Support Roman Babar’s Jobs or Jabs Bill — Protecting Unvaxxed Workers from Punishment
The vaccine passports and mandates were never based on science. They don’t prevent transmission and no one is putting others at risk. While passports and mandates are fizzing out seemingly everywhere, Canada’s rule of law is under assault by political and partisan thuggery. I will say more on Justin Trudeau below, but do not absolve Doug Ford. Last Friday, February 11, 2022, Doug declared a State of Emergency under the EMPCA. This is despite the Automotive Parts Manufacturers obtaining a Court Order to clear the Ambassador Bridge on the very same day. You may have missed it, but two days earlier, the Ford Government obtained a Court Order freezing the Truck Convoy’s donations as an “offence related property” (See @rpoconnor tweet).

What kind of democracy freezes donations by deeming them an “offence related property” retroactively? Do not let Doug Ford off the hook, from this day forward he should be known as Doug Trudeau. Despite preaching “health before small business” weeks earlier and being “in favour of vaccination” when asked if he supported the mandate for truckers, a week later, in a typical Doug Trudeau fashion, Doug did an about face. Doug now says that “it doesn’t matter if you have one shot or two shots, you can catch Covid” and “everyone is done with this” – as if we had amnesia for the last two years. Remind your friends that Doug Trudeau is the world champion of lockdowns. It’s becoming widely acknowledged that lockdowns and school closures did not save lives.

That’s why Ontario is ranked 4th in Covid deaths per million, among Canada’s 13 provinces and territories. Despite elimination of provincially mandated passports, Doug Trudeau will allow businesses and institutions the ability to continue to use passports. While the provincial directive to hospitals and post secondary institutions will likely be lifted on March 1, many hospitals, institutions and other employers will choose to maintain the mandates. We must continue to fight this 21st century segregation.

On Thursday, March 3, 2022, my Jobs & Jabs Bill is coming back to the Legislature for Second Reading. The protection afforded to unvaccinated employees by my Bill is retroactive to September 1, 2021. We must put pressure on Labour Minister, Monte McNaughton to support the Bill.

Given Doug Trudeau’s new position on vaccines, there is no reason to oppose Jobs & Jabs and everyone should be back at work. I ask that you help me in two ways: this week, please email, tag and call Monte McNaughton at 519-245-8696, to ask that he support my bill on March 3rd; and help us get numbers by emailing my Jobs & Jabs Petition to your entire network, to advocate for passage of my Bill on March 3rd. We are at over 150,000 signatures and we should grow this number to demonstrate electoral strength before June 2nd.  Onto Justin Trudeau. I have never been so sad about Canada’s democracy. The use of the Emergencies Act does not pass the smell test and certainly does not meet the conditions for the Declaration. The Act requires that the Emergency is a critical situation that: seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians; exceeds the Province of Ontario’s capacity to deal with it; AND cannot be effectively dealt with under any other law of Canada. Whether one supports the Truckers or not, forceful clearing of peaceful protestors with horses, batons and armed tactical police present, left a permanent stain on our country. The traffic disruption created on a handful of streets in front of Parliament could have been addressed without the Declaration of Emergency. Justin Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act for the first time in its existence to remove a hot tub, bouncy castles and peaceful loving Canadians because he knows that he lost on the science and arguments for mandates. He is now acting like a tough guy to save his narcissistic ego. Failing to narrow the scope of the order to freeze bank accounts left a permanent stain on Chrystia Freeland, Bill Blair and Marco Mendicino. Shame on them for threatening everyday Canadians by designating donations retroactively. I have one solace. This constitutional and cultural crisis was created by Justin and political lackeys like Doug Trudeau. Canada’s spirit, kindness and respect for the Rule of Law are greater than these two bullies. We can and will overcome these challenges. I have confidence in Canada’s and Ontario’s electoral democracy – “the people get the government they deserve”. We can restore our democracy by voting them out. My greatest wish for this Family Day is the healing of divisions between family and friends. Covid grifters and bullies taught some Canadians to fear one another. Families are needlessly broken. I invite you to watch my 50 second video, including Thursday’s statement by Dr. Isaac Bogoch, that he “doesn’t treat unvaccinated people as infected until proven otherwise – that would be unfair.” Please watch and share on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. These difficult times will pass. Wishing all of you a happy, peaceful and restful Family Day.

