It means whatever the user has in mind. The poor customer seeking to access these sites is given no clue as to just how they are wrong or &quot;inappropriate.&quot;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;This is outrageous censorship of adult Canadians,&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;I urge Tim Horton's customers to protest.
