Take Off Your Mask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless the Government Of Canada can produce substantial evidence \nthat public demand exists for mandatory masks, the Canadian Nationalist \nParty will not comply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBy <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalist.ca\/author\/travispatron\/\">Travis Patron<\/a>\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPost date\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/nationalist.ca\/2020\/11\/03\/halloween-is-over-take-off-your-mask\/\">November 3, 2020<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If and when the <em>Government Of Canada<\/em> attempts to mandate \nmedical facemasks on the population, in public spaces there must be \nlawful grounds to do so. The local authorities cannot enforce masks on \nthe citizens unconditionally without the public\u2019s approval or consent. \nAs it stands right now, neither has been earned by the <em>Government Of Canada<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In March of this year, the <em>Canadian Nationalist Party<\/em> served the <em>Provincial Government Of Saskatchewan<\/em> a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/nationalist.ca\/?p=12572\" target=\"_blank\">notice of objection to their declared state of emergency<\/a>\n regarding COVID-19 due to having \u201ca high probability of causing undo \nsuppression of our economic conditions \u2013 especially in rural areas of \nthe province.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe those words to be self-evident today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This declaration of emergency was <strong>unnecessary to begin with<\/strong>. It <strong>may or may not remain that way<\/strong>,\n but ultimately the cost of such an alarmist reaction can be seen and \nfelt on the streets of our towns and cities \u2013 where small business has \ntaken the greatest hit and many storefronts have been boarded up and \nclosed down.
