Re \u201cHamilton’s mayor angered by rude \u2018wake up\u2019 from protesters at home\u201d (Fatima Texiwala, June 28): I find Hamilton Mayor Fred Eisenberger\u2019s anger over LGBTQ-leftist demonstrators marching on his front lawn and \u201cbanging on my door\u201d rather amusing, bearing in mind he and Hamilton Council\u2019s recent efforts to find legal ways to prevent the \u201cYellow Vests\u201d from demonstrating on the City Square, as in the CBC report that \u201cHamilton’s city manager says she’ll report back on the legalities of allowing some groups and not others\u201d (*). At least the Yellow Vests use public property to demonstrate on, not Eisenberger\u2019s private property! Maybe he should consider where the real threats are coming from.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
