Many of these \nbusinesses were just barely hanging on as it is, and some won&#8217;t be able \nto survive this second, indefinite&nbsp;clampdown. But if that&#8217;s not enough, \nmasks&nbsp;are now mandatory indoors, and a snitch line has been set up for \npeople to rat out anyone who plans to host a holiday gathering.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the start of the original lockdown in April, some 3,300 \nprivate mercenaries have been roaming the streets to dispense hundreds \nof punitive COVID fines to anyone daring to oppose the oppressive \ndecrees handed down by Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister.
