Mr. Topham and his publishing company Radical Press were in court Monday, facing &#8220;breach of probation&#8221; charges after a conviction three years ago under Canada&#8217;s notorious, minority-inspired &#8220;hate law&#8221;. The B.C. Hate Squad wants him sent to jail. Mr. Topham is gagged by his probation order. Canada&#8217;s free speech hating courts are abusing this man, but I can&#8217;t tell you &#8220;nuffin&#8221;. A private message from Mr. Topham indicates that the case will continue later this month.
