The Rage of Anti-White “Wokeism”: Ontario NDP Sees “Islamophobia” as he Worst Sin Possible — Throws Longtime NDP MPP Out of Caucus for A Facebook Post He May Never Have Made

During the 2018 Ontario provincial election, the far-left Ontario NDP stood behind their candidate in Scarborough–Agincourt, Tasleem Riaz, a Muslim woman, who denied allegedly posting a pro-Hitler meme on her Facebook timeline at some point in the past.

The Facebook post features a quote that is commonly attributed to Hitler overlaid over a photo of the tyrannical despot giving a Nazi salute to a gathered crowd. A title above the image reads, “The Ruler said about Rule.”
The phrase below it — “If you don’t like a rule … just follow it … reach on the top … and change the rule,” is attributed to Hitler, though there’s no direct historical evidence the Nazi leader ever uttered it.

In a statement at the time, Riaz said that she was “horrified that an inappropriate meme was on my Facebook page” and that she cannot understand how it happened.

“I don’t recall sharing it in 2013 — and at no point in my life would I have done so intentionally,” she continued.
“I am an interfaith advocate, and I have devoted my life to interfaith religious tolerance and freedom. I work closely with the Jewish, Hindu, Christian, Sikh and Muslim communities in my neighbourhood. In every way, I find Hitler, the hate he spewed, and the genocide he committed to be abhorrent.”

Case closed. Ontario NDP leader Andrea Horwath gave Riaz the benefit of the doubt. Riaz was believed when she claimed that her Facebook account must have been “hacked”, and the offending meme posted to make her look bad.

Fast forward to 2022. Ontario is set to have another provincial election on June 2. The opposition Ontario NDP is riding high in the polls.

A longtime incumbent Ontario MPP, Paul Miller, is expelled from the party’s caucus at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario this week, after being  accused of being a member of a Facebook group called ‘Worldwide Coalition Against Islam’

Like Ms Riaz, Mr Miller likewise denies ever having committed a moral offence on Facebook.
“I have never posted anything on Twitter or Facebook. Frankly, I’m not that great at the internet”, Miller said. “I have done absolutely nothing wrong”

Unlike, Ms Riaz though, Mr Miller has not been given the benefit of the doubt. He has been kicked out of the Ontario NDP as both a member and a legislator.

Ms Riaz is a ‘woman of colour’ and a Muslim,so she is automatically the victim in the eyes of the politically correct, ‘woke’, liberal-left,no matter what she says or does.

Mr Miller is a white male, and thus automatically guilty in the eyes of the politically correct, ‘woke’, liberal-left, no matter what he says or does.

White leftists like Andrea Horwath worship at the altar of minority pandering, ‘wokeness’, post-modernism, post-structuralism, and while guilt.

There is increasing no place for White Men on the liberal-left of the political spectrum.Even genuine leftwing union types like Paul Miller are increasingly persona non grata.
Furthermore, Andrea Horwath is also simply too scared about offending both Ontario’s growing Muslim population (which has been doubling in size every decade since 1991) as well as the feral ‘woke’ mob, to have taken the same action against Ms Riaz in 2018 as she has against Mr Miller in 2022.

For Andrea Horwath and the Ontario NDP,throwing White Men under the proverbial bus is just the cost of doing politics in Canada during our present Faustian age.

The End of the Gov’t Office?

At the beginning of the lockdown in 2020, when gov’ts and employers began letting staff work from home, I predicted that, minimally, most gov’t officials would then continue to do so after this was over, eliminating a significant part of our ability to contact our own gov’ts in person. Moreover, because officials no longer work in the same office, there are inherent delays as staff cannot immediately contact others, and home workers decide their own hours to work (aka flexibility), which is to their benefit and not yours.

Sure enough, a Liberal Gov’t poll recently suggests that 43% of workers said they would look for other work if mandated back to the office, and 55% said they would be less likely to accept a new job if required to work from the office.

Of course, cherry picked people are then interviewed to show their support for a hybrid mixture of home and office work. Soon, all relations with our own gov’t will come to a halt as the lines of personal communication are all but denied to us.