Always yours truly,

Roman Baber Actions Recap: Email & share the Jobs & Jabs Petition to your entire network to help my Bill pass on March 3rd; Email Labour Minister Monte McNaughton monte.mcnaughtonco@pc.ola.org and call his office at 519-245-8696 to demand that he protects employees from mandates retroactively by fully passing the Jobs & Jabs Bill on March 3rd; and Watch and share my short family day video to help families heal.

Paul Fromm on “The Political Cesspool” Reports on Trudeau’s Emergency Measures to Crush Dissent in Canada

Hosts James Edwards and Keith Alexander set the stage for another busy show. Paul Fromm, Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression, co-stars this hour when he delivers an update on the riveting fight for freedom in the Great White North.https://www.thepoliticalcesspool.org/radio-show-hour-1-2022-02-19/

It’s A Dark Day for Canada — Maxime Bernier

It’s A Dark Day for Canada — Maxime Bernier

There is violence in the streets of Ottawa.

The police, armed with riot gear, are brutalizing and arresting peaceful demonstrators from the truckers’ convoy.

Meanwhile, Parliament is not sitting today because of this police operation. All parties agreed to stay away while the regime cracks down on dissidents.

Just like in a banana republic.

They should have been debating Trudeau’s decision to invoke the Emergencies Act.

The Emergencies Act replaced the War Measures Act in 1988. The only other times in Canadian history that it was invoked were during the First and Second World Wars, and during the October Crisis in 1970.

There is no emergency in Canada. No war, no insurrection, no terrorist attack, no sanitary or environmental catastrophe that justifies invoking this law.

It’s outright illegal, undemocratic, and unconstitutional for this government to give itself exceptional powers to deal with peaceful demonstrators.

It’s a power grab on Trudeau’s part to crush dissidence, that’s all it is.

Trudeau and his Finance minister Chrystia Freeland have given themselves the power to freeze the bank accounts not only of the organizers of the Freedom Convoy, but of anyone who is suspected of helping and funding them.

And we’re supposed to believe that a government that has violated our Constitution and our rights and freedoms for two year will not abuse these new powers?

Frederick, it’s a dark day for Canada.

But it’s not over. We will continue to fight this authoritarian government, and bring back freedom, respect and justice to this country.

Don’t despair. Stay strong and free.

Trucker Support News from PPC Candidate Michael Bator Planned Hamilton Freedom Rally

PPCBannerThin.png
hamiltonRallyFeb222022.jpg

Finally after a few times being asked, the stars have aligned and I will be speaking at this event with our treasurer Val and my friend Antoinette who really stood up for me when I was being trolled as a racist.  I really hope you can be there and show support for our neighbours in Hamilton like they do at our protests and I could use a little love too 😉.
Kelly’s Bakery was AccostedThe story is here but the gist is Kelly gave $1000 dollars to the truckers and as you know they were doxxed and an a___hole started being aggressive and rude along with a nasty email.  Kelly has been a solid person standing up for our rights, during the lockdown and all through this madness.  I would ask people to visit and let her know that we support her and are here for her.  Maybe buy a care package for the truckers or contact her. I will also let the Hamilton crowd know what transpired and ask them for the same.
Ottawa UpdateThe second Ottawa Police Chief has resigned due to lack of support by the Ottawa citizens.  They arrested some people including the two of the convoy leaders.  Request for more boots on the ground and there is a lot of misinformation coming from the bought media to discourage people but it seems it just keeps attracting more and more people and support.  We have people on the ground there and will keep you posted.
Donations for the TruckersEmail Robert as he is coordinating our logistics and supplies. The best to give is envelopes with a thank you type card or message with a Visa card or cash.  We can take other donations but we don’t have as much space.  We have one of our key people Julie up there helping with security and a trip leaving Monday and I will be going Friday to Sunday and if you want to come contact Robert as he is doing all donations and logistics.
Senators Called Back for Friday Morning, MPs in SessionPlease email your Senators today and every day. You can also email your MPs from the Truckers For Freedom – Michael Bator page.  Please share and encourage others to do the same, everyday this week until the vote happens.  I think we will need to phone as well, click here for a list of Senators.  Find your MP here, try and phone both offices.
We Got thisWe are winning although it doesn’t seem like it at times but you know that when you get a lot of flak, you are over the target (think bomber WWWII) and we certainly are over the target.  What they are doing they know is illegal and they broadcast it to create fear and discourage us while the world is watching and cheering for us and each week of threats about kids, stealing fuel and making arrests that get thrown out it is their intention to deter you.  To me, I dig in deeper, sleep less and fight harder.  We must be diligent but we must not relent.

