<\/strong><\/em>Canadians\n in Toronto, without masks and in defiance of regulations restricting \noutdoor gatherings to 25 people, demonstrate against COVID lockdowns \nearlier this month.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

POWER-mad\n state premiers, governors and prime ministers across Australia, the US,\n the UK, Canada and New Zealand may try to push another Dan\n Andrews-style second wave virus attack, as part of the \nGates-Rockefeller-World Economic Forum push for global vaccination and \nthe Agenda 21 \u201cnew normal\/new economy\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Canadian politicians in the loop of \u201cCOVID planning\u201d have been told to their horror of\n a plan for a totalitarian response to an international economic \ncollapse, involving a federal government offer to eliminate all personal\n debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) funded by the IMF under \u201cthe World Debt Reset program\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In\n exchange the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property\n and assets forever, and partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 \nvaccination schedule, which would (allegedly) allow individuals \nunrestricted travel and living, even under a full lock down, through the\n use of photo ID referred to as Canada\u2019s HealthPass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\n horrific scenario comes from a Liberal Party of Canada (LPC) \nwhistleblower from the party\u2019s Strategic Planning Committee, which is \nunder the control of Canada\u2019s Office of the Prime Minister (PMO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


He says the second wave will be hyped up with testing around the end of November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The\n whistleblower warns of a \u201ccomplete and total secondary lock down much \nstricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions\u201d, which is\n expected to run to the end of December 2020 and early January 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


While\n pressure is mounting in Australia through the courts, at protests and \nfrom some media for lockdowns to end, the \u201cdeadly virus is stalking you\u201d\n narrative is being held firmly by Labor, Green, Coalition and LNP \nparties, the public health bureaucracy and most media in the same \u2018Five \nEyes\u2019 nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


This\n narrative presents the SARS-Cov2 virus or \u201cCOVID-19\u201d as something that \nmust be avoided and contained at all cost, despite the widespread \nimmunity and medical studies showing it is lethal for less than 1% \n(0.06%) of those who are infected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The Canadian whistleblower\u2019s email has been published by Canadian alt media site The Canadian Report.<\/a> The\n deliberate leak of the information is remarkable because it is the \nequivalent of senior Coalition members doing the same. Canada\u2019s Liberal \nParty and Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau is the equivalent of \nGreens-Labor and a large segment of green-left feminist Liberal Party \nMPs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The Canadian PMO mirrors the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet in Canberra, which is run by high-powered bureaucrats and\n \u201cadvised\u201d on COVID-19 by the Prime Minister\u2019s National Covid-19 \nAdvisory Commission, which Scott Morrison announced on March 25, just \ntwo months into the plandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


We\n might ask why was it necessary for the PM to announce such a high \npowered commission so early in the piece? Clearly it was part of the \nprocess as outlined by the Event 201 players who included commission \nmember Jane Halton, head of the Gates-funded CEPI, to steer the \nplandemic in their desired direction i.e. the globalist \u201cGreat Reset\u201d \nplan as outlined by the World Economic Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The\n green-left Guardian reported back on August 11 that Neville Power, the \nhead of Commission, had been approached by \u201cbusiness leaders wanting the\n government to use the recovery from the pandemic to lock in \nlow-emissions energy\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


According\n to Power, his organisation was not recommending \u201ca green recovery per \nse\u201d but had asked the government to underwrite new investment in gas \npipelines as part of recommendations from a manufacturing taskforce. But\n as previously reported by Cairns News, this commission, has been \nstrangely silent on Dan Andrews\u2019 wrecking of the Victorian small \nbusiness sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The\n whistleblower said he was \u201cnot happy doing this but I have to, as a \nCanadian and more importantly as a parent who wants a better future not \nonly for my children but for other children as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cThe\n other reason I am doing this is because roughly 30% of the committee \nmembers are not pleased with the direction this will take Canada, but \nour opinions have been ignored and they plan on moving forward toward \ntheir goals. They have also made it very clear that nothing will stop the planned outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The road map and aim was set out by the PMO and is as follows (note similarities to Victoria):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013\n Phase in secondary lock down restrictions on a rolling basis, starting \nwith major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by \nNovember 2020.
\u2013 Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) \nisolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by \nDecember 2020.
\u2013 Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond \ncapacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths \nfollowing the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.
\u2013\n Complete and total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first \nand second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020\n \u2013 early January 2021
\u2013 Reform and expansion of the unemployment \nprogram to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. \nExpected by Q1 2021.
\u2013 Projected COVID-19 mutation and\/or \nco-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a\n third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of \ninfection. Expected by February 2021.
\u2013 Daily new cases of COVID-21 \nhospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed \nmedical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1\u2013Q2 2021.
\u2013 Enhanced \nlock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be \nimplemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including \ninter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.
\u2013 Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.
\u2013 Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.
\u2013\n Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well \nas all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel \nand movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 \n2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The\n whistleblower said committee members asked who would become the owner \nof the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would \nhappen to lenders or financial institutions. \u201cWe were simply told \u201cthe World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cSeveral\n committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if \nthey refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the \nHealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cEssentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen. We were told it was in the individual\u2019s best interest to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cWhen several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer, we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cOnce in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or\n stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of\n a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The whistleblower said the heated discussion \u201cescalated beyond anything I\u2019ve ever witnessed before\u201d. 
\u201cIn\n the end it was implied by the PMO that the whole agenda will move \nforward no matter who agrees with it or not, that it won\u2019t just be \nCanada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas, \nthat we need to take advantage of the situations before us to promote \nchange on a grander scale for the betterment of everyone. 
\u201cThe members who were opposed and ones who brought up key issues that would arise from such a thing were completely ignored. Our opinions and concerns were ignored.
