I do not enjoy having to do this… As much as I enjoy what I do with Druthers, I must admit, sending these newsletters every couple weeks is not easy since I am always asking for money. That bothers some people, I am aware, and I am sorry for that. I know also that some people really appreciate the reminder and are grateful for these emails. Subscribe: Another great way to get papers and support Druthers is to have a bundle of papers delivered to your door each month through the mail. The papers are free but we do ask for a s/h fee. A bundle of 100 papers is $39.95 for delivery to any address in Canada. You can then distribute the papers freely into your community however you see fit and wake up more people in your own area. I will provide more specifics and updates in the coming weeks. Not much happening until then, except the Crown Persecutor, David Grabavac, wants two years in jail, three years probation, a firearms weapons ban, and a DNA sample. Unbelievable. From those who have seen the video, this is nothing more than political harassment and intimidation by Mr. Grabavac who is abusing his powers and should be removed from the office of a Crown Prosecutor immediately.

In the B.C. Supreme Court on Jan. 29, 2024, I appeared before Justice Weatherill. I was ordered to file my Constitutional Challenge to the payment of transcripts fees, and s. 265 of the Criminal Code (assault – as being far too broad), and serve them on the AG of Canada and BC, by April 5, 2024. Next hearing date is simply to see how to proceed with the appeal after that.

In response to the City of Kelowna’s Petition for a permanent injunction banning our rallies from downtown Kelowna unless we pay for an obtain a permit from the very people we are protesting against, we have filed a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) Application, seeking to have the Petition dismissed on the basis that it is either intended to stifle and stop freedom of expression or will have that effect – or both. The City and Province has tried for two years now to stop our rallies (protests/demonstrations) against COVID-19, vaccinations, and upcoming threats to our freedoms.
Public visibility is hated by these govt’s who do not want their activities becoming public unless they control the narrative.
This was originally set down for a three (3) day hearing this past week. In Kelowna, they use this archaic “Assize” system to set hearing dates in the Supreme Court, where the schedulers call you late on Friday afternoon the week prior to your hearing, to tell what days you will be heard on. This presents numerous obstacles and burdens upon all parties, from lawyers having to leave a whole week open to may be heard on one day, to litigants who are self represented having to tell employers at the last minute that they cannot work, to the public who have a Constitutional right of access to watch court proceedings and must also try and reschedule all their plans to be heard at the last minute.
As a result of there being no available judges, this hearing has now been pushed back to the week of JUNE 17, 2024 to be heard over three (3) days.
I will not be notified until Friday June 14, 2024 what specific days of the following week we will be heard, and who the judge will be.

Emergencies Act Notice of Appeal
On Feb. 22, 2024, the Attorney General of Canada filed its appeal from the decision of the Federal Court, striking its orders under the Emergencies Act. The Respondents are the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, Edward Cornell and Vincent Gircys, and the Canadian Constitutional Foundation.
Additionally, the Canadian Frontline Nurses and Kristen Nagle have also filed an appeal from the decision of the Federal Court Judge refusing to give them standing.

Bruce has been a committed activist for freedom the entire COVID-19 Con and continuing to the present against ongoing threats to our rights and freedoms.
Please support Bruce at court when judgment is delivered by Judge Ruse. Those who have witnessed this proceeding will, again, agree that no disturbance was caused and the Crown is simply prosecuting for improper purposes.