And the ongoing situation where you must leave messages and gov’t officials will get back to you when it is convenient for them, will simply continue unabated. Plan for more delays in gov’t services in the future, if you get them at all.

Most people in the private sector, whose work does not involve manual labour, are also striving to work from home, resulting in a two-tiered system where higher paid positions also work from home, while menial workers in construction and retail, must work from the site.

Let your MP an MLA know that you are opposed to gov’t workers working from home while the majority of us are denied this, and what truly is, a benefit, nor a right.

London, Ontario City Council Urged to Restrict & Censor Right-to-Life Groups

London, Ontario City Council Urged to Restrict & Censor Right-to-Life Groups

City Councillors in London, Ontario are trying to censor pro-life activism and hide the truth about abortion in their city.

There are two by-laws being proposed to London’s Community and Protective Services Committee that were explicitly designed to censor pro-life activists by stopping the distribution of pro-life flyers that show the reality about abortion through graphic imagery.

One of these by-laws proposes fining people for delivering unaddressed flyers to properties that have “No Flyers”, “No Junk Mail”, or “No Unsolicited Mail”. The other bylaw bans the distribution of any flyer that contains graphic imagery, with the example being “dismembered human beings or aborted fetuses” but also bans anything that “may cause or trigger a negative reaction to the health and wellbeing of any person at any scale”. The maximum fine for violating either of these bylaws is $5,000.

These by-laws censor peaceful pro-life protests and deny pro-life activists their freedom of expression, which is guaranteed to them in The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. On Tuesday, March 22nd, they’ll be debating and possibly voting on these by-laws!

Please join our campaign demanding that all London City Councillors reject the proposed by-laws which seek to censor the free expression of pro-life activists.

These by-laws were drafted largely as a response to activism that pro-life groups such as The Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform (CCBR) have done in London in 2020, though these forms of activism have happened in London long before then from groups like London Against Abortion.

Radical pro-abortion groups such as Pro-Choice London and Viewer Discretion Legislation Coalition have been doing everything they can to censor London’s thriving pro-life movement. They’ve been crafting their own petitions and lobbying politicians, with the support of the mainstream media at every step.

So even by-laws that pretend to be neutral by censoring all flyers must be called out for what they are: an attempt by radical-leftist activists to use the government to censor their political opponents.

CCBR has stated that they believe they’re being denied their Charter right to freedom of expression, and other local pro-life groups such as the London Area Right to Life Association have stated the same.

We must not allow the government powers to be weaponized against the pro-life movement. Sign our urgent petition asking that these by-laws, and any proposal to censor pro-life protest, be rejected by all London City Councillors.

Governments must never ban the distribution of “triggering” images when they depict the harsh reality of evils that are occurring in society.

Images that cause discomfort or even have graphic material have been essential to many protest movements, whether it be ones opposing unjust wars and tyrannical dictatorships, or social evils such as slavery and child labour.

It’s always in the interests of those in power who support such evils to sanitize these evils and keep them invisible. It’s the only way their propaganda can be effective.

This is why there are bubble zones around abortion clinics throughout much of Canada, and why London is trying to punish anyone who dares to show an image of an aborted baby in public. These images decimate the narrative that abortion is merely a “women’s choice about her body” and shows it for what it really is: the brutal killing of an unborn human child.

Sign here to ask to Disney’s CEO to cancel any fut. Please sign our petition demanding the London City Council vote against any proposal which seeks, either implicitly or explicitly, to curtail the freedom of expression of protestors and that they allow peaceful protests and conversations on difficult and controversial subjects like abortion to go on without government interference.

We must stand up for our right to freedom of expression, and not let governments decide which peaceful protests are allowed, and which are not.

Thanks for all you do,

Pressurization of the Freedom Protests in Victoria

Pressurization of the Freedom Protests in Victoria

Last December, when Joseph Roberts reminded us of the Nuremberg trials,   PROTESTation at the Legislature took on a life of its own.  Every Saturday since,  has been a big EVENT with crowds of 1000 up to 5000 warm bodies.  Word is out :  we who don’t go along with the SCAMdemic myth, and those who are starting to think for themselves,  arrive for fellowship, for smiles, for touch from normal people and to hear the speakers.

