My lawyer John Rosen just finished the latest pre-trial conference for my so-called “hate crime” charge today. The “hate crime” is now over four years old. Since then the civil $104 million lawsuit that was commenced with much drama (see the drama here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAosD7J7cuw&t=54s) immediately after my Gospel infiltration of the Toronto unGodly pride parade has been dropped as of late last year. The criminal hate crime charge remains ongoing and now as of today Justice Goldstein has set the tentative trial date for my “hate crime” trial for Monday, October 4, 2021.

One could be forgiven if by now they forgot the Gospel stunt that I pulled off that made the homosexual activists so mad that nearly 5 years after the fact they still want me in jail for 18 months for raining (in a Godly sort of way) on their parade. As for other news not much has been going on in my life. Being out on bail for the past 2 years has its limitations. I had to turn my passport in, so that precludes travel outside of Canada. Now with the advent of the Chinese Communist Party virus travel is shut down for most of the world and Canadians can’t travel abroad anyways.

Then there is the economic fallout from the lockdown and virus protocals being imposed on businesses across Canada and the world. The unfortunate thing about outstanding criminal charges is even though you are “presumed innocent” until proven guilty, in actual fact the police reveal outstanding charges to your potential employers during background checks when you apply for a job and the presumption of innocence bafflegab aside, most employers decline to hire people with outstanding charges. When this sort of thing goes on for years it is quite limiting, especially when the unemployment rate is in the double digits as it is in Canada right now thanks to our corrupt and incompetent government destroying our resource and manufacturing sectors , before the economic hammering brought on by the Chinese Communist Party virus lockdowns and layoffs.

That being said, I have been blessed these last few months to be putting in 20-30 hour work weeks with a temp agency. Ten years ago that would be considered extremely marginal, but today many Canadians with no outstanding criminal charges are out of work and would love to have a 20-30 hour a week minimum wage job. How times have changed!

Indeed times have changed, in fact I believe Canada has fundamentally changed. The freedom and prosperity we took for granted is gone. Thanks to our Liberal government colluding with foriegn NGOs to sabotage Canada’s oil sands, what was once the largest employer in Canada’s resource industry, the oil sands is largely destroyed now. Conventional oil, mining, lumber, etc…. are also almost dead. There are no jobs in any of these sectors.

Eastern Canada’s manufacturing base is also largely gone. Without manufacturing or resources there simply is no means of wealth creation to keep handing out government cheques, so with that in mind the CERB payments are ending next month and literally millions of Canadians will be off CERB and will still be out of work with no prospects of economic recovery coming in the near future.

We could blame the Liberal government for this mess and indeed they deserve alot of the blame. Their carbon taxes, other taxes and onerous; I would even say malicious, regulations have ruined our nation’s oil industry years before the CCP virus reached our shores. We could also blame the Chinese Communist Party as the virus they covered up and allowed to spread around the world has had a catastrophic effect on our economy and quality of life. Had the CCP warned the world earlier that this virus escaped from their lab (more probable than wet market) and declined to vacuum up all our PPE before we knew what was going on, we could have been better prepared and mitigated much of the suffering we are now experiencing thanks to the pandemic. However, I believe there are deeper issues at play in Canada’s repid demise.

“For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.” Ecclesiastes 12:14

I believe God has removed His blessing from our land and it is He who is allowing wicked governments such as the Canadian Liberals and Chinese Communist Party to harm us.

Canada has murdered more than 3 million unborn children by abortion. We have murdered thousands of elderly and disabled through euthanasia. We are allowing our children to be switched to the gender they are not but are not and are allowing children to march in homosexual parades but we won’t allow them to recite the Lord’s prayer in our schools. We have rejected God’s Word and embraced instead homosexual perversion and socialism, so now it is not surprising to me that the land is starting to suffer under God’s judgment in tangible ways.

“Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord:
though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool.
If you are willing and obedient,
you shall eat the good of the land;
but if you refuse and rebel,
you shall be eaten by the sword;
for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

I believe God in His great mercy can forgive us of our sin and turn back the judgment on our land if we repent and turn to Him. I know in my own life I have suffered both tremendous loss because of my sun and experienced tremendous, undeserved, grace and forgiveness when I repented, confessed, and turned away from my sin. I believe on a national level these same principles hold true for Canada. I would strongly encourage Canada’s Christians to start to fast and pray for our land. Even if it is too late to turn back the judgement, perhaps with a bold witness some souls could be snatched from the coming fire.

