He recently rose to prominence for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/more-beauticians-in-court-for-refusing-brazilian-waxes-for-gender-confused-man\">filing 16\u00a0complaints<\/a> against local beauticians who offer bikini waxes to actual women but have refused to wax his male genitals, then for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/local-govt-defers-on-trans-activists-request-to-allow-topless-pool-parties-for-ages-12\">seeking permission<\/a> from the Township of Langley, British Columbia, for \u201cLGBTQ2S\u201d groups to hold topless-optional swimming parties for \u201call people aged 12+,\u201d with parents and guardians barred from attending.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-block ad-content ad-pos-top content-loaded\" data-entry-id=\"203850\">\n<div id=\"D_Detail_content_top\" data-google-query-id=\"CKqA962l0OMCFVM6TwodeKMAQQ\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/2596116\/D_Detail_content_top_0__container__\"><iframe id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/2596116\/D_Detail_content_top_0\" title=\"3rd party ad content\" name=\"google_ads_iframe_\/2596116\/D_Detail_content_top_0\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" data-google-container-id=\"1\" data-load-complete=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Whatcott is a Christian social conservative activist whom the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/court-orders-christian-to-pay-55000-to-trans-politician-for-calling-him-biological-male\">fined $55,000 in March<\/a> for distributing a flyer identifying trans activist and former political candidate Ronan \u201cMorgane\u201d Oger as a \u201cbiological male,\u201d which the court deemed an affront to Oger\u2019s \u201cdignity, feelings and self-respect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freenorthamerica.ca\/viewtopic.php?f=16&amp;t=10764\">post Tuesday<\/a> at the Free North America forums, Whatcott revealed that Yaniv is seeking $35,000 for \u201cgender identity or expression\u201d discrimination for publicly referring to him in sidewalk preaching and a flyer as a \u201cbiological male\u201d and a \u201ctransvestite deviant\u201d looking to \u201cprey on vulnerable biological women.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-video\" data-location=\"5\" data-videourl=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/QjNyQAkBIOY\">\n<div class=\"article-video-embed\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QjNyQAkBIOY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1HXBWjXN8eo09KoDA0Qbq1mi5Fs_gHw_W\/view\">The complaint<\/a> alleges that by stating the facts of Yaniv\u2019s gender and expressing a negative opinion about his public activities, Whatcott has caused him \u201cimmense injury to dignity and self respect,\u201d \u201cincited hatred towards myself,\u201d and \u201cclearly intended to injure and, regardless of his intent, did injure the my privacy, dignity, and economic interests by calling attention to my sex and gender identity in a hateful manner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGod has created two sexes, and your gender identity should align with reality,\u201d Whatcott declares in the video the complaint highlights. \u201cIf you choose to believe something fake, if you choose to believe you\u2019re a woman when in fact you were born a biological male, I feel sorry for you. But you have no right to impose that falsehood on me. You have no right to impose that falsehood on other Canadians.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReally, these so-called human rights complaints are all an offense to real democratic principles and when it comes to complaints involving so-called transgender complainants the process is an offense to reality itself,\u201d Whatcott responded to the complaint. \u201cWhat is clear to me is if these frivilous (sic)\u00a0and vexatious complaints continue (and all indicators are the BCHRT is happy to spend taxpayer&#8217;s money entertaining them) the ability to use peaceful speech to challenge the mostly fraudulent claims of the LGBT agenda, especially as it pertains to so-called gender theory will be gutted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo doubt Yaniv and the BCHRT would be really happy if I incurred the cost of another lawyer and expended all sorts of energy to defend myself,\u201d he continued. \u201cI believe we Christians have to do something different and indeed we have to work to reform our country and remove the ability of cultural Marxists and malcontents to use the power of the state to silence our speech.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeyond pointing to Christ as our ultimate answer, I have no solution as to how to Canadians can regain our freedom,\u201d Whatcott lamented. \u201cI think the judgments I am facing and the ordeal these 16 female estheticians have faced at the hands of a sick predator and a corrupt human rights tribunal is clear evidence our courts and political system is corrupt and I see no mass uprising on the horizon of outraged Canadians demanding to have their freedom back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the transgender ideology issues at play, some speculate Yaniv may simply be a male heterosexual predator using \u201cgender identity\u201d as a pretext to prey upon women and girls (he <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/trustednerd\/status\/1140382713100156929\">identifies<\/a> as a lesbian, indicating he remains sexually attracted to the people he wants to wax his genitals and share locker-room space with).<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Daily Caller<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2019\/07\/18\/transgender-brazilian-wax-jessica-yaniv-predator\/\">reported<\/a>\u00a0that Yaniv has a record of disturbing texts about being in locker rooms with girls as young as age 10, asking questions like, \u201cIf there\u2019s like 30 girls in the change room, how many of them would you say are out there changing freely with their vaginas and tits out?\u201d and, \u201cWhat are some things that girls do like in the bathroom stall and in the change room that I should be doing to make myself more a girl,\u201d specifying that he was asking about \u201cthe gross stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Oger himself has accused Yaniv of \u201coutrageously inappropriate acts, some towards children who are tweens and teens,\u201d spanning 2013 to 2018.\u201d Yaniv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepostmillennial.com\/the-truth-about-jessica-yaniv-is-beginning-to-emerge\/\">is alleged<\/a> to have attempted to solicit phone numbers from teenage girls online, and to have taken photographs of underage girls at a beauty pageant without permission.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Whatcott says he may be willing to sit down with Yaniv for mediation, noting that while he doesn\u2019t have the money for the damages Yaniv seeks, \u201cI have Good News that I can share and a treasure more long lasting and beneficial to his well being than money.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bill Whatcott.
