This plaque is located at the Ontario Superior Court, 361 University St, Toronto, the courthouse where I think the freedom to speak against the sodomite agenda will literally cease to exist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Friend\u2019s,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;My trial is over now. I had one friend show up for my last day from Hamilton. The drive from Hamilton to Toronto was terrible. It took him 3 hours in the gridlock, but it was a blessing to have one guy in what was otherwise a mostly hostile court gallery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In theory, truth is a defense in criminal hate speech cases and so is religion. It seemed to me when we advanced those two defenses in closing arguments they held little weight. I hope I am wrong, but I am not optimistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Towards the very end of the hearing when the Crown and my defense were making their their closing arguments, my lawyer pointed out that my Gospel flyer was devoid of any violent language. Justice Molloy challenged my lawyer and read the last paragraph at the bottom of my Gospel flyer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cNatural law is clear, homosexuality is incompatible with human nature. Disease, death and confusion are the sad and sordid realities of the homosexual lifestyle. The \u201cGay Zombies\u201d are concerned about the spiritual, psychological and physical welfare of all potential homosexual pride attendees, so we want to give you this accurate information and encourage you to abstain from the homosexuality.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the above chapter at the end of my flyer, the Crown argued and the judge also seemed to agree there are clear \u201cHallmarks of Hate,\u201d namely my warning that \u201cdisease, death and confusion\u201d are the sad and sordid realities of the homosexual lifestyle.\u201d Of course, I believe the above statement to be true based on my firsthand experience as a downtown Toronto homecare nurse and also having lived in Downtown Toronto for 10 years during the 1990\u2019s and observing the not so \u201cgay\u201d scene. I know for certain Toronto\u2019s \u201cgay\u201d scene isn\u2019t all that happy, but the kink, drug use, domestic violence, higher than average suicide rate, promiscuity, etc\u2026. is indeed \u201csad, sordid and confusing.\u201d However, no matter how well backed up by facts and sincere argument the above statement is, I believe as of September 16<sup>th<\/sup> of this year the Ontario Superior Court will find this statement to be a criminal offense based on their Supreme Court of Canada <em>Whatcott <\/em>Decision <em>\u201cHallmarks of Hatred\u201d<\/em> test. Truth and reality will be ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another very troubling statement from the judge was when she was pushing back against my counsel\u2019s argument that my flyer wasn\u2019t violent of genocidal. The judge read aloud, <em>\u201cWe want to give you this accurate information and encourage you to abstain from the homosexuality.\u201d <\/em>The judge then opinionated that this statement is evidence I want to eradicate homosexuals. My lawyer countered I am a conservative Christian and I am speaking out against sexual behaviour that is contrary to Christianity. The judge articulated a very mainstream (in Canadian legal circles) dogma that one\u2019s preferred sexual behaviour is intrinsic to one\u2019s being and therefore in this sense if I criticize homosexual sexual practices, I deny their being and the judge somehow extrapolated my sentence to being a call to genocide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molloy\u2019s reasoning on sodomy being intrinsic to a homosexual\u2019s identity and therefore my flyer is genocidal, is actually similar to the reasoning of those who call the government\u2019s church run Indian Residential School system a genocide. Which even though the schools have a homicide rate of exactly 0 in over a century of existence, it is still a matter of orthodoxy in Canadian legal circles to believe a genocide, or at least a \u201ccultural genocide,\u201d occurred. The evidence of this \u201cgenocide\u201d being the religious folks working in the schools believed the native kids would benefit from a Christian education and believing the kids would do well to learn skills that enabled them to work and prosper in the white European Christian culture that took root in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In much the same way I expect Molloy based on her comments today will find telling homosexual identified men to abstain from sodomy and advocating for this position in the public square will be found to be \u201cgenocidal hate speech.\u201d Sadly, sharing the Gospel while lifesaving in God\u2019s economy will hold little weight in terms of being a religious defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another concerning exchange between my counsel and the judge was when my lawyer argued I toned down my flyer at the 2016 Toronto sodomite pride parade, when compared to my flyers arguing against the promotion of homosexuality in Saskatchewan\u2019s Public Schools back in 2001. My 2001 flyers were the centre of the 2013 <em>Whatcott <\/em>Supreme Court Decision and they were entered as evidence in my current hate crime trial. My lawyer argued my toned down flyer was an attempt to comply with Canada\u2019s hate crime law and evidence I lacked \u201cintent\u201d to break the law.&nbsp; Justice Molloy replied \u201cIgnorance of the law is no defense. Just because Mr. Whatcott tried to see how far he could go without going over the line, that won\u2019t save him from conviction if he did go over the line.