On May 2, Air Canada employees who are currently on unpaid leave due to their vaccination status will be laid off permanently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew Macdonald, a lawyer for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedemocracyfund.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Democracy Fund<\/a>, took the time to explain to us what has happened and what is currently going on with Air Canada employees&#8217; legal battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also delivered our petition against vaccine passports to Air Canada&#8217;s headquarters in Montreal.
