You\n        should, because contained in the Services Agreement is this:\n      \n          \n            3.&nbsp;<strong>Code of Conduct.<\/strong>\n            \n              take\n                our poll &#8211; story continues below\n              \n                \n                  \n                    \n                      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\n                          Should the Government be\n                            Mandating Masks?&nbsp;&nbsp;\n                        <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>a. By agreeing to these Terms,\n                you\u2019re agreeing that, when using the Services, you will\n                follow these rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>vii. Don\u2019t\n                  engage in activity that is harmful to you, the\n                  Services or others (e.g., transmitting viruses,\n                  stalking, posting terrorist or violent extremist\n                  content,&nbsp;<strong>communicating\n                    hate speech<\/strong>, or advocating violence against\n                  others).<\/li><li>viii. Don\u2019t infringe upon the\n                  rights of others (e.g., unauthorized sharing of\n                  copyrighted music or other copyrighted material,\n                  resale or other distribution of Bing maps, or\n                  photographs).<\/li><li>ix. Don\u2019t engage in activity\n                  that violates the privacy of others.<\/li><li>x.&nbsp;<strong>Don\u2019t help others break these\n                    rules.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n            \n          \n        \n      \n        \n          \n            b.&nbsp;<strong>Enforcement.<\/strong><strong>If you violate these Terms, we may\n                  stop providing Services to you or we may close your\n                  Microsoft account. We may also block delivery of a\n                  communication (like email<\/strong>, file sharing or\n                instant message) to or from the Services in an effort to\n                enforce these Terms&nbsp;<strong>or we may\n                  remove or refuse to publish Your Content for any\n                  reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowhere does the\n              Services Agreement even remotely define what \u201chate speech\u201d\n              or what \u201chelp others break these rules\u201d means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an example, if\n              I call Microsoft \u201ctyrannical,\u201d is that \u201chate speech\u201d? If\n              I, as I had, point out that Microsoft\u2019s co-founder Bill\n              Gates&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fellowshipoftheminds.com\/4-times-bill-gates-said-vaccines-would-reduce-world-population\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">had said on\n                four occasions that vaccines would reduce world\n                population<\/a>, is that \u201chate speech\u201d?
