Our society has been steadily sinking into the depths of debauchery, greed and hatred. While good people were preoccupied with family and enjoying life, evil characters motivated by selfish ambition have been working to implement rules and policies that infringe and violate people\u2019s rights and freedoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In September 2021, Action4Canada started successfully producing Notices of Liability<\/a> (https:\/\/action4canada.com\/covid-liability-notices\/<\/a>) for various circumstances in response to the unlawful Covid Vaccine mandates. At my suggestion, David obtained Tanya\u2019s permission for assistance and helped produce the long-awaited Mask NOL which became available in April of this year. Of course, the mandates had been temporarily lifted by then but many people continue to wear masks out of fear or are forced to at work or to attend certain premises. As long as you have the name of the person who discriminated against you and the date of the offence, you can fill out an Action4Canada NOL and serve it in person or via Registered Mail. We served two Mask NOL\u2019s in April to our Bank Manager for refusing us entry last December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many, the NOL\u2019s have been successful while for others, they have been ignored. Now people are asking what to do when that happens. This is where you need to be willing to walk the talk. David Lindsay authored a book called \u201cThe Annotated Criminal Charging Procedure in Canada<\/em>.\u201d This is a compilation of 30 years of research and first-hand experience on how you can file criminal charges without a lawyer. The book is available at the CLEAR booth on Saturdays and online: https:\/\/clearbc.org\/products\/<\/a> . David is always happy to answer questions and provide guidance. If you don\u2019t want to do this yourself, you can hire an \u201cawake<\/em>\u201d lawyer which is expensive and ironically, an extremely rare specimen ever since Canadians\u2019 rights started getting blatantly violated in March 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need a brave person to not only take a stand, but be willing to follow through to the end. We need to re-establish justice in our corrupt legal system by using the courts to uphold our laws or commit treason by denying them. We WILL win either way because our laws form the pillars of our country and corruption must be exposed before it can be eliminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
