First the Apology. For ten\u00a0years of harassment, invasion and intrusion, and a giant legal battle. All for telling the truth. In a world where truth and lies are inverted, in a world where everything is turned\u00a0upside-down, your truth-telling has been deemed\u00a0a crime.<\/p>\n

Now the Thank You. Your principled and valiant\u00a0truth-telling , unwavering\u00a0in the face of huge\u00a0obstacles, has been\u00a0momentous! You have enlightened and inspired\u00a0untold many of us. The ripple effect of your work\u00a0will grow into a tsunami of Light and Truth.<\/p>\n

Great Truth Teller Silenced, but Message is Unstoppable<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arthur Topham of Quesnel B.C. has been sentenced to silence for now, after a 10 year legal battle. His crime is that he fearlessly wrote about the state of the world in his online website\u00a0RadicalPress.com, and that was just too much for the Zionist Powers to bear.<\/p>\n

Those who feel threatened by a peaceful man expressing his views online are obviously very nervous and afraid. If there was nothing to hide and if these online publishings were\u00a0so erroneous as they would like us to believe, this group\u00a0would not feel threatened. Arthur Topham would simply be ignored. The reaction alone should be enough to trigger people to question:\u00a0what is it that is so taboo to say?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Trying to stop the truth from coming out is as futile as if you were trying to drink the lake dry to prevent drowning in it. Even the modern-day\u00a0book burnings<\/a>\u00a0cannot succeed in vaporizing\u00a0the truth. The truth is emerging\u00a0at an exponential rate, and these desparate attempts by the Powers-That-Be to silence truth-tellers are a show of their panic.<\/p>\n

DANGER? FOR WHOM?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Harry Abrams and Richard\u00a0Warman are the two men who initiated the legal assault against\u00a0Arthur Topham.\u00a0Those are their names.\u00a0Arthur was not allowed to ever mention their names during those years of legal battle because somehow they feared it might bring danger to their lives. Now what about the danger they posed to Arthur, endlessly defaming him?!<\/p>\n

In a trial by jury in October-November 2015, Arthur Topham was found\u00a0guilty<\/strong>\u00a0on one count and\u00a0not guilty<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0another count of exactly the same charge, namely,\u00a0by\u00a0communicating statements, other than in private conversation, willfully promoting hatred against an identifiable group, people of the Jewish religion or ethnic origin, contrary to section 319(2) of Criminal Code of Canada.<\/em>\u00a0The identical two charges were for different time periods.<\/p>\n

In the Canadian court of law, the burden of proof switches to the defense to affirm that there was no \u2018hate\u2019 under CCC \u00a0section 319(2). The prosecution need not produce victims of the alleged hatred.\u00a0What is \u2018hate\u2019 but an emotion? How does anybody know what is in someone else\u2019s head?<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the defenses is\u00a0319(2)(c) if the statements were relevant to any subject of public interest, the discussion of which was for the public benefit, and if on reasonable grounds he believed them to be true.\u00a0<\/em>Again, how can anyone prove that Arthur Topham did not believe what he was writing? Are they mind-readers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For an interesting commentary\u00a0of the extraordinary trial and background, please see this\u00a0article<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0Eve Mykytin. She is an American lawyer who attended the second week of the\u00a0trial. She covers, for example, the story of Len Rudner who was established as an\u00a0expert witness for the Crown. His written expert opinion was identical to the written expert opinion submitted by\u00a0Bernie Farber who was\u00a0originally supposed to be\u00a0the Crown\u2019s expert witness. (Farber pulled out of his\u00a0commitment when he learned that he would not be permitted to appear via video-link.) Yet Len Rudner told the court that he himself was the author of his \u201cexpert opinion\u201d. Rudner\u00a0also\u00a0had tried to have Arthur Topham\u2019s website shut down before the trial. Conflict of interest, is it not? Still, he was permitted to be an expert witness. Very strange, to say the least.<\/p>\n

Arthur\u2019s\u00a0Crime<\/strong><\/p>\n

It can be fairly assumed that Arthur Topham\u2019s\u00a0parody<\/strong>\u00a0on the infamous book\u00a0Germany Must Perish<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was the item which\u00a0caused\u00a0the jury to give a guilty verdict, as the publishing of that parody fell within\u00a0the \u201cguilty\u201d time period.\u00a0Germany Must Perish<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was written in 1941 by an American\u00a0Jew named Theodore Kaufman, and it was generally praised and promoted\u00a0at that time by\u00a0the\u00a0mainstream media (MSM).<\/p>\n