From the low point of the coldest day of the year – a dozen of us out there the day the fountain froze –  there’s been daily presence on Belleville Street.    Anywhere from 1 lone guy at 6 am, to one hundred on Wednesday afternoons. Flags galore. Honks from most of the big trucks going by.   Many more from cars — 10 to one sympathetic to us

Saturday March 12th the front page of Victoria’s [ pathetic excuse for a ]  newspaper * had a big color photo of John Horgan headlined
CONVOY  WILL  NOT  OCCUPY  VICTORIA  VOWS HORGAN.
The Premier himself in damage-control mode evidences how rattled are the Powers-that-Be.   The letters to the editor page – echoed by CHEK tv  – is a polutical [ sic ] science case study in how government co-opts newsmedia for stoking hatred = outright  hatred =  against its critics
* Times Colonist

Victoria City Council was so terrified of the rumored ‘occupation’ that they brought in new traffic bylaws.  That dirty trick was played on us, Saturday March 19th.   As I got there, I noticed cops setting up big bright orange pylons a block away from the Legislature,. but didn’t think anything of it.   At 11:30 am, I was puzzled by how few were on site for a day with a scheduled Big GATHERING.

Around noon, when the MC called for folks to assemble at the steps of the Legislature, the crowd was much smaller than predicted…  maybe 300.    Around 12:30 pm, I got word from folks trickling in, that police were diverting traffic at Belleville, up Douglas,  the main street of Victoria.  Only traffic local to James Bay neighbourhood – where the Rockpile is – was allowed past checkpoints.  Like the analogy of how pigs were corralled in the swamp,   communism came to our town under color of law, one seemingly-polite soft barrier at a time

Speakers had been told to shorten their remarks so the march would go sooner than first planned.  I’m not a fan of appearance by video at an outdoor venue.   Even if they’re not professional,   much more information is gained from live humans,  in what we used to call “the real world”.  These people were outstanding.   Jeremy Maddocks, Dr Chris Shaw and the lady lawyer from Ottawa, –  others whose names I didn’t get – each made it as clear as can be :  The NDP government  smearing us with utter lies day-by-day, attempting to divide citizenry, sez we are now in a full-on crisis.    NOT a health crisis, rather,  illegal interference with basic civil rights.   The veteran who spoke called for everyone to “stand to”. Be ready to do whatever is necessary.

At 1:20, Christian McCay exhorted: “If the Convoy can’t come to us, let’s go find them and bring them back here!”  The crowd of about a 1000  ( by then )   moved off.   For eight previous Saturdays, traffic going by a rally had been a solid parade of trucks + vehicles,  honking.  Because traffic was so sparse this time, the crowd just took over Belleville Street.  Cops on motorcycles with lights flashing, and walking, fell in to provide a professional police escort all the way up Douglas to City Hall at Fisgard,  then back.

I stayed put, fraternizing.  At quarter after 2:00,   the sight of Red and White flags en masse,  coming down by the Inner Harbor past the famous Empress Hotel,  was thrilling!    By 2:30 the marchers were all back,  exhilarated,  at the peak of a beautiful sunny spring day. The drum circle was soon in full throat.   More speakers underscored
“this is not over” .  When I left the scene at 3:30, they were warning about Bill 233 : the wording of how communism is supposed to be imposed on Canada.   And not a shot is fired

From two sources, I got the story re a bit of drama unfolding afterwards.    As planning for the rally had been in the works,  for weeks, a guy tried to wrangle use of the WWFR logo for himself.  But been thwarted.  Somehow he’d found out that the organizer had obtained sanction from the Legislature Protocol officer to use the grounds from noon to 4 pm.   He showed up with his own sound system.  A minute after 4:00, he cranked it up,  venting unhappiness from 100 yards away,  personifying the contest going on for moral leadership of the Freedom movement.    Such minor irritants are inevitable in the midst of enormous energies swirling around.     As my old man used to put it: ” Nothing is so useless it cannot at least be used as a bad example. “

As for world famous Convoy, we are starting to wonder.  On the last 3 Saturdays, it was announced from the stage that The Convoy (c)  would roll in the following Monday.   I’m pessimistic that the BC version of  The Bearhug ( c )  has anywhere near the sheer numbers of supporters / vehicles to pull off such a prank.   Then again, as Lenin said   “decades go by when nothing happens. Then decades happen in a week”.