- Sign-up on the Newspaper Delivery list so that you get an email confirming the deliveries for each Sunday. With winter in mind, we will only do this if roads are bare and it’s not snowing. The advantage of delivering this time of year is that nobody is hanging out in their front yards except for the odd snowman.
- We meet at the Capri parking lot between A&W and De Dutch Pannekoek House
- Bring a large bag for carrying the papers if you want
- Grab a free small Kelowna mapbook that can help you get situated. Your cell phone will be tracking and tracing you. Learn how to read maps again
- You will be provided with a printed google map of the area you will be delivering to. Bring a yellow marker to indicate which streets you completed. You may run out of papers or you may end up with extra
- We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
- Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants
- Sign up as a Volunteer to participate in one of the many focus groups we are working to organize. Most people are too busy to commit to fighting for freedom. I guarantee you will have plenty of extra time after Canada becomes a full-fledged communist country and your jobs & businesses are gone. Time to add freedom-fighting to your list of priorities. Much of the help needed can be done at home and even one hour per week will be helpful. Even if you don’t want to join a specific group, maybe you have something you can offer to help out. “The average length of stay at any Remand Centre in Alberta (and across Canada) is from 18-30 days. As of February 1, 2024, the Coutts Four have been in Remand for 717 days without bail or due process.
Remand is the purgatory of the prison system where you are placed in a small cage to await a bail hearing before being processed and moved to a place that is more fit for human survival. Two years locked in one spot for an accusation cannot and should not be the way our legal system works! What these four courageous men are being put through is a form of torture and a human rights issue to the core. By default, their incarceration has deemed them Guilty Until Proven Innocent for their time already served. A Worldwide Rally and Awareness Campaign has been organized across Canada to demand bail and due process for the Coutts Four. They stood up for Canadians, and now we need to stand up for them!
Please help with the following:
-Print the attached poster, in colour or black & white, to distribute throughout the Okanagan/Shuswap. Post it at as many places as you can find (mailboxes, poles, businesses, message boards, etc) and share it on your social media platforms.
-Spread the word to as many people as you can.
-Distribute and/or finance the distribution of the February Edition of Druthers newspaper which has the Coutts4 article on its cover page. The cover page can be distributed online through social media https://druthers.ca/newspapers/ Print copies of Druthers should be available at the courthouse event. The online version is always ready on the first of publication month, but printed versions become available around mid-month following a last-minute fundraising effort.
-Although the main tool we’ll use to make the public aware of the injustice done to the Coutts4 is the Druthers newspaper, brochures may also be available at the courthouse rally.
-ATTEND the Nationwide Rally on February 15th with signs specific to the release of the Coutts4 who are being held in a Remand Centre unjustly for 2 years without bail or due process. This Rally is only about the Coutts 4. No vulgarity. We need to act professionally and stick to the point to be most effective. Bring others with you to the rally.
-Email the Alberta Crown Prosecution to respectfully ask or request for the Crown to give Jerry Morin, Tony Olienick, Chris Carbert and Chris Lysak due process and to release them on bail while they await trial jsg-acps.calgaryprosecutions@gov.ab.ca

There is an upcoming CPSBC Discipline Hearing for Dr. Charles Hoffe on March 4-15. Dr. Hoffe has requested that as many people as possible call the College of Physicians & Surgeons of BC at 604-733-7758 to request access to the virtual discipline hearing for him starting March 4. They will tell you where to find the form on their website. It must be downloaded, printed out, signed and then emailed back to the College. Dr Hoffe says people do not need to be available to watch the virtual hearing. What’s important is that the College gets inundated with requests from the public. | WORTH A LOOK STUDENT OPPORTUNITY Attention Students The ILS Summer Fellowship program provides students with a ten-week internship working with non-profit organizations in areas like public policy analysis or educational programs. In addition to their work placement, Summer Fellows take part in weekly webinars and attend Freedom Week. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students in any field, as well as recent graduates (within two years). Work placements may be remote or in-person. By now, almost everyone is aware of the recent Federal Court judgment in our favour on the Emergencies Act orders from the Trudeau Gov’t. This is likely being appealed but that doesn’t stop the fact that this decision is presently lawful and binding. I hope to chat more on this in our next newsletter having just finished reading it yesterday.

Pursuant to s. 6-8 of the B.C. Limitations Act, you have two (2) years from the date that you discovered (or reasonably ought to have known) the injury, loss or damage from the Federal Gov’t in relation to its actions to freeze bank accounts and other actions in relation to the Emergencies Act orders.
This limitation is likely to apply on Feb. 14, 2024 – in two weeks. If your bank account was frozen or if you suffered damages, injury or loss, you need to look at getting your claim filed in the next two weeks. Kelowna Freedom Rally

It is important to remember that bail is a common law and Constitutional right in Canada (s. 11(e) Charter: not to be denied reasonable bail without just cause.) Bail can only be denied pursuant to s. 515 of the Criminal Code on extensive grounds. People are released on murder charges, sexual assaults, and many other horrific crimes regularly across Canada – including many who have extensive criminal records. Many of these alleged offenders go out to commit other offences while on bail, constituting a large ‘catch and release’ program in Canada.
These four innocent men, having no criminal records, were alleged to have committed various offences under the Criminal Code. There were no victims involved. Everything is alleged only. They are presumed innocent until their trial at the end of May, 2024, by judge and jury. Keeping them in remand jail for two years is an injustice. They are only several of many people who have been criminally charged and have likely done nothing wrong except expose the Government’s COVID-19 tyranny upon us.
Judge Johnna Kubic, a Trudeau appointed judge has denied bail three times to Chris Carbert, and who it is claimed has donated to the Liberal Party 26 times!
The Crown is really opposing their release on political grounds only, ie: that these people opposed the COVID-19 unconstitutional lockdowns and restrictions, and are being punished to frighten off others from opposing further unconstitutional government restrictions on our rights and freedoms. There is no such recognized basis for denial of bail nor Crown opposition to bail being granted, on this basis.
In this case, the Crown has, improperly and in abuse of its powers, made the procedure to be the punishment, or large part of it, more so as these innocent prisoners are being held in various remand centres, which are notoriously known for their inhospitable environments, such that many innocent accused frequently plead guilty to avoid time spent in remand centres awaiting trials.
Note, that the RCMP were the first organized police force in the world to use agent provocateur tactics as far back as the 1919 Winnipeg General Strike. They continue to use such tactics today.
They need our support.
Join us Feb. 15 at the Kelowna Courthouse, Vernon Courthouse and Penticton Courthouse, for rallies starting at 9:00 a.m., for the morning. We will have brochures to hand out to people. Please feel free to make your own signs as well.