“When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people, if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Dear Friends,

The Judicial Pre-Trial is over and I now have a trial date for the so-called hate crime charge that I am facing for ministering the Gospel and accurate medical and sociological information to the Toronto homosexual shame parade while disguised as a “gay” zombie. (I also applied to march in the shame parade as an openly Christian man, but the parade organizers were discriminatory and did not welcome me.)

The trial date has been set for January 6, 2020 and is scheduled to last four weeks in the Ontario Superior Court, 361 University St, Toronto, ON. The Crown has informed my lawyer Dan Santoro they will be seeking 18 months in jail.

Pray for God’s protection and provision to be over me and pray for freedom and truth to prevail.

This is a good news story. Cracker barrel is a chain of traditional down home style country restaurants located along major highways in the South, Northeast and Mid West. Their food tends to be wholesome and predictable from outlet to outlet. They also sell merchandise.
It all started this week when reality show star and patriarch Phil Robertson offered traditional views on homosexuality in an interview with GQ. CTV (December 21, 2013)  reports: “Asked his definition of sinful behavior by GQ, Robertson replied, “‘Start with homosexual behavior and just go from there.’Then he continued, ‘Don’t be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers — they won’t inherit the kingdom of God. Don’t deceive yourself. It’s not right.'” 

Politically correct punishment was swift John Rogers, writing for the Associated Press (December 21, 2013) explained: “Robertson had been placed on indefinite ‘hiatus’ for telling GQ magazine, among other things, that gays are headed to hell, more than a half-million people liked an impromptu Facebook page demanding the show be boycotted until he returns.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who had her picture taken with Robertson just last month, complained that his free-speech rights were being trampled. Bobby Jindal, governor of the state of Louisiana, where the show is filmed, complained that Miley Cyrus got a pass for twerking on TV while Phil got shown the door.

 

T-shirts, of course, went on the market with the words ‘I Don’t Give a Duck About A or E, Bring Back Phil.’

‘It’s a show that is promoting clean living and good moral values, and that’s something we need more of today,’ one of the programme’s many fans, Rick Peter of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, told The Associated Press.

It’s also a show that 67-year-old Robertson, who sports a beard that seemingly should qualify him for immediate membership in the rock group ZZ Top, is at the centre of the controversy.”

 

But, then, the fans fought back. Many people are fed up with the censorship stranglehold the homosexual lobby has even in the supposed “land of the free.” The Internet and facebook were ablaze with outrage and calls for a boycott of A&E and demands for Robertson’s reinstatement. CNN reported (December 21, 2013): “. A Change.org petition demanding that Robertson be reinstated and the network issue an apology was steadily climbing toward 100,000 signatures Friday.

A separate petition at a website called IStandWithPhil.com makes a similar appeal. Hosted by the online community Faith Driven Consumers, the website helps its members spend their money with companies that fall in line with their spiritual beliefs. The petition on IStandWithPhil.com had surpassed 130,000 signatures by Friday evening.

Those who’ve signed the IStandWithPhil.com petition are asking for their “views (to) be treated with equality and respect in America’s rich rainbow of diversity,” and for the “network to immediately reinstate Mr. Robertson to ‘Duck Dynasty,’ and to formally apologize to him, his family, and the millions of viewers who tune in every week, stand by him, and share his worldview.'”

 

Well, back to Cracker Barrel. In politicially correct America, often when a victim of the thought police is wounded others pile in to inflict further torment. That’s what Cracker Barrel did. On December 20 the restaurant chain issued a statement saying they were removing certain merchandise associated with the Duck Dynasty programme.

“Cracker Barrel’s mission is Pleasing People. We operate within the ideals of fairness, mutual respect and equal treatment of all people. These ideals are the core of our corporate culture.

We continue to offer Duck Commander products in our stores.

We removed selected products which we were concerned might offend some of our guests while we evaluate the situation.

We continually evaluate the products we offer and will continue to do so.”

They hadn’t counted on their enraged traditional supporters. Their Facebook page was choked with angry protests and suggestions that many people with traditional religious beliefs were rethinking plans to hold lunches or get togethers at Cracker Barrel.
In less than 48 hours, Cracker Barrel re-dedicated itself to freedom of expression and religion and reversed its position.