The lack of moral courage shown by politicians in British Columbia during the SARS2Covid19 nightmare, is one of the ways our institutions failed us.    If you can point me to one single exception, please do.    The medium IS the message. I was on CHEK tv for one minute, explaining that the defiance swirling around the Legislature precinct, is an attempt by dispossessed people,  to convey two years’  accumulated pain to incompetents in power. Horgan Dix and dyspeptic Minister of Misery Farnworth walled-themselves-in behind halfinch Plexiglass / steel security doors at MLA offices, refusing to do the basic duty under the Westminster model of government, i.e. meaningful dialogue with electors.    They take their cue from how their confrere in Auto-Wa-Wa Crime Minister Trudeau dealt with authentic complaints, there.   Terrified, showing their true colors – void of any grace under pressure – the Non-Democratic Pricks resort to calling in minions in the uniform of the state with loaded guns on hips.    The wicked flee when no man pursueth

The boulevard outside the Ministry of Health at 1515 Blanshard Street is a better spot to reach the public,  on Wednesdays.   I plan to be at the office of saint BonBon Henry at noon.  Not abandoning my friends at the Leg.    Culture jammers have to take a page out of the handbook for guerrilla war.  Being flexible as circumstances change, is crucial

Pocahontas (Senator Elizabeth Warren) May Face Consequences for Censoring COVID Book

Warren ripped for 'another example' of trying to
              censor views she doesn't like

Dizzy Lizzie January 28, 2022

Elizabeth Warren may face consequences for practicing censorship

By Andrea Widburg

Elizabeth Warren, a mediocre law professor who parlayed a fake Native American identity into a gig at Harvard and a seat in the United States Senate, thought that, once in government, she’d try her hand at censorship. When Joseph Mercola and Ronnie Cummins wrote a book about COVID with which Warren disagreed, she used her position as a Senator to try to get Amazon to censor the book. Although Chelsea Green Publishing filed suit in November, people are finally becoming aware of the suit.

I’m always amazed when someone who ought to know the law doesn’t—or feels entitled to ignore it. As a lawyer and a law professor, one would expect Warren to be familiar with the First Amendment. That’s the one that says that “Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech.” As government has grown, that principle has been extended to the federal government as a whole, whether it’s an executive agency, Congress, or a politician acting under the color of his or her role in the government. (And of course, to state governments via the Fourteenth Amendment.)

Nevertheless, on September 7, 2021, writing in her capacity as a United States Senator, on official Senate letterhead, Warren sent a very long letter to Andy Jassy, Amazon’s CEO, expressing her concern that Amazon itself was publishing misinformation by allowing Mercola’s and Cummins’s book, The Truth About COVID-19: Exposing the Great Reset, Lockdowns, Vaccine Passports, and the New Normal, to appear on its bestseller list and daring to give it a favorable ranking. After waffling on for pages several pages, and mendaciously claiming the book was “potentially unlawful,” Warren “asked” Amazon to modify the algorithms to destroy the book’s ranking.

Chelsea Green responded in November by suing Warren for violating the First Amendment, although news of that filing only reached the media recently. The lawsuit relies upon Bantam Books, Inc. v. Sullivan, 372 U.S. 58 (1962). Bantam Books involved a newly-created Rhode Island Commission which had the task of educating the public about any written material that could harm the morality of or otherwise corrupt Rhode Island’s young people. In Bantam Books, the plaintiff publishers sued, alleging that the commission was violating their First Amendment rights. The Court held, in relevant part, that government representatives sending letters to booksellers to pull books constitutes a form of censorship that violates the Constitution.

Specifically, the government cannot relieve itself of the First Amendment’s prohibitions by urging a private party to act on its behalf. In the same way, when Biden told social media companies to censor views with which he disagrees, that too violated the Constitution. The only thing is that he was just telling the media companies to do what they’re already doing.

