a new US Twitter account. Perhaps a necessary move if Lowles and Co are to continue to live in the style to which they’ve grown accustomed?

It would appear that certain sources of funding within the UK – including from government and trade unions – may have dried up somewhat following exposure from several sources. There is plenty of evidence detailing HNH’s dishonesty, duplicity and downright incompetence in running a supposed charitable trust which is, in fact, a cover for state surveillance of political dissidents and a militant, pro-Zionist campaigning wing of the UK Labour party.

Hermansson’s write up includes a couple of predictable paragraphs – no doubt heavily edited by Lowles – about me being one of the UK’s most notorious ‘Holocaust’ deniers.

Interestingly, ex-Jew Gilad Atzmon described Lowles’ thus in one blog article dating back to 2012:

Lowles, himself an ex Jewish student activist, is not against revisionism in general. He is not against Israelis dismissing the Palestinian holocaust – he has no quarrel with Nakba denial. Nor does he oppose the deniers of the Arminian Holocaust. And for some reason, HOPE not hate is also strangely silent  about the Ukrainian holocaust, the  Holodomor – that according to prominent Israeli Zionist writer Sever Plocker and others, was largely inflicted by Stalin’s Jews.Nick Lowles and ‘HOPE not hate’ are completely uninterested in the denial of any holocaust – any, that is, except one.

Another fierce critic is Larry O’Hara, ‘anti-fascist researcher’ (!) and editor of Notes From The Borderland (NFB) who describes Lowles as being out of his depth when it comes to serious politics:

Lowles mistakes impulsiveness for decisiveness, and simply lacks the grey matter needed for original grounded thought.

O’Hara is equally scathing with regard to HNH company secretary Ruth Smeeth MP, as well as longtime HNH researchers Joe Mulhall and Matt Collins.

Funding for the Swede’s infiltration no doubt partly came from the seemingly aborted HNH threats to sue Nigel Farage: two crowdfunding campaigns, each to the tune of £100,000 (which I already commented on here), would easily buy a specialised button camera, numerous plane tickets, rail fares, hotel rooms and cover the rental cost of a North London flat.

Hermansson’s Twitter profile reads ‘researcher for @hopenothate’. I bumped into him again a couple of times at various meetings since our encounter but he seemed to take only a scant interest into delving deeper into my personal story. He clearly had bigger fish to fry.

At least I finally got a mention from HNH – which, amusingly, certain of my detractors seem to think is a badge of honour:

Jonathan Hoffman must be over the moon! Although, as I am officially Too Extreme For the BNP, Hoffman and his Kahanist pals really don’t have too much to worry about.

Rendez-vous next Wednesday, 10am at Westminster Magistrates Court for yet another hearing – the fifth so far, now with a third district judge in attendance.

Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me by donating. I am very grateful.

Year End Update from Persecuted Historian David Irving

Scotland, Monday, 21 November 2016

To: Larry Ernst
P. O. Box 633
Dayton, 22821

Dear Larry,

We are approaching Christmas and a date almost more important: December 6 is the tenth anniversary of the date when five wise Viennese judges sitting in the Austrian Court of Appeal ordered my immediate release from prison (see photo below): I had been ambushed in Vienna and held for over a year in solitary confinement for "Wiederbetätigung," a mysterious political offence created by Stalinist courts in 1945; I was accused of trying, with my famous biographies, to "reactivate" the German Nazi party. The decision rescued me, and I was able to get back to England and my little girl, and resume writing Real History.

The following day saw the unleashing of a Press campaign against the judges who ordered my release. Prof. Deborah Lipstadt, who a year earlier had told the press it was wrong to lock me up, announced to the US newspapers straightfaced that it was now totally wrong to release me. As you know, some people are hard to satisfy!

My daughters are now all grown up, and Lipstadt has written a movie, which is as truthful as only Hollywood movies can be, funded by millions of Hollywood dollars, attacking me. It has been going around since September. Its very first scene is a lie.

I am in Scotland now, and have three more books to write: theChurchill biography, vol.3 (which takes the story to Potsdam and Hiroshima); my own memoirs, which I first drafted when I was still in the thick of it; and I am currently putting final touches to Himmler's War, which is finished, bar the final polish: Part I is subtitled, 'Always be decent and brave and kind', a quote from a letter to his daughter, little Gudrun Himmler in 1930.

I think I told you that I've beaten Germany, where the permanent ban (imposed in November 1993) was lifted last year, after two Court hearings and a three-year battle by my brave lawyer - because such a ban violates a European law on freedom of movement which did not exist at the time. The Court even ordered the Bavarian Government to pay all the costs. The same freedoms do not hold in freedom-loving Canada, New Zealand, Australia - I can't even visit my daughter and her family living Down Under - and other countries where the traditional enemies of Real History have gained the upper hand.

The United States is changing. Back on October 18 my emails show I was telling people that in my judgment Donald Trump had his heart in the right place and was going to win: "I don't think Hillary will make it." Three weeks later all the pundits had egg on their faces. They all just quote each other: like conformist historians. The Internet is changing everything.

My books are not prohibited anywhere in the world, nor the YouTube videos of me speaking; but Hollywood and its lies hobble on. Join the fight! We print my latest books at high quality, which is costly, and I have only you folks as a back-up to fall back on. Since the 1990s, mainstream publishers have not dared print my books. So contribute what you can, if you can, by check, cash, or bank transfer. You'll get a personal letter of thanks from me if you do and, if and when I next speak near you, a personal shake of the hand. In my years it has shaken a lot of famous hands, I don't have to tell you!

Yours sincerely,
and with best wishes for Christmas,