Not much happening until then, except the Crown Persecutor, David Grabavac, wants two years in jail, three years probation, a firearms weapons ban, and a DNA sample. Unbelievable. From those who have seen the video, this is nothing more than political harassment and intimidation by Mr. Grabavac who is abusing his powers and should be removed from the office of a Crown Prosecutor immediately.

The advantage of delivering this time of year is that nobody is hanging out in their front yards except for the odd snowman.

You will be provided with a printed google map of the area you will be delivering to. Bring a yellow marker to indicate which streets you completed. You may run out of papers or you may end up with extra
We ask that with every paper you deliver, you remove the inserts and place them in the mailbox in front or behind the paper. That way, someone who may hastily throw out the paper will still be forced to see each individual flyer
Please deliver only one paper per mailbox, regardless if you have different papers (we usually have a combination of different papers and editions). Some houses may have up to 4 mailboxes; put one paper in each as they are for different tenants
Sign up as a Volunteer to participate in one of the many focus groups we are working to organize. Most people are too busy to commit to fighting for freedom. I guarantee you will have plenty of extra time after Canada becomes a full-fledged communist country and your jobs & businesses are gone. Time to add freedom-fighting to your list of priorities. Much of the help needed can be done at home and even one hour per week will be helpful. Even if you don’t want to join a specific group, maybe you have something you can offer to help out. So many of you kept asking for it… and I’m super stoked to announce that the new Druthers website is ready! What does that mean? I’ll tell you, but first, I need to promote our Neighbourhood Mail service as we still have about 40,000 newspapers ready to be delivered to your local community via Canada Post… and it’s a really good one!! ORDER IT FOR YOUR NEIGHBOURS 3 easy steps: I’m sure you are very busy, it’s that time of year, so I will make this as quick and easy as possible for us to get this important topic into the minds and discussions of the people in your community. 1. Choose the postal code area you would like Druthers delivered to. 2. As many of you know, this Druthers project was started by regular folks from the lockdown protests back in 2020 as a way to bypass all the insane amounts of censorship on the internet on important topics, news & information. We are not professional writers, publishers or web developers. We are just people who care and we decided to figure out how to make a difference. Also, as you are likely aware, online censorship has continued to increase dramatically over the last 3 years, making Druthers more important than ever! We have now printed and distributed over 9.5 MILLION physical newspapers since this project began and it is entirely funded, written, promoted & distributed by concerned Canadians like you. What’s great about the new website? First, every single article we’ve published in the 3 years of papers (about 600 articles) are now online as stand alone posts. That means you can share your favorite articles in Druthers much more easily. Another great thing about this new website? Facebook and Instagram blocked druthers .net from being shared on their platforms since they deemed us as news and Canadian news isn’t allowed on their platforms now. But now with the new domain being Druthers.ca, anything on that website can now be shared on FB & IG. I don’t imagine this will last long as they are likely to flag this domain eventually too, but in the meantime, let’s milk it and share the new Druthers website and its articles everywhere you can, as quickly as you can. Easier account changes. We have over 2,100 postal subscribers and if you are one of those good follks, you can now more easily make edits to your subscription. Increase or decrease the number of papers you receive each month, change your mailing address, pause your subscription temporarily if needed, and more. We are still going strong, because of you! As this year wraps up, I would like to send my deepest heart-felt gratitude to the 10’s of thousands of Druthers lovers all across Canada (and beyond). While there is still a lot of work ahead of us to correct this tyrannical system we are currently living under, but we are making a tremendous difference. Justice Critic Gordon Watson Demands Action By BC Attorney General for September 20 Anti-Freedom Riot
Following is my 3rd letter to Peter Juk, after the riot at the Legislature which ruined the parental rights rally
Back in 1982, I met the Battling Barrister, Doug Christie, one of the noblest of them all. He taught me : Freedom of speech IS the issue.
I see the Trans-in-sanity thing as a passing fad. Disastrous to those entranced by it, yet, this too, shall pass. I am doing what I can to see the enemies of Freedom made accountable.