In the original November 8, 2021, press release about the lawsuit, Chelsea Green had this to say:

Plaintiffs allege Warren’s letter contained blatant falsehoods and unsubstantiated accusations about the book and that Warren’s claims, even if correct, would not alter the book’s constitutional protectedness.

“Senator Warren broke the law and betrayed our fundamental right to free speech,” said Dr. Joseph Mercola, founder of Mercola.com, a natural health website. “No politician is above the law, I will do everything in my power to defend my constitutional rights as an American.”

Ronnie Cummins, co-founder of the Organic Consumers Association, said: “Constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech is necessary if we are to achieve a system of participatory democracy and solve the interrelated crises that threaten our survival — health, food, environment, climate, politics.”

“The government trying to ban books is a very dangerous slippery slope to totalitarianism and cannot be allowed,” said Margo Baldwin, Chelsea Green president and publisher.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman, Children’s Health Defense, said: “If a government can hide what it’s doing by censoring its opponents and silencing dissonants, it has license to do anything that it wants. Sen. Warren must be held accountable.”

I wish Chelsea Green luck. Like all leftists, Warren is a bully and it’s high time that she was seriously reprimanded for her bullying ways. I’m only sorry that the lawsuit cannot include a request for compensatory and punitive damages.

Captain Airhead Throws Off His Mask and Stomps it Into the Ground

Before he became Prime Minister, Captain Airhead was asked about what government he admired the most.   His answer was to praise the “basic dictatorship” of Red China.

This past week he has demonstrated, yet again, that this was not just him saying something stupid off the cuff.   It is how he actually thinks.    It is not like we had no warning.

The week prior to that, Matt Taibbi had said that this was his Ceaușescu moment.    This was in reference to the final days of Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu who, as the Iron Curtain was crumbling, Communism was in retreat, and his populace were uniting against him, clung to the delusion that he was secure in power and could do whatever he wanted.   It would appear that Captain Airhead has decided to make this his Tiananmen Square moment instead.   It is astonishing that someone as focused on his image as Captain Airhead – his image is all that there is to him, he has no substance whatsoever – would think this a good move.

In a bid to upgrade himself from Captain Airhead to Generalissimo Airhead, he began the week on St. Valentine’s Day by announcing that he was invoking the Emergency Measures Act to crush a peaceful protest.   The Freedom Convoy protest was initiated by long-haul truckers a few weeks ago when, as governments around the world began easing bat flu restrictions, and provincial governments began to talk of doing the same, Captain Airhead decided to do the opposite.   His Health Minister announced that he would be talking with provincial governments about imposing universal vaccine mandates.   The government of Lower Canada then took the step of announcing that it would introduce a significant tax on the unvaccinated.   Even as this was going on, the Omicron variant was disproving the government’s claims that vaccines are the only way out of the pandemic and that the unvaccinated are to blame for how long it has gone on.   Meanwhile Captain Airhead removed, not a restriction, but an exemption to a restriction – the exemption for long-haul truck drivers to the vaccine mandate for crossing the border with the USA.   There was no reasonable justification for this.   It was just Captain Airhead, like the current occupant of the White House who did the same, being a dick.   The next thing you know, truckers descended on Ottawa in the largest convoy in history, parked their trucks along Wellington Street where Parliament is located, and announced their intention to not leave until all the basic Charter rights and freedoms that had been curtailed during the pandemic had been restored.

Remember that.   The Freedom Convoy was a single issue protest.    That issue is freedom which is not, as the idiots at the CBC tried to claim, a codeword for something nefarious, racist, and extremist.   Freedom is itself a basic right, and specific freedoms are identified as “fundamental” in the second section of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.   Each of these has been severely curtailed by public health order over the last two years.   Vaccine mandates – telling people that they have to agree to have a foreign substance injected into their veins or lose their jobs, livelihoods, and everything if they don’t – are the biggest affront to freedom we have seen in the name of public health yet.    The freedoms the Freedom Convoy wants restored, not just for themselves but for all Canadians, are these freedoms, freedoms supposedly guaranteed by our constitution, spelled out in the Charter the adding of which to our constitution, Captain Airhead’s father oversaw.    Captain Airhead thinks very little of freedom.   Just before the Freedom Convoy started a video of an interview he had given a Lower Canadian television station last September before the last Dominion election resurfaced.   In it he hurled all sorts of abuse at people who believe that they should be free to decide for themselves what they put in their bodies and actually suggested that we should be asking whether we should tolerate such people as a society.