“When we made the decision to remove and evaluate certain Duck Dynasty items, we offended many of our loyal customers. Our intent was to avoid offending, but that’s just what we’ve done.

You told us we made a mistake. And, you weren’t shy about it. You wrote, you called and you took to social media to express your thoughts and feelings. You flat out told us we were wrong.

We listened.

Today, we are putting all our Duck Dynasty products back in our stores.

And, we apologize for offending you.

We respect all individuals right to express their beliefs. We certainly did not mean to have anyone think different.

We sincerely hope you will continue to be part of our Cracker Barrel family.”

On Facebook, within nine hours of the reversal, a staggering  64,453 people had clicked “like” on the decision, as opposed to just 4,183 over a two day period who had approved of the original decision.
One of several thousands people posting comments captured the significance of the protest: Al and Sherry Ferguson wrote: “It’s about time that the American Christian majority spoke up. Hey folks, if we do this on everything, including voting, we can regain the America we all knew and loved. Let’s get busy!!”
Indeed, silence in the face of censorship is just not an option!

 Chris Alexander, Canada’s new Minister of  Immigration is off to a bad start with an announcement that Canada will welcome Russian homosexuals who claim persecution.

LifeSite News (August 13, 2013) reports: “Canada’s newly appointed immigration minister said that Russia is wrong in restricting homosexual propaganda aimed at youth and indicated that refugee claims by Russian homosexuals will be given serious consideration by the Conservative government.
Speaking at a Canadian citizenship ceremony in Surrey, B.C. on August 12, Citizenship and Immigration Minister Chris Alexander said the Conservative government of Stephen Harper has made its position on the Russian laws against homosexual proselytizing known and that Russian refugee claims ‘related to this particular issue will of course be looked at very seriously by our very generous system.’
‘This is a rights issue and Canadian values… require us to speak up when those rights are violated in gross ways,” Alexander said according to a Global News report. ‘We are going to speak out about Russia’s inappropriate actions in this area until the situation improves.’ …
Campaign Life Coalition gives Alexander a “caution” status for his voting record on life and family issues. …
Alexander voted against Stephen Woodworth’s Motion 312 to study whether a child in the womb is a human being based on the preponderance of evidence from modern medical science.
He voted for Bill C279, the ‘transgender & transsexual empowerment bill which added the radical concepts of “gender identity” and ‘gender expression’ as protected rights in the Human Rights Act and Criminal Code.
Prime Minister Harper recently waded into the mainstream media frenzy surrounding the Russian law banning homosexual propaganda, suggesting that Russian authorities are cracking down on people because they are homosexual.
“I think it’s important to recognize there are some controversies in this matter, but the reality is that our position is that we don’t imprison or kill people for acts committed freely between adults,” Harper said according to a Globe and Mail report.
‘We don’t imprison people for their expressing political positions. I think our position in this regard represents the position of Canadians and they expect that we speak in favour of these rights,’ he added during a speech in Miramichi, New Brunswick.
However, homosexuality itself is not prosecuted in Russia. Instead the Russian government recently voted, 436 to 0, to ban homosexual propagandizing by foreign or domestic activists.
The new law prohibits the promotion of homosexuality, and other deviant sexual behaviors, among minors by making it illegal to give children ‘information aimed at forming non-traditional sexual behavior among children, suggesting this behavior is attractive, and making a false statement about the socially equal nature of traditional and non-traditional relationships.’
Individuals using the Internet to spread homosexualist propaganda can be fined up to 5,000 roubles (US $155); officials can be fined up to 10 times that amount. The maximum fine is one million roubles (US $30,800).
Foreigners found in violation of the law can be arrested and held for up to 15 days before being deported.
The legislation will effectively outlaw ‘gay pride’  festivals and stop attempts by foreign homosexualist activist groups to normalize their lifestyles or campaign for same-sex legal recognition in Russia.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin defended the bill, saying that while it is ‘necessary to defend the rights of sexual minorities,’ Russian public opinion must also be respected. A state-sponsored poll found that 88 percent of Russians agree with the homosexual propaganda ban.
Under the law, Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird, who is on record for promoting homosexual rights as a key component of Canada’s foreign policy, could theoretically run afoul of Russian law.
Last year Baird told the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations that he is ‘aggressively’ pursuing what he called Canada’s “principled, values-based” foreign policy.
