It is somewhat moot now, as I am set to be released on Dec. 6 in any event. But there are remaining important issues to be dealt with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is for a B.C. Supreme Court case management hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose is to determine how my appeal is to proceed in the new year, especially as there are so many appeal grounds, and my Constitutional Challenge. Grabavac is abusively opposing everything in my appeal of course, to no surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dec. 13, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have to file my Appeal Book (includes a copy of all documents from the trial in relation to the contempt allegations, including judgments and orders), as well as my Transcripts Book, including all Transcripts just in relation to the disclosure issue as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will have to file my Factum (written argument) by the end of January and the Crown in March. The appeal hearing is set for Kelowna before the BC Court of Appeal (three judges) in May, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