The Freedom Convoy has been, despite Captain Airhead’s claim to the contrary, a peaceful protest.   The truckers and the massive number of other Canadians who turned up to support them did not engage in the sort of violent and destructive behaviour that is typical of the kind of protests Captain Airhead endorses, like anti-pipeline environmentalist protests, Black Lives Matters riots, or the Cultural Maoist Year Zero assault on Canadian history that took place last summer.   The most violent incident until this week was when, during a related protest in Winnipeg, somebody drove his vehicle into the crowd.    This person was an Antifa thug, attacking the protestors, not the protestors assaulting anybody else.

Note that I said “until this week”.   There has been more violence this week, but once again it was violence perpetrated against the protestors rather than by them.    This time it was violence by the state.     On Friday, as Captain Airhead suspended the Parliamentary debate on his illegal power grab – and it is illegal, because even if he manages to get enough votes in Parliament to confirm it the situation does not meet the requirements of the Emergency Measures Act itself for its own invocation – he sent his stormtroopers in to crush those protesters who were speaking out for all Canadians who still believe that their freedom belongs to them and is not the Prime Minister’s to give and take away at will.    Ottawa police, armed with riot gear, descended upon the protestors on horseback, trampling and beating them.    Journalists like Andrew Lawton who were there reporting on this violent crackdown on  peaceful protestors were also attacked with pepper spray by the police.   Indeed, the next morning a journalist, Alexa Lavoie was clubbed by the police and shot in the leg with a gun loaded with tear gas.   No, contrary to what the Ottawa police and legacy media are saying, the police are not acting in self defence.

The weekend prior, GiveSendGo, the crowdfunding platform that the Freedom Convoy had turned to after GoFundMe, at the behest of Captain Airhead, had cancelled their fundraiser and announced that they would be giving the money to other causes instead (backing down on this and refunding the donors only when threatened with fraud investigations by American authorities) had been hacked,   The hacked information on the donors was then published, in some cases on social media by people like Captain Airhead’s disgraced former adviser Butts, in others by media organizations sympathetic to Captain Airhead, including the Ottawa Citizen, the Washington Post, and even the Crown broadcaster the CBC.   Predictably this led to donors being harassed and threatened by woke goons and in some cases fired and forced to close their businesses.    The hacking and releasing of hacked information is illegal in itself, of course, and in this case it is also a huge act of violence – incitement – against the protestors – and their supporters – which can be laid at Captain Airhead’s feet.    It failed to accomplish what was presumably Captain Airhead’s intention – bolstering his claim that the protest is an insurrection on the part of Nazis funded by foreign organizations and governments.   The hacked data instead revealed that while there were more American donors, most of the money had come from Canadians, most of the donations were small, and the larger donations were from people who cannot be credibly accused of being the sort of people Captain Airhead claims were funding the Convoy.

His other attempt at backing up his false claims against the protestors by trying to tie them to a cache of arms captured near Coutts failed as well.   The people with the weapons were not part of the main body of the Coutts border blockade, which was peacefully resolved without the use of Captain Airhead’s extra powers, and when Captain Airhead’s new Public Safety Minister attempted to make the connection between the armed group and the Freedom Convoy organizers he was unable to do so convincingly when faced with tough questions from the media.

Meanwhile in Parliament this week, Captain Airhead and the ministers under him dodged questions about the justification for their actions by giving non-answers, telling outright lies, attacking the members of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition collectively and individually, or simply walking out of the House.