As part of that effort, Baird said that he is working with western countries to promote homosexual rights in countries around the world where ‘violent mobs … seek to criminalize homosexuality,’ and to make Canada “a welcoming haven for homosexual refugees.”
REAL Women of Canada recently blasted Baird for trying to impose what it describes as ‘his own perspective on homosexuality’ in foreign countries such as Uganda, Kenya, and Russia that have passed laws aimed at preserving the traditional family structure.
“Just who does John Baird think he is, using taxpayers’ money to promote his own personal agenda and endeavouring to set standards for the laws of foreign countries?” asked Gwen Landolt, National Vice-President of REAL Women of Canada, in an August 8th press release.
REAL women slammed Baird for ‘working extensively behind the scenes to prevent Russia from passing legislation designated to protect Russian minors from homosexual propaganda.’”
The Conservative government’s militant adoption of a key lank in the Obama foreign policy — promoting homosexual rights around the world is most peculiar. Many members of Harper’s caucus and vast numbers of his supporters are social conservatives. The Prime Minister’s assertion: “We don’t imprison people for their expressing political positions,” is laughable. Brad Love is in prison today solely for the non-violent expression of his political views. Arthur Topham an anti-Zionist blogger may face the same fate in an upcoming trial under Sec. 319 of Canada’s Criminal Code the notorious “hate law” which bans precisely that — political opinion, if is harshly critical of privileged minorities.
Let’s be quite clear: Since the time of President Brois Yeltsin, homosexual activity among adults is not illegal in Russia. The news laws simply outlaw homosexual advocacy or recruitment.
Has the Tory Government become a captive of the homosexual lobby? There are some disturbing signs it has. In the wakw od Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko warning athletes heading for the 2014 Winter Games at Sochi to refrain from “homosexual propaganda” spurred Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird to sputter: “This mean-spirited and hateful law will affect all Russians 365 days of the year. … It is an incitement of intolerance, which breeds hate. And intolerance and hate breed violence.” (Globe and Mail, August 2, 2013)
The Globe and Mail editorial board, which is a virtual arm of the homosexual lobby, of course, approved. In an editorial entitled “Russia’s curious pre-Sochi crackdown”, The Globe (August 5, 2013) enthused: “Canadians should be encouraged by their government’s vocal stance in defence of the gay, lebian and transgendered communities in other countries.”
Frustrated Conservative party supporters and backbenchers will note the absence of any comparable concern about countries where Christians are routinely massacred, like, say, India where Hindu extremists frequently murder of burn out Christian villagers.
In an equally disturbing and related issue, the Tories have made a judicial reference to the Supreme Court of Canada asking for guidance as to how much the Senate can be reformed without seeking provincial consent. The Globe and Mail (August 1, 2013) reports the government’s disturbing argument and train of thought: “The government asked the Supreme Court to adopt a flexible approach to determine how its Senate reform plans  jibe with the Canadian constitution — just like years ago when it ruled in favour of allowing same sex marriage. ‘Slavish adherence to original intent has been rejected by this court … in, for example, the Same Sex Marriage Reference, where the court held that the understanding of ‘marriage\ that prevailed in 1867 should not be determinative of our present day understanding,’ the government argued.” That’s right. The Constitution doesn’t mean what its words mean; it is to be interpreted flexibly to mean whatever the cultural communists on the Supreme Court want it to mean.
As we observe the triumph of the homosexual agenda in Ottawa, even under a nominally “conservative” government, we are revolted at the gall of the revolutionaries on the Supreme Court, who,  in ruling that Christian traditionalist activist and homosexual critic Bill Whatcott should be gagged, insisted that homosexuals were a “vulnerable” minority, likely to be intimidated or silenced by Mr. Whatcott’s few hundred pamphlets.
Finally, the much persecuted Mr. Whatcott comments in his blog:
“Hmmm, it just occurred to me, five months ago my so-called “hate speech” conviction, imposed by a kangaroo tribunal in Saskatchewan was upheld by the Supreme Court of Canada. I was made liable for a big fine and all of the Kangaroo Commission’s court costs. My so-called “hate speech” was actually accurate medical and social facts on the downside of homosexuality and the good news that God is able to set homosexuals free.
From the point of view of logic, my speech on important moral and political issues related to homosexuality seems more meritorious to me than the right to show gay propaganda to children over their parent’s objections. My speech was directed at the general public, not primary school children.
Maybe, I could qualify as a refugee to Russia? God knows the Marxism being imposed on Canada is starting to feel stifling!”
