 <\/strong>Sunday, February 13th Penticton at 1:00 PM<\/strong>\u2013<\/strong> Let\u2019s <\/strong>Hold the line!!! <\/strong>Keep showing up! Music. Speakers. The most fun we have all week!<\/strong> <\/strong>BRING FRIENDS!!.<\/strong> <\/strong>They will leave inspired!<\/strong> Other things available at this rally:<\/em><\/strong>– Come visit <\/em><\/strong>our literature table and get ideas on ways to defend yourself and hold the perpetrators accountable! Local Action4Canada reps will join us every week to help you with that. Pick up<\/em> the most recent editions of Druthers, Common Ground, the special editions of Pandemic Papers, and other informative literature.<\/strong>  RALLY LOCATION<\/strong>Meet in the parking lot at the NE corner of Main St and Warren Ave across from Tim Hortons. BRING TWO FRIENDS!<\/strong>Lots of extra parking at BCAA garage, the strip mall adjoining our regular parking area, Winners (across the street), or overflow mall parking opposite the Warren Avenue entrance to Cherry Lane Mall.<\/strong>

Come to the planning meeting with your ideas.  <\/strong>Vernon to Osoyoos and the border – Join in along the way!<\/strong>Vehicles from Salmon Arm will link up with the Okanagan Freedom Convoy in Vernon, then leave Vernon heading south at 9:30 a.m.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The convoy will not be stopping or coming into any towns this time but staying on Highway  97 all the way. It’s expected that it will reach Penticton around 12 noon.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Organizers are requesting that we position ourselves somewhere in a side road or rest area on the west side of the highway so we can join by turning right into the curb lane to join, thereby avoiding the disruption of other lanes of traffic. Join the convoy at the end of the line only.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
No particular meeting place has been named so find a spot to wait where you can be comfortable. Make as good as an estimate as you can of when the convoy might be coming by your chosen resting spot. People from Keremeos and Cawston and other towns west of the highway will be picking up the convoy at the junction of 3A and 97.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Either way, be there with your support signs for the truckers. And remember to say thank you to all truckers, whether in the convoys or around the town delivering products to their customers.