01 This is my 3rd letter in expectation that the BC Prosecution Service will deal appropriately with the outrage which went on at the Legislature grounds on September 20th 2023. Yet no reply? Strikes me that two months is more than enough for a Branch of the government, to, at the very least , acknowledge concerns that I and many citizens have, regarding criminality we suffered at that riot.
02 Enclosed find a copy of the newspaper DRUTHERS which I was handing out that day. The articles entitled “I Thought I Was Saving Trans Kids – Now I’m blowing the Whistle” & “From Transgender to Transhuman”are important for all-concerned to grasp the enormity of the problem of which the riot was a symptom. See also the article ‘A medical atrocity’. The classic treatise “Extraordinary popular delusions and the madness of Crowds” by Charles Mackay is required reading in order for you to understand what is going on. And what will continue to go on and get worse unless the Criminal Justice Branch does its duty to put the thugs in their place. Meaning, the engine of the crimes committed by the mob that day, is = hatred generated by profound mental illness. Recent articles in the newsmedia ought to educate you that decent people no longer forebear criminals large and small, ‘getting away with murder’, by playing the mental illness card. Ordinary people have the right to quiet enjoyment of public places.
03 What we saw on September 20th 2023 was the outworking of what Professor Marshal McLuhan observed : “When someone feels his self image is threatened he has a mandate for war”. The A-pot-em-no-phil-iacs gained control of government apparatus by subterfuge. The BC Civil Rights Code was amended by three readings in the House in one day while the public gallery was packed with supporters of Trans-gender-ism. Meanwhile ordinary British Columbians heard not a peep about it and were never consulted about reversal of the right to Freedom of Expression on this particular topic. The self-image of those suffering ‘gender dysphoria’ aka A-pot-em-no-philia, is so fragile that, when their theology is criticized, they – having nothing intelligent to say – retaliate as experienced on the lawn of the Leg. Demons moving individual meat puppets in mindless rage to a criminal extent.
04 My Grade 3 teacher taught us : ‘When people run out of intelligent things to say, they resort to profanity”. Read through the transcript of the conference call of those who organized the riot, which I sent you in my last letter. Writ large is tacit admission that they know they have no comeback in polite dialogue. So they revile their political enemies as ‘bigots / fascists / haters’. This is dehumanization — stoking-up union members to go out and “overwhelm / displace by sheer numbers” citizens assembled peacefully in the public square practising democracy.
Well, video recordings of the rallies in Victoria and Vancouver, show who the real haters are.
05 Enclosed find a copy of a summary composed hours after the Event, by someone who was there. Notice the slogans she reports as being chanted. “fascist” “bigot”. Especially ominous is “Black Lives Matter”. In order for your Branch to realize the potential for much worse to come, your homework is you must view video footage of mobs howling the same slogans, marauding through cities in the united States of America, not very long ago. If you say ‘that can’t happen here’ I remind you that it already did happen here. As the mob broke down the statue of Captain Cook, VPD officers were right there on the spot yet did nothing. Your branch then did nothing. Studied evasion of your duty to enforce the law told the perps coddled by the NDP’s farm team at City Hall, i.e. ‘civil rights poverty pimps’ they are ‘untouchable’ in this present political climate. The riot by Trans-idiots was an indicator how bad it is. They set out to and did impose by force, their doctrine of sexual perversion on anyone who disagrees. Unless you get serious about the crimes they committed at the Legislature, the sickness will get much worse.
06 Lately we see people wringing their hands and whimpering about “law-less’ness’ on the downtown streets. That didn’t happen overnight. There is no other, more logical explanation for how bad things are now, but that the degradation of the physical plant of the city, and the outrageous attacks – even murders – on innocent people, is directly consequent from the communist strategy of emasculating leadership of law enforcement. From what I’ve seen so far, those who promote SOGI123 are aiding and abetting what we used to call “child molesters”. The people shown on the video recording of the conference call were part of that longterm agenda; that is, engaged in a criminal conspiracy to commit indictable offences. It doesn’t get much more serious than that. What are you going to do about it?
07 My letter of November 8th 2023 included a photograph of a man carrying the flag of the BCGEU at the riot. It occurred to me that you may be a member of the BC Government Employees Union. If so, that would explain why no response to my allegations. So, “yes” or “no”?
Mr Juk. Are you a member of the BC Government employees union? Similarly : Are members of the staff of the BC Prosecution Service members of the BC Government Employees Union?