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molloy\u2019s reasoning actually makes sense in normal criminal cases. If you have a vindictive neighbour who is trying to make your life a living hell by swearing at you when you are relaxing in your backyard, and parking their car in front of your driveway to block you from entering or leaving, and getting their dog to poop on your front lawn in an effort to upset you; if you complain to the police and the police warn your neighbour they are going to face a Mischief charge if they keep harassing you, and your neighbour quits the above behaviour to avoid the criminal charge, but resorts to blasting you with loud music at 2:00 am to keep up the harassment, it is indeed reasonable for the court to find guilt and convict your neighbour. Even though the malicious neighbour modified their behaviour somewhat in an attempt to avoid charges, their ignorance of the law is no defense; they clearly wanted to continue in unlawful and malicious harassment, and they went over a clear line when they didn\u2019t cease their harassment campaign completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem I see with what I perceive to be Molloy\u2019s view of my anti-sodomite Gospel flyer is she perceives my criticism of the sodomite agenda to be in the same league as the malicious neighbour making his peaceful neighbour\u2019s life a living hell. Molloy and Canada\u2019s legal establishment have chosen <em>Wilful Blindness<\/em> rather than acknowledging the fact there is no clear line between so-called \u201chate speech\u201d and \u201cfree speech.\u201d For those who read my 2016 Gospel flyer (I can\u2019t link to it, but it is on MassResistance\u2019s website\u201d) it should become clear there is no discernable line to stay under when debating the morality and potential harms of the homosexual agenda in Canada. Once I am convicted for distributing this Gospel flyer, the only safe line to avoid a so-called hate crime charge will be to stay quiet and let homosexual activists do what they want, no matter how perverse or anti-social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is unfortunate our courts and federal government have made it dogma that sexual orientation is innate and unchangeable. In reality when one looks at humanity from the viewpoint of being God\u2019s creation, it is clear human beings are innately heterosexual, and our biological sexes are male and female and unchangeable. While it is clear to me that God made us heterosexual, it is paradoxically clear (I would argue because of the fall, see Genesis 3) sexual preference really isn\u2019t immutable. Humanity has known for thousands of years sexual behaviour is malleable for better or worse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christianity has known since its earliest existence sexual behaviour can change for the worse and then for the better. The early Christian church\u2019s practice was to welcome repentant homosexuals, repentant adulterers, and repentant incest practitioners, as well as others\u2026 back to Christ and His Church when the sinner wished to turn away from their destructive sexual behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cDo you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived.&nbsp;Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor&nbsp; sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.&nbsp;And such were&nbsp;some of you.&nbsp;But you were washed, but you were&nbsp;sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.\u201d <\/em>1 Corinthians 6:9-11<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Canada\u2019s legal class insists so-called sexual orientation never changes, Christ has called broken sexual sinners of all shapes and sizes back to Himself. In my seminary class back in the 1990s I remember reading about Martin Luther dealing with someone caught up in bestiality who was arguing he didn\u2019t know bestiality was a sin. I believe the guy was turned over to civil authorities, but Luther was still concerned about the guy\u2019s spiritual condition. Thankfully, \u201cborn that way\u201d wasn\u2019t a thing during the Reformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most powerful testimonies for me is Dennis Jernigan. He left homosexuality in 1981, married his wife Melinda in 1983, and God blessed them with 9 children. Today Dennis is dealing with Parkinson\u2019s disease but is still active in his ministry and is still married to his wife of 43 years. \u201cGay\u201d dogma says Dennis\u2019 story is impossible, he was born \u201cgay,\u201d and is simply living in denial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is Dennis\u2019 powerful conversion story: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dennisjernigan.com\/djs-story\">https:\/\/www.dennisjernigan.com\/djs-story<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strangely, while Canada\u2019s \u201clegal class\u201d refuses to accept that Dennis Jernigan truly changed his sexual behaviour, they uncritically accept Ronan Oger\u2019s self-described \u201cconversion.\u201d Ronan was a heterosexual man for the first 44 years of his life. I found a Vancouver Sun article on Ronan in the early 2000\u2019s that called him \u201cDad.\u201d This was before Ronan became a well-known trans activist. Ronan\u2019s very male picture was simply a part of a story on a childhood immunization clinic and Ronan at that time of his life was a normal looking dad who brought his child to a clinic to be immunized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At age 44 Ronan Oger discovered he was \u201creally born a woman.\u201d Shortly after becoming a fake woman, Ronan renamed himself \u201cMorgane,\u201d bilked his wife out of $100,000, left her, moved in with another woman and declared himself a \u201clesbian.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/billwhatcott.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-1.png?w=545\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ronan called himself a \u201cdad,\u201d but now he thinks he is a mom and is living his life as a self-described \u201clesbian.