Facebook Calls This “Hate Speech”

The photo below had a bubble and the following comment photoshopped into it. It was posted in June 2018!!!!. I clicked “appeal” but was told that, because of COVID, there were fewer staff and they might not get to my appeal.

What bullshit!

Did the COVID eat some of the staff?
