The recent 43rd<\/sup> Federal Election has fundamentally \ndemonstrated that our right to self-determination, as Canadian \nNationalists, is being suppressed by the current administration. Under \nthese circumstances, our ability to assemble publicly and speak our \npolicies to Canadian voters has, and continues to be, denied to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right to self-determination represents the ability for a people \nto form their own state and choose their own government. Under the \ncurrent conditions bestowed upon us, this is essentially impossible, as \nour ability to assemble publicly and communicate our policies as a \nfederal party has been prohibited to us before and during general \nelections. Therefore, we will not acknowledge the authority of the \nFederal\/Provincial\/Municipal Governments involved given that they have \nviolated these constitutional rights as well as suppressed our \nself-determination as a unique nationality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since we began our campaign in 2017, our candidates have been physically attacked<\/a>, have faced a concerted attempt to sabotage our efforts to attain federal registration as a political party<\/a>,\n a systemic effort to censor our ability to communicate policies to the \nvoting public, and a coordinated effort to tarnish our reputation from a\n number of media outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our supporters have been called into the offices of their workplace \nand school, questioned on why they support our movement, and in some \ncases, have been dismissed from employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been falsely accused of violating hate speech legislation<\/a> and trademark infringement<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public institutions such as City Halls, University Campuses, Public \nLibraries, and Convention Centers which operate from our tax dollars \nhave been prohibited to us (since 2017) for reasons never justified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees \nthe rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable \nlimits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and \ndemocratic society.<\/p>

Fundamental Freedoms:
\n2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:<\/p>

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
\n(c) freedom of peaceful assembly<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The institutions in Canada which have prohibited us from accessing them without reason include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