Brian Peckford, last living signer of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Brian Peckford, last living signer of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms speaks to a Trucker Freedom Rally in Victoria. The former Premier of Newfoundland explains how the courts and control-hungry politicians have abused the Charter and departed from its intent. He knows: He was there at the creation.

A Supporter & Freedom Fighter, “Proud to Be A Canadian”, Helping the Truckers

I just wanted to give you a bit of a snapshot from where I sit. I went to Ottawa with six other Patriots .whom Ive come to know over the past two years. I can tell you, Paul I’ve never been more proud to be a Canadian and of course I’ve known how lucky I have been to be born in this country for reasons we both know.

I was so anxious to talk to the truckers themselves and get some background from them. You could feel the emotion from these men and how important it was to accomplish what they set out to do. I told them that we have been going weekly [END THE LOCKDOWN rallies at] Queen’s Park for the past two years and a look of astonishment came over them, but brought it home to them I don’t think it would matter if I marched at Queen’s Park forever. We would not have made the kind of impact they all have.

I went to Queen’s Park yesterday too [February 5]. It was the same feeling I had in Ottawa: People just
coming together for the common good & the unification is amazing.
One guy told me we have to keep up the strength behind the truckers, and I will try to do that, but this rather vintage gal is rather cold tired of it.  ha ha

CAFE SUPPORTED POLITICAL PRISONER DR. JAMES SEARS & PICKETED TORONTO SOUTH DETENTION CENTRE, SUNDAY, FEBRUARY  13, 2021

CAFE SUPPORTED POLITICAL PRISONER DR. JAMES SEARS & PICKETED TORONTO SOUTH DETENTION CENTRE, SUNDAY, FEBRUARY  13, 2021

On February 3, former political prisoner and editor of the satirical tabloid YOUR WARD NEWS Dr. James Sears was arrested at gunpoint in the parking lot having just seen his parole officer for his regular visit. He is charged with “breach of probation”, but has not yet (as of February 12) received the particulars or the paperwork. He will have a hearing by telephone on February 17.

As part of our mission to support freedom of speech and the victims of tyrannical censorship laws, the Canadian Association for Free Expression (CAFE)  held a protest outside the Toronto South Detention Centre located at 160 Horner Ave, Toronto, ON M8Z 0C2,  Sunday afternoon, February 13. Whew, it was cold.

The website of the poisonous taxpayer-funded Canadian Anti-Hate Network suggests that the issue may be comments he made in jest about Teresa Tam in his talk after CAFE gave him the George Orwell Free Speech award soon after he got out of jail. We have a strong suspicion we know which liberty-hating individual in Ottawa made the complaint.
Those of us who cherish freedom owe it to our values  to demonstrate and support Dr. Sears. These protests matter. Guards told him last fall that they knew for a fact that CAFE’s protests — six in all last year — were a factor in his being granted early parole.

* Amnesty International defines a  “prisoner of conscience” or political prisoner as  a person punished solely for the non-violent expression of their political, religious or cultural views. Both Dr. James Sears and Leroy St. Germaine are political prisoners — jailed because they criticized politically powerful minority groups. Free speech activist Raychyl Whyte has been lobbying Amnesty to adopt Dr. Sears as a “prisoner of conscience”

* A lasting disgrace is that only one mainstream media writer has  criticized this attack on freedom of the press, which they regularly condemn if it occurs in Hong Kong or the Philippines.