\u201d If you question this absurd narrative (as I did) you can be hit with a $55,000 fine by the BC Human Rights Tribunal, or even a criminal hate crime charge as free speech protection vanishes in Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Canada\u2019s officialdom will not accept clear evidence (Dennis\u2019 own testimony, 43 years of marriage to the same woman, 9 children) that Dennis not only rejected the homosexual lifestyle, but that through the grace and power of the resurrected Christ that Dennis is a new creation and is in fact comfortable living as God intends him to live. In Dennis\u2019 case he is called to live in a lifelong heterosexual marriage. By contrast the government uncritically accepts the testimony of an obvious heterosexual male grifter, Mr. Ronan Oger, that he is a woman (even though all evidence is he is a biological male) and he is also a lesbian. If you publicly challenge Ronan\u2019s self-proclaimed identity you can face human rights complaints and potentially criminal charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the above in mind the judgment day for my so-called \u201chate crime\u201d decision will be September 16, 2026\u2026..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Canada\u2019s pro-life and conservative media has decided not to cover this trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CBC French showed up again today. They definitely were not cheerleaders for my cause, but this article is more balanced and less libelous than last week\u2019s coverage of my trial: <a href=\"https:\/\/ici.radio-canada.ca\/nouvelle\/2259031\/proces-discours-haineux-libelle-homosexuels\">https:\/\/ici.radio-canada.ca\/nouvelle\/2259031\/proces-discours-haineux-libelle-homosexuels<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the end I believe I did the best I could with what I had, and I believe God called me to defend the truth I defended in the public square about His definition of morality, marriage, and sexuality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/billwhatcott.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-1.jpeg?w=942\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Homosexual\/transgender unGodly Pride flag over the front desk at Runnymede and Bloor public Library.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe LGBTQ ideology is a god\/idol in Canada. The way it is worshipped, promoted, protected, and the ferocity of our courts and other government agencies in shutting down the detractors of this religion, indeed points to the cult like religious worship of LGBTQ by its Canadian adherents. I did speak out against this idol at the Toronto Sodom parade in 2016 and defended God\u2019s truth in court right up to today. The past 10 years was hard and sometimes could be lonely, but I believe I was faithful (maybe imperfect) to my calling. Regardless of the verdict, I will have no regrets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God does not always promise an easy path or a guaranteed victory in every battle we go through. But He is faithful and He is there if you seek Him and put your trust in Him. We will see how Justice Anne Molloy rules and what her reasoning is in terms of my finding of guilt or innocence on September 16, 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong><em>For&nbsp;God will bring every deed into judgment, with&nbsp;every secret thing, whether good or evil.<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u201d Ecclesiastes 12:4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am now on my way back to Alberta. It was an interesting 3 month stay in the heart of downtown Toronto. My \u201chate crime\u201d trial and my run to become Toronto Centre Rosedale\u2019s Christian actual conservative Member of Parliament was especially interesting. Having potential voters in $2 million dollar homes call 911 on me when they received my election flyer and having woke, twenty something year old, female University of Toronto law students freak out and run for campus security when they received my election promises on their campus was downright interesting. Trying to get help for an unconscious overdose victim on a busy downtown Toronto street and have people walk buy and choose not to get involved (I suspect most who walked by were left wing types) was disturbing but interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My transvestite neighbour running around in his short, short, shorts, with his nuts almost hanging out is sort of interesting, but I might not miss him too much. A drugged up, aggressive, guy twice my size smashing a long out of order payphone by an A &amp; W I was walking by and then threatening out of no where to punch me in the face, and then attacking a city garbage can, and then tossing some of the garbage in it at me was interesting, but I definitely won\u2019t miss that guy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also met really good people in Toronto. Preaching at three Drag Queen Story Hours with Brad and Pastor Jeffrey Sapocinik was awesome. My Toronto and Hamilton friends who came to court to support me were awesome and much appreciated. Brother Phil getting a team together to help with my election flyers when I needed to add a label at the last minute was a huge blessing. Visiting Father Tony and my friend Paul and my years of friendship with them are huge blessings. Meeting Renaldo at a busy McDonalds as he loudly rebuked Walmart Customer Service on his phone about their practice of selling vibrators, contraceptives, and abortifacient pills at their downtown Bloor\/Dufferin location was awesome. I never met a guy quite like him in rural Alberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, I am looking forward to going back to my rural, red neck, Alberta trailer park now. I think my trailer park is more my kind of place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My Lifefunder just about perfectly met my need for the three months I have had to reside in Toronto. I just need $300 or so more for gas to get back to Alberta, and then I will appreciate prayers that I find a job right away. I have befriended a Hutterite fellow close to where I live and a grain truck fellow close to my town. I will find out if either of them still need me to drive for them when I return. Pray that God opens a door so I can sustain myself and stay busy until the judgment is rendered in September, then we will see what happens then.