The sheer monstrosity of the book is breathtaking, and even more shocking\u00a0is the fact that it was\u00a0not<\/strong>\u00a0condemned when it appeared in 1941.\u00a0Theodore Kaufman concocted a sick plan to annihilate the German people, the stated goal being that Germany must\u00a0perish.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The plan was to hire thousands of surgeons to sterilize all German men of reproductive\u00a0age, and voil\u00e0, no more Germans. Gone Forever.<\/p>\n

The hateful book was subsequently almost\u00a0forgotten,\u00a0until Arthur Topham\u00a0found a provocative way to bring attention to the hideousness of that genocidal text. He reproduced portions of the book word for word, except that he replaced \u201cGermany\u201d with \u201cIsrael\u201d and \u201cGermans\u201d with \u201cJews\u201d.\u00a0Germany Must Perish<\/em>\u00a0became\u00a0Israel Must Perish<\/em>, and so on. The two texts, original and parody, appeared side by side on his website.<\/p>\n

In a trick of\u00a0Orwellian Doublespeak, B\u2019nai Brith Canada now\u00a0tells<\/a>\u00a0the world that Arthur Topham called for Jews to be forcibly sterilized.\u00a0No context, nothing.\u00a0It is crazy making!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0It is just another glaring example of how B\u2019nai Brith and the MSM\u00a0engage in deliberate deception to turn reality 100% on its head. Unless someone has been following the case very closely, the uninformed general public has no reason to doubt the story they are told about how\u00a0Arthur Topham called for sterilization of the Jews.\u00a0People cannot even check for themselves, because the website has been taken down, as part of sentencing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In these times of universal deceipt, the messenger who seeks to warn us about\u00a0the\u00a0villain, is himself labelled the villain.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perhaps the members of the jury did not understand the meaning of\u00a0satire<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0parody<\/strong>. Or perhaps the convoluted court proceedings or the instructions given by the judge curtailed their ability to perceive it this way. The jury members are also not immune to the mind-contaminating effects of all the toxic lies\u00a0and atrocity propaganda we have been subjected to since birth. We have been programmed to respond in specific ways to certain\u00a0words, these words being the number one weapon in the psychological warfare being conducted on us\u00a0without most of us realizing\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

Judge Admits There Was No Incitement<\/strong><\/p>\n

He does not call for violence; his views were political satire. It is not his intent to indirectly incite violence.<\/em><\/p>\n

~ the judge said during the sentencing proceedings.<\/p>\n

By these words, does the judge basically exonerate Arthur Topham? Methinks so.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Topham told the court,<\/p>\n

I felt that I had a duty as a Canadian citizen to alert the general public of an imminent threat\u2026 the interests of the Jewish lobby.<\/em><\/p>\n

He also expressed gratitude that his concerns had been brought to the record.<\/p>\n

B\u2019Nai B\u2019rith Very Disappointed<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the Times of Israel\u00a0article<\/a>: B\u2019nai B\u2019rith was not satisfied with the sentence, tweeting that it \u201cis very disappointed by lenient sentence for Arthur Topham, convicted of promoting #antisemitism.\u201d<\/p>\n

The CEO of B\u2019nai Brith Canada, Michael Mostyn, said that<\/p>\n

the timing is especially disturbing, as Canada\u2019s Jewish community reels from a series of bomb threats against our community centers, inspired by the same hateful ideology that drives Mr. Topham. [He]\u00a0is a committed and unrepentant Jew-hater, who persisted in publishing lurid anti-Semitic content on his website throughout this legal process. Canada\u2019s laissez-faire approach to hate crimes continues to fail minority groups and puts them at increased risk of attacks against their lives or property.<\/em><\/p>\n

This is interesting in light of the\u00a0news<\/a>\u00a0that an\u00a0American-Israeli Jewish teen<\/strong>\u00a0has just been arrested in connection\u00a0with\u00a0a series of\u00a0bomb threats against Jewish institutions on several continents. Good timing Mr. Mostyn, very disturbing indeed.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Canada\u2019s Hate Speech Laws \u2013 Who Do They Serve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well said Arthur! If some things are not permitted to be said, then we do not have freedom of speech. Period.<\/p>\n

I have heard seemingly\u00a0intelligent people repeat the mantra which\u00a0has been programmed into their heads \u201cbut hate speech is not the same as\u00a0free speech\u201d! I say to them, who determines what \u201chate\u201d speech is? Who controls the Mass Media? Who controls Hollywood? Who controls our law-makers?<\/p>\n

Truth is Hate to those who Hate the Truth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize. ~<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Voltaire<\/p>\n
