Show compassion for all \nvictims around the world and go easy on the others,\u201d wrote the <em>Mental Health And COVID-19 For Public Servants: Balance Family Life<\/em> which was published by the Treasury Board.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the CCOHS, public sector employees are encouraged to spy out \u201csocial stigma and micro-aggression\u201d while at work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGroups that may be experiencing stigma during the COVID-19 pandemic \nincluding those that have traveled, persons of Asian descent, emergency \nor health care professionals and other essential workers,\u201d wrote the \nCCOHS\u2019 guidebook titled <em>Preventing Stigma.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMicro-aggressions are everyday verbal, non-verbal and environmental \nsnubs or insults that communicate hostile, derogatory or negative \nmessages. These messages target persons based on the group the other \nperson perceives them to belong to.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f9LwC5QDEek?version=3&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the virus originally broke out in Wuhan, China, and was \nsubsequently covered up by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the \ncommunist regime has sought to cast shade over its origins and insist \nthat any criticism of their government\u2019s handling equates to racism.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CCP\u2019s tactic has caught on in Canada. In April, a CBC article <a href=\"https:\/\/tnc.news\/2020\/04\/29\/cbc-article-echoes-chinese-communist-party-talking-points\/\">echoed CCP talking points<\/a> when slandering an expos\u00e9 report by the Epoch Times.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CBC charged the publication, which is owned and operated by \npeople of Chinese descent, of \u201cadvancing a conspiracy theory\u201d and being \n\u201cracist and inflammatory.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Epoch Times Canadian Editions publisher Cindy Gu called the allegations by the CBC<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/cbc-intentionally-excludes-crucial-facts-about-the-epoch-times-and-our-coverage-of-beijings-coverup-of-the-coronavirus_3331812.html\"> \u201cdeliberately misleading<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe CBC headline focuses on a small part of our eight-pages-long \nspecial edition, a commentary article that discusses the history of top \nCCP officials talking about developing bioweapons.