None of this behaviour on his part should surprise anyone.   Even if his remarks about China’s “basic dictatorship” were taken as a poor joke the fact that the man is a control freak, who thinks he can do whatever he wants, who has no shame whatsoever, who will shed false tears about the misdeeds, supposed and actual, of past Canadian leaders, but who never gives a real apology for anything he has done wrong himself has been evident throughout his premiership.   Whenever he praises our “democracy” by “democracy” he means “elected dictatorship”.   Several years ago he bailed out the Crown broadcaster, the CBC, and the larger privately-owned legacy media companies, to the tune of billions of dollars.    When he did so he cited the importance of a free media in a democracy.   He did so with a straight face.   The effect of his bailout, of course, was that the media in Canada became anything but free.  The legacy media, Crown and private, had long had a Liberal bias, but now they began to resemble the sycophantic press of North Korea.   A free media is important to a functioning democracy because it keeps tabs on the government, reports their misdoings, and calls them out.   Captain Airhead has taken a most adversarial attitude towards the few  private media companies who continue to do this.   He has several times banned them from election debates – the courts had to overrule him.   Clearly what Captain Airhead means by a  free media is a media controlled by him and free of dissent from his views.   Such a media is indeed important to “democracy” in his sense of “elected dictatorship”.

When Canada was founded, the Fathers of Confederation made sure to bestow upon us the best form of government the world has ever known, the parliamentary monarchy system, under which personal freedom has historically flourished like under none other.   It has been almost a century since the first attempt by a Liberal Prime Minister – William Lyon Mackenzie King – to subvert the sovereignty of Crown-in-Parliament and turn the Prime Minister’s Office into a de facto elected dictatorship.   This was a serious assault on our constitution which has had lasting damage, but Mackenzie King’s dictatorial instincts were mild in comparison to those of the first Prime Minister Trudeau, who never met a Communist dictator he didn’t like.    Captain Airhead, however, makes his father look like a humble man with an abhorrence of the abuse of government power by comparison.

By suspending Parliamentary debate on the day he ordered a violent crackdown on a peaceful protest he has made it impossible to conceal his true nature any longer, not that it was particularly well concealed before.    Those who cannot see him for what he is now, never will.    Indeed, those who cannot see him for what he is now, cannot see anything at all. —

— Gerry T. Dr Rigolf Hennig (1935-2022), R.I.P.

Dr Rigolf Hennig (1935-2022)

H&D was saddened to learn today of the death of the great German patriot Dr Rigolf Hennig, one of the most loyal and intelligent defenders of the real Europe.

Rigolf was a few weeks away from his 87th birthday. He remained a vigorous and committed political activist despite periods of ill health in recent years, and was a good friend and campaigner for the defence of Ursula Haverbeck, the 93-year-old educator and publisher who is still facing a series of trials and threats of imprisonment for asking questions about German history.

After studying medicine at several universities – beginning in Munich – Rigolf received his doctorate in 1961 and trained at hospitals in Switzerland and Austria as well as Germany, becoming a specialist surgeon dealing with trauma injuries.

For many years he was a medical officer in the German Army Reserve, holding the rank of Colonel, until ‘anti-fascists’ forced the Bundeswehr to remove him in 1995, already aged 60.

Having begun his political activism as a defence policy specialist in the mainstream conservative Bavarian party CSU, Rigolf was later active in a series of nationalist parties and groups including the Republikaner, the German League for People and Homeland, NPD, and Europäische Aktion (European Action).

He was a local council candidate twice for the NPD in his home city of Verden and regularly wrote articles for nationalist journals.

H&D‘s assistant editor Peter Rushton comments: “Rigolf Hennig was a great and good man. He was a very rare combination of the very highest intellect, the most unshakeable ideological commitment, and the most loyal and decent friend – unhesitatingly giving his time and effort without a trace of self-importance. He will be an irreplaceable loss to the European nationalist cause, but his example will continue to inspire future generations.”

Further tributes to Dr Rigolf Hennig will appear here and in the May edition of Heritage and Destiny.

Lady Michele Renouf, a dear friend of his, adds:

Dear Annelore and friends,
Terribly sad news.  Our Dr. Rigolf Hennig will be terribly missed. A tragic loss to us all who dearly loved Rigolf a great humanitarian and true comrade.

