A CAFE contingent joined about 200 freedom fighters in Windsor, Ontario. They had come in a “slow roll” down Highway 401 from all over Southern Ontario —Innisfil, London, Chatham, Hamilton. Niagara, Long Point. The OPP shadowed the cavalcade and Windsor police set up a road block to prevent an approach to the bridge to the U.S. Loud spirited music was provided by Polish freedom fighters from Mississauga. We got lots of compliments on the Red Ensign, which many hailed as the “flag of the real CANADA.