With heartfelt condolence,Michèle

PS Attached is perhaps one of the last photographs taken of dear Rigolf at the beautiful funeral of Henry Hafenmayer.
Possibly the last nationalist action Rigolf undertook was his translation of my interview (first published in The Barnes Review). This was about RA Wolfram Nahrath’s extraordinary victory for my trial and historical truth for which I spoke at the Dresden Commemoration.  Rigolf’s translation into German of that interview was published recently in Volk in Bewegung.

Justice Centre launches legal action on behalf of Maxime Bernier against Feds’ vaccine mandates

Posted On: February 10, 2022

OTTAWA: The Justice Centre will file today a legal application in Federal Court, for judicial review of federal mandates which prevent Canadians who are not “fully vaccinated” from travelling by air. The Honourable Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada, is being prevented from fully participating in his political role by Orders issued by Transport Canada, under instructions of the Prime Minister.

With implementation of these Orders, Mr. Bernier is restricted in participating in democratic discussions and the electoral process. As the leader of the fifth largest political party in Canada, in 2021, Mr. Bernier flew more than 79,000 km for work purposes. As a party leader, Mr. Bernier is required to reach thousands of people each year and to participate in various political, intellectual and charitable activities in all regions of the country. Travel other than by air is only reasonably feasible within a relatively limited radius of his residence in Quebec.

On October 30, 2021, the federal government announced that anyone travelling by air, train, or ship, must have received two of the Covid shots. The travel vaccination mandate has prevented approximately six million unvaccinated Canadians (15% of Canada’s population) from travel within Canada, and prevents them from flying out of Canada. Canadians cannot travel to help sick loved ones, to get to work, to attend university, to visit family and friends, to take international vacations, and to live ordinary lives like other citizens.

The Interim Order Respecting Certain Requirements for Civil Aviation due to Covid-19, No. 53 was first implemented January 28, 2022. With few exceptions, the Order prohibits persons who are not “fully vaccinated” from travelling by air. In the opinion of the Justice Centre, this results in discrimination and a clear violation of the constitutionally protected rights of Canadians.

Besides the Charter providing mobility rights that allow Canadians to freely enter and leave the country, and travel unhindered between provinces, the Charter also guarantees citizens equal access to political institutions, public debate and the electoral process.

“The Covid-19 zealots are attempting to gag dissenting voices like mine by any means possible. One such tactic is to prevent people from meeting and organizing politically. The courts must put an end to this segregation,” says Mr. Bernier.

“The mainstream media give me almost no air time. I have to go and meet people all across Canada to keep my party growing and get the word out. If I have to travel the equivalent of fourteen times the distance from Victoria to St.John’s in a year, I’m certainly not going to do it by car or bike,” he adds.

Mtre Samuel Bachand, primary counsel for the Justice Centre in Québec, notes, “Democracy is not the property of the vaccinated, nor is it some kind of reward for well-behaved children. All Canadians, of all political affiliations, must be free to travel. Canada is the only country in the developed world that has banned vaccine-free travellers from air travel, and yet we are supposed to be one of the most democratic countries in the world,” concludes Mtre Bachand.

_____________

Covid restrictions are gone or will soon disappear in all provinces. They’re also gone in most countries.

But one government still keeps all its covid measures in place: The Trudeau government.

The totally unfair and unjustified vaccine mandates for federal employees and federally regulated industries are still in place.

And although the Liberals announced this week that they’re dropping the useless pre-arrival test for vaccinated travellers entering the country, the most important travel restriction will remain:

Unvaccinated Canadians still cannot board a plane, a boat or a train to travel in Canada or to other countries.

There is no indication the government is planning to drop this restriction any time soon.

Trudeau said we are racist and misogynistic. He despises us. He simply wants to persecute us, even if it has no effect on covid prevention whatsoever.

As the leader of a national party, I am not allowed to fly to meet Canadians in other provinces.

This is essential to do my job properly. In 2021, I flew 79,000 km to attend rallies all over the country.

That’s why I’m suing Ottawa, thanks to the help and support of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.

This week, I filed my affidavit that explains why this restriction is particularly discriminatory in my case. You can read about it in this report in the Western Standard.

The virus is mostly gone, but the fight for our freedoms continues!

Please help us fight for the rights of all Canadians, vaccinated and unvaccinated, with a $5 donation today!

Many thanks,
-Max
